I cannot say enough good things about working with Emily (and her day-of team!) at Petal & Stem for our wedding! She was enthusiastic, friendly, and an outstanding vendor and partner for all things wedding planning! She knew our venue well and provided expert advice, ensuring that we were intentional with our budget and filled the space while also taking advantage of everything the venue offered! Petal & Stem's rental program is outstanding, as well! I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Emily to any bride I know beginning the wedding planning process!

If we could give 6 stars, we absolutely would. Petal & Stem—and especially Emily—were such a huge part of what made our wedding so beautiful. The florals were stunning, but it was everything else too: from the candlelit tables to the mirror seating chart to the little details they added with their rentals, they created a space that felt warm, personal, and unforgettable. Emily has such a creative eye and an easygoing energy that made working together so fun. She brought our ideas to life in a way that felt natural and effortless. We’re so grateful for everything Petal & Stem did to make the day feel like ours. Truly cannot recommend them enough

Emily is amazing!! She helped my vision come true! She was extremely helpful with maximizing and getting the most out of the budget. She also really helped with the design of the wedding. She has so many rental options that make the details of the day! The flowers were immaculate!! She went out of her way for us and are truly appreciative!!

Emily was such a joy to work with! She walked us through every step of her process, even taking us into her wholesale to show us all of the available options in flowers, colors, and decorations. She did an amazing job taking what we like, turning it into beautiful pieces, and providing suggestions along the way when we weren't sure what to pick or how to stay in budget. Every flower and decor piece that Emily brought to our venue was gorgeous!

I’ve held off on writing this because I truly want Emily and her business, Petal & Stem, to succeed, but my experience was disappointing. At first, Emily was enthusiastic and attentive, especially when it came to working within my budget. However, as the wedding approached, several key details we discussed didn’t make it to the day. For example, the card box she assured me would be provided was missing, and when my bridesmaid called her about it, Emily denied forgetting it, leaving us to scramble for a solution. I had also specifically requested candles for our memorial table and a basket of flowers for our welcome sign—neither of which showed up despite multiple reminders. The bouquets were another disappointment. My bouquet and the bridesmaids were supposed to incorporate blue accents, but this detail was overlooked. Additionally, Emily miscalculated the number of bud vases needed for our tables, which resulted in me being overcharged. I caught the mistake myself and had to bring it to her attention. What stood out most was that Emily left the venue without checking in with me—the bride—to confirm everything was set up as planned. This, combined with the missing details, made me feel like just another transaction in a long list of clients, rather than someone whose special day truly mattered. While there were moments of beauty, like the seating chart, the overall process felt rushed, disorganized, and underwhelming for the amount of money I paid. I hope this was an isolated experience, but I cannot recommend Petal & Stem.

We loved our flowers from Petal and Stem for our wedding day! Emily was easy to work with and I enjoyed selecting the flowers and greenery with her. She has a great eye and also lets the customer paint the picture of what they are envisioning. The bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages were fresh and beautifully arranged. We would recommend them!

I was very happy with my flowers and decor rental items from Emily for my wedding. It was great meeting with her several times leading up to the wedding and picking out the flowers at the wholesaler. She is so nice and fun to work with!

Emily is a wonderful human being. She found time for me and worked with my crazy nursing schedule. My mother and I love flowers and she took the time to explain the different blooms with us to help us make the best decision for my wedding day. She always put my opinions first. She wasn’t trying to over sale things. She respected my budget. She answered all of my questions. She was so patient with me during crunch time. I showed her my inspo pictures and she made magic. I chose to use her arch and I have no regrets! She was able to provide flower petals/confetti for the send off and for my flower girls. I drew out my vision for my long tables and she was able to bring some life to the space. She even provided flowers for my cake and made it look spectacular!
