We reached out to Emily only about two months before our wedding because we were struggling to bring our vision for our tables and overall wedding details together. We needed help with everything from vases, votives, and candles to floral pedestals and so many of the little details that make a wedding feel complete. From the very beginning, Emily was truly our saving grace. She immediately understood what we were envisioning, even when we were struggling to put it into words ourselves, and somehow knew exactly what we needed. Everything turned out absolutely PERFECT! Emily also brought so many additional ideas to the table that made our wedding even more beautiful, including an incredible seating chart, a gorgeous welcome sign with florals, and countless small touches that we never would have thought of on our own. She has such an incredible eye for detail and a talent for knowing exactly what is needed to pull everything together. It was very evident how much she genuinely cared about our wedding day, and her team works so hard to make sure everything is perfect. She is one of the sweetest people to work with, and it was so clear throughout the entire process that she truly wanted to make our wedding the most beautiful and special day of our lives. We honestly have no idea what we would have done without her! In addition to our wedding day, Emily and her team also handled the florals and other details for our welcome party and rehearsal dinner, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. She has such a gift for seeing the big picture while also thinking of all the little details that make an event feel complete, especially when we didn’t even know what we were missing! We are beyond grateful to Emily and the entire Petal & Stem team. They went above and beyond in every way, and we cannot recommend them enough. The only regret we have is not reaching out sooner as it would have eased a LOT of worrying over details that Emily & her team took care of perfectly. We will forever be thankful for the role they played in making our wedding weekend so incredibly special, and we look forward to working with Emily again for all future life celebrations!!

Petal & Stem to the rescue! We were days away from the wedding and found out last minute that our venue required hurricane lamps over our candles. A neighbor who is in the wedding business referred us to Petal & Stem. It is HER go to for everything wedding decor. Emily & Katie dropped everything (for a moment :) ), in the midst of the busy part of wedding season, to help us with our problem. Katie was there when we arrived and not only set us up with hurricane lamps but some beautiful trumpet vases and even gave us a quick tutorial on how to use them. She was so accomodating and they really came to the rescue. The customer service and fair pricing cannot be beat!! I highly recommend them for all your floral/decor/rental needs!!!!

You can truly be open and honest with Emily about your vision, budget, hopes and dreams! She is responsive, smart, funny and most importantly passionate about what she does and her couples. Our florals were breathtaking and she understood my vision more than I did and helped me through my indecisiveness. My bridal bouquet was amazing and perfect in every way!!! The specific colors were very important to me and she nailed it. Their decor package was a huge reason we went with them too. We used their candles, chargers, table numbers, lamps, ginger jars, podiums, baskets, linen sign and probably more I’m forgetting about. It was all stunning! And such a relief to not have to source ourselves and plan for setup & tear down. Emily’s story and mission behind her business also makes you feel good about choosing and supporting her. One of the highlights of the process was meeting with her at the florist warehouse to walk through flower options in person. Emily provided transparent pricing, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never once made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. The flowers were delivered on time and looked absolutely stunning. People are still commenting on how beautiful everything was—from the bouquets and centerpieces to the two gorgeous floral pieces her and her team created for our ceremony. Every arrangement felt personalized, lush, and full of intention. Emily also made payment super simple, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. One piece of advice: definitely take advantage of their rentals! They had beautiful pieces that added so much to our décor without the extra stress of sourcing or storing anything ourselves. For example, the card box she assured me would be provided was missing, and when my bridesmaid called her about it, Emily denied forgetting it, leaving us to scramble for a solution. I had also specifically requested candles for our memorial table and a basket of flowers for our welcome sign—neither of which showed up despite multiple reminders. The bouquets were another disappointment. My bouquet and the bridesmaids were supposed to incorporate blue accents, but this detail was overlooked. Additionally, Emily miscalculated the number of bud vases needed for our tables, which resulted in me being overcharged. I caught the mistake myself and had to bring it to her attention. What stood out most was that Emily left the venue without checking in with me—the bride—to confirm everything was set up as planned. This, combined with the missing details, made me feel like just another transaction in a long list of clients, rather than someone whose special day truly mattered. While there were moments of beauty, like the seating chart, the overall process felt rushed, disorganized, and underwhelming for the amount of money I paid. I hope this was an isolated experience, but I cannot recommend Petal & Stem.
