Everything about Petals and Leaves was amazing, from the initial meeting to the actual wedding day! I definitely think it’s worth it to pay for set up/tear down, it was such a relief to not have to worry about it at the end of the night and they did such an amazing job setting everything up. They were very detailed and worked with us to make everything absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. Worth every penny!

Excellent wedding florist. My bouquet was so beautiful it brought me to tears. Highly recommend, especially if you are getting married at Scioto Reserve Country Club, as they have a unique floral install you can use for an indoor ceremony!

We are so thankful to have been able to work with Petals & Leaves. They executed our vision with our florals perfectly! We were also able to rent all of our vases, votives, candles, and floral stands through them and they were promptly picked up at the end of the night. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We were also so happy to hear they genuinely loved creating our florals because they loved working with our chosen color palette. They were such a pleasure to work with, and our guests complimented their work all day long!

I could not have been happier with my Petal and Leaves experience. I was out of town and they communicated beautifully for my son's rehearsal dinner. I sent inspiration photos and they nailed it. Everything was set up at the venue just as they promised. I highly recommend their services.

Petals and Leaves did a fantastic job with the florals for my wedding. Dee made the proposal process very easy and the bouquets and boutonnieres were both unique and fitting to my color scheme. The hanging florals in the ballroom for the reception gave the room a whimsical look, which exceeded what I had envisioned for the day. I am grateful for for the relationship Petals and Leaves has with my wedding venue and everything was set up and delivered on time and with ease. I received many compliments throughout the day from guests on the floral decorations and was very satisfied with how beautifully everything came together.

I was initially so excited to work with Petals & Leaves. Dee put together a beautiful proposal that incorporated the inspiration pictures I submitted. The proposal outlined all the flowers and colors that would be included in the various arrangements. While I was totally on board with 95% of the proposal, I pushed back on two flowers as I felt they had a boho-vibe that was not at all what I wanted. She did not remove the flowers from the proposal, nor did she offer alternative flowers that would accomplish the same design function. When I pushed back again and asked for alternatives, she just removed the flowers and did not offer any alternatives. Fast forward, Dee and I go through a round or two of tweaks as we get closer to the day. I was super appreciative of her willingness to make design changes when I changed my mind about how the altar would look. In these design meetings, I reiterated that I was nervous about the color of the flowers. I said that I wanted light pinks, oranges, and yellows - just like in the inspiration pictures, nothing too bright. She assured me she was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, the bridal party flowers were delivered. The bouquets were beautiful, but they did not look like the inspiration pictures we talked about. There were purple flowers featured very prominently in all of the bouquets. A member of the bridal party called Dee right away to see if anything could be done. Dee indicated that she didn't see any purple in the bouquets, but she did see lavender. She stated that lavender is in the pink family and this was simply a miscommunication, but it was too late to change anything. In nearly every unsolicited comment I have received about my flowers from friends and family, someone refers to my "purple flowers." Before the ceremony started, there were stems in my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere that wilted and needed to be cut out. The most frustrating part of the entire experience has been in the lack of communication following my wedding. Dee knew I was disappointed with my flowers and never reached out. Had she done so, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, I received a canned email saying they were "thrilled with how everything came together so beautifully" and asked if I would write a review. TL;DR - My flowers were pretty, but did not match the color scheme we discussed multiple times. Stems in the grooms' boutonniere and my bouquet wilted and flopped over before the ceremony even started.

Petals&Leaves did an amazing job on the florals and the presentation at both our wedding ceremony and reception. The bouquets and boutonnières were lovely and smelled amazing. Their team is accommodating and so nice. They flipped some of the ceremony pieces to a second location for the reception and I especially appreciate their willingness to flip to a second location so we were able to use of flowers as much as possible! Out acrylic sign was also gorgeous and such a beautiful addition to our decor. Thank you P&L!

I absolutely LOVED my flowers from Petals and Leaves! I let them know my preferred aesthetic and color scheme and they created beautiful bouquets that completely exceeded my expectations! They were so flexible when I changed my mind and made the whole process easy! Plus, they were wonderfully affordable! I highly recommend them!

Dee and her team did a great job bringing my vision to life. The color pallet was spot on, and it was a soft, romantic fall feel! Thank you so much for all that you did. My favorite items were my bouquet of course and my daughters flower wand, it was just adorable!

I would proceed with caution. Read the bad reviews too, they all seem similar to my experience. If something goes wrong, do not expect the owner to take accountability, make it right, or even apologize. We had a handful of things that she and her team did wrong and she was not interested in helping correct her mistakes so I cannot recommend Petals and Leaves. One big example was that we had hot coral pink drapes/curtains in our venue that were supposed to be champagne colored, so imagine a completely different color wedding than you planned for when you arrive to the venue. She also installed only half of the drapes, but I was charged thousands of dollars to install on the celling and they didn't exist so the two halves of the venue were not tied together, we even paid for the venue early just for this installation and she refused a refund or even a credit for services she didn't even do. On top of this my bouquet was laughably bad. I regret carrying it around but I was so excited for the day I didn't want to complain and I didn't have the perspective to see that it was not what I asked for and lopsided until my photographer recommended I not carry it anymore. I hate having to leave a bad review but I had such an awful feeling when I saw the reception venue and it was such a disappointment and so upsetting. We did contact the owner to discuss the issues during the reception and she said it was something I picked. Pretty crappy for a bride who spent over a year planning to be told a lie and have zero accountability on the thousands of dollars spent for one of the most important décor aspects. I tried to rectify things after the wedding and didn't even receive an apology from Deb, let alone a refund for what the owner didn't do, she told me that some of her services ended up costing more than she expected and was losing money. As a small business owner, I don't think that falls on the client. Had I been made aware she was having trouble making money on my signed contract I probably would have paid more, or I would have pulled out and I should have had that option. I should have at least been made aware of what she wasn't able to do prior to arriving at the reception. Maybe this is a one off? I can only hope and pray this woman doesn't run a business like this but sign at your own risk! Best of luck!

Petals and Leaves did an amazing job at our wedding! They understood my vision perfectly and executed it exactly how I wanted it. They went above and beyond making me an extra bouquet for our second night of celebration. Something they did not have to do! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding florals!

We did the full service floral package and it was great to not have to worry about flowers the day of the wedding. After the wedding, we used the centerpiece flowers for brunch the next day. Petals and Leaves EXCEEDED our expectations for our wedding flowers! They went through every detail for all floral decor for our big day until it was exactly how we wanted it and they took our color scheme and decor vision and made it come to life! The bouquets, corsages, and church decor were beautiful and the submerged roses with floating candled that we had as our centerpieces at the reception were more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined! HIGHLY recommend using them to make your wedding floral dreams come true!

Petals and Leaves was the best! Meghan was so easy to work with in the planning process and she went above and beyond with all of our design requests over the past 2 years. Meghan was fantastic to work with! We had an inside hanging floral installation above where we stood for the ceremony that turned out AMAZING, with small glass baubles hanging from the bottom with candles. We had our large centerpieces surrounding the ceremony as well that made the room smell incredible! The bouquets also turned out simply stunning!

Our vendor, Scioto Reserve Country Club, recommended Petals and Leaves because they were familiar with the space and had done several hanging floral pieces there. There are no words to describe the stunning floral arrangements Petals and Leaves provided for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding on 10/2/21. From the hanging floral arrangement to the tall arrangements with beautiful crystals, the venue was transformed into a spectacular setting for a very special evening. Dee was very open to our ideas. The Petals and Leaves team is exceptional when it comes to floral needs for a big event. Due to covid, we were unable to have in person meetings to discuss our vision, but Dee and Meghan made our over the phone meetings and visions come to life in every step of our planning process. Dee with Petals and Leaves was wonderful to work with! She was very professional and provided in-depth proposals so we would know exactly what they would be providing. Dee was very accommodating and helpful as we worked with her during Covid-19 restrictions. She was also receptive and helpful when we asked for changes on the proposals to stay within our budget. They have such a variety of florals and greenery to make our wedding bouquets and centerpieces unique. Our florals were absolutely beautiful and we loved how they turned out. We also had a spectacular circle arch as our backdrop to our ceremony at High Line Car House. We were blown away when we first walked into the venue and saw how beautiful everything was. Would highly recommend Dee, Petals and Leaves and their work.

Petals and Leaves did all of our ceremony flowers and flowers for the wedding party’s hair. They all came out gorgeous! I asked Megan to recreate a Pinterest image of a cascade bouquet and I can’t even tell which is which, she nailed the design that much! I told her I wanted color for mine—no pastels and they definitely came through. The flowers were healthy, full, and gorgeously arranged! It was everything I asked for and more. They were great to work with and have the most beautiful flowers!

Petals and Leaves did a fantastic job at designing centerpieces to fit within our budget. My original plan of having large, tall floral pieces for our tables sent the cost well over our budget. After presenting some options, I was able to have silver pedestals with floating candles and surrounding greenery that cut down our cost by a GRAND. This added a soft glow to our ballroom when the lights were dimmed and looked beautiful. Our bouquets were full and fresh. We rented a ceremony backdrop with greenery and 2 floral arrangements. It came out exactly as promised and the floral team will set it up and tear it down all for you (there is a cost, but worth it!). Overall, we are very happy we chose Petals and Leaves and would recommended them to any central Ohio couple getting married!

Petals and Leaves was amazing for our wedding! I picked them because they did not require a minimum order amount (instead they book up to a certain dollar amount for that day) and because their pictures were beautiful. I came in with pictures for inspiration and Petals and Leaves met my expectations and more. My bouquet was beautiful and the bridesmaids's bouquets were exactly like I wanted. I really liked the pieces they put together for our ceremony arch and they were easily re-used for the reception. They even work with you to pick a matching ribbon color to your dress/bridesmaid dresses to wrap around the bouquets. Definitely recommend!

They were punctual, professional and so very kind. Booking was easy and fun, and seeing the flowers for the first time on the big day was one of my favorite parts of the morning. The bouquets created by Petals and Leaves were beautiful! We had some trouble on wedding day picking up the flowers, as a sign on the door was posted “Closed for Private Event” and the door was locked. However, after calling multiple times, they answered and unlocked the door. In the end, we were happy to have our flowers from Petals and Leaves because they were so beautiful.

Petals and Leaves was a very professional vendor that I would highly recommend. During the first consultation, we went over flower choices and amounts. A proposal with images was emailed to me with a $$$ amount. I appreciated the transparency! I actually found them to be more cost effective than other florists in the city. They also allowed me to make changes to bring my total closer to my budget. We had another consultation close to the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, my MOH picked up the flowers from their shop. They were beautiful and smell so good. I got tons of compliments and was very happy. I felt they listened to my requests. I would highly recommend!

I loved working with them the entire way through! The store is amazing! You can rent everything from them and they have so many pieces to choose from. They had worked with all of our other vendors before so everything was smooth! Best of all...they set up and tear down! Your wedding day is totally stressless!

My bouquet was absolutely beautiful! Not knowing what exactly it would look like I was nervous to see how it would turn out. It exceeded all expectations! It was a 90 degree day and I think all flowers held up well in the heat. In my opinion, it turned out better and more beautiful than my inspiration photos. We also used Petals and Leaves to rent our centerpieces from. They were beautiful and I didn’t need to worry about Set up because we paid extra to have the florist take care of it. I highly recommend having the vendors set up so you and guest don’t need to worry about it.

Meghan and her team couldn't have done a better job with the floral arrangement at our wedding. They could easily have charged more for their services and it would still have been worth it. I hope people in the Columbus area will flood them with new business because places like this are harder to find than one would think.

We worked with Petals & Leaves for our April 2019 wedding and were very pleased with their professionalism, kindness and willingness to work within our budget. Because I was planning our Columbus wedding from NYC, I only had the opportunity to pop into the store once - but had so much fun while I worked with their team. We went over final logistics, discussed pros/cons to certain selections and ultimately worked to bring my vision to life as a team. Flowers are an important part of any bride's wedding day, but for me, they were the single most important element for my bridesmaids as they all wore different dresses/colors (some solid, some floral, some sparkling, etc.). When our fantastic coordinator, Michelle from StR Events , delivered the flowers we all gushed over how well things were pulled together with the flowers. When I stepped into our venue that afternoon, I was truly blown away by how lovely everything looked. So much of that was made possible by the Petals & Leaves team. We are forever grateful and still can't stop smiling about how lovely our anemones were on April 6. Thank you P&L team!

The flowers for our daughter's wedding were even more spectacular than we imagined- not an easy feat in January. Petals and Leaves staff was delightful to plan with and respectful of our budget. The set-up crew did a great job. They were patient and gracious even when we asked them to make a couple of last minute adjustments on the wedding day. Our guests commented on the simplicity and creativity of the centerpieces and how they set the elegant mood we wanted.

We got SO many wonderful comments about them. The floral arrangements done by Petals and Leaves was one of the best parts. It's hard to imagine improving the beauty of the Franklin Park Conservatory, but Petals and Leaves managed to transform it into a fall wonderland. Everyone was in awe of my bridal bouquet, which was every bit as unique and quirky yet elegant as I could have dreamed. They were easy to work with and patient with us when we struggled with our guest count list and last minute details. The delivery was perfect and they were the model of professionalism. Our wedding venue looked like something out of a fairytale, and all of our guests asked specifically where we got the flowers. They are also very reasonably priced and the rented items were simply lovely. Highly recommend this company to every bride.

I enjoyed working with Petal and Leaves. Once I requested more information,Meghan contacted me quickly. We scheduled a first meeting and she picked my brain about my wedding theme, flowers, and decorations. She was so patient with me and knew what flower I was struggling to describe! She then looked over my Pinterest ideas and had everything on paper-with cost within a week. A few months before the wedding we had a final meeting. The entire process was stress fee and I received so many compliments on the decorations and flowers. I am so happy I went with Petals and Leaves and would recommend them to everyone!

I wish I had a better experience with Petals and Leaves. Not only was my experience subpar, but I heard from my venue that they do not like to work with them, which says it all. I made very clear from the outset that money was not an issue for florals. I repeated over and over again that I wanted the flowers to have a "wow" moment, and to be a showstopper, and that my mom and I were "flower people." I told them that I wanted the guests to walk in and say "oh my god, the flowers." I also requested very specifically that the flowers be primarily peonies, as they were in season. Again, I never expressed any budget concerns. Come wedding day, besides my bouquet, there was barely a peony to be seen. The flowers were an absolute non-factor and a snooze. I was extremely upset when I saw the venue with the flowers for the first time. The coordinator called the owner of Petals and Leaves who came over to take photos of the tables for her to post on Instagram but had nothing to offer to fix the problem saying she had no flowers left. Basically the explanation I got was that they wouldn't expect someone to want to spend over the amount we spent on flowers, and peonies were expensive this year. Huh? I would had paid $2500 MORE dollars to have had the peony arrangements I asked for. They also did not take the time to even call or text me to ask if I was willing to pay a little more to ensure the flowers could be peonies as I asked. It was a huge disappointment to me and put a damper on everything.

I worked closely with Meghan at Petals & Leaves on my vision and she was amazing! We did the 'full service package' and I literally didn't have a worry in the world on the day of the wedding. They came and set everything up to perfection, and were there at the end of the evening to take everything back. It was stress-free on my end and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Small issue with placement of centerpieces I wanted on guest tables were put on escort table. But everything was beautiful and I would highly recommend them!

A truly talented design team! Petals & Leaves delivered above and beyond our expectations for our October wedding day. We worked with Meghan who graciously met with us twice to help walk us through the process and bring our color palette preferences to life on a limited budget. When I saw the bouquets and the hanging arbor for our ceremony and reception, I was literally stunned. Everything was beyond beautiful. The color choices were stunning and modern and just so much more than we hoped for. We are so grateful for the time they took to make our day magical. We worked with Meghan for our October wedding and loved our experience! The flowers and decorations were absolutely beautiful at both the ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony in front of a fire place, and they beautifully decorated the mantel behind us. Meghan was so easy to work with, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. When I saw my flowers the day of our wedding I was in awe. Petals and Leaves beautifully curated stunning bouquets and table arrangements for our wedding. The first time seeing everything set up for the ceremony and then the reception were a couple of the best parts of the whole day. With their full service package option I didn’t have to do anything the day of (except gasp when I saw how beautiful they were) which was a huge relief, it just makes you enjoy your day that much more. They also offer table linens and other decor so it truly is a one stop shop for all things gorgeous. My friends and family loved the bouquets and boutonnières and the wedding guests were complementing the flowers- and they still are! I highly recommend Petals and Leaves for wedding flowers and decor, you will not be let down. I wish we could do it all again, just to see the flowers!

I worked with Meghan for my September wedding and I can truly say she made my life so much easier. First of all my flowers turned out gorgeous and all of our floral decor was gorgeous as well, but the fact that you can rent basically anything you need from them literally made me want to cry tears of joy. Petals &Leaves has worked with most major venues in the Columbus area and were familiar with who to talk to and what the procedures were for our venue. It was so nice the day of my wedding not to have to worry about decorating or cleaning up. Everything was taken care of and I was able to enjoy my day basically stress free.

Just had our wedding on September 30th and Petals and Leaves did a great job with the flowers and arrangements! I was so pleased. I planned my wedding for California and communicated with Meghan to coordinate. I sent her several pictures of flowers I liked and everything turned out exactly like what I showed her. I loved working with petals and leaves. I had my wedding in Columbus but I live in Michigan. Meghan made it so easy for me with doing everything over the phone and sending me pictures of what to expect for my bouquets. I was not disappointed and arrangements were beautiful!
