Petals was an absolute dream to work with. We met with Cyndi twice, once for our vision, and then once for our final details. It was no surprise at all that everything came out absolutely gorgeous and delivered so seamlessly. We had three drop off locations: bride’s house, groom’s house, and hall. Everything arrive exactly how we discussed. I would highly recommend Petals as your florist for your big day!

She was so kind and patient to help work with me to still have what I wanted and visioned but closer to my budget. She’s very genuine and cares about making her clients happy. This florist is fabulous!!!! Hire them now! They completely saved me when my other florist became very hard to communicate with the last few months of wedding planning. Adrienne is warm, has strong attention to detail, very responsive and professional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made it happen. She was also honest when making suggestions.

I had the most amazing experience working with Cyndi and all of Petals for my wedding. Cyndi was extremely kind, knowledgable, and patient throughout the entire process. She never once made me feel pressured to add on more expensive arrangements, and even told me ways to repurpose bouquets and aisle markers for after the ceremony and place them throughout the venue to save money. My flowers were stunning and everything I could have ever wanted. Additionally, she was affordable while still offering amazing quality. Many florists that I contacted wanted to charge me a 5-6 thousand dollar minimum, which was above my flower budget. If you are looking for a florist who genuinely cares about your vision, will not try to pressure you into spending over your budget, and who is extremely talented, I would recommend Petals and Cyndi in a heartbeat!! I truly could not have asked for a better florist to make my wedding flowers vision come to life!

Cyndi and the whole team at Petals was incredible to work with! She was so flexible and truly made my vision a reality. She was so helpful in guiding me through different types of flowers and showed me a display in the shop so I had knew that I had made the right choices. Cyndi & the Petals team did the flowers for my husband and I’s November wedding at the Beauport Hotel Gloucester. We couldn’t say enough great things about working with them!! Cyndi is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. This came through loud and clear on our intro call. When it felt like other vendors just said “yes” to every thing I mentioned I might want, Cyndi was the only one to provide her honest feedback and considerations based on what she knew our budget was, based on her experience working with our vendor, and based on her general knowledge as a veteran in her field. It completely made me feel like I would be in the absolute best hands working with her and her team. She was extremely detail-oriented and I left every meeting with her feeling so confident that my wedding would look exactly how I envisioned. And it did!!! Our wedding day was absolutely magical ! My husband and I got married on 10.22.23 at Willowdale Estate. All of the flower arrangements came out truly beautiful, elegant, and timeless… especially for our photos !!! We had multiple meetings with the girls in the shop to make sure it all turned out perfect. Everyone we spoke to was so sweet. We truly couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! We used Petals for our wedding on 9-30-2023 and it was perfect. My bouquet was beautiful and the centerpieces were gorgeous. They also added flowers to my cake. They were responsive and everything looked great.

We chose petals as our florist for our September 17, 2023 wedding and everything was absolutely beautiful, my bouquet was perfect my bridesmaids bouquets were perfect, the centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous everything was absolutely perfect and they were able to capture my vision of what I wanted 100%. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion. Our color scheme was eucalyptus and greenery with whites so if you're looking specifically for that same idea I can tell you it was amazing and everything looked so good and it really brought everything together nicely, Cyndi was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole thing and I really can't recommend them enough! I had my bouquet wrapped with extra pieces of my dress which was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend doing that for sure!

I just had Cyndi and her crew do my daughters wedding last weekend, August 12. I cannot put into words how beautiful the flowers were. The guests were in awe at the flowers and many said they were the most beautiful arrangements and arch they had ever seen. Even the wedding coordinator said it was the prettiest wedding she had done. From the beginning, Cyndi listened to what my vision was and she made suggestions on how to orchestrate. She understood completely what i was looking for. It was a flip wedding (meaning the ceremony was in the reception area) so they had to work quickly from ceremony to setting tables.... it was flawless. She also suggested ways to reuse the arch for the table settings! I only wish i had a few more daughters to marry so that i could use Petals! My husband and I worked with Petals for our June wedding. The owner Cyndi was incredibly informative and helpful every step of the way, and her an her team were kind and very professional. I do not know much about flowers, but knew I wanted a vibrant pink and orange color scheme. Cyndi suggested different flower types that worked so well together, and really helped to enhance my vision. We had a follow up meeting to solidify details, and if I made some changes before the wedding, there was never any issue, and every change was noted and remembered with care. The beauty of the arrangements greatly enhanced the evening, and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend this vendor!

I used Petals for my wedding flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, and hanging jars for ceremony) and highly recommend them! In my initial phone consultation with Cyndi, I explained my general vision and she spent an hour going over different bouquet types, recommended flowers, etc. to bring my vision to life. She and the rest of the Petals team are very thorough and detail oriented, and it shows with the final product. The flower arrangements came out BEAUTIFUL and I received so many compliments on them during and after the wedding! Petals also worked with my venue to provide flowers for the sweetheart table and cake, and everything fit together so beautifully and cohesively. Petals offers a great value for the price, and the team is very friendly and easy to work with.

Thank you Petals for the most beautiful flowers! We got married in October 2022 and Cyndi was so great and creative to work with. I was pretty indecisive and Cyndi was able to provide suggestions and direction and was spot on with her decisions. We were able to make spring colors look more fall by adding pops of burgundy throughout. I love them more and more each time I look back at my wedding photos. I got married October 2022. Petals was a recommended vendor from my venue. They did not disappoint!! Petals executed exactly what I wanted. Cyndi and everyone at Petals did such an amazing job picking out the perfect flowers based off our vision and colors. We had so many guests compliment the arrangements! Cyndi was also the only florist I spoke to for quotes who DIDN'T patronize me and tell me I couldn't do blue and gold. We did beautiful gold ribbons hanging down from the bridesmaid's bouquets and spots of blue delphinium flowers in all bouquets! It was perfect!

Absolutely obsessed with my flowers!! Cyndi was so dedicated and thorough from the day we had our initial consultation. I was big on repurposing flowers and she did not try to sell me on anything more than what I wanted/needed. I sent her some pictures and she created the most beautiful centerpieces that brought together my vision of burgundy and blush so beautifully. She was also very thorough with our final meeting, making sure all the bases were covered and then some. Reasonably priced flowers have been so difficult to find since the pandemic so I was thrilled when I was able to book Petals!

I originally booked with Cyndi in 2021 but had to change my date to 2022 and she was great about keeping in touch. I didn’t have an exact idea of the flowers I wanted but she was great of suggesting florals. Some of my florals were repurposed from my ceremony to my reception and the team was great about doing that very quickly. The flowers were beautiful and many of my guests complimented them. Would definitely recommend for future brides!

Beyond happy with Petals. I don’t know anything about flowers but I showed Cyndi a couple pictures and explained what I wanted and she did an amazing job. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, and the we did the floating candles as centerpieces which was just so gorgeous! Not only that but the flowers they put on the arbor were PERFECT. I gave them fabric to put on (with no instructions as to how) and they exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I could not have asked for a better florists for my wedding than Cyndi and her team at Petals. They are so incredibly talented and knowledgeable about what flowers will work for the season your wedding is in and what flowers you can swap in and out of your arrangements to work with your budget. The team was so responsive, organized and flexible when any last minute changes came up- which of course happens with weddings and ! I loved working with this team and the end result blew my mind. Petals did an excellent job for us. They were incredibly knowledgeable about what kinds of flowers were in season that could give us what we were looking for. We didn't know anything about flowers really, so we went in with some photos of ideas, and they immediately dissected each type of flower in the photo and what we could use to replace it in-season. They also didn't blink when we had to change the location where the bride was getting ready and the bouquets were being delivered from Peabody all the way to Saugus with just 3 days notice. They're not the cheapest option available, but you get quality for what you pay. Definitely recommended.

Cyndi was so kind and helpful - we never actually met in person as I was mostly wedding planning from abroad, but she was so generous with her time, spending 60+ minutes on the phone with me walking through each little detail and choice. The bouquets turned out EXACTLY like the inspiration pictures I showed her (which I hoped for but didn't necessarily expect!) and the arrangements around the venue were stunning. Cyndi did an amazing job making my vision come to life! From the beginning, Cyndi took the time to listen to everything I was envisioning and provide suggestions. I don’t know a lot about flowers and she did a great job showing me examples so that we were on the same page. From my tall orchid centerpieces, to my beautiful bouquet and everything in between, it couldn’t have been more perfect.

Petals and Cyndi did such a wonderful job with my flowers! Like many other brides I had originally booked her for a 2020 wedding that had several postponements until we finally got married on 9/19. Throughout all the reschedules she was very flexible, even when my seasons and flower selections changed! She was very affordable compared to other florists I spoke to that required 5k or 7k minimums! She even allowed me to supply my own compotes which was great and also made great suggestions for how to repurpose things like bridesmaids bouquets and ceremony flowers. Everyone loved the centerpieces so much that they took them home and stated they lasted over 10 days after the event! Thank you so much to Cyndi and Petals!

The flowers for the wedding came out ok and were on time for delivery. The corsages and boutonnieres were really simple which is what we agreed to. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were not what I would have expected for the money I paid for them. I wish I had seen a sample before we proceeded with them. The bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony flowers were definitely not worth the price and were pretty much unnoticeable in the church. I could have went without them and they did look a little like funeral arrangements. My main problem was Cyndi’s attitude and the way she does business. One and a half months before the wedding Cyndi slipped into the end of the conversation that she was increasing my prices. I reminded her that we had a contract and she just said she had to do it. No apology, no offer to waive my cancellation fee and no real solution to what we could change to get back to the original price (other than the bridal bouquet). When I met with Cyndi for our final walk through she was more interested in proving she was right about if she had met me in person or not than figuring out how to make things work. She also called me hostel after I made it clear that I was not interested in pleasantries and just wanted to get down to business, obviously still upset about the contract violation. Cyndi did bring up the price increase and her apology was everyone’s favorite “sorry you feel that way.” I did express to Cyndi that I would not have thought twice about the contract violation given the circumstances if she had just presented it in a more client friendly manner. After that meeting Cyndi and I did talk several times about final payment, when I would bring it and when I would be providing the supplies for the centerpieces, it seems like she did not take note of what we talked about given that within a week she was asking me the same questions that I had already answered, but I am sure that is just due to it being wedding season and her having a lot on her mind. Overall not the experience I was hoping to have as a bride paying a couple of thousands of dollars for her once in a life time event. I understand that these are different times for everyone so would also like to add that my experience may be a unique one to being a covid bride and other reviews and personal conversations with Petals should definitely be taken into consideration.

Cyndi from Petals was first discovered from my sister in law when she used hers for her wedding back in 2019, again when my cousin Marina got married this past summer, and for my own wedding September 3rd. Cyndi was easily the most helpful florist I spoke with when trying to choose a vendor. She spent close to two hours on our initial call going over every little detail I wanted- down to finding the exact color green I was going for in my greenery. I was even sending her photos of my Mother's bouquet to pull details from back and forth. We met a few weeks in person before the wedding and her calming presence during a stressful time made me confident she would make the vision come to life. Everything was beautiful Petals put together especially my wedding bouquet. I am getting the bouquet preserved and this is something I will always cherish. Petals is conveniently located close to several wedding venues in Danvers, Gloucester, Salem and a must to have as your florist. 100% would recommend! Petals Florist lead by Cyndi Paone (the best) did an outstanding job for my daughter's wedding with beautiful flower arrangements for the church, bouquets for the bride and wedding party, family member flowers and table centerpieces. Petals also provided an excellent service for the invitations and seating board, first class quality all around. We were a COVID reschedule from September 2020 to September 2021. Cyndi was very accommodating and made this process stress free! She was flexible in changing our vision for our centerpieces on the spot during our final meeting. They were professional and helpful during the entire process. The centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres were extremely affordable and came out beautiful! She truly went above and beyond!

Petals Flowers were stunning at our wedding! Cindy helped us choose the types of flowers with a fantastic photo gallery on her iPad. She suggested both high vases and low vases for a balanced look and reduced price. She was flexible and had a great checklist so we wouldn't miss anyone. We rented pedestals and used some of the centerpieces for the ceremony that looked gorgeous. Everyone loved the flowers and enjoyed taking them home. We even had flowers at the guest book table and she used a piece of Mom's old gown to wrap the bride's bouquet to make it extra meaningful. Petals did a spectacular job and the prices was more than reasonable!

Cindy was so great to work with! We booked with petals during the pandemic and through the whole thing they were great to work with. I have a hard time visualizing things in my mind, so I was worried about the florals. But, Cindy was so great she helped me by sending photos of the flowers so I could piece it together. Seeing the flowers at my wedding....omg, I was so in love with them. It was more than I could of imagined. All our guests loved them as well! I don't think a vase of florals was left behind! haha! The flowers were fresh, beautiful and delivered/set up in a timely manner. Cindy was also good at working with us and our budget which was extremely helpful.

Petals did an amazing job for my June wedding! I had no clue what type of table setting, flowers, or decor I needed or envisioned for my wedding. They had great recommendations and I ended up loving all of it! Their service was top notch even during the pandemic.

Petals did an amazing job on our July 2021 wedding. We first booked Cyndi's in early 2019 for a 2020 wedding. She was wonderful through the postponement process. I had a very specific vision and wish list for my flowers, and she completely nailed it. She even managed to get me peonies in July! We had a mix of high and low florals, with an abundance of candlelight throughout the space. She did a floral cascade on our cake, a tall decorative arrangement in the entrance way, decorated our welcome sign, and so much more. We're absolutely thrilled with the results.

I found Petals, Inc here on the knot when researching florists local to our venue area. We first met with Cindy back in the fall of 2018 and we booked her that very day! Cindy and the team at Petals is very professional, honest and competitively priced. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021 and Cindy was very understanding and supportive. It was no issue with her to move our date. Yesterday (8.8.21) we were finally able to have our wedding celebration and our flowers from petals were stunning! We ordered an arrangement for our driftwood arch and all the bridal bouquets and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The colors and flowers Cindy used were perfect for our event. She listened to everything we wanted and ultimately completely delivered. The team delivered everything to our venue and set up the driftwood arch with the flower arrangement and the fabric I brought from home. Overall, I would highly recommend Petals for any event!

Cyndi was so knowledgeable about different flower types and was able to translate my thoughts and ideas into perfect flower arrangements. She knew our venue well and was able to tell us what would look good and what may not be a necessary addition (which saved us money!). Her ideas for reusing ceremony florals to decorate the reception were awesome and helped us get the most out of each arrangement! She was incredibly responsive and even rushed to help us come up with a backup plan for our outdoor ceremony when the forecast was showing rain. Getting married during a pandemic has had its fair share of challenges, but working with Cyndi was such a great decision. Cyndi worked with us to reschedule or larger wedding celebration as well as provide flower services for our small backyard wedding. She did an unbelievable job and helped to make our special day so beautiful! And on top of everything, Cyndi was so understanding and caring throughout this stressful planning process of a 2020 wedding. I can't wait to work with her again next summer!

Petals did our flowers for our wedding on 1/25/20. They were the most amazing flowers I have ever seen! Cyndi is absolutely wonderful to work with and she made the process so EASY! She listened to everything we wanted and never tried to talk us into more or something we didn't want. I appreciated the fact that she didn't let us go overboard and really cared that we had the right amount in the right places. She is such a sweet, kind person who really loves what she does and it shows. My pictures are that much more beautiful because of the amazing, beautiful flowers that were made. I honestly didn’t want to have real flowers at the wedding but I’m so glad that I changed my mind and Petals did an amazing job!! The process of picking out the bouquets and boutonnières was very easy because they know what they’re doing and had great ideas that made my more simple arrangements look stunning!! They also delivered them to our hotel exactly when they were supposed to be and they still looked great when we woke up the next morning!

Cyndi and her team were an absolute dream to work with. From the very first time we spoke, she was incredibly kind and helpful in brainstorming ways to bring my vision to life. She was also very respectful of what I was looking to spend - providing ideas and alternatives to ensure I was staying within my budget while still getting the aesthetics I wanted. On the day of my wedding, I was completely blown away with what they created. Everything was even more beautiful than the inspiration photos I provided. Working with Cyndi at Petals was just a fun and exciting experience! Such a delight to work with! Cyndi listened to my every word and really took the time to make sure she understood my floral vision of what I wanted; and she took the time to review and explain the fine details of each flower chosen. My bouquet and centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, and just everything I ever dreamt they would be and more! I chose to have a small and intimate vintage, Gatsby type of feel wedding and I sent Cyndi photos of ideas that I had and met with her in person twice to go over the fine details of flowers and vases to be used, and she along with the rest of the Petals staff just nailed it and they were absolutely stunning, just PERFECT!! Cyndi and the team at Petals Inc did an amazing job for the flowers for my wedding. They were amazing to work with, they were so helpful over the phone planning since I was planning from across the country. She asked me so many detail oriented questions about how I saw my big day and was so flexible with our floral ceremony piece and when we didn't know if the ceremony would be able to be outdoors she was so accommodating. She really worked with my budget to make my day look amazing!

Cyndi was wonderful to work with. She helped our wedding flower vision come to life and exceeded our expectations. She was very accommodating to last minute change orders/additions. I also recommended her to my MIL to provide flowers for the rehearsal dinner! All the arrangements, from bouquets, to guest tables to ceremony flowers were beautiful. Cindy is AMAZING!! All I had to do was show her one photo of a bouquet I loved from Pinterest and she was able to come up with the most perfect flower arrangements for the whole wedding. She even takes multiple meetings with you to make sure she is getting the flowers just right. I highly recommend them for any event but especially weddings!

Petals made the centerpieces and ceremony flowers for my wedding. Everything looked perfect and just how I pictured when I described it to the owner Cyndi during our meetings. Cyndi is very thorough and replies promptly. Would definitely recommend her and Petals Inc.

Cyndi and the petals team were absoulty fabulous!!! When i went in for my meeting their were so many pictures to choose from. I showed Cyndi a picture of my bridesmaid dresses and she knew exactly what would work. Petals did not disappoint when i walked into the venue an our before my wedding all the flowers were already set up and it could not have looked more beautiful. They were in and out without me even knowing and the colors and flowers choices that she put took was gorgeous. I had many compliments on our bouquets, the color theme, the ceremony chair arrangements and the centerpieces. If you want an easy process sign with petals as they have lots of experience in making your special day even more special.

Cyndi and her team did an amazing job with the flowers at our wedding! They beautifully draped flowers and greenery on our arbor, and created beautiful bunches on top of wooden barrels for our ceremony. Cyndi helped me pick out colors and types of bouquets based on the venue, and bridesmaid dress colors. She was extremely helpful and very experienced. I would highly recommend!! Her team did an AMAZING job!!! I received so many compliments on the bouquets and center pieces!

Cyndi was great to work with! We aren't big on flowers and didn't want to go overboard on spending. She really listened to our requests and understood our vision even better than we did! She did a great job keeping everything simple, but elegant. She was not pushy on anything. We were so happy with all of the bouquets, centerpieces (wreaths), and boutonnieres. All of the flowers were very fresh and held up throughout the night (and the next week!) despite the high humidity. We were so happy we chose Petals and would highly recommend them to any future bride!

We loved working with Cyndi for our wedding flowers! As someone who is allergic to flowers, I never thought I could have real flowers at my wedding and Cyndi made my dream come true! Petals was an amazing florist to work with! They were so accommodating and helpful! I went in knowing the colors I wanted but no idea of the flowers! Cindy was so good with showing what matched well and went together and her prices were very reasonable! I highly recommend them!
