Loved my flowers! I highly recommend!

This florist is fabulous!!!! Hire them now! They completely saved me when my other florist became very hard to communicate with the last few months of wedding planning. Adrienne is warm, has strong attention to detail, very responsive and professional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made it happen. She was also honest when making suggestions.

I had the most amazing experience working with Cyndi and all of Petals for my wedding. Cyndi was extremely kind, knowledgable, and patient throughout the entire process. She never once made me feel pressured to add on more expensive arrangements, and even told me ways to repurpose bouquets and aisle markers for after the ceremony and place them throughout the venue to save money. My flowers were stunning and everything I could have ever wanted. Additionally, she was affordable while still offering amazing quality. Many florists that I contacted wanted to charge me a 5-6 thousand dollar minimum, which was above my flower budget. If you are looking for a florist who genuinely cares about your vision, will not try to pressure you into spending over your budget, and who is extremely talented, I would recommend Petals and Cyndi in a heartbeat!! I truly could not have asked for a better florist to make my wedding flowers vision come to life!

Cyndi and the whole team at Petals was incredible to work with! She was so flexible and truly made my vision a reality. She was so helpful in guiding me through different types of flowers and showed me a display in the shop so I had knew that I had made the right choices. She even added little details of gold sprayed leaves to go along with other decor. I cannot recommend Petals enough!

Cyndi and the petals team did our flowers for our January, 2024 wedding. From the first meeting, we felt comfortable and it was clear Cyndi knew her stuff when it came to flowers. The entire process was easy and stress-free. On wedding day, the flower delivers were lovely. And the flowers themself were absolutely STUNNING. Guests were raving about them. Our wedding day was absolutely magical ! My husband and I got married on 10.22.23 at Willowdale Estate. All of the flower arrangements came out truly beautiful, elegant, and timeless… especially for our photos !!! We had multiple meetings with the girls in the shop to make sure it all turned out perfect. Everyone we spoke to was so sweet. We truly couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! I just had Cyndi and her crew do my daughters wedding last weekend, August 12. I cannot put into words how beautiful the flowers were. The guests were in awe at the flowers and many said they were the most beautiful arrangements and arch they had ever seen. Even the wedding coordinator said it was the prettiest wedding she had done. From the beginning, Cyndi listened to what my vision was and she made suggestions on how to orchestrate. She understood completely what i was looking for. It was a flip wedding (meaning the ceremony was in the reception area) so they had to work quickly from ceremony to setting tables.... it was flawless. She also suggested ways to reuse the arch for the table settings! I only wish i had a few more daughters to marry so that i could use Petals! The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were also gorgeous! Thank you Petals for make my vision come true and making the wedding spectacular. Flowers are the key to any beautiful wedding. I used Petals for my wedding flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, and hanging jars for ceremony) and highly recommend them! In my initial phone consultation with Cyndi, I explained my general vision and she spent an hour going over different bouquet types, recommended flowers, etc. to bring my vision to life. She and the rest of the Petals team are very thorough and detail oriented, and it shows with the final product. The flower arrangements came out BEAUTIFUL and I received so many compliments on them during and after the wedding! Petals also worked with my venue to provide flowers for the sweetheart table and cake, and everything fit together so beautifully and cohesively. Petals offers a great value for the price, and the team is very friendly and easy to work with.

Cyndi and the entire Petals team were a dream to work with! Throughout our entire planning experience to actually seeing our flowers onsite, we were so thrilled to partner with Petals. Cyndi was great in understanding our goals and recommending an approach for what became the most beautiful arrangements. Cyndi and her team truly elevated the elegance of our big day, and created beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and chuppah arrangements from just a few pictures for inspiration. She even used a piece of my mother and grandmother’s wedding dress as the wrap on my bouquet. Petals was such a pleasure to work with and they are so knowledgeable and creative. Knowing nothing about flowers, Cyndi took the time to explain various options while respecting our budget and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend booking them for any event. I got married October 2022. Petals was a recommended vendor from my venue. They did not disappoint!! Petals executed exactly what I wanted. They were extremely knowledgeable and had great suggestions and ideas! I am so beyond happy with how all of my flowers turned out. They were very professional, attentive and prompt! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Cyndi and everyone at Petals did such an amazing job picking out the perfect flowers based off our vision and colors. We had so many guests compliment the arrangements! Cyndi was also the only florist I spoke to for quotes who DIDN'T patronize me and tell me I couldn't do blue and gold. We did beautiful gold ribbons hanging down from the bridesmaid's bouquets and spots of blue delphinium flowers in all bouquets! It was perfect!

Absolutely obsessed with my flowers!! Cyndi was so dedicated and thorough from the day we had our initial consultation. I was big on repurposing flowers and she did not try to sell me on anything more than what I wanted/needed. I sent her some pictures and she created the most beautiful centerpieces that brought together my vision of burgundy and blush so beautifully. She was also very thorough with our final meeting, making sure all the bases were covered and then some. Reasonably priced flowers have been so difficult to find since the pandemic so I was thrilled when I was able to book Petals!

I originally booked with Cyndi in 2021 but had to change my date to 2022 and she was great about keeping in touch. I didn’t have an exact idea of the flowers I wanted but she was great of suggesting florals. Some of my florals were repurposed from my ceremony to my reception and the team was great about doing that very quickly. The flowers were beautiful and many of my guests complimented them. Would definitely recommend for future brides!

Beyond happy with Petals. I don’t know anything about flowers but I showed Cyndi a couple pictures and explained what I wanted and she did an amazing job. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, and the we did the floating candles as centerpieces which was just so gorgeous! Not only that but the flowers they put on the arbor were PERFECT. I gave them fabric to put on (with no instructions as to how) and they exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I could not have asked for a better florists for my wedding than Cyndi and her team at Petals. They are so incredibly talented and knowledgeable about what flowers will work for the season your wedding is in and what flowers you can swap in and out of your arrangements to work with your budget. The team was so responsive, organized and flexible when any last minute changes came up- which of course happens with weddings and ! I loved working with this team and the end result blew my mind. The florals were unbelievable, timeless and elegant and lasted so long! We received so many compliments on our centerpieces, bouquets and arbor florals! Petals are true artists and made our florals truly memorable.

Petals did an excellent job for us. They were incredibly knowledgeable about what kinds of flowers were in season that could give us what we were looking for. We didn't know anything about flowers really, so we went in with some photos of ideas, and they immediately dissected each type of flower in the photo and what we could use to replace it in-season. They also didn't blink when we had to change the location where the bride was getting ready and the bouquets were being delivered from Peabody all the way to Saugus with just 3 days notice. They're not the cheapest option available, but you get quality for what you pay. Definitely recommended.

Petals was such an amazing florist to work with for our wedding. They helped us to conceptualize color and texture and how those two things would influence the aesthetics of our day. The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières they made for us were stunning, and the arrangements they created for us were breathtaking. We can’t recommend Petals enough!

I am so glad we worked with Petals for the florals for our wedding, they are incredible! Cyndi was so kind and helpful - we never actually met in person as I was mostly wedding planning from abroad, but she was so generous with her time, spending 60+ minutes on the phone with me walking through each little detail and choice. The bouquets turned out EXACTLY like the inspiration pictures I showed her (which I hoped for but didn't necessarily expect!) and the arrangements around the venue were stunning. We received so many compliments and her prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend!

She was able to help put together florals for our ceremony and reception that were EXACTLY what we were looking for, and was able to do it within our budget. Cyndi did an amazing job making my vision come to life! From the beginning, Cyndi took the time to listen to everything I was envisioning and provide suggestions. I don’t know a lot about flowers and she did a great job showing me examples so that we were on the same page. From my tall orchid centerpieces, to my beautiful bouquet and everything in between, it couldn’t have been more perfect.

Petals and Cyndi did such a wonderful job with my flowers! Like many other brides I had originally booked her for a 2020 wedding that had several postponements until we finally got married on 9/19. Throughout all the reschedules she was very flexible, even when my seasons and flower selections changed! She was very affordable compared to other florists I spoke to that required 5k or 7k minimums! She even allowed me to supply my own compotes which was great and also made great suggestions for how to repurpose things like bridesmaids bouquets and ceremony flowers. Everyone loved the centerpieces so much that they took them home and stated they lasted over 10 days after the event! Thank you so much to Cyndi and Petals!

The flowers for the wedding came out ok and were on time for delivery. The corsages and boutonnieres were really simple which is what we agreed to. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were not what I would have expected for the money I paid for them. I wish I had seen a sample before we proceeded with them. The bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony flowers were definitely not worth the price and were pretty much unnoticeable in the church. I could have went without them and they did look a little like funeral arrangements. My main problem was Cyndi’s attitude and the way she does business. One and a half months before the wedding Cyndi slipped into the end of the conversation that she was increasing my prices. I reminded her that we had a contract and she just said she had to do it. No apology, no offer to waive my cancellation fee and no real solution to what we could change to get back to the original price (other than the bridal bouquet). When I met with Cyndi for our final walk through she was more interested in proving she was right about if she had met me in person or not than figuring out how to make things work. She also called me hostel after I made it clear that I was not interested in pleasantries and just wanted to get down to business, obviously still upset about the contract violation. Cyndi did bring up the price increase and her apology was everyone’s favorite “sorry you feel that way.” I did express to Cyndi that I would not have thought twice about the contract violation given the circumstances if she had just presented it in a more client friendly manner. After that meeting Cyndi and I did talk several times about final payment, when I would bring it and when I would be providing the supplies for the centerpieces, it seems like she did not take note of what we talked about given that within a week she was asking me the same questions that I had already answered, but I am sure that is just due to it being wedding season and her having a lot on her mind. Overall not the experience I was hoping to have as a bride paying a couple of thousands of dollars for her once in a life time event. I understand that these are different times for everyone so would also like to add that my experience may be a unique one to being a covid bride and other reviews and personal conversations with Petals should definitely be taken into consideration.

Cyndi from Petals was first discovered from my sister in law when she used hers for her wedding back in 2019, again when my cousin Marina got married this past summer, and for my own wedding September 3rd. Cyndi was easily the most helpful florist I spoke with when trying to choose a vendor. She spent close to two hours on our initial call going over every little detail I wanted- down to finding the exact color green I was going for in my greenery. I was even sending her photos of my Mother's bouquet to pull details from back and forth. We met a few weeks in person before the wedding and her calming presence during a stressful time made me confident she would make the vision come to life. Everything was beautiful Petals put together especially my wedding bouquet. I am getting the bouquet preserved and this is something I will always cherish. Petals is conveniently located close to several wedding venues in Danvers, Gloucester, Salem and a must to have as your florist. 100% would recommend! Petals Florist lead by Cyndi Paone (the best) did an outstanding job for my daughter's wedding with beautiful flower arrangements for the church, bouquets for the bride and wedding party, family member flowers and table centerpieces. Petals also provided an excellent service for the invitations and seating board, first class quality all around. We were a COVID reschedule from September 2020 to September 2021. Cyndi was very accommodating and made this process stress free! She was flexible in changing our vision for our centerpieces on the spot during our final meeting. They were professional and helpful during the entire process. The centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres were extremely affordable and came out beautiful! She truly went above and beyond!

Beautiful floral bouquets and stunning centerpieces is what we experienced having Petals for our daughter’s wedding florist. We were very pleased with the knowledge from floral professionals and especially appreciated assistance when needed. Petals Flowers were stunning at our wedding! Cindy helped us choose the types of flowers with a fantastic photo gallery on her iPad. She suggested both high vases and low vases for a balanced look and reduced price. She was flexible and had a great checklist so we wouldn't miss anyone. We rented pedestals and used some of the centerpieces for the ceremony that looked gorgeous. Everyone loved the flowers and enjoyed taking them home. We even had flowers at the guest book table and she used a piece of Mom's old gown to wrap the bride's bouquet to make it extra meaningful. Petals did a spectacular job and the prices was more than reasonable!

I have a hard time visualizing things in my mind, so I was worried about the florals. But, Cindy was so great she helped me by sending photos of the flowers so I could piece it together. Seeing the flowers at my wedding....omg, I was so in love with them. It was more than I could of imagined. All our guests loved them as well! I don't think a vase of florals was left behind! haha! The flowers were fresh, beautiful and delivered/set up in a timely manner. Cindy was also good at working with us and our budget which was extremely helpful.
