I cannot say enough wonderful things about Petals and Cyndi’s team. From start to finish, working with Cyndi was such a joy—she was kind, professional, and always made the process feel easy. I especially appreciated her thoughtful cost-saving suggestions and the fact that I never once felt pressured to add anything unnecessary. She completely brought our vision to life with vibrant florals that perfectly matched our garden party theme. When I saw the final arrangements, I was absolutely blown away. Beyond her artistry, Cyndi’s calm and reassuring presence gave me so much peace of mind. She handled every detail seamlessly and was always open to any changes I wanted to make along the way. I truly cannot recommend Petals enough. Thank you, Cyndi, for making our day so beautiful and for turning my vision into reality!

Absolutely loved Petals for our wedding day florals!! They were amazing from consultation to the big day! Made great suggestions and recommendations to make our vision come to life! They were even so kind to help me add a charm to my bouquet last minute from a family member who had passed…They were really flexible with any changes we needed up until close to the wedding day and were super helpful, communicative, professional and friendly! Would absolutely recommend!

I absolutely loved all my florals from Petals! My bouquet was so gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. They nailed the greenery and candles for my chuppah and it really made for a "wow" display. Centerpieces looked great too. I liked the design process of being able to go into the shop and look through photos with them as well as sending them some of my own inspiration photos which they printed out and put in my file. My main complaint is communication around pricing. During our initial meeting they assured me we could work to find ways to get the total under my stated budget, but they did not really end up being helpful with that. The person working with me was generally friendly, but I felt they became a bit intimidating when I brought up questions or clarifications around pricing. In between when the shop gave me the initial quote and when I was preparing to sign the contract shortly after, they tried to raise the labor cost on me (twice) despite no additional products being added. Then I removed cake flowers from my original order and when I added them back later, they raised the price by saying the original quote was for fewer tiers than my cake had. I also really had to push back multiple times on paying for their team to flip items from one space to another between ceremony and reception since I was already paying a day-of-coordinator who could do this. It was also frustrating that I was forced to rent candles and vases from them for the centerpieces, when I could have bought them myself for a much lower cost, but I understood the shop's argument that without that my order wouldn't have really been worth it to them for a busy summer weekend, so perhaps this is pretty typical for florists. Lastly, their record-keeping could use an update. They keep track of all your order details on a hand-written order form which is a bit squished and difficult to read, especially after they physically whited-out and rewrote sections for changes in my order. This caused employees to misunderstand each other's writing at times. Overall, I was really pleased with how everything turned out and I would recommend them to other couples! I would just say be ready to advocate for yourself and budget in for a bit of surprise costs from them.

Petals came recommended by a friend, and I am so glad they did! We primarily worked with Adrienne and met with Cyndi once as well. From our initial communications, they were so easy to work with and captured our floral vision perfectly. I appreciated that they provided us many options for additional florals but were respectful of our budget and wishes. The week of our wedding, I had a request for another floral piece (it was New Years Eve and 4 days before our wedding when I called to ask for it), and they were able to accommodate it. I would recommend Petals to anyone looking for flowers for their wedding!
