Pete's Sweets

Pete himself was incredibly helpful when it came to discussing the cake design. I originally wanted no flowers and a light pink color, but I asked for his honest opinion, and I’m so glad he told me the truth—he suggested dropping the pink and adding flowers, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The cake was as delicious as it was stunning! We went with pumpkin and vanilla, which was actually one of the flavors my fiancé didn’t want at first—but once he tried how moist and flavorful it was, the decision was easy. This was our second cake from Pete’s, and they have never once disappointed us. Highly recommend!

h from start to finish and the cake was delicious might I add! We don’t have too many photos yet, only sneak peaks but here are some photos!

throughout the whole process! Could not recommend this place more!

e had discussed. On a side note I went to his store prior to the wedding and he has some extremely yummy desserts there as well! We didn’t want a big cake and Pete really helped make it what we envisioned and made some wonderful and honest recommendations. All of the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Our venue also had nothing but wonderful words, they had worked with Pete in the past many times and trusted him implicitly. We are very happy we chose Pete’s Sweets for our big day and will be using him again for future events!

e, Mary and team!

he cake and frosting flavors that we chose all came together so nicely to create such an amazing flavor. My favorite was the lemon frosting on the outside which he made without any coloring, it was stunning. I also requested that our cake be sprinkled with glitter and Pete did not disappoint! It truly was the most perfect cake inside and out, and it was insanely delicious! Thank you so much Pete for making our day extra sweet, we can’t wait to see you in the shop again for more delicious treats in the future. :)

as delicious.

on us. Pete completely understood our vision and was able to provide some examples of what our final cake would look like. It was helpful to see the size of tiers and what wedding cakes actually look like on the inside. Our guests enjoyed the cake and I wish I’d felt more hungry and could have eaten more myself! We were also able to save the top tier for our anniversary. He worked with our florist to add sprigs of lavender and greenery that matched the rest of our decor. We would highly recommend using Pete’s Sweets for your western MA wedding!

and he made my dream come to life! Thank you Pete for making our wedding day so sweet :)

es the best cake I have ever tasted, hands down. We arranged a cake tasting, and had a good variety of cakes and frosting/fillings that we were able to choose from and try. His expertise in decorating is incredible, and he offered such great input on design and how it translated into our vision. I showed him some inspiration pics I had, and he totally nailed it. We brought fresh flowers to his shop the day before, and he arranged them so beautifully, along with our topper. Everyone loved our cake, even those who aren't big cake fans! I highly recommend Peter and his team, they are all so friendly, and are so wonderful to work with.!

e due to COVID-19. Not to mention everything he makes tastes and looks amazing! I highly recommend the almond cake. Thank you for everything!

cially the month prior. Once we contacted Pete he helped to lessen our stress. He was so great throughout the whole process, he was patient, and took an extensive amount of time to thoroughly explain all the options to us for our wedding cake. Since I am gluten free, we went with a 3 tiered cake with the top 2 tiers gluten free and the bottom layer non-gluten free. I had a specific request for the gluten free tiers which they easily accomodated. In the end, the cake came out beautiful and was absolutely delicious!! It even got awesome reviews from our guests that normally don't like wedding cake. Luckily, my husband and I had plenty left over to enjoy after the wedding, too! We highly recommend Pete's Sweets!

, and helped up find a way to still keep our original cake design that we had hoped for pre-Covid. The cake came out amazing and we were so excited about it!! Plus it tasted so good! We got a ton of compliments both on the taste and look of the cake. Would definitely highly recommend him!

y and he kept us updated accordingly throughout planning. When we finally scheduled our tasting we had the BEST TIME. We laughed until we cried there with him while we went over final details and flavors. He is also honest and upfront about everything when it came to pricing, cake styles, etc. Then day-of when we saw our cakes and cupcakes we couldn't have been happier. We also received a TON of feedback from friends and family about how wonderful the cake was.

uly amazing. Pete was great to work with. He was very transparent with his pricing, and even helped with the pricing confusion between me and my wedding venue (cake was included in the price at our venue). The cake was absolutely stunning, and we're happy with our entire experience!!

Pete sat down with us and went over all of our options in great detail. The only problem we had was narrowing down our flavors since they all were delicious! We brought in pictures of the cake design we had in mind for our wedding, and Pete was able to replicate it perfectly. The day of the wedding Pete and his team took care of everything in terms of delivery and set up so that we could just relax and enjoy our wedding day. Everyone raved about the design of the cake but were even more impressed with the taste. We will be doing all of our cake and dessert shopping at Pete's Sweets in the future!

a week before my wedding. I contacted Pete’s Sweets and they not only calmed me down but also make me the greatest most beautiful cake ever and may I say absolutely an delicious cake! I cannot thank the team and Pete enough for amazing work they’ve done. Do not hesitate choose Pete and his team for your wedding you won’t be disappointed.

ed and more! The wedding cake tasting was fun and delicious! Our wedding cake was so fresh and flavorful and matched our color scheme perfectly (red velvet for a fall wedding). He was so professional and responded to everything in a timely manner. He was straight forward and honest which us which is what we appreciated most and made sure you got what you were paying for. Could not have asked for a sweeter ending to a perfect day! Highly recommend him for your dessert needs for any event, big or small!
