ICAL! Everything was setup beautifully! The Dessert table was a spectacle of its own! The Filet you could cut through it like butter, the Broccoli Cheddar soup was HOT, and the stuffed chicken was PERFECTLY balanced. The Staff was amazingly professional with White Glove Service & the Dual Premium Bar was packed ALL NIGHT. Lighting was perfect with an orange glow - and made the entire hall feel so intimate and romantic - the Table Cloths Christine helped me pick out were so classy and really enhanced the beautiful elegance of the evening that we were going for. Michael was THE MOST AMAZING HOST of the night! Guests could not stop telling me - even months later, how amazing and beautiful everything was, felt, tasted - and again that Dessert Table! I really want to thank Christine and Michael as well as the rest of the Petruzzello's staff for making our wedding day so magical and fairytale-like. Thank you all! Can't wait to have more functions here!

And speaking of menu, OMG.... their food is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! We and all our guests loved it! The ballroom is soooo beautiful, plus we added draping and lighting and it turned out even better! The serving staff at the reception were also very nice, specially Erika who took great care of our head table. 😊💗 I totally reccomend Petruzzellos! They are 5 stars!

On the day of the wedding we worked with Michael, who was very professional and made sure to take great care of us and all our guests. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. They were very accommodating and allowed us to incorporate some traditional elements on our wedding day. Not many venues in the area are willing to be as accommodating as Petruzzello’s was. We would highly recommend Petruzzello’s to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

hael maintains the same professional demeanor as he did when we were planning our big day. He walked us through the process and was attentive, respectful of our needs and honest at every step of the way. The venue is clean, well maintained and gets updated more often than most. Our reception was beautiful and our guests had a great time. I would highly recommend Petruzzello's to anyone looking for a venue for their event planning needs.

the place Michael was there most of the time to the point he was going around the tables making sure everyone is satisfied and having good time. When the food was served he was there checking if the food was enough or if the people in the banquet needed anything. Very very recommended, if you are trying to have a great event or an magical wedding don't look for more, Petruzzello's is the place you are looking for. b to be catered (that is an important food in our culture). Toni was very nice and always there to answer any questions. The room fit all of our guests and it was no crowded. The service was excellent as all the servers were very nice and attentive. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the dance floor was a little bigger but everyone still had an amazing time! Very happy we went with Petruzzello's!

y actually came, I was blown away. The hall was absolutely magical. We had cocktail hour in the lobby area and upstairs and then the reception in the grand ballroom. The room, the lobby, the mouth watering food (I highly suggest the tenderloin), the EVERYTHING was perfect. A dream come true.

e with them, as well. The staff at Petruzello's was very helpful. We are a young couple and have not been to many weddings so we needed a lot of guidance and advice about certain decisions. I really liked that I had the option to order my invitations through them. I was able to see what the invitations would look like and approve them before they went to print. I also really liked that I could drop off all of my personal items and their staff set it up for me, and boxed it back up after the wedding was over. The woman who was in charge of serving the head table was also very attentive and nice to all of us. The reason I had to take a star away is because one of the vendors they recommended to us was the Centerpoint Marriott Hotel. It sounded great on paper, there would be a shuttle to and from Petruzzello's and the rooms were pretty cheap. However, once it came to the day of the hotel was not prepared. We arrived the night before and saw that they were obviously overbooked (There were 5 wedding tables set up behind the front desk and multiple soccer teams staying at the hotel) but hoped that since we set up our block a year in advance we would be okay. This was not the case. Guests rooms were not ready until 4pm when check in was supposed to be 3pm, this then caused the shuttle to have to run late and then my ceremony started late. Then I had found out that the hotel had not handed out the guest bags that I had made the next morning when they handed me back more than 10 of my 30 bags. I had guests comment that they had asked for the bags (which were clearly visible from the check in desk) and were told by staff that there weren't any. On top of that the Hotel was calling part of my wedding party during the reception to inform them that they no longer had a room and would be placed at a hotel across the street. This was less than acceptable. While the hotel is not necessarily Petruzzello's fault, this is the hotel they are partnered with and recommend. So, after all of the hassle I went through my recommendation to other brides would be to look into a different hotel. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about my wedding except for all of the hotel problems that we had. The rest of the vendors recommended by Petruzzello's were great !

whipped potatoes(comes with bacon). Really willing to work with you on your big day and great prep. I worked with them from out of state the majority of the time and they were always helpful and friendly. I recommend doing the combo with the hotel and getting the shuttle. Great deal for all involved. Wonderful family owned and operated.

The staff was great and the food was amazing!!!!! I could go on and on!! Our wedding party and guests continue to compliment how beautiful our big day was!

The reception had a few hiccups that in my opinion were unacceptable and totally avoidable, if the employees working the venue on the reception night were more knowledgeable about their positions. The Bridal Table sat in complete darkness the entire evening, even after multiple times of requesting that all the candles be and stay lit. The 2 bottles of "Champagne" that was suppose to be at the Bridal Table were both "Apple Juice". After bringing this to the wait staffs attention, (1) bottle was brought to the Bridal Table, way too late....Dinner by then was over! Our Weddig Cake was suppose to be cut, packaged and placed on the "place-card table" for our guests to enjoy later with coffe or to take home with them. Our cake was enough to feed approx 200 guests. About 50-75 pieces, if that, were placed on the table next to our Ice Sculpture, which many our guests unfortunately never even saw. The remainder of the cake was cut and placed on trays in their freezer and left there! So 3 quarters of our guests, sadly never received any of our cake. I asked for the "Boxed cake-top" at the end of the evening, not realizing that all of the cake had not been placed out for our guests like planned, only to find "3 full large trays" of wrapped cake pieces tucked away in their freezer. When I asked why all the cake pieces had not been placed out for our guests, I was told, "it was" and then, that I never requested more, to be placed out on the table". ALL of the wrapped cake pieces were to be placed out on the "place-card table" so that each and every one of our guests could have pieces to take home with them or enjoy while they were there at the venue later in the evening with coffee. Not only did I have to wait about 15-20 minutes after the reception ended for the staff to scramble to find and then assemble boxes for all the cake pieces. I went home with "3 large boxes" of cake that so many of our guests missed out on:( The wait staff in my opinion, as well as the opinions of "many" of our guests, were in a big hurry, some not very attentive at all and a few not pleasant! We literally received white glove service! The wedding was almost 2 months ago and I am still getting compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed their meals! I highly recommend Petruzzellos for any event, from birthdays, anniversaries, showers and especially weddings!!! We would definitely return to Petruzzellos for any future events!

e me feel like I was bothering her. I had a very specific image in my head for what I wanted and she completely made it come to life. It's great because she set up for my wedding and made sure everything was how I wanted it. Mr. Petruzzello himself stayed to make sure all of my guests were pleased. Realistically the only thing you can't control the day of is the food. I had multiple guests say that was the best wedding food they have ever had (beef tenderloin and Chicken Florentine). It is to go without saying this was the best decision for us - we will continue to hold events here moving forward.

ot interested in accommodating your needs any further. Our first complaint is how we were put on an abnormal payment plan. We had booked our wedding 8 months from the date and the initial contract clearly stated that an initial security deposit is due at signing, 35% due four months prior, and the remaining amount due 2 weeks prior to the wedding. When we went to sign the contract a few weeks later the terms miraculously changed to where they put us on a PAYMENT PLAN that we did not ask for. We found that to be condescending, but convinced ourselves to not think anything of it. We did not see many issues during the planning stages as we planned most of our wedding by ourselves. Toni, the main organizer, was very responsive in answering our questions and we would like to believe some of the negative actions we experienced from her was due to orders from management. Kim, who also helps with booking, is very rude. There's no other way to put it. Michael (Mahmoud) appears to be friendly, but he was not truthful to his words at all. The owners, one named Donna, refused to speak to us and were very unprofessional. Our biggest issues came the day of the wedding. See below: 1) Our parents approached us the day after the wedding and said Petruzzello's was FORCING guests to pay for valet parking. This was never discussed in the agreement and was supposed to be optional, however, many guests informed us that valet took over the entire parking lot and left our guests with no other option. This definitely disappointed us. 2) We must admit the food was good and our guests thought the same. However, they had promised that the food would be replenished throughout dinner since it was the family-style dinner, but they only brought one serving to each table. In addition, many guest complained that the drinks served were very WEAK. We purchased the superior bar option, but they definitely didn't provide premium service. To make matters worse, our bar was supposed to be open all night but they closed it down about 30 minutes before our actual close time. 3) This is was the absolute last straw for us. We had left some items at the establishment and had let management know we would like to pick them up upon returning from our honeymoon. They agreed. Now upon returning, management gave us the run around about where our items were and completely brushed us off when we asked to talk to the owners. The owners informed Toni to notify us that they will NOT be talking to us and that, "This subject needs no further discussion". We were completely shocked that the owners of such an establishment would not even take our call to even say they were sorry about the mishap. This truly shows that their customer service is not at the top of their list. We would like to disclose that Toni was very helpful throughout the process. In summary, the food was good, but the trouble that we went through was not worth it. Ultimately, we would not recommend Petruzzello's to do your wedding, unless all you care about is the food.

The food was delicious (we did a family style meal), the late night snack (we picked the coney bar) was perfect and well stocked with toppings, and our signature drink (a fun detail that is a part of the package) was really tasty. They were well organized and I felt at ease the whole night knowing that everything was being taken care of. The only complaint that I heard from some of the guests was that the staff was so on top of keeping the tables cleared that some of the things they wanted to take home as keepsakes got cleared away. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hall to anyone needing a venue for an event!

g date the day before we had an appointment to put down our deposit (no one ever said we could pay over the phone), they set up our room incorrectly and without thought the day before so we had to work with staff to rearrange tables, the head table was served cold food (guess that's what happens when you eat off the top of the buffet), the wrong cake was served to a few tables before I caught the error while visiting tables, they placed our gifts at the door even though we requested that the gifts go in the back of the room by the bar (this caused confusion for our guests as well since the card table was in the back of the room — our family had to direct people to a specific gift table until I found someone to fix it for us), and the hall temperature was never consistent. Besides that, the hall came out beautiful and everyone was fairly easy to work with. The hall manager on duty that evening was however, quite nice and very accommodating, even offering to store our belongings until Monday due to the snow storm that came in (we were originally told we couldn't do this). I'm not sure I would book another event in the future at Petruzzello's, but I did have a nice wedding.

e and came up a diagonal isle and was married under the chandelier. I had a family friend play the baby grand piano petruzellos has in the lobby. At my rehearsal my pianist and I realized the pianos upper range was out of tune, petruzellos had it tuned before my wedding day 6 days later. The space was perfect for the 120 people who attended my ceremony. I did pay extra for the venue to put white drapes under the overhang to block off the office area. The reception room also turned out gorgeous. I was originally going to do lighting on the wall, but I would suggest to future brides don't waste the money if you have a good DJ like mine who brought colored lights for the dancing (TAZ Productions). I also had lights put in my flowers on the table. My theme was purple and it was beautiful. The white lights behind the head table, which are complimentary, looked like stars in my photos. I used the company Petruzellos work with for my ceremony and reception folowers and they came out awsome (Flowers by Amore). The staff was awsome. Always willing to take my calls and concerns. I used my own chair cover place (Couture Chair Collection) and bakery (Sweetheart Bakery) for my cake because Petruzellos was steep on their prices. The buffet was awsome. Had 4 different cold salads/fruit, 3 entree choices, pasta, potato...it was all very good. I just wished they had cooked the beef a little less, but I like my meat medium. Salad is served to each table, so while guests are waiting for the buffet they may enjoy their salad. The dance floor is marble...beautiful. There was another party in the other room, but with my DJ we never heard a peep from them. Overall I had a fairytale wedding.

The food was delicious, the waitstaff were prompt, and the overall ambiance was beautiful. We had lots of compliments for having had such a "classy" wedding- we wouldn't have had it any other way.

e night of our wedding, we forgot to bring boxes to pack up our centerpieces. Lucklily, the staff found boxes from the kitchen and we were able to save our glass centerpieces. That was only one of the examples in which they went above and beyond for us. Lastly, we got SO MANY rave reviews of the food. It was fresh and homemade, and our guest couldn't get enough :o)

to spend a lot of time searching and traveling back and forth between states to find other vendors (i.e. florist, baker, linens, etc...). I worked with Toni, and she was such a life saver, going above and beyond to help me get everything ready and done on time while I was out of state! Other than the elegance of the room, one of my main draws to this venue was that they don't have a required 20% gratuity (like most venues in the area) and their minimum expenditure was about half of other locations as well.
