Everything about Phantom Canyon Brewing Company was amazing. The event staff, the food, the beer, the space, the accommodations. Literally everything. As a couple who love breweries, this really made our wedding day extra special! We love Phantom Canyon and could not recommend them more.

We loved working with Phantom Canyon for our wedding reception. The venue itself is beautiful and the price was amazing. We had a medium-sized wedding of 80 people and everyone fit comfortably on the third floor. We worked with Jonathan and Kyle while planning; they were so helpful. They answered all of our questions and were always very prompt and communicative. They made this whole process so easy. We worked with Melissa as our Day of Captain and she made sure everything was how we wanted it and also helped us make some changes during the event. We highly recommend using them!

My husband & I had our wedding reception on the third floor, the event space, at PCBC on May the 4th! Everything from the atmosphere, service, food, drinks, etc. were absolutely spectacular! Following up the event, the communication between us at their event managers was always timely and there were no surprises when it came to the big day. All of the services was included in the food and beverage minimum that was required. I highly recommend PCBC for your next event!

I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful experience we had having our small wedding (50 guests) and reception in their third floor event space. Jonathon and Kyle, the event coordinators, were an absolute delight to work with from the very beginning. They made our night absolutely perfect and even went out of their way to make sure of it. From the swift responsiveness to all my silly questions via email, to the food tasting, to the night of with surprising us with his and hers custom cocktails that perfectly matched our theme, they were absolutely ALWAYS on top of it. The price was perfect for our budget, the food got a chef’s kiss compliment from the groom’s Italian grandmother, and I truly could not have asked for better coordinators. They could not have done anything different to make our wedding more beautiful <3 Also, holy cow is that event space (and the views from it) beautiful- I was not expecting that when I heard that PCBC did events! I also had 5 guests with varying dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free) and they accommodated every single one of them with delicious, separate meals. I wish I could say something negative so this review doesn’t seem fake, but it really was a magical experience!

Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is the perfect wedding venue—they hosted our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Not only did they work with us through the pandemic, Jonathon and Tricia (event coordinators) met with us several times to ensure that the event was everything we had hoped. Jonathon ensured that the evening was flawless; he made sure that everything was exactly as we had planned. He made this entire process easy, stress-free, and quite frankly, perfect. They entire staff was also so genuinely kind; we are truly grateful for our experience! In addition to all of the incredible people, the venue itself is stunning with panoramic mountain and city views and it’s surprisingly affordable; it’s the perfect place for a non-traditional wedding (like our’s) and/or reception!

My wife found Phantom Canyon, while looking for a place to hold our rehearsal dinner, and our experience could not have been more wonderful! The location ended up being perfect, as our guests were all staying down the street at The Mining Exchange hotel - meaning no one had to drive at the end of the night, since it is a quick walk. We worked with Tricia, who was able to accommodate a drop-in visit, when we were in the Springs for other wedding planning trips. She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, every step of the way. We booked the Wheeler room for 20 people, and it worked out perfectly with one long table. The Phantom Canyon staff set up the decorations ahead of time, and the room looked beautiful! It was easy enough to plug in our own phone for music. The food was delicious, the chefs were able to work with food allergies, and the staff were fantastic! Overall, we wouldn't change a single thing about our experience with Phantom Canyon and would highly recommend it!

Everything for our rehearsal dinner was perfect and the food was outstanding! The only reason for 4 stars is because it took quite a while to get an updated menu to make meal selections. But overall we had a great experience.

We LOVED having our reception at Phantom Canyon. It was the perfect Colorado Springs location and proved an excellent value. The staff was very accommodating during planning, and really tireless during the event. We loved the food and the atmosphere was perfect. The feel of the space is a lovely blank canvas that you can make your own through design choices. The space was ideal for 130 guests to feel cozy but not cramped. Without hesitation, we would hold our wedding there again.

My husband and I held our dinner here after our wedding. We had a part of 28 and held the party in the Wheeler room. The party planner, Toni, was very easy to work with. She helped me plan everything from Alaska. They allowed us to come in the day of to decorate and to have a cake delivered from a local bakery (for a fee). The food was delicious and the service excellent. We were extremely pleased with the dinner and our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had attended. It really was an excellent venue for a tiny, cozy little wedding party. I should mention that my groom and I were a little nontraditional. We decided to forego a lot of the traditions such as the first dance, bouquet toss, garter throw, and a DJ. We purposely kept things small and easy, only keeping the traditions that we liked (cutting the cake). Their larger room would be the way to go if you want the big, loud wedding party. Anyhow, I would definitely recommend having your party here. They were excellent to work with, the food was good, and we found their prices extremely reasonable.

What an excellent reception venue! Toni and Crystal were our go-to people from the very beginning for planning and organization, and did a wonderful job from start to finish! We even had special menu requests that were taken care of without any issue. The day of the reception the staff set up all of our decorations and centerpieces, delivered OUTSTANDING food and beer (seriously, it was excellent), worked so well with our photographers and DJ, and were just all-around awesome to work with. The service staff were so great and attentive; no one ever went long without a refill! As the bride and groom, we didn't have to worry about anything! And, if the food, service, and ease of planning weren't enough, the reception area is absolutely beautiful! Lots of natural light, great views of the mountains and downtown, and rustic wood floors and open beams all around. This is an excellent place for a reception! We can't recommend Phantom Canyon and their awesome staff enough!

We got married and had our reception at phantom canyon in March 2014. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to have their reception somewhere remarkable, trendy, rustic and a little "different". We had about 120 people, rented the whole top floor, had a buffet, and it was comfortable fit. Everyone raved about the food. I didn't have to do a thing. Everything went exactly as planned and the event coordinator was extremely easy to work with. Can't recommend highly enough. Please see my review on Trip Advisor for pictures.

My husband and I had our reception at Phantom Canyon and were blown away by the experience. It is a beautiful, rustic space, perfect for pictures, and has wonderful staff. The food was wonderful and the banquet manager was a joy to work with. The price does get any better for a downtown location. The price that we paid included all food, alcohol, service charges, and tax. I highly recommend this as a reception venue.

My husband loves craft beer. So, when he chose this place for the rehearsal dinner, he was pumped about it. Phantom Canyon has a beautiful upper room with a view of Pikes and it is right down town! The food is great, the beer is great, an the atmosphere is great. If you are looking for a laid back place for a fun pre wedding night, definitely check them out!

Since our wedding was on a Thursday (10/11/12) we thought it would be easier if we had the rehersal dinner on the weekend before the wedding. We decided to do a rehersal brunch on a Sunday afternoon at Phantom. We had the Sunroom all to ourselves. The waitstaff was very helpful and always available. We paid for all the food and any drinks for our guests and were surprised at how low the cost was! The food there is delicious and everyone was pleased with the meal they got (guests were able to order off the regular menu). The casual atmosphere fit the vibe of our wedding, although they do offer a more formal options if thats what you are looking for. We had a great time and were not rushed, which we appreciated! We would highly recommend Phantom for a rehersal dinner or brunch to any couple.

This was the easiest part of the wedding planning. Toni at PC was a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to book this location, it was exceptional! Service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. Still getting tons of compliments.

The Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. was the perfect venue for our wedding. Throughout the planning process, the banquet manager maintained excellent contact and answered all my questions clearly. The day of the wedding, the staff provided wonderful service, from set up to tear down and everything in between. Everyone was incredibly polite and mindful of our needs. The food was unique and delicious, with options to fit a variety of tastes. I could not be happier with the decision to have our wedding at the Phantom Canyon.

Phantom Canyon took care of everything. All I did on my wedding day was show, eat, and dance. When I arrived everything was already set up. It was a very stress free day because they did everything.
