the events team - especially Amanda and Kyle. From the beginning, it was extremely easy to communicate with the team to evaluate our options and how they fit within our budget. Once we booked Phantom Canyon, we were excited to find out a complimentary menu tasting was included, and had an amazing experience visiting the space and tasting the food. We loved that the space came with all of the tables, linens, and in-house decor that we might need. The night of our event we had a couple hiccups that the team was extremely quick to fix and very professional in how they handled everything. We highly recommend booking Phantom Canyon for your next event!

ally Jonathon, Kyle, and (we from our recollection of her name) Katie on the day of—were absolutely incredible. They were responsive, supportive, accommodating, and genuinely attentive to all our needs and questions throughout the planning process and the big day itself. We had a ton of decorations brought to the venue the day before, and they set up the room exactly how I hoped.
Every little detail was handled so smoothly. They helped us play our ceremony songs, and even restarted one without hesitation when our sweet flower girl decided to take her time walking the aisle—a small moment that turned into such a special memory because of their flexibility and kindness.
The food was absolutely delicious (major kudos to the chefs!), and we loved getting to enjoy some of our favorite beers from their taps in the beautiful event space. The entire evening went off without a hitch, allowing us to truly relax and soak in every moment.
It was the best night of our lives, and a huge part of that was thanks to the Phantom Canyon team going above and beyond to make everything seamless. We’re so grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough.
I wish this post let me add photos. They have the most beautiful arched windows. Only negative is the support posts in a couple spots of the space but it's got character as an old building so that's the cost!

They made this whole process so easy. We worked with Melissa as our Day of Captain and she made sure everything was how we wanted it and also helped us make some changes during the event. ectacular! Following up the event, the communication between us at their event managers was always timely and there were no surprises when it came to the big day. All of the services was included in the food and beverage minimum that was required. I highly recommend PCBC for your next event!

ent coordinators, were an absolute delight to work with from the very beginning. They made our night absolutely perfect and even went out of their way to make sure of it. From the swift responsiveness to all my silly questions via email, to the food tasting, to the night of with surprising us with his and hers custom cocktails that perfectly matched our theme, they were absolutely ALWAYS on top of it. The price was perfect for our budget, the food got a chef’s kiss compliment from the groom’s Italian grandmother, and I truly could not have asked for better coordinators. They could not have done anything different to make our wedding more beautiful <3 Also, holy cow is that event space (and the views from it) beautiful- I was not expecting that when I heard that PCBC did events! I also had 5 guests with varying dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free) and they accommodated every single one of them with delicious, separate meals. I wish I could say something negative so this review doesn’t seem fake, but it really was a magical experience!

Jonathon ensured that the evening was flawless; he made sure that everything was exactly as we had planned. He made this entire process easy, stress-free, and quite frankly, perfect. They entire staff was also so genuinely kind; we are truly grateful for our experience! In addition to all of the incredible people, the venue itself is stunning with panoramic mountain and city views and it’s surprisingly affordable; it’s the perfect place for a non-traditional wedding (like our’s) and/or reception!

our guests were all staying down the street at The Mining Exchange hotel - meaning no one had to drive at the end of the night, since it is a quick walk. We worked with Tricia, who was able to accommodate a drop-in visit, when we were in the Springs for other wedding planning trips. She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, every step of the way. We booked the Wheeler room for 20 people, and it worked out perfectly with one long table. The Phantom Canyon staff set up the decorations ahead of time, and the room looked beautiful! It was easy enough to plug in our own phone for music. The food was delicious, the chefs were able to work with food allergies, and the staff were fantastic! Overall, we wouldn't change a single thing about our experience with Phantom Canyon and would highly recommend it!

We were extremely pleased with the dinner and our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had attended. It really was an excellent venue for a tiny, cozy little wedding party. I should mention that my groom and I were a little nontraditional. We decided to forego a lot of the traditions such as the first dance, bouquet toss, garter throw, and a DJ. We purposely kept things small and easy, only keeping the traditions that we liked (cutting the cake). Their larger room would be the way to go if you want the big, loud wedding party.
Anyhow, I would definitely recommend having your party here. They were excellent to work with, the food was good, and we found their prices extremely reasonable.

The day of the reception the staff set up all of our decorations and centerpieces, delivered OUTSTANDING food and beer (seriously, it was excellent), worked so well with our photographers and DJ, and were just all-around awesome to work with. The service staff were so great and attentive; no one ever went long without a refill! As the bride and groom, we didn't have to worry about anything!
And, if the food, service, and ease of planning weren't enough, the reception area is absolutely beautiful! Lots of natural light, great views of the mountains and downtown, and rustic wood floors and open beams all around.

ttle "different". We had about 120 people, rented the whole top floor, had a buffet, and it was comfortable fit. Everyone raved about the food. I didn't have to do a thing.
