With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of the Virgin Islands, Chef Holly understands people and our kitchen cooks with purpose. From Caribbean to West and East African cuisines, we create globally inspired, inclusive culinary experiences that feed both heart and heritage.

From start to finish, they lived up to their name—the food was absolutely amazing, and the service was truly phenomenal.
