We serve the Baltimore, Annapolis, Virginia, Washington, DC, and Delaware areas. To all who are reading this, once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale moment. My job is to capture these moments—that is what I will do on your wedding day. If we didn’t do anything else right for our wedding, hiring Francis Formica was it! The ultimate professional. All of our guests loved him and his team. Extremely friendly. Got EVERY shot and captured EVERY moment. Would refer him 100 times and 100 times after that!

I hired FA Formica for photography and video services for my 6/22/24 wedding at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. Frank, Glen and Connor were very knowledgeable, calm and knew their stuff on my wedding day! It was also during a heat wave and temps soared to almost 100 degrees that day however Frank, Glen and Connor were able to capture the moment perfectly, you cannot tell in the photos that it was so hot. They knew how important it was to me to finish all of our photos in advance of the ceremony and adjusted their day of timeline to account for this. I loved working with them - FA Formica Studios was also very reasonably priced and it was evident they had been to the AWH countless times and knew the best spots at the venue and around downtown Annapolis for photos. My husbands dad is in an electric scooter so it was important for me to make him feel included in the family portraits - Frank and his team were very accommodating and patient with him being handicap. Frank and I stayed in touch throughout the planning months and had a meeting the week of to go over final timeline details, he is very responsive and engaging. I would highly recommend Frank and his team for your wedding!

Francis was very personable, professional and extremely detail oriented.
We received the proofs and video within days aftter the wedding and were very happy with both the photos and video.

Francis did my wedding. He did a wonderful amazing job He put a lot of time and thought into the video end pictures. I looked around for somebody that did Photos and video I came across his profile and I'm so glad I did. I wanted the best for my wedding and that's what I got.

I am writing as the mother of the groom in a recent photo shoot by Francis Formica. I can't recommend Mr Formica strongly enough. His care and sensitivity for posing the couple in the best possible settings enhanced the emotional impact of this all-important occasion and he rendered their presence in the pictures a precious memory for all time. Fantastic photos! We couldn't be happier. This was a second wedding and we are an older couple. Frank and Glenn made us look amazing. They were responsive and did a great job capturing the location in downtown Annapolis. I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mr. Formica and Glenn. My pictures turned out amazing and they were just the best to work with. It only took a week for me to have all of my images which is phenomenal. It is very clear they both love what they do and they made sure to get all of the nerves out of both my husband and I. All of the prices are advertised up from so there is no hidden charges. I can’t suggest this company enough.

I can't say enough good things about Frank Formica and his assistant Glenn Miller. They were professional, thorough, caring, thoughtful, funny, and personable with us and all of our guests. It is clear that Frank has decades of experience in his field and takes pride in his work. The dialogue between the two of them was witty and entertaining, and one could tell they had a great working relationship and functioned seamlessly as a team. My husband and I are tickled pink about our photos and video, and they exceeded our expectations. We highly, happily, and unquestionably recommend Frank Formica and his team.

Frank Formica and his assistant Glen were the perfect choice for our Naval Academy wedding!! Frank was superb at customer service and responsiveness; he kept us informed at all times. He is so personable and upbeat!! Our wedding was on the grounds of the Naval Academy, and Frank knew all the best places for pictures and how to capture to best light. Frank and Glen were fun, friendly, and outgoing, all of our guests loved them!! They took gorgeous, beautiful, and meaningful pictures of us, the bridal party and the reception. After the wedding, Frank returned the pictures to us within 24 hours. The pictures are stunning! Hire Frank Formica, he’s phenomenal!!

I am so happy that I chose Frank and his wingman, Glenn A. Miller, to be our wedding photographers! The chemistry between the two is amazing. Not only do they get the best shots, as well as capture the actual touching 'moments' of the day; they are great at communicating with you throughout the day and the entire process, making sure you feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. And also, they are very professional, prompt, and photos and sneak peaks are sent quickly. I highly recommend!

The Best Ever Photographer in the area!!
We were planning the wedding at the short notice and honestly didn’t expect to find such a quality photography studio in the area for a wonderful price range! When we got to Francis’ studio surrounded by number of magical wedding pictures, we had no doubt that’s the studio we want our wedding to be pictured by! Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, Frank and Glenn led us to the perfect postures that looked naturally on photos that are going to last for years to come! Will definitely recommend their team to anyone who is looking for truly devoted photographers for their wedding! Couldn’t imagine our first look and ceremony pictures to be even better, so grateful for Frank and Glenn!
