We at Picture Perfect Mobile Sound would be honored to provide our services to you. Our main focus and goal is making your day a perfect memory and fun for everyone. When you hire us, you are not just hiring just a professional dj or photo booth company. You are hiring someone who cares about you like family. We treat you with respect but we treat your day as if it were a member of our family members day.
You will have a professional DJ who has been doing this since 1989. He reads the crowd to keep people dancing. You might even catch him doing the Cupid shuffle or the Wobble behind the DJ booth!! Each event will have a spectacular light show that will get people out to "shake their tailfeathers". You will also have a FREE day of coordinator to "walk" you through every step of the way until the party. :
| WEDDING DJ PRICING | NOTE: All accounts will be broken into affordable monthly payments after the deposit is paid. Each account must be paid in full at least 15 days before the event. We also offer an early pay off option to save you extra money.
We would need a $400 deposit for the wedding pkgs
6 HOURS DJ: $875 ADD THE PHOTO BOOTH FOR $125 OR $225 FOR THE ENCLOSED INFLATABLE BOOTH. WE WILL NOT CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA HALF HOUR.
For your ceremony, we can provide you with a microphone. It is a wireless mic. There are no cords hanging. But it does need to sit on a thin stand.
| PHOTO BOOTH SERVICES INFO | You have two choices of booth. We can provide a beautiful backdrop open air type. It is not enclosed. The second choice is the inflatable shell (we prefer to have it set up indoors and is enclosed) IT CAN BE SET UP UNDER A TENT THAT IS AT LEAST 10 FT TALL--- THE BOOTH IS 6X6 AND 8 FT TALL Pictures are printed at event and everyone goes home with a copy Unlimited pics for adults. THE INFLATABLE IS $100 UPGRADE
FREE photo album if applicable--- all copies are placed in the photo album and you will get it at the end of the event
If the venue is an hour or more from Indy--- there is a travel fee of $150

Cancellation policy: all deposits are non refundable. Cancellations need to be made in writing within 120 days of the event. Any money paid on your account over the deposit will be refunded within 120 days as long as we have received a written 120 day notice of cancellation. If you cancel in less than 120 days, we will refund a portion of the money depending on the circumstances and the amount of notice you give us. We are not in the business to keep your money, however, we can not turn down work and hope that we can get your date re-booked within a short time frame. If you have paid your account in full and we can get your date rebooked, we will refund as much as we can over the deposit.

Simona and the entire crew is extremely prepared and detail oriented. Finding a business that ensures all details are 100% planned weeks prior, and has the ability to be contacted at all parts of the day, is near impossible to find. They did an amazing job at our wedding. 10/10
Incredible people
I hired Picture Perfect for DJ and photbooth services for our wedding May 23. Due to COVID our wedding was unfortunately canceled, so I didn't get to work with Brian and Simona for the actual day. But I can't not give 5 stars to Simona for how wonderful she has been throughout this entire experience. From the beginning of wedding planning Simona has been SO helpful in organizing the day - of logistics and offering so many services above and beyond the DJ, MC, and photobooth. I am super disappointed that my wedding was cancelled, but Simona has been so kind and flexible during COVID. Because we are moving soon we had to cancel rather than postpone/reschedule our event, but if I were to reschedule I would choose to work with Picture Perfect again in a heart beat.
We used them for our wedding reception and ceremony. I spoke with Simona quite a bit through emails and a couple of times on the phone. She was always very pleasant and even gave us a discount for making a full payment for their services 10 months before our wedding. We used their photo booth too. Simona was great with answering questions and making sure to get lists of our preferences.
The issues that came about were due to communication errors with the DJ. I guess he wasn't fully informed of all that he should have been by Simona, either that or he didn't listen to her. First, the DJ played the wrong music for our ceremony. I had picked out very specific songs that related to different parts of our relationship and it was especially important that a certain song be played when I walked down the aisle. That song was never played. Instead the song that was supposed to be played when the bridal party went down the aisle was played. And a completely different song was played when the bridal party actually went down the aisle. This is what bothered me more than anything. The ceremony was the most important part of the day and yet the music was all completely wrong and not what we had asked for.
They did a truly wonderful job at our reception though. The music was perfect and really kept the crowd dancing all night long! It was so much fun! A few songs were played that were on our do not play list and the DJ didn't play a few songs that we had on a absolutely play play list but since it was such a good dancing vibe it wasn't that big of a deal.
Another thing that bothered me was the day after our wedding I received an email from Simona asking us to overnight her an extra $100 for the props for the photo booth. She said a bunch were destroyed when someone spilled a drink. I told her that the vast majority of the props were plastic and could be wiped off and that most weren't in the best condition/were very used before we even had our reception start. She looked at the props and confirmed that all they needed was to be wiped down and weren't destroyed like she had been told by the photo booth attendant. So that worked out, which was good.
Overall, I'd say they're a good service. Just make sure that you speak with the DJ yourself and make it very clear of exactly what you want. Our DJ wasn't informed or didn't understand/ignored what he was told and it messed up the most important part of our special day.
Rockin' Times did an awesome job. They are also very reasonably priced. We got so many compliments on the reception and the DJing, I didn't think many people would get up and dance, but the dance floor was never empty! The owner, Simona, worked with me the whole time through planning to make sure she had every detail and that everything was the way I wanted it to make it run smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything better!
