to our clients ways they can have an easier experience during the summer months when the island is busiest, to avoid traffic concerns, as much as possible. In regards to the space, we also like to mention, we do provide our clients with the ability to arrange the room as they wish to feel most comfortable with the amount of guests they have attending. However, your feedback is appreciated! The biggest concern I want to address is the violent altercation that happened at the very end of the evening between two gentlemen we had not personally met. We knew they were part of the wedding party, but as far as we knew, they were too grown men with one violently pushing the other and screaming at the top of his lungs. We are 2 women owners, and whenever we see violence of any kind in our establishment, our protocol is to immediately escort you off the property and call the police.  I actually taught people with autism for 12 years, and had I known, I may have handled that differently. From our immediate experience, it was the end of the night, the bartender had already warned us the guest seemed drunk and had been causing difficulties all day. So, given this information beforehand, is what warranted our immediate need to get you off the property once the situation became unsafe.  It is certainly not mandatory to tell vendors about his disability, but this information may have been helpful when experiencing such a violent altercation at the end of the night. Perhaps being handled more appropriately for him, and according to the needs he may have had. Even after the groom came up afterwards, he apologized for everything that happened, and still did not let us know what the situation actually was. However, we would have still engaged in our protocol of escorting him off the property and calling the police, if severe violence ensued. keeping ourselves as well as guests on the property safe is of upmost importance to us. As far as our experience, it was the end of the night and two very large gentlemen were violently pushing each other, fighting. In saying that, addressing your concern with cameras being in the space. This is exactly why we have them. They are not in any of the private areas of the space, such as the bathrooms, bridal suite, etc. But they are in the main parts of the building. If something had happened or one of those gentlemen got severely hurt, and the police needed to see what happened, those cameras help protect you as well as us, to ensure accurate documentation is taken.  Again, thank you for your review.
