itself was amazing! I got to marry the love of my life on a very special day! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly. However, we did encounter some minor issues that are worth mentioning. The venue felt a bit cramped, especially during peak moments. For a full Saturday, you must pay for the full 12 hours, and for the price - the space is not worth it. Understand you're essentially paying for the beach aesthetic/view. For a larger gathering, the space could have been more accommodating. Ideally, 60-90 guests can fit "comfortably". Additionally, considering the pricing, we expected a bit more room to move around comfortably. One thing that caught us off guard was the presence of cameras inside the building. While we understand the need for security, it felt intrusive at times, especially during intimate moments of the reception. Parking was another concern. There was no designated area for guests, which made it difficult for some attendees to find a spot nearby. This added unnecessary stress on what should have been a carefree day. Lastly, I was disappointed by how the venue owners handled an unfortunate situation involving a guest with autism. Rather than showing understanding and support during a moment of distress, Michelle/Laura threatened to call the police. "Emotional responses that reflect privilege".....This response was not only inappropriate but also created an uncomfortable environment for everyone involved after a beautiful day. In summary, while the wedding day was beautiful and memorable, the venue had its drawbacks. With some adjustments, it could truly be a fantastic place for celebrations.

have so many colors to chose from. The venue itself is breathtaking. All of our guests loved taking photos out on the balcony that overlooks the ocean! Many our guests are still telling us how incredible our venue was. Laura and Michelle made the day so easy and stress-free. We cannot thank them enough!

g day here. My only complaint throughout the process was lack of communication and feeling ignored at times. I had reached out on several occasions and didn’t receive answers for weeks before having to text or email again. I didn’t feel as if these were hard questions to answer. I’m not sure if this was just a blimp, because it seems as if others in the reviews have not had this issue. However, having a destination wedding, good communication is extremely important and at times added to the stress of planning. On the other hand, it was nice having a floor plan drawn out a few weeks before the wedding, so I could share this with my day of coordinator. They also shared local vendors which was extremely helpful. I loved my food and DJ that they had recommended! Overall, I highly recommend pier suites and would choose this venue over again!

tely perfect, and the best decor was the beautiful background of the beach. To top it off, right after our recessional, the Blue Angels did a flyover along the beach (Beach Buzz) and it was the most perfect moment to end our ceremony on. We were then able to head over to Fort Pickens to take pictures in a secluded area, but quickly return before cocktail hour finished. For a 90 person wedding, it was the perfect size. The only thing is there is only spaced for 80 seats on the balcony for the ceremony, so any extra people do need to stand in the back. But during the reception, it didn't feel too crowded, and the smaller space made it feel much more intimate. We also had plenty of space to dance, but if people wanted to talk/relax instead, they could head out to the balcony. We left our arch on the balcony afterwards so people could take their pictures in front of the beach and it was beautiful. I also having nothing but good things to say about Michelle and Laura, who have made the wedding planning process so smooth and were easy to communicate with. They gave the best recommendations on other vendors to hire, and when we came to them with any concerns, they quickly helped us with solutions. I cannot recommend Pier Suite Events enough to anyone who wants a beach wedding, and they were so instrumental in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

omething with the beach view but wanted my wedding to be more elegant so I was able to accomplish both of these with this particular venue. We had the beach right there to go take private photos under the pier. The sunset is absolutely breathtaking 3 stories up. You have private elevator access for you and your guests so no worries about unwanted people coming to your wedding. Pier suite will set up all your tables and make sure you have the perfect layout that you want and will instruct your other vendors on where to set up. The bridal suite is perfect to hide out in until the ceremony, i also used it to get dressed in. I booked this location and I live in a different state, the website has a virtual tour which I used to plan my whole wedding. I didn’t actually see the venue in person until 3 days before my wedding and it was even that much better in person. During the reception you still have the whole deck area for your wedding guests to mingle. It’s literally the perfect place!!!

special day, our back up plan was just as beautiful as we had imagined our day being. The owners, Michelle and Laura, are as equally incredible. When we had to execute the last minute back up plan, their team along with my coordinators, made sure everything was perfect. Earlier in the process when they learned I was having issues with the vendor, they reached out and offered to help in anyway possible. I can’t say enough good things about Pier Suite Events and both Michelle and Laura . If you are looking for a venue for your wedding day, look no further.

chair setup, were communicative throughout the planning process, and were avaliable to my coordinator the day of the wedding when she had questions. We even talked the day after the wedding. I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue or better owners to work with. So glad I choose Pier Suite!

was so great to work with. She was very sweet and helpful throughout the process. We had a surprise wedding at the venue and it went off without a hitch! We had 100 people in attendance and sat about 70 or so inside with a big dance floor and the rest outside. It was a lovely evening! The place was very neat and tidy. The view was of course stunning! The view was definitely worth the price!

They connected us with vendors which helped eliminate a lot of the decision making for us so we could focus on some of the more intimate details of the wedding. Our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular with amazing views, plenty of space for our party, and the ladies at Pier Suite were willing to accommodate for our party that turned much bigger than we had planned. Michelle stayed connected with us the whole time and was very responsive to emails answering all of our questions and very friendly. Thank you, Pier Suite, for providing such a beautiful venue for us to share such an incredible experience with our family and taking care of all the big things so we could enjoy the small moments.

nt, arranging several meet ups to discuss layout and let us view venue, always so quick and responsive to our requests and worries, assisted with other vendor recommendations, truly doubled as a coordinator at times as well. The venue space is definitely not meant for a group larger than 100 but with my group of 90-95, we fit just perfectly and the views from this venue are to die for. Perfect spot for a beachside ceremony, quick walk up and party in the venue overlooking the beach/city. Highly recommend the venue and the team.

I am so grateful to have had Pier Suites as my wedding venue. It was the craziest day that started with rain, warnings for flash flooding and 50mph winds ; none of that seemed to matter when I got off the elevator and saw the beautiful venue with a priceless view of pensacola beach. They had set up the most perfect spot for my ceremony and barely had to do anything to the space ; it’s beautiful as is. Forever grateful ! I recommend everyone have the opportunity to work with these amazing women and support their dreams of having a beautiful venue to celebrate holidays , life, and love.

nsacola Beach like this one. You get to get married outside on a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico...Excuse me??? Also, you avoid the whole sand debacle because you don’t have to even touch the beach if you don’t want to. We had the bar outside and dancing inside. They include chairs, tables and linens in the upfront costs. Their pricing is totally fair. Michelle and Laura were great to work with. They get their brides and answered all of my questions. I cannot wait to share pictures.
