Prior to joining the Event Sales Team at the Pine Barn Inn, Kendra worked in the hospitality and service industry throughout Williamsport, Danville and Las Vegas! Kendra is extremely customer service driven and thrives on alleviating any and all stress or worry from her clients, allowing them to focus on enjoying their event from start to finish. Kendra is very happy and excited to be a part of the Pine Barn Inn event team and looks forward to working with everyone!

Where do I even start…!? ❤️
We recently had our reception at PBI and it was better than I could have ever imagined. When I was first looking for a venue, I narrowed my options down to a few, with PBI being one. PBI was the only one that I felt was very transparent with what they offered, their pricing and all information offered in initial conversations. Kendra was very communicative and Aleta quick to answer any questions I may have. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and just down right an amazing person. We truly felt grateful to have been lucky enough to find this venue and Kendra. She made sure all the details leading up to and the day of the wedding were completely covered. She helped with so many things that took time and stress off my plate. Her eye for design is unmatched! I could not have been happier with the experience and service we had with PBI. Thank you Kendra, for being so wonderful and grounding throughout the entire process, you were truly a godsend.

Our wedding was without a doubt the most perfect, beautiful day. The venue itself is amazing! We wanted a place that allowed us to have a ceremony, reception, and rooms for our guests all in one spot which is what we got from the Pine Barn Inn. During our initial meeting with the manager, it was great! She was helpful and gave us a wonderful tour, which was ultimately the reason behind us booking with this venue immediately. Things eventually took a turn, however, throughout the remainder of the planning process. First- there was an issue with our room block. The wedding date was wrong in the computer system (red flag number 1) and when attempting to rectify, it took us having to go to the higher ups to get it taken care of. During our meetings leading up to our wedding day, there were numerous details that went overlooked causing us to remind the manager of the details for our wedding day. We constantly felt that our questions and concerns were dismissed or that we were “bothering” the manager with any and all discussions surrounding our wedding. The week of our wedding, we got a call saying that the manager wouldn’t be present for our rehearsal the night before, leaving us with zero guidance on how things would run the day of our wedding. There was another wedding the same weekend we had ours and the manager seemed to have a completely different tone with that couple ON OUR WEDDING DAY as they were preparing for theirs. The manager was barely involved the day of.. she pooped into the room my bridesmaids were getting ready in a few times and then left. Our wedding party was met with a harsh tone and demands throughout the day rather than being guided and spoken to respectfully. The banquet staff was great along with the bartenders and overall we had a wonderful day.

on your recent marriage. We always take reviews to heart as they are the best way for us to see where we can improve, which is something that we do not take lightly. We were extremely concerned reading your review as Kendra has executed and planned over 50 weddings for us and this is the first time that we’ve had this type of feedback. To ensure that we are offering the quality of service that is our standard, we audited all email correspondence and I think I can offer some clarity on a few points.
We do apologize as we did have an initial issue with the room blocks. While I was contacted and informed, Kendra had fixed the problem over a three day span herself, after which there were no further issues. We can all admit that three days is longer than the solution should have taken and because of this you were upgraded to our Premier Suite for two nights at absolutely no charge as an apology.
In going through the emails, we saw no unreasonable requests from either of you, but we also didn’t see anything but a willingness from Kendra to accommodate your needs and preferences to make your day special. All email correspondence was answered professionally, kindly, and in a very reasonable time frame. Kendra pleasantly made several efforts to meet with you outside of normal business to accommodate your schedules and even met you at your suite after check-in to help you unload your vehicle, just to name a couple of examples. Additionally, our team does not oversee ceremony walk throughs as they are all so uniquely different and hold traditions and ceremonious practices that an official or religious representative is much more equipped to handle.
Kendra helped your wedding party set up the ballroom as well as checked in on the bridal party several times all while coordinating vendors and our banquet and culinary staff the day of to ensure that your celebration would run smoothly. Kendra did have a meeting scheduled the evening of your reception, after the formalities and both meals and desserts were served which is usually when she excuses herself for the evening at all weddings. We can assure you that the entire day was focused on your event and your event alone.
Please do not let this response overshadow the appreciation we have that you chose to share you special day with us. We value that responsibility immensely but did feel the need to clarify the situations addressed. We had to make some last minute changes due to covid so that we could have a much smaller wedding. Two weeks before our wedding, we booked with Pine Barn. They were incredible at helping us coordinate everything in such a short amount of time. Megan was always available to answer calls and was quick to respond to emails any time we had a question. Our day went smoothly and everything turned out perfectly thanks to the great team they have at Pine Barn.

We booked with the Pine Barn because of the location and the convenience. The venue was undoubtedly beautiful and we loved the ease of having the hotel room block taken care of along with all of the reception details. There was one price per person that included linens, hors d'oeuvres, served entrees, and an open bar. The bridal suite was also complementary with our booking, which was great! The food was delicious and we have absolutely no regrets about the venue itself. Where we were extremely disappointed was how we were made to feel by the wedding sales manager. During our planning meetings, there were several details that were missed or forgotten and every minor personalization request was met with contestation, hostility, or we were told it would be an additional fee "because at the end of the day, we're a business trying to make a profit" (statement made directly to the bride during the final meeting). Every other vendor made us feel special except for this one, not even acknowledging us at the reception when we first came in.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Pine Barn Inn and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received prior to and on our wedding day! Their wedding coordinator, Megan, was great to work with. She was proactive in reaching out to us a few months prior to our wedding to finalize the details of our day and was receptive to all of the tweaks we made along the way to make our day just right. Megan and Chris were onsite to assist us throughout our rehearsal dinner and the morning of the wedding, which helped put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy more time with our bridal party and families prior to the wedding. As a result of all the coordinating that Megan did leading up to our day and with all of the assistance we received onsite, our ceremony was flawless. Our reception was equally as amazing - our guests raved about the food, the staff were very attentive to both us and our guests, and everything was executed on time / without any issues. We ended our evening on the patio and in the tavern with our guests to enjoy late night pizza and drinks. Many of our guests remarked at how convenient it was to have everything (ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel accommodations) onsite. We hosted brunch at the Pine Barn Inn the next morning for our out-of-town guests which was enjoyed by everyone and a great way to end our the wedding festivities. Thank you to Megan, Chris, and everyone else at the Pine Barn Inn for making our wedding day wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better day!

The Pine Barn Inn is an incredible wedding venue! The entire set up and appearance of PBI is gorgeous from the outside to the reception hall/ tavern/ restaurant and hotel rooms. My husband and I just had our wedding there on 8/12/17 and I don't even know where to begin on how great everything was! First off, Jacqui was amazing from day one when we first booked PBI for our wedding. She was extremely helpful and reliable and she was so easy to work with. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything went very smoothly from finishing touches in the ceremony, cocktail and reception areas to making sure all the vendors were on the same page to make everything coincide perfectly. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us! The food was DELICIOUS! I'm still getting compliments on how yummy everything was throughout the night as well as our next morning breakfast buffet. All of my guests were from out of town and they all had nothing but good things to say about their rooms. All in all I can't imagine finding a better wedding venue out there! Josh and I were beyond thrilled with our choice and it definitely made our wedding the best day ever!

My son and his wife held their wedding reception here. I can't say enough about the fantastic service the Inn provided. I made the cake and the cupcakes and they had a cookie bar. We traveled a distance so I made the cakes and brought all my decorating equipment to put it together and decorated it there. Tom and Debbie were so accommodating and helpful and made a stressful situation easier. They kept checking on the progress and asked what they could do. The reception was outstanding! It couldnt have been any better. Jackie did an amazing job. The food was excellent. We didn't even go out for any meals to other restautants the food and service was so good. Thank you to all the staff for making our weekend perfect! I wish we lived closer so we could visit often.

Me and my wife just had our wedding reception there and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. First off, the entire grounds is beautiful. The facility was well maintained, the rooms were clean and the staff was always happy and helpful. We worked with Jacqui for a year and a half and she couldn't have been a better help. She was knowledgeable in what she did and helped us every step of the way. She helped create a memorable night that me, my wife and our family will never forgot. Thank you Pine Barn!!

We could not have picked a better location to hold our wedding reception and all of our wedding weekend events! Jacqui and the entire staff at the Pine Barn Inn went above and beyond to ensure we had the greatest experience. Emails were answered promptly during the wedding process and Jacqui was always there to help with any questions or concerns we had. As bride planning from out of town, Jacqui always took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with every decision being made. She was also extremely accommodating and flexible with meeting in-person anytime we were in Danville.
Our wedding weekend started off with a rehearsal dinner for about 35 people in the Montour Room at the Pine Barn. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, warm and accommodating. I was nervous to have an event at the same location right before our wedding reception, but the variety found in menu options eased my concerns and everyone had a fantastic dinner.
Our entire reception went off without a hitch. The staff was so professional and attentive, and the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the menu and still note that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Jacqui and her staff were so helpful during set up and clean up and were on site to assist with deliveries, making my job as a bride so much easier!
After our reception, our guests joined us in the Tavern for an after party with pizza. The bartender was amazing, polite and very efficient. Having the after party right in the tavern allowed our guests to continue celebrating and the pizza was a must needed treat after hours of dancing!
A large portion of our guests were from out of town and having the hotel onsite made the trip very convenient. Our guests commented on how lovely the room accommodations were and how much they enjoyed the Pine Barn Inn property. Reserving a guest block of rooms was very simple and Jacqui constantly updated me on the total number reserved. The Pine Barn Inn staff also provided hotel bag services and handed out our welcome bags to guests staying in our block of rooms.
After our wedding reception, we hosted a brunch for family and guests staying at the Pine Barn Inn. The brunch was wonderful and was the perfect send off to a fairytale weekend.
I cannot thank Jacqui and the entire staff at the Pine Barn Inn enough for helping us create such a memorable and wonderful wedding. If you are in search of a reception venue or need a venue for any wedding related events, look no further. You will not be disappointed in the Pine Barn Inn!

We recently had our wedding at The Pine Barn Inn and we were very very pleased with everything! My husband and I got so many compliments about how nice everything was and the excellent food! Jacqui was there to help us every step of the way with our wedding planning and she kept everything organized! The ballroom looked beautiful and was very spacious for the amount of guests we had (150). The next morning we even had breakfast in one of the smaller rooms by the restaurant, the food was delicious and a nice touch to be able to send our guests off, who had stayed, the next day after the wedding! We would highly recommend The Pine Barn Inn to anyone!

I cannot praise the Pine Barn Inn enough! Throughout the entire process Jacqui (wedding coordinator) was so helpful and gracious. The day of our wedding the food was hot and delicious, the hall itself was beautiful, and the staff was so pleasant and hard working. The reception hall itself is a beautiful room and doesn't even need additional decorations to make it perfect! We had a brunch the next day for the guests who stayed over and that food was great as well. The rooms were clean, we upgraded to the premier suite and it was the perfect spot for us to hang out with our bridal party as a breather before the reception. I would HIGHLY recommend the Pine Barn for any wedding reception!!

The premier suite is most certainly worth the upgrade, with more than enough room for almost any bridal party to convene. We had the greatest wedding experience at Pine Barn Inn. From day one, Jacqui was there to answer any questions and accommodate any requests that we had and, day of, was right there to ensure everything went off with out issue. The staff was so professional and attentive, and the food was amazing (many of our guests stated that it was the best prime rib that they had ever had). Crystal made sure that everything was perfect for our reception, checking in with us several times to make sure the timing was as planned. We chose Pine Barn Inn so that our out of town guests (which was the majority of our list) would not have to go anywhere since we were having the ceremony and reception all in the ballroom. All of our guests commented on how great their room accommodations were and how much they enjoyed the property. We would recommend that if you are getting married anywhere near Danville, PA, the Pine Barn Inn should be your first choice.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this choice of a wedding venue. Everything was perfect. Jackie in the sales office was always available to answer any of my questions. Crystal in the banquet facility was incredible. She helped me figure out a layout for the ceremony that was on the patio. She made sure that everything went smoothly and that all my needs were met. The staff...wow. They were so good that I didn't even see them. They took care of dirty plates quickly and quietly. Seriously. The best place. Oh and having a hotel on site was really convenient!!

Working with Katie (one of the event coordinators) was wonderful! She was open to all of my ideas and was willing to do whatever it took to make my vision come to life. The new reception hall at the Pine Barn is beautiful and is definitely reasonably priced. I was a bit frustrated with the up charges to make changes to the "standard" reception package, but feel like the cost was well worth it since the changes helped to personalize our wedding. The venue was everything I could have hoped for!

Joanne Hoffman was kind well organized and even took the time to visit with us on the weekend. Even though there were last minute changesus Joanne accommodated us without any hassle. Everyone was impressed with the service, the rooms were beautiful and cozy plus everyone was SO helpful. The meals were the best choice and I am so happy we had our wedding there would make the same choice over a million times over.
