Short answer - our wedding day would not have happened without Amanda!! She worked seamlessly with all our vendors behind the scenes, and was a huge advocate for us with our vendor. She always made time for our planning sessions, keeping us on track with calls, emails, even keeping some of our decor at her house! We loved working with Amanda, and all her efforts made our day go so smoothly! We'd 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!!

Amanda was an incredibly organized, calm, professional and friendly coordinator, who never made us feel guilty for forgetting things/ being late to get her information she needed, but above all, she was just a very poised, calming, chill presence at our wedding, and did an amazing job, and we never heard about any of the issues that likely came up. Would absolutely recommend her without any hesitation.

When we started planning a wedding two years ago, I had a curated Pinterest board and had done the research so I didn’t think we needed a wedding planner - which was true for about the first few months. As the countdown truly started, planning a wedding got more complicated and we struggled to juggle the different decisions and things to remember, while also living our lives.
Amanda was our Day-Of Coordinator and was SO knowledgeable and fun to work with, I decided to hire Pine Events Co. to check in with us leading up to the wedding - and that made ALL the difference. Not only did Amanda keep up with our evolving vision, she offered ideas, gave us feedback, advocated for us, and kept us on a timeline - and didn’t panic when we veered off that timeline. Amanda is so detail-oriented and perceptive. If I showed her pictures, she knew what I was saying - which is amazing because it can be HARD to articulate wedding concepts and details - but she got me.
In the month before the wedding, there are SO many questions and final decisions that have to be made - it hits you like a tidal wave. Because Amanda had already worked with us, she knew what we were going for and what we wanted, what we struggled with and what we’d already done, so she helped us make decisions that supported what we hoped would be our perfect wedding day.
On the day of, everyone in the wedding party and our families said Amanda was calming, easy-going, and a grounding force. She knew what was happening, she corralled people, she communicated changes to the plan, all in a very calm way - so if there was a snaffoo, no one knew about it.
I trusted Amanda fully from day one - and I couldn’t be more grateful for her and everything she did for us. Our wedding day was perfect - it was perfectly us and exceeded every dream, vision, and Pinterest board. We wanted our wedding to feel home-y and relaxed; our guests raved about how beautiful and comfortable the atmosphere was for our wedding and Amanda supported that vision the entire way.
Thank you, Amanda and Pine Events Co., for every check-in and every reminder, supporting color changes and linen changes, advocating for what we wanted, helping keep everyone on track, and for genuinely making our wedding day the best day ever. We are beyond grateful.
If I could go back in time, I’d hire Amanda/Pine Events Co. sooner - it is worth every penny to have someone who is both an expert and a calming force on your side.

My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now!
We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process.

Amanda was the best day of coordinator we could have asked for. We had a few hiccups day of the wedding and Amanda handled them perfectly. She took care of everything and let my husband and I just enjoy the day.
We trusted that Amanda would be able to handle any issue that came her way and she exceeded all of our expectations. Our friends and family couldn’t stop taking about how much they loved her as well!

When my bride (now wife) and I started planning our wedding, we didn't really know what we were getting into. Fortunately, we were connected with Amanda and Pine Events Co., and in hindsight I'm not sure what we would've done without them!
Amanda was our wedding coordinator and she was consistently professional, highly organized, and very responsive to our many, many questions. She worked with us to come up with a timeline for our wedding day that reflected our vision of the day. She coordinated with all of our vendors before and during the wedding. When we needed to make changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding (and even the hours leading up to it), she was flexible, responsive, and ready to solve any problem we threw her way.
The day of the event, it was such a relief to know that Amanda was our point person - it let my wife and I enjoy ourselves and spend time with our guests without having to feel like we had to be hosts. Beyond that, Amanda checked in frequently to make sure my wife and I had I everything we needed. At one point late in the evening, on top of everything else she was managing, she even took the time to refill our waters! The level of professionalism and attention to detail we were shown exceeded our expectations, and her efforts were a major reason why our wedding ran as seamlessly as it did.

We were so happy with our decision to hire Jessica. She was completely on top of everything and always responded to emails and texts, but was also relaxed and flexible throughout. She designed and hand-assembled decorations, signage, table settings, plant arrangements and so on, and we were over the moon with how well — and how personal and unique — everything turned out. It was a perfect day and we couldn't have done it without her.

Our wedding would not have happened without our incredible coordinator, Amanda! My only regret is not hiring her sooner!
We really didn’t have any expectations for a coordinator before reaching out to Pine Events. We thought we only needed someone to coordinate day-of, but looking back, I do not know what we would have done without Amanda’s help. She jumped on board as soon as we reached out and was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable from the very beginning.
Amanda helped us with every. single. element. of our wedding, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed. I was very stressed when it came time to coordinate with all of our vendors and work out last minute details, and Amanda took everything on. There was not one text she did not answer, one number or measurement she did not know, or one item on her list that went unchecked. It was such an enormous relief having her there to take on the daunting tasks that I really could not have completed by myself. She is incredibly good at what she does and stepped in wherever we needed help. She hopped on many phone calls at odd hours to help us with any questions or ideas that came up (and there were a lot). Everyone in our circle was so impressed by how she was able to take the reins and execute such an elegant wedding.
Most notably, two days before our wedding, one of our vendors put us in a difficult situation and we were worried we would not be able to find a replacement for our Labor Day weekend wedding in time. Amanda, while traveling to NYC for our wedding, found us two replacement vendors and helped us navigate the difficult situation with the vendor for several hours that day.
I learned after my wedding that my mom even reached out to Amanda to help coordinate a surprise for me, and she was so grateful to have her help at the last minute.
On the day of our wedding, Amanda did an incredible job of making sure everything ran smoothly, and was so hands-on the entire time. At the end of the night, we were genuinely sad that our time working together was up because we enjoyed it so much! She even wrote us a beautiful handwritten card, which was such a sweet and personal gesture!
I am so grateful for everything Amanda did to make our wedding so perfect. Everyone had an amazing time, and having someone as reliable and experienced as her made wedding planning so much easier. I cannot recommend Pine Events enough. I really cannot imagine how our wedding would have turned out without Amanda’s attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you so, so much!

Jessica and Pine Events Co. helped us plan a perfect wedding day. We hired them late in the game and they totally saved our butts! They were super organized and never missed a beat, and they compiled an amazingly comprehensive day-of binder. We are thankful to have Amanda be our coordinator to help plan and run our wedding. Even though Amanda was not able to attend our one month meeting with our venue and catering, she was able to meet with us on Zoom separately afterwards so we could all get on the same page. Amanda then put together a master timeline of the day for us. We had some issues with syncing details, but that was likely due to Amanda not being present at that meeting. We were able to smooth out the timeline since Amanda was prompt to respond to emails and to incorporate our feedback. On the day of the wedding, we greatly appreciated Amanda's positive attitude and smiling face. Emotions were running high already so it was nice to see that Amanda was really happy for us!

Hiring Jessica was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We both live busy, active lives with demanding careers and she meaningfully enhanced our quality of life during what could have been a very challenging period. She approached each task, whether large or small, with a positive attitude and executed to perfection. In particular, she was extremely helpful with our initial venue search - we had one month to find a venue and she helped us to funnel a long list to the venue of our dreams in a matter of weeks. We highly recommend Jessica for any of your wedding planning needs - she is excellent!

My husband and I were incredibly lucky when we were paired up with Amanda Hindle from Pine Events Co. as our coordinator. There’s truly so much that goes into a wedding; two people cannot solely tackle it alone. In the months leading up to our wedding, Amanda helped us iron out all the details of our day. She talked us through so many ideas and ways to really make it feel personal to us. She was not only extremely professional, organized, and knowledgeable, but above all else, she was kind, supportive, and excited with us every step of the way. These qualities shined through on our wedding day. She helped bring all of our visions to life, set up and broke down all of our tables, signs, and decor, made sure we had fun, had drinks, that my feet weren’t getting too sore in my heels. She was there for laughs, hugs, and encouragement every step of the way - what every bride needs in the whirlwind of a busy wedding day! Our wedding day was one we wish we could re-live over and over. It exceeded what we thought it could be and one of the reasons was because we had Amanda on our team making sure the day ran smoothly.

When I started looking for a coordinator, I had no clue where to start with the wedding planning process- all I knew is that I wanted a casual fun colorful wedding. I found Jessica from Pine Events Co on the knot. We set up a zoom meeting & within the first 5 minutes I knew I had found someone I wanted to work with. She helped me shape my image of the type of wedding I wanted and guided me in the right direction. We had a venue change 2/3 months into planning which threw me into a spiral and she was there to reassure me and help me navigate finding a new venue. She listened to everything I said I wanted even when I was all over the map and she took everything I said, organized my thoughts and ideas and executed them perfectly. She is not only a planning genius but she is a gifted designer. She helped me save money in a lot of creative ways and DIYd so many things for me!! She HAND-PAINTED the name place settings. I never once felt obligated to say yes to something I didn't like. For me, the best part of working with her, was how she made me feel comfortable enough to be honest about my thoughts and feelings on things. She helped me to stay on track with every single detail- things I wouldnt have even thought of were it not for her. She reviewed contracts for me and made sure I didn't lift a finger on the day of the wedding. She is a true professional and an expert in wedding planning and design. I received so many compliments from the guests on the decor and set up and the small details and it was all thanks to Jessica. She took my ideas, translated them, and with her brilliant & creative mind, she turned them into reality.
I was initially on the fence about hiring a coordinator. I thought, "how hard could it be?" I pride myself on being a logistical thinker and organized planner but in the wedding industry- you quickly learn there are A LOT of logistical and coordination issues that need to be worked out. 6 weeks before my wedding, my then fiance ended up in the ICU. I wasn't even sure he'd be able to make it to the wedding. I did absolutely nothing planning-wise for the wedding for 4 weeks while i was with him in the hospital and helping him recover at home. Jessica was right there to help me and calm me down and handle anything that needed to be handled. I would never have been able to pull this wedding off if it wasn't for her. She is cool, calm and collected and seeing her feel confident and calm helped me to relax and not stress. So thankful that I found her. Thank you, Jessica! All I said was "I want a colorful whimsical wedding" & you NAILED the exact image I had in my mind.

We worked with Pine Events Co. on planning an anniversary event (weekend and evening gala) for a nonprofit organization. We were looking for someone to help with the creative vision and to coordinate everything. We needed someone that was professional, organized, creative, collaborative, and a good communicator. With Pine Events Co., that is exactly what we found! Pine Events Co. was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure the event was spectacular. Pine Events Co. extensive experience was evident in every aspect of the planning process. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We absolutely LOVED Jessica and her team. One of the most important vendors you book after securing your venue, is your planner. Jessica was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process right from the very beginning. She helped us vet and book vendors, she gave us so many resources with all different FAQ's on seating charts, a fully written out timeline by month, an cute emergency kit on the day of the wedding and so SO much more. She truly brought our wedding day vision to life and never told us "no" when things weren't in budget, she would always say that she would "figure it out for us" and she ALWAYS DID! There were very random items (such as a green couch) that I had fallen in love with during the planning process and Jessica moved things around in the budget to ensure we got our green couch. She even put us in contact with a vendor she had worked with in the past to ensure we got a great deal on it. Anything we wanted, she made sure was all set for us on the wedding day. The timeline of the wedding day was so smooth and all of our other vendors was complimenting how organized everything was for them since Jessica reached out before the wedding to give them final “day of” details. My mom would not stop mentioning how she wants to get married again, just to have Jessica throw her a big party haha.
I am so sad that the wedding planning process is over because I loved sending her random inspo pics from Pinterest and talking about how we could achieve the look for less money. She is the bargain QUEEN and is so extremely crafty. Jessica and her team created ALL of our signage with the beautiful boho theme that we wanted. From the "welcome sign" to the "signature drinks" sign, Jessica hand painted and dyed every single fabric we needed to match the theme. She was AMAZING!!! We will recommend her and the Pine Events Co team to every engaged couple we meet because without her our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was.

She helped us narrow down the venue search, even finding some more untraditional locations since that’s what we wanted. We had an exceptional experience with Pine Events Co. We had a large, multi-day camp wedding several hours from where we live, and we had no idea where to start or what was possible. We were looking to hire someone to help us plan, design, and pull off a unique, participatory camp wedding infused with our values. Put simply, we could not have planned or executed our wedding without the genius of Jessica and her team. Pine Events Co. was the necessary secret-sauce that made our wedding possible -- and incredible! For more than a year leading up to our special day, we relied on Pine Events' expertise in camp weddings, beautiful decor and designs tailored to our style and budget, the most welcoming welcome bags you could imagine, special guest extras, event layouts, activities, and transitions, vendor recommendations and communication, and so many more aspects of wedding planning we would never have thought of. The best part is, Pine Events is an absolute joy to work with! We had the best time with them throughout the planning process, and when our wedding weekend came, we could relax and enjoy ourselves to the fullest knowing that Pine Events knew our wedding plans and vision inside-and-out. Pine Events was the first vendor my husband and I booked for their full wedding planning services and it was the best decision we made. From the very first conversation with Jessica, she made us feel confident that we could have the wedding of our dreams and stay in our budget. Throughout the process, she was honest without being pushy. She listened to all our ideas and concerns - she learned our vibe and was able to bring us great options! She was great at keeping us on track and making sure that we really had a stress-free wedding planning process. Fast forward to our wedding day and I had zero worries. Everything you could ask for and more!
Jessica and here team were truly a gem I did not expect! I am a type A person and had some of the major stuff planned prior to my first phone call with jessica, I was excited but I also was starting to feel the stress of planning a weekend start to work its way in. The minute I spoke with her I was instantly at ease! Jessica went above and beyond in every detail and always had my back. I thought I was organized, but she made me look like a disheveled mess in comparison. She took lead on so much of the decor once I gave her examples of what I liked, and I was so impressed by her beautiful creations. Beyond her exceptional organizational, design aesthetic, and amazing google sheets, she always was striving to predict any issues. We had a religiously observant jewish wedding, which is not her specialty, but she rose to the challenge researching to understand any hiccup that could come up. I cannot even begin to express the value she added to my wedding weekend. We did a summer camp wedding and she was onsite from friday to monday and I did not feel an ounce of stress the entire time. I am telling you, ,this woman is a goddess, all of my bridesmaids were floored by just how relaxed I was and this was 100% because of her. Pine events co. was by far the absolute best value add from a vendor perspective. It is also just an added bonus that she is super down to earth, very friendly, and genuinely excited to help you plan! Cant say enough how happy I was!!! 5 stars!
