Jean was an absolute life saver and a dream come true for our 11/2/2024 wedding. I loved how flexible, fair, and straightforward she was from the very beginning. Then towards the last week prior to the wedding, she was helping put out fires and seemed to have a solution for just about any issue you could imagine popping up. She was the true glue that kept my wedding day together. There were so many invisible tasks that seemed to come together in the blink of an eye because of her. She was also INCREDIBLE with my family members, 12-year-old junior bridesmaid, and rowdy groomsman and bridesmaids. She made clean up after the wedding a breeze and allowed my parents to quickly join the after party. I could go on forever. Mostly, she made us feel safe and secure during our wedding day and I could truly trust her, 11/10 recommend to other brides and grooms.
We hired Jean as our day of coordinator for our wedding day. From start to finish, Jean was attentive, responsive, professional, and just overall so pleasant to work with! She helped to make our day absolutely perfect in every way. From the little details of keeping us on time to thinking of anything I could have forgotten, there was nothing she couldn't do! I highly recommend Jean and Pine Hill Events for any event. Jean became a family member that day and we would not have wanted our day to have been handled by anyone else!!
We cannot recommend Jean highly enough! From our first conversation, Jean's warmth and professionalism made us feel confident that our wedding logistics would be in the best hands with her as our day-of coordinator. She was attentive to detail, very easy to communicate with, and enthusiastic about making our wedding even better than we imagined. On the day of the wedding, Jean made sure we had enough to eat, all of our belongings and decor were in the right places during and after the event, and everyone was at ease and able to relax and enjoy the party. She even had a quick fix for my wedding dress dragging on the dance floor. From the first look to the last dance, Jean anticipated what we needed perfectly, making everything happen while allowing us to be totally present throughout the wedding. Jean is amazing at what she does!!
I planned my daughter’s entire wedding; however, I knew I needed a second set of eyes to assist on the day of the wedding. Jean fit that bill. When we first spoke, I immediately had a great vibe and knew I wanted to work with her. She has this calm and professional demeanor that is important when planning a wedding.
Not only did Jean assist with the wedding she assisted with our rehearsal which both events were at two different locations in the city. She came in with questions and suggestions that I would not of have thought of and made things run seamlessly the night before.
The day of the wedding, Jean handled everything and made my day (as mother of bride) less stressful. She managed the details and coordinated with the staff in making things run smoothly.
Having Jean with us on my daughter’s big day was amazing. I can’t thank her enough on a great experience and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to plan a successful event!

Jean was the day of coordinator for my wedding at Terrain. She also ran my rehearsal near my home. From start to finish Jean was professional, responsive, attentive to detail, and fun to work with. I appreciate that she was respectful of my nonbinary guests and how she helped advocate for my disability accommodations. Weather was terrible on the day of my wedding which led to many people, myself included, being late. Jean was on the ball the whole time and got us back on schedule. I appreciated her fun spirit and would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I hired Pine Hill Events as my wedding planner, for a guest list of 150 guests. Jean was caring, thorough, and thoughtful in her collaboration with me leading up to the day, as well as on my wedding day. She worked incredibly hard helping me bring my design vision to life, which I greatly appreciated!
Jean is a gem-- organized, calm under pressure , quick to respond and truly helpful. She always made time for our calls and email inquiries, had good recommendations and was able to help us plan our wedding-- and then re-plan our reception at the last minute (due to Covid concerns). We couldn't have done it without her help! She is thorough, experienced, professional and truly kind. Having her around through the planning process and on the wedding day was an enormous help. I could relax on our wedding day and just enjoy it because she was coordinating the vendors, solving problems and taking care of last-minute changes. She respected our ideas and budget and talked me down during the more stressful days of planning. I would absolutely recommend Jean as a wedding planner!
Jean was AMAZING! Like many COVID couples, my husband and I had a very stressful wedding planning process - we had to reschedule our wedding twice, moved to a new venue, had a large bridal party, etc. We were also planning our wedding across three different states - us in New Jersey, my parents in Philadelphia, and my husband's parents on Long Island. We all truly felt like Jean was the link between all three of us. She was such a guiding light and calming presence throughout the whole process. She kept things organized, thought of issues and solutions that no one else did for important items, and she completely ran the show the day of the wedding - coordinating with vendors, telling family and bridal party where they needed to be, working with the venue, etc. I can't imagine planning or executing my wedding without Jean - she is amazing at what she does and anyone would be lucky to hire her!
I could not have done my wedding day without Jean. She is amazing at what she does! From the first conversation I had with her to discuss the day of I knew it was going to go well. She is laid back, but makes sure everything is where it needs to be and gets the job done. She listened to everything I needed done and took it without any issues. The day of my wedding, she was running around getting the guys ready and transporting different coolers to different places and made everything happen! Any issues that may have happened on my wedding day, I never knew about because she took them and fixed it without any issues.
We brought Jean into our wedding planning very late in the game to handle our day-of coordination. We talked several times over the phone, laying out what we had planned for our wedding, and what we hoped she could help us with. She listened to all our concerns, read through all our materials, and left us feeling much more comfortable about the big day.
When the day finally came, Jean really went above and beyond to help keep everything running smoothly, and was truly a pleasure to work with. We had a lot of moving parts, and a lot of family members who were already assigned roles for setup and break down, and Jean really did a great job keeping everything running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Jean to anyone planning a wedding!
I hired Jean to day-of coordinate my wedding this past April. I started talking to her right around the same time that I started getting overwhelmed by wedding planning and she was incredibly helpful. She made me a detailed to do list for the last 4 weeks (I was doing all wedding planning on my own), would check in to help me keep organized, made herself familiar with my other vendors and knew details about the itinerary better than I did at times! She attended the rehearsal and was there all day for me during the wedding. This was actually the first time I met her in person as I was planning from across the country, and she was so warm and became a friend immediately which helped calm my nerves. The one thing I wanted for the day of my wedding was to not worry about anything- and I got my wish thanks to Jean. It rained unexpectedly for photos and our ceremony had to be switched to a different location, but I didn’t have to worry about any of it. She was super organized, had more energy than I did all day, and made sure things went flawlessly even when we had some hiccups. Jean was a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator or event planner.
