Choosing Pineapple Punch Events for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding day at Camp Pinewood was nothing short of perfect—dreamy, seamless, and incredibly fun. All our guests agreed that the day was flawless, and we owe much of that to Jennifer, our month-of coordinator.
Jennifer was the ideal blend of relaxed and fun, combined with the organizational skills and perfectionism every couple needs during their wedding journey. She anticipated our needs throughout the planning process and on the wedding day, addressing details we hadn't even considered. Her behind-the-scenes communication with vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding allowed my husband and me to focus on other things and truly relax.
Jennifer's calm yet confident demeanor gave me the assurance that everything was under control, allowing me to enjoy our special day fully. When people asked how we were feeling, we could genuinely say we were happy and excited, free from the stress we had anticipated. This sense of calm was thanks to Jennifer.
Throughout the planning process, Jennifer was incredibly communicative and helpful, answering all my questions even before we were a month out. Given that this was a camp wedding, I had to provide all the decor for the reception space. I had a vision, bought various items online, and handed them to Jennifer, hoping for the best. When she and Marah (who is also amazing!) finished setting up, we were stunned. They transformed a humble camp lodge into a gorgeous, moody, autumnal, and colorful reception space. Both we and the camp staff were floored by the transformation.
Jennifer's thoughtfulness was evident in countless small gestures, such as recommending we take a moment after the ceremony to enjoy cocktails and snacks in a quiet, celebratory moment together. She also ensured late-night snacks were available so our parents could enjoy the dance floor.
Finally, Jennifer is simply an amazing person—kind, warm, caring, fun, sweet, and a joy to be around. She fit in seamlessly with us and our guests. We are beyond thrilled that we hired Pineapple Punch Events, and we are confident you will be too!

It’s truly difficult to summarize how incredible Amber is, but suffice it to say that our wedding day would not have been the absolute perfection that it was without her. Amber is the easygoing yet organized planner that you want on your team throughout the wedding process. Her years of experience in the wedding industry mean that she knows the language of vendors and thinks of little details that the layperson would never be aware of. Her communication and back end work with vendors saved us so many hours and our sanity. I was an anxious, type-A bride but Amber had the exact calm yet capable attitude that allowed me to fully trust that everything would be handled so I could relax and enjoy our wedding day. She checked in at regular intervals throughout the planning process and gave us achievable monthly tasks to keep us on track. She is an expert at taking design inspo and bringing the vision to life. She was so incredibly thoughtful in a million little ways - even making sure that some of our signature drinks and cocktail hour snacks were set aside for us to enjoy for a moment alone together following our ceremony. She is also just an incredibly kind, fun person. We are so happy to have chosen Amber and are forever grateful to know her. ♥️
Hiring Jennifer and Amber and team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! We had originally planned to hire a day-of coordinator but were concerned about communicating with vendors beforehand and making sure our schedule was realistic, so were also open to month of coordinators. We chatted with a few other planners and weren’t amazed, but then we found Pineapple Punch and after 2 minutes of talking with Amber, I knew we had found the people we wanted to work with. As an LGBTQ+ couple we felt so accepted and celebrated by her team.
Amber and Jennifer were so organized and communicative throughout the entire process, and even though we went a bit over our budget hiring them, they easily saved us the difference (and more) with some of the other vendor recommendations they were able to give us with their industry knowledge!!
Being able to text Jennifer all of our last minute panicked questions or schedule changes did so much to ease our anxiety and keep track of all the million things that needed to get done in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Knowing that we had someone who could run the rehearsal, set up and direct folks on decorations, and help with tear down made our wedding weekend SO stress free. I genuinely had a relaxing day up until right before the ceremony. Having worked with Jennifer for a month before the wedding day made it so we could trust her and not feel like we had to check in to make sure everything was aligned with our plans. She knew our vision and was able to accurately answer questions from our wedding parties and vendors because she helped us build out the schedule.
If you are at all on the fence about hiring Pineapple Punch or whether you need a month-of coordinator, we can say without a doubt that it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and you will not regret hiring them!!!!
Oh my goodness, where do I begin? We hired Amber to be the 30-day coordinator for our wedding, and we were absolutely blown away by what a phenomenal job she did. She went wayyy above and beyond every step of the way, even before the 30-day timeframe started and she technically didn't even need to do much for us! She was always so friendly, attentive, and responsive, and she made sure that everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. She did a fantastic job of coordinating with all of our vendors, and she made great recommendations, too. She was super thorough in answering the many, many questions that I had throughout the process, and she never made me feel like I was being at all annoying with my barrage of questions! She was just such a reassuring presence and is beyond capable of handling anything that's thrown at her. I truly don't know how we would have done this without her. She and her assistant also did a beautiful job of arranging our table centerpieces and all of our decor elements; everything looked fantastic and way better than I'd even envisioned. A lot of our vendors even told us how nice it was to work with Amber, too. We would recommend her a million times over! Amber, thank you SO much for all of your hard work for us. It is so appreciated!
Amber was amazing and so so helpful! She honestly handled more than I expected when I hired her and it made the month of my wedding pretty much stress free! We HIGHLY recommend!!
I can’t even begin to describe how incredible Amber and The Pineapple Punch team is. From our first conversation, I knew we would get along and she would help plan the day my husband and I wanted perfectly. We live out of state and I was nervous about planning a day from scratch and executing it all on my own. Amber was the answer to my prayers. She is not only incredibly nice, responsive and fun to be around, she is so detail oriented and helped keep me on track the entire time. I can’t imagine this experience without Amber being part of it. I felt totally at ease the day of our wedding and I don’t think that would have been the case without her. Amber was my wedding planner and Beth assisted the day of! AMBER IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can not brag about her enough. She was there at anytime everyday to assist in all my questions. Even after we had to postpone twice and then change venues, Amber was totally and completely helpful, accommodating, understanding and professional throughout the entire thing. She checked in with us the entire time over almost two years to make sure we were always on the same page and everything was still on track to run smoothly. When our big day finally came, I could not have been more grateful to have her and her assistant around! Everything ran as flawlessly as I could possibly have imagined thanks to them. Highly, highly, highly recommend having Amber and her team as a part of your wedding day! We signed on for month-of coordinating with Pineapple Punch Events as part of our package at Black Barn Wedding Venue. As a type-A bride who has been looking forward to her wedding day since I was a little girl, I thought I had everything figured out. Boy, was I wrong. Amber was incredibly helpful from answering all of our many questions to thinking about all of the little details we would have missed. She and Laurel handled all of our vendors, crazy wedding party and families, with ease. The whole day was absolutely flawless! If we had to do it all over again, Pineapple Punch Events would be the first vendor I would book.
I can't say enough good things about Amber and her team at Pineapple Punch, who stuck with us through two separate postponements and helped keep 15 months of low-key panic in check as we waited to see if the pandemic would allow us to have the wedding we'd been dreaming of. We signed on for month-of planning plus day-of coordination, but well before the month of, it felt like Amber was always there with an answer or reassurance over email as we muddled our way through our DIY planning. I thought we did a pretty decent job, but once we hit the month of and Amber started doing her thing in earnest, it was eye-opening — we would have missed so many crucial details without her help! And on the day of, she and Jennifer were on top of every. last. thing, from the decor (which they executed even better than I had imagined, and made some smart improvisations along the way) to the timing of the ceremony (which we didn't bother to rehearse beforehand, lol) to searching for the groom's lost cufflink (in the grass! at night!). And yeah, you better believe they found that sucker!
To be frank, I'm an A-type planner by nature who loves making lists and I always thought putting together a wedding would be the ultimate confirmation of my skills — I kind of assumed I could do it without a planner, and initially only sought out a day-of coordinator because the venue strongly suggested it. But now that I'm on the other side of it I can laugh at how foolish that was, and now when anyone asks me for wedding advice, my first response is, for the love of god, hire a coordinator, and if your wedding is in Michigan, absolutely hire Pineapple Punch. You will not regret it.
I will forever be amazed by the work Amber put in for our wedding! She never made me feel guilty for messaging her a million questions and always made me feel as if we were the only wedding she was planning because she put so much work and time into it. Even the day of the wedding if I needed anything Amber was always right there when I needed her. I don’t live in the same area as my wedding was so having Amber lead us in the right direction with the best vendors was truly the best thing ever. I truly had the wedding of my dreams and I owe it all the Amber! And of course her sister for being her assistant the day of as well. When I now get asked for wedding advice, the first thing I say is hire Pineapple Punch Events!
Amber and her team were an incredible asset to me and my wife throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of. Though we had only hired them as “day of coordinators”, they gave us a software that was incredibly helpful from the beginning to end of planning, and were ALWAYS there with helpful answers to all of our many questions. They kicked into high gear closer to the event and managed everything beautifully. Our wedding day was completely stress free, and having Amber and Roxy there with us was an utter delight. I would HIGHLY recommend you go with this super amazing, super supportive, and super affordable team. Of all the money we spent, this is the piece I would spend again in a heartbeat!!! Worth every penny and more. Would also recommend Pineapple Punch for LGBTQ+ weddings :)

Amber checked in with us one year from our wedding date, answered our miscellaneous questions over many months, and then walked us through every detail of the wedding weekend about a month out from our big day.
Amber and her team wrangled by big crazy family for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. If there was an issue, I didn’t even need to know about it. She helped the photographer get the right shots and made sure the groom and I were where we needed to be when we needed to be there (cake cutting, first dance, grand entrance, etc.)
Not only is Amber and her team professional, timely, and great communicators.. they’re also kind and fun!

We worked with Amber for our wedding at the Black Barn & Winery and ohmygoodness was she a godsend. Amber is incredibly organized, gets back to you in a very timely manner and thinks of everything — and I mean everything. She made our wedding planning as stress free as possible and the day before and the day of I had absolutely no stress at all — seriously, I did not expect to be that relaxed! Our parents, wedding party and wedding guests all had nothing but good things to say about Amber and her team. Our wedding went off without a single hitch! Amber also helped us during our initial wedding postponement due to Covid. She was very kind, accommodating and helped guide us through out options. As soon as we had made our decision to postpone she was reaching out to all of our vendors to notify them for us and help rebook our new dates. It made the disappointment of postponing easier to bear, and Amber made what would have been a crazy, hectic time for us so much easier. Amber was constantly going above and beyond for us and we are so, so incredibly appreciative for all the work she had put into our wedding, especially when she had so many other weddings to work with at the same time. Amber is so kind and caring and she will be in your corner. We absolutely adore her and will be singing praises for her and Pineapple Punch events for years to come!
Amber was the best thing we never knew we needed. She ensured our planning process and big day went so smoothly, I couldn’t have done it without her! She helped fine tune all the details and helped delegate to get things done. The wedding world is vast and she helped us bring our vision and dream wedding goals to fruition. I don’t think I can fully express how thankful I am for Amber and her team. Summer months are an extremely busy season for wedding vendors yet James and I felt like their only couple for the entire year. From the planning leading up to our wedding day, to the day itself, she held our hand through the entire process. There were a couple of things I changed my mind on at the last second and Amber and her team handled the changes so effortlessly. I never felt like I was bothering Amber with questions or changes because you can tell she truly enjoys working with her couples.
If you want your wedding day to be stress free I can’t think of any other team than Amber’s. I wasn’t asked a single question on the day of the wedding, Amber and her team took care of absolutely everything. The only task James and I had to do was enjoy our day. I don’t ever write reviews, but I could write 193828283 describing how outstanding they were.
Amber and her staff are absolutely amazing! She will walk you through from beginning to end. She will promptly answer all your questions or point you in the right direction. She is super sweet and caring too! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. If you are thinking you don’t need a wedding coordinator you are 100% wrong! As someone who is a bit of a control freak and a natural planner, I never thought I needed a wedding coordinator...until Amber. Amber's month-of services were included through our venue, Black Barn, and I cannot tell you how essential and amazing she was! After planning (and re-planning) my wedding three times due to COVID, I was stressed, exhausted, and just "over" the whole wedding planning process. Amber swooped in just when I needed her and took care of contacting and finalizing things with all of our vendors, was super responsive to all of my questions and concerns, Pineapple Punch's Aisle Planner software was a wonderful way to stay focused and on track.
When our big day came, I (and the people around me) was astounded how stress-free and happy I was. I owe a ton of that to Amber. Normally the micro-manager that is terrible at delegating, I knew without a doubt that Amber had it under control and could simply enjoy my day. From helping with setup and take down, tipping vendors, bustling my dress, shifting timelines at my request, making sure we had drinks and food at all times, wrangling our kiddos in the bridal party, the list goes on and on...I am SO grateful to Amber for making our day so stress-free and absolutely perfect.
We got to use Pineapple Punch services through our wedding venue Black Barn, and I am so thankful we had them. Jennifer took care of everything on the wedding day making it very stress-less for this bride. Coming from the events industry myself it was nice to know I could fully trust Jennifer and the Pineapple team. I was able to hand over all communication to them and they worked with all the vendors schedules. Their planning tool they provide also was A MAJOR help from day one. Not only are they professional and organized but also friendly down to earth people that you would want around on your special day!
My husband Koby and I worked with Jennifer and Amber from Pineapple Punch Events to coordinate and host our wedding on 5/22/21 at the Black Barn Vineyard in Rives Junction, MI. They were very responsive and informative months leading up to the event, answering all my questions quickly over email which I appreciated and helping me think through set-up, decor, etc. At the event, Jennifer and her assistant were quick to handle any issue, answer questions from me and my family, and coordinate with all our vendors. Hiring Pineapple Punch Events was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding (other than saying yes to the proposal of course!). Amber was incredible with helping us through two postponements, all the changing guidelines, and ultimately having our perfect wedding. The week of the wedding everyone kept commenting on how relaxed I was, and it was because I knew Amber had everything under control! Even our best man said "Amber was awesome! I would just look at her, she'd read my mind and point to where I was supposed to go." So thankful to have Pineapple Punch Events a part of my day. Couldn't have done it without them!
If you're considering a wedding planner, and you're reading this review, look no further. Amber was an actual god-send. From the minute we booked our wedding she was ALWAYS available to answer every question or concern I had. I had previously worked with another planner- for a COVID cancelled wedding, and they were awful in comparison to Amber. She had recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted, because lets be honest, we're pretty much all planning a wedding for the first time. I really couldn't say enough how easy and completely stress-free she made our day!
I keep trying to write this review, but then I stop because I get anxiety that I can't put into words what my heart is truly feeling and how absolutely grateful I am to have had Amber with me on my wedding day. I could spend a whole day telling you how amazing Amber was and how she truly made my wedding day, and it wouldn't be enough. I booked my wedding at Black Barn Vineyard and Winery. I hadn't yet considered a wedding planner, but I soon learned that our venue had booked a wedding planner for us, and it was truly a saving grace for my wedding. Amber, I didn't even know I needed you but I cannot even imagine my wedding day without you. From the beginning. Amber was extremely organized and on track with everything. She was more prepared for my wedding than I even was. Amber kept us organized on Aisle Planner, with a checklist and timeline of things we had to get done, she followed up with us about vendors and even took some stress away by having direct contact with our vendors. The day before the wedding, Amber met up with us as we were decorating, and picked up on my vision, and jumped right in with helping us set up our tables. She walked us through the ceremony and put my mind at ease with timing and logistics. I am truly a perfectionist and do not trust anyone with getting things done. But I fully trusted Amber with everything on the day of my wedding. She kept everyone on time, set up decor down the aisle, set up our dessert table, communicated with our DJ and photographers, answered any questions from my family and friends, and probably a million more things behind the scenes that I didn't even know about. Amber was seriously the only person I trusted to do anything on the day of my wedding. During the day/night, any question or request I had, Amber was right there by my side to make sure it was handled. Our day was absolutely perfect and I could not have done it without you, Amber. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!
WOW! Amber was absolutely AMAZING. So wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was such a hard task. Countless hours of crying (one day 10 people can be in the room at one time, the next day 50 the next 100, back down to 10 I mean it was so frustrating but out of anyone’s control) messaging Amber through out every question even if it was at 3 am she would always get back to me early the next day.. I was so grateful for her! Her communication was amazing, always making sure she filled us in with what’s happening wedding & Covid related. She kept us all on track with planning, making sure we were at the right place at the right time. While being a bride at my wedding I didn’t know what to expect but Amber made sure the day went amazing & she even made sure to grab me a drink, make sure my dress was fixed, anything I needed that day she was the go to girl, it seemed she wasn’t my wedding coordinator but my friend & it was BEYOND amazing to have her!! Her amazing personality, her willingness to always go above & beyond, she was very attentive... I mean I could go on & on... I would absolutely recommend Amber & Pineapple Punch Events to everyone!!! There are not enough words to describe how absolutely fantastic it was to work with Amber and her team. She always had the answers to my questions, helped me with whatever I needed and kept everything on track the day of my wedding so that I could relax and enjoy it. Amber and her team were the best thing to happen to our wedding! Unfortunately I was a Covid bride but Amber did everything in her power to never make me feel like such. She was so responsive and on top of everything! Organization is definitely a top skill of hers. She was in contact with all the vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page and the day would be perfect. My wedding party and family loved her on the day of. She kept everything running so smoothly and I felt so blessed to have her! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you Amber!!
We can't say enough wonderful things about Amber and her crew. Having to postpone a wedding in the middle of a pandemic left us stressed and worried. Amber supported us in all of our decisions to move dates, reduce party size, mask up, and do what we could to keep people safe. In planning, she was willing to have harder conversations with our vendors, manage logistics, and advocate for us. Pineapple Punch uses very accessible planning tools that allowed us to be really involved when we could, and keep a greater distance when we felt overwhelmed. On the day of our wedding, they absolutely crushed it. I'm someone who can't help but jump in and help during events, and our wedding was honestly the first time that I was truly able to relax and know for darn sure that everything was covered and under control. I've heard from multiple guests that ours was the smoothest wedding they've ever been to. If you're on the fence about having a planner or taking advantage of these services, please reconsider and sign Amber on. We wouldn't change a thing about our day and she played a huge part in making it happen.
My daughter's wedding was this past weekend at Black Barn Vineyards and Winery in Rives Junction, MI. We worked with Kristine from Pineapple Punch Events and she did a wonderful job. Everything was perfect and went flawlessly. My daughter and son-in-law said the next day how very helpful she was to them throughout the evening. Where do I even begin? Amber is the absolute best wedding planner in the game and I am SO beyond thankful for her! She was there for me every step of the way with full planning services, not to mention she helped us navigate handling wedding planning during COVID! She guided us in the right direction while handling postponing our wedding and completely switching venues. I also so appreciated how responsive Amber was throughout the whole process- she was always there to answer my questions and was incredibly on top of things, which was extremely helpful! Amber was absolutely incredible! I do not know how we would have gotten through the wedding process without her. Not only are we so grateful for her services coordinating our vendors, timeline, and keeping us on track in the planning, but she also guided us through this uncertain COVID-19 situation. We went through with our wedding on 7-25-2020 and she made it possible. She kept us up-to-date on what to expect for our wedding, encouraged us in the hard times, and did everything possible to still make the day perfect (and it was perfect!)
Amber's communication was a huge help. We met for the first time a year out from our wedding and she kept in consistent contact throughout the whole year and almost daily contact as the day got closer. She always responded to any question quickly and in-depth. She always made time to chat via phone or email.
Beyond the planning process, she made the actual wedding day so smooth. I know our parents were deeply appreciative of this so they could enjoy the day and not worry about the details and timeline. Amber is professional and a strong leader, but also warm and enthusiastic. She loves what she does and it shines in her work. We cannot recommend her or Pineapple Punch Events enough.
Amber was simply AMAZING! She was incredibly kind and an easy person to talk with, but beyond her personality you could tell she loves what she does and she does it very well. From the get go she set us up with a plan and kept us on track with the Aisle Planner website. She also recommended a ton of great vendors and took all the stress out of the process! We cannot say enough about Pineapple Punch Events! Amber Frawley was an absolute joy to work with. It was immediately clear from the first call that Amber knew what she was doing and she’d help keep us on track. Everything was kept neat and organized within the Aisle Planner system which was setup, maintained, and updated regularly. Communication was easy and often exceeded expectations which was very important to us as we were planning this wedding from across the country! For the sake of brevity, we would absolutely recommend Amber and Pineapple Punch Events to any/all our friends. Amber really knew how to take the stress out of our big day so we could truly enjoy and we'll remember it for years to come.
My husband and I worked with Amber for our July 2019 wedding. Simply put - you CANNOT do any better. Amber was amazing at every step of the way. I will be honest and say that at the beginning of our wedding planning process, I wasn't completely convinced that we would need wedding planning services/day of coordination services - but I have never been so happy to be wrong in my life. I read another review for PPE that said that you should consider booking them as your wedding gift to yourself - and I couldn't agree with this more! To any bride or groom out there who is on the fence about booking PPE - there is absolutely no question that you need them on your team for the biggest (and busiest!) day of your life.
We decided to go with the month-of planning package, but we really started the process with Amber almost 8 months prior to our wedding. This is when we had our initial phone call, and we first got access to their wedding planning software, Aisle Planner. Aisle Planner is SUPER nice to have - PPE have created a super helpful timeline with a ton of different tasks to help keep you on track on your own, and it also was the main software we used to help track RSVPs, as well as form our seating chart. It was literally made to be used for weddings, so it is MUCH easier to use than trying to fiddle with a bunch of different Excel sheets. Anyways - back to Amber! As the month of our wedding approached, we had another phone call, and Amber checked in with us and made sure we were all good, helped remind us of things that may or may not have slipped our minds, and made sure she got all the needed info from us so she she knew every detail of our day. After this, she took over contacting all of our vendors to make sure they were also ready to go the day of. This is absolutely something that needs to be done, and having Amber take this part over was a huge relief as we had so much other stuff going on. She came to our rehearsal the night before our wedding, and helped direct everyone while also answering a ton of questions.
The day of our wedding, Amber made sure that everything was taken care of and that my husband and I didn't have to worry about a single. thing. She also made it so that other family members, especially our parents, and other wedding party members could completely relax and enjoy the day. She ran the entire show, directing vendors and keeping us on time, and it speaks to how well she did her job that I am still not aware of a single thing that went wrong (which is how it should be!) It was an absolutely perfect day and we never could have done it without Amber.
Do not hesitate to book with PPE - they are the best of the best.

A month leading up to our wedding, Amber coordinated a gaggle of vendors, made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, confirmed and reconfirmed times, and SO MUCH MORE.
Day of, Amber and her assistant Jessica (with the addition of their studly flip crew 💪) helped make our day just straight-up magic! They handled EVERYTHING; from setting up the most majestic event space to packing up boxes and cars at the end of the night, so that my husband and I could savor every. single. moment of our wedding. They were professional, prompt, and absolute perfection!

Amber was truly amazing from the very start. We did the month of package with her through our venue. She contacted me 6 months before the wedding and introduced me to the Aisle Planner program and helped set me up with everything on there to keep me organized during the whole planning process! During our first phone call together, I knew she was going to be a life savor for me with the wedding. Very down to earth, answered every question I had and made suggestions with anything I needed guidance on. The month of the wedding she really kicked into gear with communicating with me and ALL of my vendors, keeping all of us on track with timeline details, etc. Amber was there for the rehearsal to keep that short and efficient and organize any last details. The day of the wedding Amber and her assistant performed miracles for me! We were running behind with decorating and they stepped in to help and throughout the day kept us girls organized and the crazy groomsmen in line and on time throughout the entire day (which was a job all in itself, lol). I cannot say enough great things about all that Amber and her assistant did for us on our special day. I am so thankful she was there for us!! Amber is very good at her job and truly cares about the bride and groom and strives to make your wedding the best day of your life. I very highly recommend her!
My husband and I cannot say thank you enough to Kristine for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! We originally were set up to have a DIL of the venue owner as our coordinator, but when she moved away we were unsure what the plan would be. Kristine stepped right in when they partnered with Black Barn Vineyard and Winery, reassuring us they would take care of everything, which she truly did! From our very first phone call (she spent over an hour talking to us!) we knew she truly loved her job and loves making couples dream weddings come true. Kristine used Aisle Planner software to help us organize everything from seating arrangements, room layouts, photographer request, to day of timelines in a breeze. She was always available for my random text and emails when I was in a slight bridal panic and needed some direction. She helped me keep track of all of our vendors and offered us guidance with details of the wedding we had never even thought about.
The weekend of our wedding she was 100% dedicated to making our day perfect. She helped organize our large group to make the rehearsal run smoothly and always was an optimist that our crazy Michigan weather would turn around! The day of the wedding we were blessed to have both Kristine and Amber coordinating our big day and they were truly a God sent! From running interference with family/friends to give us a break to eat dinner to cleaning up a broken glass seconds after it hit the dance floor to helping us ensure we were running on time for events, they covered it all.

There are no words to say how amazing Amber from Pineapple Punch Events is at her job. We completely lucked out when we found her & knew we needed her help minutes into our first phone call.
We called her a few months before our wedding looking for a day of planner. We settled on her month of package but it felt like she started with us that day. I have never had anyone respond so thoroughly or promptly to my emails and questions. She set us up with software to help keep track of tasks & organize the guest list. She was always updating our to-do's & progress. By the time rehearsal day arrived we were 100% on track to having the perfect day.
Our actual wedding day ran so smoothly. Amber & her assistant paid us each a visit the morning of the wedding while we were getting ready. They helped the groom & groomsmen with their boutonnieres & made sure they knew when & where to be. They visited the girls and came to the rescue with her emergency kit as we needed some scissors and a makeshift flower girl bouquet assembled. From then on until the end of the night we were in bride & groom mode. She made it so we didn't have to worry about anything. They packed up all of our extra favors, charger plates, gifts, cards, donuts, & cake at the end of the night. We were able to enjoy our day to the absolute fullest.
Amber was instrumental in everything coming together for our perfect day. We genuinely felt like we were her only clients. Seriously, we were beyond shocked to see her at another wedding the next weekend.
