dding. We didnt have a traditional ceremony, but it was still all handled above our expectations. We started with a cocktail hour and hors d'ourves, which were perfect and delicious. This hour was a great start and gave my wife and I a chance to prepare and talk to everyone as guest arrived. The reception was flawless. We had a buffet style meal for dinner. Everyone loved the meal selections and desserts. The team was extremely professional. The weather was a little unsteady and we couldn't utilize the outside area as anticipated but we still were very pleased with the entire experience.

They were not courteous, they did not follow up on what they were told were the most important details of our day which left those details unaddressed. The planner assured us we would be taken care of and we were not. Our set up was not done properly, they missed setting up an entire table and cheated us out of an entire hour of our reception as it took that hour for them to properly set up after sending our guests away because they had improperly set up. Our wedding cake was cut up and we never saw it! I nor my guests received any cake. The reception felt super rushed due to us being cheated out of that first hour. The GM was rude, unaccommodating, lacked accountability, and exhibited absolutely no empathy or compassion for their blunders. I adore my husband and would have married him no matter the venue, however when you spend this type of money you hope to have a pleasantly memorable day, this was far from the case. The chef Linda was gracious and could see and feel our disappointment so she did her best to ensure the food was delicious and it was very good. We worked very hard to be able to afford our wedding as I am sure a lot of people do so to have our money spent and our one day feel like a bad memory is very disheartening for us. The only thing that makes us smile about this day is the memory of seeing one another for the first time as I was walking down the aisle to my groom. Our forever is what counts and maybe for our 10th or 20th anniversary we will get to renew our vows in a special way but this is not an experience I wish on any bride or groom. There was so much they didn't keep their word about I can't even give all of the details but they were absolutely awful. Sherry and Ron do not properly represent what this venue gives it's couples.

have looked at at least 7 different places. Picking PineCrest was the best decision we made. The food was amazing, staff so welcoming and we just had an absolutely beautiful wedding day. They made it so easy to work with all their vendors (food tastings, set up meetings with floral team etc.) and made me and my bridal party feel so at ease. If you are looking for a venue that will just magnify the love you have at your wedding I highly recommend Pinecrest.

It helped the reception go more smoothly to not be battling over space. Sherry and Ron were polite and attentive through our entire process. Friends and family were amazed at how calm we seemed throughout the entire process. My guess is that's what you look like when you are confident with the venue you have chosen and the team that has been assigned. PineCrest has wonderful vendors to choose from as well to bring your vision to light. Once again, Sherry, Ron and the rest of the team were with us from start to finish answering questions, advocating on our behalf and making our daughter's wedding one we all remember.

She was there up to and including the day of, and even set up all our decorations for us as well as put the finishing touches on our wedding cake and made sure it was absolutely stunning - she does it all! As an absolutely clueless bride, Sherry was amazing to have in my corner. The venue itself was absolutely amazing too. There's a wonderful bridal suite that we had access to all day for the girls to get ready in, the grounds are so beautiful for pictures (they even write "I do" in the sand on their golf course for a super cute photo op) and most importantly, you are the only event going on so nobody else is there to steal your thunder. The staff put together wonderful meals and hors d'oeuvres that our guests raved about all night, and even set us up with a plate of all of our hors d'oeuvres at our sweetheart table so that we wouldn't miss out on them while taking pictures which was a big worry of mine (we picked great food, we wanted to be able to eat it too!) PineCrest was everything we wanted and more, and I would definitely recommend it to future brides.

Once the main room was opened up, we were thrilled with how great everything looked. The little touches like the chair covers and uplighting really impressed our guests. Their florist, Shannan, did an incredible job with the flowers! Our centerpieces ended up being above and beyond anything we were expecting. The staff here kept everything moving as the night progressed. Everyone got their food in a timely manner (and commented on how delicious it was), and they were able to handle our guests even as they got a little rowdy towards the end of the night. Compared to other venues in the area, PineCrest was a good value for the size of wedding we ended up with. They even offer a discount for teachers, which was a nice touch. We're so glad we decided to go with PineCrest.

I was really nervous but Charlie helped calm my nerves with his jokes and our 4 yo flower girl loved his attention so much that she forgot her stage fright before she walked down the aisle. The scenery was stunning and add a beautiful backdrop to our photos. All in all it was a perfect day thanks to the care and attention to detail that the Pinecrest staff provided. I can't thank them enough!

Our wedding cake was designed just the way we want it in fact we even created some flavors that were completely different from any wedding I've ever been to. Our wedding was just the way we wanted it to be. We had the place to ourselves they only do one wedding at a time! Love that!! The place truly is spectacular. Beautiful ballroom, lovely setting and spacious. And we loved that they host only one event at a time. We didn't have to worry about another wedding interfering with ours. We had 240 guests and we had plenty of room for both the cocktail hour and the reception. Highly recommend to anyone. We are doing my mothers birthday party here in the Spring of 2016, so they also do smaller events too.

The room was beautiful with amazing uplighting to match our colors. We used a lot of their in house vendors as well as many of their recommended vendors and everything was easy and great. My husband and I literally have nothing bad to say, from the bartenders to the personal attendant everyone was very helpful and caring. Sherry went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated with anything that we needed and we had the entire facility to ourselves. There were so many personal touches and additions that Sherry made that really made us feel special and that it was all about us that day. We are so thankful for the amazing staff and place. Couldn't have chosen anywhere better!

The day of our wedding we had a problem with our shuttle bus-- it left about 10 guests stranded at a nearby hotel. Sherry found out about this issue before I did, and the way she presented the problem to me was that there were some guests that the shuttle didn't pick up, she already had employees of PineCrest on their way in their own cars to pick them up, and she just wanted to know if we wanted to start the ceremony right on time or wait a few minutes for her employees to bring our last few guests. She turned what could have been a panicky moment for me into a little blip with an easy solution. Sherry is AMAZING at what she does, and turns a great venue into a simply spectacular one.

We had the most perfect wedding, the entire staff and the food was excellent. We are still getting compliments on our day. The deck was so great to do photos and our guests really enjoyed the cocktail hour outside. If you are looking for the best place to have your wedding,(and believe me I have been to way more weddings than most girls) PineCrest out did all the rest. They did more than make my dream wedding they did it with great elegance.

I also liked that with the wedding package the cake and (most) flowers were included, as well as a candy bar! We offered a chicken entrée to a Ribeye and the cost ended up being $121-141pp. We also had signature drinks, a potato bar, & chair covers, which will add to the per person cost. The baker (An Occasional Treat) who they do business with was great; very friendly and his cakes were AMAZING (I typically don't care about cake). They have an option to do 2 flavors to a layer the icing wasn't overly sweet, it was perfect! The florist (Shannan Holland) was so great! I had no idea what I wanted with flowers, so she helped me pick out flowers for the venue. I also used Shannan for the bridal party/family flowers and they were VERY reasonable and their quality did not reflect the lower cost; I was stunned at how big my bridal bouquet was! The food at the venue was great and they offer a lot of really great choices. The room is beautiful, and I really don't have anything negative to say about it. The ONLY concern that was slightly an issues was communication. When I originally contacted them my phone call got lost in the shuffle, but I am so happy I called back and got an appointment. Also, there was a little bit of miscommunication via e-mail about days/times/what was being accomplished. All in all, everything got straightened out and was easily fixed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
