in...I'll start with the most amazing venue coordinator you could ask for - Hayley. From the first meeting my Husband and I had with Hayley about booking Pinecrest for our wedding we knew we were in the best hands. Hayley walked us through every detail and we quickly found out just how much she is willing, and delighted, to do to make our wedding special. This care followed through all the way up until the day of the wedding! Hayley was incredibly communicative throughout the planning process, and she set up AND took down all of our decor. We truly did not have to lift a finger and she made the reception look absolutely fabulous. The food...our guests are still talking about how amazing dinner was. Mark and the kitchen staff did a fabulous job with all of the food for our wedding. We thought that our tasting when we selected our meals was good? It was somehow BETTER the night of our wedding. I don't know how they did it, but the mashed potatoes and the white fish - I still dream about it. The bar? Equally as fabulous. We threw out the idea of adding a signature drink and Hayley and Mark were ON it. We gave them a recipe we enjoyed of a French 75 and they were more than happy to include it. The bar was packed with pretty much everything you could ask for, and the bartenders were so fun and kind. We truly had the best time with them. I've been to Pinecrest before so I already knew it was a beautiful course, but our photographs turned out even better than I had hoped. It was a beautiful day surrounded by beautiful scenery and the most amazing people. We used all local vendors - venue, DJ, Photographer, and they turned out to all know each other so of course they worked FABULOUSLY together. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing team. I could go on forever about how perfect our wedding was, and it could not have happened without Hayley, Mark, and all of the Pinecrest staff. sy to understand. We met with Hayley, the event coordinator, several times leading up to the event. She was always eager to answer any questions I may have and would always think of important things I hadn’t even thought of yet. If I had any questions leading up to the wedding, she was always a quick call or email away. Hayley was the greatest help for our rehearsal. She made sure we had everything we needed to know for the big day and walked us through each step of the ceremony. On our wedding day, I don’t know what I would have done without Hayley. She was there first thing in the morning to set up decor. As we were getting ready, she even brought our lunches down to the bridal suite. She consistently checked in throughout the day and went above and beyond what I expected. When it came time for the ceremony, she made sure it was timed out perfectly and even fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle. The food was fantastic. I had multiple people comment that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. All of the servers and bartenders were so friendly and eager to help with anything. The grounds were well kept and made for great photo opportunities. We were able to take a golf cart around with our photographer before the ceremony. They also let us meet with the photographer a few weeks before the wedding to ride a golf cart around and scope out photo locations. Working with Hayley was the best experience. She is consistently on top of things and always thinking one step ahead. If you are considering having your wedding at Pinecrest, I highly recommend it!

look like. Amy was also good with creating our menu and piece together our late night pizzas and sweets table for the reception for our guests. The morning of the wedding was perfect as Amy supplied champagne for the mimosas for the girls to get ready in the bridal suite. The venue is gorgeous and everything we could have expected and more!
