Pinecrest Weddings and Event Center

We had our wedding at Pinecrest Event Center in June of 2024. We are SO happy with our experience here. Sean, our coordinator was great and helped things run smoothly. We're very happy we chose Pinecrest and don't think you'll be disappointed if you do too!

We loved working with Pinecrest! The staff was very helpful and communicative, and timely with responses. Every vendor Pinecrest recommended was excellent as well!

Absolutely fantastic! Our experience at Pinecrest in the beautiful location of Palmer Lake was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The team at Pinecrest was exceptionally well-organized and incredibly friendly. The venue itself was breathtaking, with a stunning bridal suite and a chapel for our ceremony was an absolute dream. Every detail was meticulously crafted, and all of the vendors involved were not only kind but truly amazing at what they do. Their all-inclusive package was not only worth every penny but also very reasonably priced. Opting for this package was one of the best decisions we made. The highlight of our culinary experience was Bird Dog BBQ, included in the package. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food! Moreover, the decor added a wonderful touch to the ambiance, enhancing the beauty of the venue even more. Our wedding day was perfect, and I truly believe it's because of the venue's planning and attention to detail. A special shoutout to Danny, Faith, Russell, and Sara, our Day of Coordinator, who was nothing short of AMAZING! Sara ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. I can't recommend Pinecrest enough to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our day truly the best day of our lives.

I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. We chose the all-inclusive package, and we are so glad we did. All the vendors that Pinecrest connected us with were phenomenal, including Catering by Nikki, Sugarplum Cake Shoppe, and our DJ, AJ from Celebrity DJ.

Overall I'd give Pinecrest 3.5 stars. Their go to caterer, Nikki, is pretty unprofessional and not reliable. We also had a poor experience with their go to bakery in Colorado Springs and ended up no using them either. Our day of coordinator, Sean, definitely was new to the position and still learning and therefore seemed to struggle when it came to coordinating and leading the walk through and giving direction at our rehearsal. Really thankful Rochelle was around to help facilitate things or else things may not have gone as smoothly. Pinecrest itself is a beautiful location however their neighbors are testy and you are in people's front yards when walking to and from the reception and the chapel. They are well priced for the services you receive.

We had our wedding at Pinecrest recently and it was perfect! The venue was beautiful and our day was amazing. Rochelle was super helpful with coordinating our wedding and made everything run so smooth we had no worries. We did not have to hardly worry about a thing thanks to her! All our vendors we set up through Pinecrest: our caterer, Nikkis Catering, Flintwood Floral, and Stacey's Bloomers were incredible! DJ Nate kept the party going the whole night! This venue is perfect for someone looking for a wonderful team to work with, easy coordination, and a romantic venue with a rustic touch. I wouldn't change anything!

We had our wedding at Pincrest recently and it was perfect! The venue was beautiful and overall our day was amazing. Rochelle was super helpful with coordinating our wedding. She knew all the answers to our questions and we did not have to hardly worry about a thing thanks to her! Our caterer, Nikkis Catering with Pinecrest was awesome! The food was absolutely fantastic! This venue is perfect for someone looking for a modern vibe with a rustic touch. I wouldn't change anything!

Getting married at the Pinecrest was a dream! One of our concerns was how stressful wedding planning can be, and our coordinator Rochelle made the process so smooth and easy. When you book with the Pinecrest, they have a selection of vetted vendors who frequently work with them, you have a day of coordinator help go through details, and they made it very easy to stay on budget. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely gorgeous with a white washed chapel and beautiful wood reception hall. The day was everything we could've dreamed of!!!

Pinecrest Weddings and Event Center did an amazing job handling our wedding and the preparations! Our wedding Day Of Coordinator was Rochelle and we cannot say enough good things about her! She was fantastic in thinking through everything and working with us through that day, handled everything beautifully and with ease We'd also recommend the vendors they work with, specifically for DJ Theron and photographer (Chris, contracted with DJ Theron).

Pinecrest, Russell (owner), and all the staff were amazing, especially our coordinator, Rochelle! Detail is the name of the game, and she nailed it! Everyone was attentive to our needs, kept things running smoothly, never made us feel hurried, and they eliminated every anxiety they could. We chose our caterer and baker from Pinecrest's preferred vendor list and do not regret it; The Picnic Basket catered the most delicious dinner, and Sugarplum Bakery made a perfect wedding cake and the dessert buffet they put together was incredible! We ABSOLUTELY recommend Pinecrest Wedding and Event Center! Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping make our wedding the best day ever!!

Pinecrest Weddings & Event Center exceeded our expectations more than we could of ever imagined. Nothing went wrong on our special day thanks to all the staff involved. The day best to describe it was a dream. My day of coordinator (Jessica) was amazing. All the vendors provided were also amazing. The timeline that was set was awesome and everything was just simply perfect to sum it up. Pricing is absolutely reasonable for the day we had. The location is stunning, and staff was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting married looking for a venue, or even a family event.

We got married at Pinecrest in August 2022 and had the absolute best experience. The team was so kind, supportive, flexible, and helpful in guiding us through the wedding planning process. Pinecrest has everything we could have asked for--reasonable prices, all-inclusive options, delicious catering, an amazing day-of coordinator, and beautiful views. It was the perfect venue for us. I would recommend this venue over and over and over again, book it and you won't regret it!!!

We just hosted our wedding at Pinecrest and have nothing but positive things to say. Our guests had a total blast and all the people we worked with made our day go so smoothly. You can’t go wrong with booking them, and with using their (optional) included vendors - they coordinated everything which was a huge help for me. Our day of coordinator Jessica was incredible, responsive, and just overall fantastic. Loved working with them for our wedding!

Pinecrest was the absolute perfect place for us to have our wedding. Being all-inclusive, they took care of every detail and seriously made all of the nightmare stories you hear about wedding planning seem made up. I cannot express how amazing every one of their staff was, especially our Day of Coordinator, Rochelle, who helped us plan every step of the way and was an absolute rock star on our special day. The location was exactly what we were looking for as it was perfectly situated between major airports and was easily accessible for guests who were traveling in from out of town. The grounds and surrounding scenery made for beautiful pictures, and you can see from the photos on their website, the venue buildings are absolutely gorgeous. The food and florist vendors were incredible. All of our guests loved the idea of the food truck and were really impressed with Stoke Pizza and their awesome food and appetizers. We also couldn't have asked for a better selection of desserts from Sugarplum Cake Shoppe and our bridal cake turned out so adorable! Stacey's Bloomers did incredible with the bouquets. They were everything I imagined, and she even included succulents, so I was able to remove and repot them afterwards. I still tear up when I see them in my kitchen each day reminiscing on how magical of a day it was. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience Pinecrest made getting married. Each person was very easy to work with and staff were always available to answer any questions that we had along the way. They also were so great at adapting to changes that came up on our end while planning. Overall, I would recommend anyone who is looking for an all-inclusive, beautiful, easy-to-access venue that truly does it all for you, to use Pinecrest for their wedding. We would not have changed anything about our wedding day and know that many other couples will find this to be the perfect place for them to celebrate their special day, as well!

Pinecrest made my wedding dreams come true!! The moment I saw the stunning chapel with chandeliers, I was sold. Pinecrest does an amazing job guiding the couple through the wedding planning process and their vendors are also warm and engaging and make every stage of decisions fun and less stressful!! Jessica was our wedding planner and was basically a fairy godmother! Highly recommend pinecrest if you are looking for a mix of mountains and class!

As the MOB I was completely pleased with all things Pinecrest!! To end the day with my daughter saying "thank you Mom for giving me exactly the wedding of my dreams" says it all...and we could not have done it without Russell, Faith, Danny and The Pinecrest. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall....this venue will deliver the wedding of your dreams too....with SO MANY extras I cannot even begin to list that will save you $$$!!! I cannot recommend Pinecrest enough. Our wedding ran so smoothly. Everything was planned out so well in advance, that there were no stressful final details to deal with the day of! Working with Faith (my wedding coordinator) was AMAZING. She was so kind and really helped with the flow of the whole day. Communication with Pinecrest was so easy, and everyone was very kind, patient, and quick to answer any and all questions we had. We are overwhelmed with how the day turned out, and Pinecrest is a huge piece of that. If you're thinking of booking your wedding at Pinecrest, I'm here to tell you you won't regret it one bit.

Pinecrest Weddings is the BEST place to get married!! These people are SO accommodating!! They work so hard to give you the wedding of your dreams. They are flexible, easy to work with, kind, and helpful. Faith was my wedding coordinator and I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Faith is quick to the punch, she is creative, smart, kind, and she’s so excited!! Faith knows how to go with the flow REALLY well. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, the whole day could not have been more perfect. Faith took care of everything for us. Danny was also there, and he rocked it as well. Very very helpful to us and our DJ 😂 Danny was our tour guide when we first came to the place and he has a lot of knowledge about the place. Can answer all of your questions, and if he can’t then Russell the wonderful manager will be happy to help. Russell was extremely patient with us, as issues arose. The people who run this venue are amazing, they are the best hands down!! Not only that, but this venue is just drop dead gorgeous!!!! Thank you Pinecrest!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This venue truly MADE our wedding!! The team at Pinecrest was incredible to work with from our very first tour and all the way through our wedding day. Our coordinator made the day so stress free, and ensured that every detail was executed perfectly. My husband and I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this venue, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy setting for their wedding and a team of people to cheer you on every step of the way!

Pinecrest was the first and only venue we looked at! They make the entire planning process so easy and stress free. Having all the vendors included left us time to work on other aspects. All the vendors had amazing communication and were so wonderful to work with. Catering by Nikki is AMAZING!!! Best of all was Jessica! She was my savior during this time and especially on the day of. She kept up on everything and there was not a single issue on the day. I could not have done it without her! I highly highly recommend Pinecrest!

I cannot say enough good things about Pinecrest! You cannot beat an all-inclusive venue with customizable packages to fit any budget. To start, the Pinecrest staff has excellent communication and are very proactive, rather than reactive, in providing you with information. This removes so much stress and takes the guessing game out of planning. They are very responsive, professional, and kind. The staff at Pinecrest was an absolute dream to work with. We were lucky enough to have Jessica as our day of planner and she made everything go incredibly smooth. After selecting our package, Jessica sent introduction e-mails to us introducing all of our vendors so we could set up our appointments and get the ball rolling there. They have vendors for everything and you do have the option of working with your own if you prefer. The only thing I had to get myself was hair/make-up and a photographer. It is great that the wedding planner you are assigned is involved in the whole process. Once you do the initial meetings with vendors for florals, cake, music, etc. your planner will be kept in the loop and be in charge of organizing deliveries and ensuring everything is good to go. This takes the stress of organizing vendors off your plate and really allows you to just enjoy the process of creating your dream day. The other thing I really like about Pinecrest is that we paid everything directly to Pinecrest and they dealt with creating the budget per head with each vendor and delivering payments. Jessica made our day run so smoothly and was quick to fix any issues that arose (and if anything did arise I never knew). Finally, this venue is stunning. We received endless compliments on how beautiful and private the location was. The natural Colorado beauty is breathtaking, the chapel is beautiful (they also have an outdoor ceremony option), and the reception hall is gorgeous. The best part is that it is all right there. Plus, they have a spacious bridal and groom lounge for all of your getting-ready plans. The other awesome part of this venue is all the decor they have. The only thing that we needed to provide was our guestbook, candles for the vases, and sparklers for our send-off. Overall, I can’t imagine having our wedding at any other venue. The value you receive from this venue is unmatched and the experience alone of working with this group was so worth it. Thank you for an amazing wedding day!

There are a lot of incredible venues in CO but Pinecrest really takes the cake. Their all inclusive package really does include it all. We chose to have our wedding at Pinecrest because they provided us with all the answers right away. There were no hidden fees or questions and the whole staff was so easy to work with. They were flexible with our schedules when we needed to do walk throughs and planning calls. Our wedding day went off without a hitch all thanks to Jessica and the rest of the Pinecrest crew. If you're an out of state bride and you want a venue that has it all, Pinecrest is the one for you!

We looked at a lot of venues and are so glad we ended up with Pinecrest. The freedom and flexibility they gave us with so many different things, the relaxed vibe they bring to the table while many other places felt like we were going to be forced to live out someone else’s dream wedding. We had a bit of a disaster happen when my original venue canceled 60 days before our wedding! In starting over for a venue search we found Pinecrest who thankfully had my date as an option. This venue is so beautiful!! I always pictured myself with an outside wedding, but when I saw the chapel that all changed! The staff are incredible and they all communicate very well with you. You can pick packages to suite what is best for you with no pressure from them at all. This also includes a day of coordinator which I was so grateful for! Jessica did a PHENOMENAL job making sure my day was perfect and that I knew exactly what to do and where to be to keep things moving. The reception area has such a wonderful open feel with the bistro lights and the stage for the bridal party. Let me not forget to mention the bridal suite!! It’s so beautiful and made getting ready with my girls that much more special and made excellent pictures. Lots of great photo opportunities throughout the property. Russell and his wife were very friendly, great communicators and made this a very easy process. Thank you so much Pinecrest for making my day so wonderful!

My husband and I chose Pinecrest and we could not have asked for a better venue. Beautiful location with indoor and outdoor ceremony options and a gorgeous reception hall all on site. Their packages are super flexible with connecting you with vendors and allowing choice. The coordinators at Pinecrest are rockstars. The planning process and the wedding day was so smooth and easy thanks to the Pinecrest team.

Russell was very helpful on the business end with responding to my questions about options and pricing. Amber was our day of coordinator, and she was on top of everything. She did a phenomenal job handling every detail, was very organized, and was so reassuring during the lead up to the wedding that we knew it would go well, and it did. We got off track from our timeline almost immediately, and she seamlessly adjusted on the fly and worked with our whole vendor team to make sure our whole day went perfectly. Our guests having not stopped raving about how perfect our wedding was.

Talk about making the bride and grooms wishes come true! Faith and Russell made sure our wedding planning was simple with clear communication leading up to the big day! My wife and I got married in August 2020. Pinecrest was the first place we visited and we knew right away it was a great fit. We did lots of research and visited other places, but our feeling was confirmed. In addition to a beautiful venue with wonderful views, they made the process very smooth and easy. They were responsive, flexible, and very helpful. Our favorite service was that they set everything up for us! We left all our decorations the day before and my wife, our family, and friends were all able to enjoy the weekend stress-free. Even after the reception, our family was leaving the venue all packed up in less than 30 minutes. We have since recommended Pinecrest to several friends. The cost was comparable to other venues in the area, and we felt the value was good. Thankful for all the work of the Pinecrest team to help make our special day a success!

I just had a winter wedding at Historic Pinecrest and could not have had a more magical and incredible experience! The day of coordinator, Faith, was available, kind, and on top of everything, as well as making it all so exciting! If anyone is looking for a rustic beautiful wedding, come here! I chose an all inclusive option and it was so worth it, they took care of everything and I had the most wonderful day. There aren’t enough words to express all the amazing things about this venue and the people who work there! I absolutely recommend them.

Faith and Russell and the whole team at Pinecrest were flexible, generous, loving and made our day perfect despite the chaos of 2020. The venue is stunning, the coordinator and their team handle every tiny detail and the pricing is honest and fair.

The option of using their preferred vendors package was an awesome option to have and made everything very easy on us from a planning perspective. Both the outdoor and indoor ceremony options are beautiful! You could not go wrong either way. All of the updates and remodeling that they have done are to die for! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married at. It was literally a dream! 110% recommend this venue and their staff 😊

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at Pinecrest this passed week. From the very beginning of our planning experience, Pinecrest has stood out. Not just because of the gorgeous venue itself, but because of the packages, flexibility and amazing communication that the whole team provides. Russel and Amber were very responsive and patient with my husband and I as we changed our minds many times on what exact package we wanted. They always rolled with the punches! The experience only got better when we started communicating with Faith. She. Was. Amazing. I never figured that I would need a day of coordinator but Faith was so organized, prompt, concise and professional I couldn't imagine having done it without her. The day of was more perfect than I even thought possible and a lot of it had to do with her hard work! This Pinecrest team deserves far more than 5 stars. My only regret is that I only get to get married here once!

My husband and I were recently married at the Pinecrest and it was amazing! Trying to plan a wedding in a short time frame during Covid was not at all easy and finding a venue was even harder. Then my husband suggested the Pinecrest. Immediately I fell in love with the pictures online. He called up the venue and spoke with the owner Russell who was super easy to work with. From there I worked with their day of coordinator Faith who made the rest of the planning seem like a breeze. Using this venue who provides just about anything you need for your wedding was a dream come true. Not having to worry about the little details like table decorations was a blessing! On the day of the wedding Faith was there to help with whatever we needed and the wedding day was flawless. There was one issue with my bridesmaid dresses and Faith jumped into action to get it taken care of, unbeknownst to me. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. Thank you for making my wedding day perfect!

We were recently married at this spectacular venue and could not have been happier about the outcome!! Every off the wall idea we had for our big day was met with encouraging words and attention to detail. The staff was so kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend the Day of Coordination available with Pinecrest , which made the wedding planning a breeze. You will not be disappointed with the wonderful venue.

When my husband and I first saw Pinecrest we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding! We were planning our wedding on a budget, and this venue made our wedding more beautiful (and easier!) than we had even imagined while still keeping within our budget! Pinecrest is a gorgeous location with everything you need to make your day like your dreams. Every part of the venue was perfect - the bridal suite, groomsmen area, chapel, and reception hall. And the staff is amazing!! They're all super friendly and helpful and there to make sure your day goes perfectly. I absolutely loved how they made it so easy on us and the rest of our families so that we could all just relax and enjoy the day without worrying about anything. They're so flexible and have the perfect setup for however you picture your wedding. We wanted a laid back, but still classic wedding with good food and dancing, and it turned out perfectly! Pinecrest made our wedding incredible, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to get married in the CO Springs area!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Amber and our whole experience having our wedding at Pinecrest. Just amazing, 10/10, 5 stars, everything. We did a weekend at Pinecrest renting out the Pinecrest lodge for family to stay in and then had the wedding in the chapel and reception in the lodge. Amber was our day of coordinator and helped us plan the wedding in the midst of her and her husband taking over Pinecrest Event Center from the previous owners and doing a bunch of new renovations to Pinecrest. Amber and her husband were amazing, super responsive, super accommodating, incredibly kind and hard working. The renovations they made to Pinecrest are breathtaking. I don’t know how they juggled it all, but we never felt not taken care of. Amber’s help throughout the process relieved a lot of the pressure for me in the small things I wasn’t sure how to handle. She made sure all the details came together behind the scenes and during the day of so that it all went smoothly. Overall she was a joy to work with. The wedding turned out better than we could’ve imagined. Amber and her husband are such genuine good people and it shows in the way they are building a community around the Pinecrest Event Center. You will be in good hands if you choose Pinecrest for your event, not to mention the beautiful location and venues (plus they deserve your business!!).

Our wedding at Pinecrest Weddings and Event Center was absolutely magical! The venue was so beautiful, it looked like something out of a story book (it has recently been renovated). We chose the all inclusive package and WOW, it made our wedding planning and day of seamless, stress free and fun! Our daughter and her new husband were married just a little over a week ago at Pinecrest Wedding & Event Venue. Amber, Russell and their team exceeded our expectations at every turn. They are wonderful to work with!! We were planning a wedding from out of state with only a couple of times visiting in the area prior to the wedding day. They took care of everything with a smile and a hug. We didn't have the budget for an expensive wedding, but they treated us like royalty anyway. Our daughter's dream for her wedding day was beyond what she hoped for. Amber has a flare for design, so the decorations (included in the price) were amazing and definitely Pinterest worthy!!!! Amber's attention to detail and her team meant that I had little to do on the day of the wedding, relieving me a lot of stress! The venue is straight out of a fairy tale and so picturesque!!! There isn't one thing I would have changed - and that is saying a lot for a wedding! The ceremony and reception hall were so beautiful, especially with the renovations! Every single one of the vendors they recommended were exceptional as well and so great to work with!! We highly recommend Pinecrest!!!!

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's beautiful wedding at Pinecrest Weddings and Event Center last weekend. The new owners and their team were amazing because they were easy to work with and very helpful. The newly renovated chapel, bridal suite, and groom's room were spectacular. Our guests were very complimentary of Pinecrest, and we can't wait to see the pictures from that magical day. We are especially excited to see the pictures with the beautiful snow covered trees behind the chapel. Renting The Lodge across the street for two nights allowed us to spend time with family and friends, just steps away from the chapel and event center.

I couldn't be more happy about my experience working with The Historic Pinecrest. As a caveat, my husband and I only used the reception space because we got married at a different chapel. We decided on the Historic Pinecrest primarily because it was such beautiful space that was cost-effective and we could bring our own alcohol and food! Most reception venues require you to buy from their caterer or bar, which are typically very expensive, but this allowed us to find our own caterer and buy our own beer, wine, and mixed drink ingredients. This meant we had more $$$ for the beginning of our new life together! The venue itself requires very little decoration because they already have Christmas lights set up around the venue and it's a beautiful log-cabin type building. It feels very Colorado, which is exactly what I was looking for :) Because the reception venue is a large open space, it's very versatile for any kinds of activities you have planned. We had stations for a photo booth, cornhole outside, the cake, appetizers, a buffet, coffee, and an open bar. They also have a kitchen for plated service and their A/V system can be used for reception musicians or a playlist on your phone or computer. They do require you to use one of their approved bartenders if you do an open bar (just so they can monitor guests' intoxication levels), but the bartender's fee was really affordable and he was great to work with. The staff were also AMAZING to work with. They were very flexible to work within our budget, and since we didn't have a wedding coordinator, they volunteered to do many things like dismissing the tables for food, helping decorate the venue, helping our photo booth photographer get set up, etc. They've done a LOT of wedding receptions, so they gave great tips on how to set up the room, what linens to use (they have their own linen providers who were also very cost-effective), and much more. I couldn't recommend this venue and staff more. 5 stars!

The manager of the property was super helpful both before and on the day of the wedding! She went above and beyond the normal expectations and was a huge help in connecting us with different vendors in the area and coordinating everything!

We loved having our wedding here! The venue was beautiful and rustic. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and very great to work with. Both the chapel and the event center are on the same property and there is a lodge available as well. Sound systems, linnen options, preferred vender relationship and much more are available and helpful. The grounds aren't very expansive, so outdoor pictures might be slightly limited, but pictures in front of the chapel and inside the chapel are very nice. My fiancé and I just had a First Look elsewhere to get the epic photos I was hoping for, so no big deal. Traffic in the area gets pretty bad, so letting guests know to arrive early is helpful! There is plenty of parking on the property. It can also be slightly tricky to find, but with a few signs, it's easy to direct guests to the right location. Overall a beautiful choice. Don't regret anything.

The Pinecrest was beautiful and Maria was so helpful and kind that it really made the whole process a lot less hectic. My theme was Enchanted Forest and I don't think there is a better venue out there for this theme! It is right in the middle its own forest, right at the base of the mountain. The venue itself is perfect for a very elegant or a rustic wedding. Simply beautiful!

Beautiful rustic Colorado space! We used them for our wedding reception and could not have gone with a better option. The space is just so beautiful and really doesn't require much decorating. We had about 150 people at our wedding and there was ample space for a dance floor, photo booth, cornhole, buffet, cake table, and bar. I primarily worked with Linda and she is just great. They are very responsive and very good about coordinating everything down to the smallest details. We also rented out the lodge for our guests. That place is also beautiful and was a great space to host the rehearsal dinner and an after-party.

We loved this venue!! We also rented the lodge and the whole bridal party and both families were able to stay together in the lodge. It was great to have family all together the night before. The venue was clean and so pretty. Linda was great and easy to work with. The best part about this venue is that we were able to include or exclude anything we wanted (within reason). We did not want to include drinks or catering and this venue did not make us like others did. We truly got to make the wedding ours and make it unique instead of cookie cutter like other venues who make you use their caterers and other vendors. For the price, I think that we got the best deal around and I would suggest this venue to anyone in the future.
