Our whole day went off without a hitch and we owe a huge part of that to Kelli and her team at Pinehills. One of our biggest focuses for our wedding day was to make sure our guests had a great time. Having our wedding at Pinehills helped us accomplish this. We got complements all night on the views, the food, the drinks, and the flow of the evening. On the day of our wedding, I felt so present and stress-free all thanks to Kelli, Laurie and everyone else at Pinehills who helped execute the most flawless wedding day. Not only did they take our vision and decor and create the most stunning set up, down to every small detail we hoped for, but they were so organized and on top of absolutely everything throughout the whole day; we didn't have to worry about a thing and could just enjoy it. I don't know if I would have found a moment to eat or get a drink if it wasn't for Laurie, always ensuring we were fed and refreshed! Kelli was more than accommodating the whole wedding day, available for our input or ideas and helped work with our vendors so everyone worked together seamlessly. r control for the day. We did not have to think or worry about anything. Kelli is so organized leading up to the wedding and on the day-of. They make the whole process stress-free and are willing to help with anything. Her communication is amazing and is always there to answer even the silliest of questions. We had some special requests and they were able to accommodate them all. On our wedding day, Kelli and Laurie would look after my husband and I, checking in to see if we needed food or drinks. They were so respectful of our time but made sure we were taken care of and made sure we had what we needed. They understand your timeline and follow it.
Having our wedding at Pinehills was our best decision ever. Not only are the staff amazing but the venue itself is spotless and beautiful. We fell in love with the coziness of the indoor reception space and the outdoor veranda for cocktail hour overlooking the stunning golf course. Everything is so pristine. The Pinehills wedding coordinator, Kelli is not only extremely talented; she is also genuine, sweet, fun and works so hard to create these spectacular weddings! What really made our day special is the incredible team at Pinehills. Katy even helped us find some other amazing vendors that were on the vendor list that was provided by Pinehills. The wedding day went off with 0 issues. Katy and the entire Pinehills staff had everything organized, so my husband, myself, and our families had no worries. The food they served was absolutely DELICIOUS and every guest I have spoken to since says the same thing. I wish I could experience this day again over and over! So grateful to be able to look back on our wedding day as not only an amazing day in our lives, but that it was truly at the most perfect venue!

countless emails from me in a timely manner and was always so helpful- even after the 100th question. She gave me sooo many ideas on how to incorporate my vision. On the wedding day, Kelli and Lori were super attentive to me and our wedding parties.
Our friends and family said it was one of the best wedding that they've ever been too and I truly believe that was because of Kelli / Pinehills and all the vendors she recommended to us. The food was delicious, the bar staff was extremely kind and as quick as possible so no one had to miss a second from the dance floor party, and we were able to serve our guest drinks before the ceremony which most places don't allow. The venue's list of suggested vendors made planning so much easier, as I could choose from a curated list of trusted professionals who were familiar with the venue. Additionally, the team was incredibly accommodating to my husband's dietary needs. He has celiac, and they went out of their way to make substitutions to ensure that certain foods were gluten-free. This level of care and flexibility was deeply appreciated and allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries.
Not only was Pinehills absolutely stunning, but what really added to the "icing on the cake" was the staff. Kelli and the team went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

On our wedding day, Kelli and her staff were incredibly organized and attentive from first look to pictures to ceremony and throughout the reception. She was amazing in helping me manage my dress - fluffing my veil, removing pine needles etc.
The food was fantastic, the drink wall made the post-ceremony drink rush flow seamlessly and the bartenders kept the lines short throughout the night. I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the late night grilled cheese bar - it was all our friends could talk about! Our wedding was close to capacity, but it never felt like it because of the great outdoor space off the reception room. Every guest we've spoken with has told us how great the wedding was and that is largely due to Kelli and her team!

The entire team is incredible but Kelli was our point of contact through the planning process and she was AMAZING. Aside from the fact that the venue is gorgeous, the food is INCREDIBLE. The entire time leading up to the wedding, I didn’t worry about any venue related details because I knew if there was something I was forgetting, they would remember. They are so efficient, professional, and accommodating. Day of the wedding, Kelli was so so helpful. She kept us on time, kept everyone organized, and was there for my husband and I to get us anything that we needed. Katy was there to fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle and then helped calm mine and my parents’ jitters before we started our walk. We also had Laurie as a wedding attendant - she was amazing and made sure the wedding party and family all had enough to eat and had a drink if they wanted it. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue and even heard from a few that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We could not have asked for a better venue/better experience! Everything was amazing!

lp us brainstorm fun additions for our day. I probably asked Kelli a million questions over the 1.5 years we spent planning the wedding, and she never once made me feel like a bother! She is clearly a pro at what she does and we were able to completely trust her with anything.
Kelli's skills truly shined through during our rehearsal. New England weather threw us a curveball with a predicted hurricane hitting Plymouth during our ceremony- what every bride wants to hear! I went into our rehearsal nervous that we'd need to rearrange everything and sacrifice the vision we had been working on for so long, but as soon as I walked into the venue and was greeted by Kelli, her warm, calming nature put me at ease. Kelli had been carefully monitoring the weather and assured us that we would still have our dream day. She walked us through "worst case" scenarios, all of which were beautiful and still kept our vision perfectly intact. We were so relieved! And believe it or not, we had a beautiful day without as much as a drizzle or gust of wind during the ceremony :)
I could go on about Kelli all day, but I also need to shout out the other amazing aspects of Pinehills! We could not have been happier with the ceremony space- it is so elegant and beautiful. Plus, the tent is ready for all weather conditions, so there's no need to stress there! The patio is perfect for cocktail hour and guests loved playing corn hole! The renovated reception space is absolutely gorgeous- it is a perfect balance of warm and inviting but with plenty of space for guests to mingle and dance.
If food is important to you, you need to check out Pinehills. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! We tried just about everything on the menu at one point or another, and you truly can't go wrong. We also had quite a few guests with dietary restrictions, and the Pinehills team diligently prepared delicious meals for each of them. We even had guests comment on the fact that they usually are served so-so meals at weddings due to their complicated needs, but at Pinehills, they were served well-portioned, delicious meals.
I highly recommend following Pinehill's recommended vendor list! We loved all the vendors they suggested and it was amazing to have people on-site who work there often. It made brainstorming new ideas and finding reference photos so much easier! The Pinehills team wants to make wedding planning fun, and a huge part of that is making decisions easier.
Overall, we are so grateful for Kelli and the Pinehills team. They helped us immensely in having the wedding of our dreams, and we're so glad that they're part of our big day.

She was truly so incredible to work with and provided SOO much advice and assistance, as planning a wedding is a very stressful process. From my many emails in the months leading up to wedding day, and changing things last minute, Katy was AMAZING and so detailed. For the wedding, we also got to work with Kelli, Lorie, and Mike the bartender, and they all went above and beyond for my husband and I, and all of our wedding party and guests, constantly checking in making sure we had everything we needed and just making the day go so smoothly. Kelli was so attentive and really easy to work with, she answered all my questions with ease and was always timely. She really had our backs wedding day and helped make sure everything went smoothly. We also had our own day off server, Laurie, and she was the sweetest ever - always making sure we were eating enough, had a drink in hand, etc. The food was great and everything went off perfectly! 10/10 recommend!

Our guests are still talking about how smooth the entire day went, how phenomenal the food was (guests literally said "this is the best wedding food I've ever had"), and how much they enjoyed themselves. The venue had something for everyone throughout the night, whether it was the dance floor, outdoor firepits, or cornhole boards! Kelli was both flexible and complementary with our decoration plans, allowing us to design our own wedding and providing helpful suggestions along the way. h the experience. First and foremost the course itself is beautiful. The grounds are exceptionally well kept resulting is beautiful vistas that would be memorable backdrop for your wedding. Secondly, and more importantly, the event staff at Pinehill's is second to none. The entire day ran very smoothly, every part of the schedule was on time and without any problems. Often times in my wedding career, couples would have their wedding at other golf courses, and in spite of the high price tag, everything wedding related was a hard second to anything golf related. This is not the case at Pinehills, we had full access to the whole area, and the staff easily dovetailed us around players to get amazing shots. I would highly recommend PineHills for your wedding venue needs. o respond, and so kind. She answered every crazy question I had in a timely manner and made the entire process so easy. I had always heard that planning a wedding was so insanely stressful but I never felt that way, and I have Kelli to thank for that!
On our wedding day, everything was even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. First of all, the food... I don't even have the words to describe how amazing the food is! All night I was getting told by guests how great the food was and many people told me it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding.
The staff was INCREDIBLE. Kelli was on top of everything and made the day ran so smoothly. Lindsay was the bridal party attendant and she was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and so friendly. Ever member of the bridal party has commented on how great she was. Matt and Mike were the bartenders and they were amazing! So many guests have complemented the bartenders and staff. Everyone I came in contact with at Pinehills was amazing and they made our day perfect! If you are looking at venues, I would HIGHLY recommend The Pavilion at Pinehills!!

elpful with everything. We had left props for our photo booth in the car and they took my husbands keys for us and ran out to grab it for us so we didn't have to send a guest or bridal party member. The food was incredible, easily the best wedding food I've ever had. We provided Kelli our decorations the day before at our rehearsal and once it was handed over I wasn't even slightly worried, they outdid themselves with the set up and execution of everything. Our guests have not stopped talking about the venue and just how great everything ran. Cannot recommend them enough for your special day, I would book them over and over again.

The venue itself is breath taking, from the outside tented ceremony pavilion, to the inside reception with beautiful exposed beams, we are so in love with this venue and are beyond blessed to have had our wedding day here. (The outdoor cocktail hour with fire pit and cornhole was some awesome, our guests loved this!) The food from East Bay Grille was absolutely delicious (obviously!) and we received many compliments about the yummy food and drinks from our guests.

planned a couple days to come to MA to look at venues. We picked venues very meticulously based on our budget so we didn’t waste time looking at places we couldn’t afford. We visited exactly one month after being given that 2024 proposal. We showed up and fell in love with the place and then we were suddenly told that the price had increased over 12%! We had no heads up before our appointment and were completely blindsided. Had we known about the price increase we would have probably reconsidered seeing this venue and used our very limited time to see another venue. Extremely unprofessional, do not honor their own word. I would be wary working with them.

(seriously, the food is incredible). From the very beginning Katy answered countless questions, accommodated every crazy request, kept us organized and made sure we didn’t miss a detail. Every part of the day was carefully thought through, no details were left unattended and Katy was there by your side before you even knew you needed her! With multiple wedding party attendants we always felt taken care of. I was getting nervous/excited before I walked down the aisle and before I could say anything there was someone at my side with a cold glass of lemonade! We cannot say enough good things about Katy and everything she did to make sure our wedding day was perfect. She was extremely thorough, had so many thoughtful suggestions and was such a kind, genuine and hardworking friend to have by our side. I cannot stress enough how seamless, professional, easy and perfect our wedding was and would recommend this venue and team to anyone.

ut what really sold us was how professional and straightforward Katy was. The amount of planning and thought that goes into a wedding can be so daunting and overwhelming, but Katy really made the entire process seamless. She helped us out with EVERYTHING. The day/night of the wedding she was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Lorie who went above and beyond. She was genuinely so sweet and when I mentioned her to my family, they all immediately knew who I was talking about. My whole family had such nice things to say about her. The outdoor patio, firepit, Adirondack chairs, and beautiful landscaping created the perfect atmosphere. The pavilion room itself is gorgeous and Katy did such a wonderful job setting up our décor and making sure we were all on track for the day. Matt and I are so grateful for everything Pinehills and their team has done to make our special day so memorable.

interactions with our coordinator Katy, who is very clearly a pro at what she does. She made the whole planning process so seamless and organized and was a rockstar the day of making sure everything ran smoothly. Everything about Pine Hills is perfect. The landscaping was GORGEOUS for photos and the ceremony space is beautiful. I literally cried when I saw the ceremony space decorated and filled with all my guests. Every staff member was so kind and attentive. Our wedding party steward Lori was especially awesome. Such a kind woman who went above and beyond for my bridal/grooms party making sure we had everything that we needed. My guests were also very impressed with the ease of the dinner service. Almost every table had their food within minutes of one another and the chef even personally came up to several of my guests with food allergies prior to serving. The food was absolutely delicious. Although I'm probably a little biased, I really do think it was the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The location is perfect, about 15 minutes from the Plymouth waterfront where there are several hotels, shopping, restaurants and bars. Myself and my guests really enjoyed being able to stay in this area and it made for a great mini vacation!
Everyone (including myself and my husband) cannot stop raving about how perfect everything was. I have been told by many people that our wedding was the best they have ever been to and I truly feel that this is because of Pine Hills. I am so beyond grateful we chose to get married here.

This was also around a Covid spike and was super stressful for us, but Kelli was really understanding and flexible with guest counts and the numerous floor plan changes! Kelli was so great to work with! On our wedding day, everything was seamless, from getting our first look and family pictures done in time for our ceremony, to organizing all of my decor and making it look beautiful, to getting me a hot chocolate because it was only 7 degrees outside! I felt so taken care by all the staff at Pinehills and it made the day even more special. Second: the food.. it was AMAZING. I was told by numerous guests that it was one of the best meals they have had at a wedding! Third: the venue is so beautiful! The grounds make for gorgeous pictures and the Pavilion room is beautiful! Thank you Pinehills for such an amazing wedding day! If Pinehills is on your list, book it!

ine was our wedding coordinator and she handled everything you could think of for you- to greeting you at the door, ushering guests, attending to guests, attending to vendors, helping with my bustle, grabbing dinner orders, showing us perfect photo opportunities on the property, break down, clean up,..ect. The list could go on and on! The day of staff were amazing like the bartender Mike and the other staff that checked-in with us frequently to see if we needed anything. Everything just went so smooth and stress-free. ALL my guest were raving about the appetizers and meals they received. At cocktail hour we had the caprese skewers, buffalo chicken spring roller, scallops with bacon and the mini beef wellingtons. Everyone LOVED them! We also had options for the salmon, chick marsala and quinoa bowl. People said it was the best salmon they ever had, the chicken was so moist and the quinoa bowl was full of flavor! We had Patrick Lally as our DJ and he came recommended by Pinehills. He was absolutely FABULOUS! He played the best arrangement of songs that kept people on the dance floor all night long!!! We also had Flair floral arrange our flowers and and Piece of Cake do our desserts which both came recommended by Pinehills. Everything was just so beautiful and amazing! HIGHLY encourage you to seek out Katy and her team at Pinehills!

s so dreamy! We knew right away that we wanted to use the Pavilion because you could tell they knew what they were doing. The fact that cake, centerpieces, and linens were all included in the package definitely helped us out as well! Our coordinator, Kelli, was amazing in every possible way. She was in constant communication with us every step of the planning process. She answered a million emails and was so kind and understanding at every point of the planning. We had an off-season wedding and it was honestly so affordable. So much so, that we could afford to add an extra hour onto our reception, which ended up being the perfect time for our guests. Not one single thing went wrong and I owe it all to the Pinehills and Kelli. If I had millions of dollars and could throw my dream wedding, I'd do it all over again at the Pavilion.
