She was so flexible, and accommodating throughout the whole process (which we needed, because literally nothing went right). In the weeks before the wedding she put in THE WORK, talking to a frazzled bride every few hours, dealing with out of town guests, last minute changes, an unexpected heat wave, tiny guests whose safety needed to be ensured, family causing lots of drama, and a LITERAL HURRICANE detaining part of the family across the country. Not to mention day-of technical difficulties, a crashing former groomsman, and a bride that accidentally left 2 people off the final seating chart because the entire guest list rearranged itself 24h before the wedding. If you are reading this and are thinking “geez, what a mess!” , you would be a) exactly right and b) happy to know that DESPITE ALL OF THAT our wedding went off smoothly and with everyone raving about how much they loved it and this is exclusively thanks to Bethany’s talent in dealing with everything, and not least due to her sense of humor and interpersonal skills. She was amazing day-of and before and we always love a girl who is able to assert herself to a room if 35 people with no problem whatsoever. We also appreciated the flexibility to book a non-consecutive 15 month contract that best met our needs throughout our 2-year wedding planning journey. Before asking anything about what we wanted for our wedding, she wanted to learn who we were as individuals and as a couple. Most coordinators can put together a beautiful wedding, but by taking the time to understand who we are and our love for each other, I knew that Bethany would be able to meet any challenge knowing what we would want. Bethany was meticulous in her planning and was able to schedule a complicated timeline to the minute that juggled two different bridal parties getting ready at separate locations while sharing one hair stylist and photographer. We discovered our videography company had gone bankrupt three days before the wedding. Bethany worked around the clock on our behalves and found us a phenomenal videographer who was even better than the one we had originally hired. Through all of my panic texts or calls throughout the planning process, Bethany remained calm, reassuring, and helpful. The wedding could not have gone better, all thanks to Bethany and her staff, who worked seamlessly in the background to ensure everything went according to plan! We stayed on schedule the whole night, and all of my other vendors and family members commented on how sweet, organized, and professional Bethany and her team were. Ultimately we decided to sit down and meet with Bethany in early January and we quickly realized that she would be an enormous help to us, and would guide us through the wild maze of planning the rest of our wedding in three months. Ideas and questions that we were unaware of, were brought forward and answered. We had phone meetings as needed and Bethany handled any and all coordination and contracting with vendors. Each meeting ended with a list of things to cover on the next meeting and was promptly addressed the next time we spoke. Bethany was very organized and she communicated with us every step of the way. We cannot recommend her enough! The night of, our coordinator Ashley could not have been more helpful. She addressed all of our needs and saw to it that all personal items, decor, etc. were attended too. She approached us at intervals to make sure we knew where we were going next and made sure we had a drink in hand while doing it. We can’t thank Pink Bubbly Events enough for their professional and organized work that lead to our day being absolutely perfect.
