. The vendors that Jen found for us were top notch and we had a fabulous wedding day and were highly pleased with all our vendors. It was so easy having Jen handle the vendor emails/calls and only pulling us into the equation when our opinions on things were needed. Not only was Jen on top of emails, texts, phone calls, and aisle planner, but when we were talking with her or meeting in person with her she remembered little details of our preferences and things we had previously talked about without even referencing her notes. Jen kept the pre-wedding planning very smooth for my husband and I as well as my parents who were involved with the planning process. I loved all our vendors and I would never have been able to find as good of vendors on my own. 6. I think she charges a fair price. Weddings are expensive and wedding planners have a wide range of costs, but I think Casey and Pink Diamond Events are very competitively priced for the quality of service they provide and the accolades they have consistently received.

t Kelsey as our coordinator, this only thing I wish we would have done differently was hire her for a longer period of time. She is the kindest, most professional, and hard working individual. She made the last month so stress free for me and my new husband. She coordinated all the vendors, updated us weekly on what was happening, checked in with us frequently on our wedding day as we were getting ready, and made sure our wedding was executed to perfection. I was originally on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, but it was by far the best decision I made and it was just and added bonus we got Kelsey as ours. With unprecedented social instability and the pressure of creating a special day we would always remember quickly led me to look for help! I called a couple of wedding planners in the Fort Collins area and left messages with no response. I was impressed by Pink Diamond Events website and called Casey to learn more about her services. She filled me in on what she could provide for me and my fiancé as we prepared for our wedding. I’ll always remember that she asked me what kind of involvement I wanted. Did I want a hands on approach being involved with every detail? Or did I want to let her recommend top three vendors when selecting different ones and pick from there? Working full time and traveling, the ability to say, “Yes, I looked at the three different photographers and I liked this one the best” relieved so much stress and time than trying to research hundreds of photographers on my own on different wedding websites and agonizing on who would be the best. Pink Diamond Events was one of our more pricey vendors, but I understood the care, attention to detail and professionalism that Casey would provide. And to not have to worry about planning our own wedding was priceless. Casey met with both my husband and I multiple times, even coming to our home, to go over any questions we had. She tailored a check list specific to our wedding needs, adding details we didn’t even know we had to think of, but we were glad that she covered. I never felt overwhelmed making too many decisions at once as she spaced out “to-dos” over a prepared timeline leading up to our wedding date. Due to the pandemic, we chose to switch our venue to a new state, which led to having to change our wedding date to 2021. Casey helped us navigate the process and made sure our original vendors would be able to switch to the new date. She even traveled to our wedding venue, over five hours away from Fort Collins. Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of her clients left an impression not only on us, but our wedding guests as well. We had over 150 people attend our wedding celebration and we heard from multiple family members on both sides and friends, that this was the best and most fun wedding they had ever attended. The credit belongs all to Casey and her team. The vendors we chose from her list included the flowers, chairs, tables, linens, plates, chargers, DJ, photographer, wedding cake and more. And when we had an issue with the wedding venue, Casey advocated for us and made sure they honored our contract. The rehearsal dinner, rehearsal and wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly and was 100% stress free. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding week and not have to interact with vendors or mom-zillas and take care of any issues that came up as Casey was the point of contact and cleared up anything before we even knew it was a problem. We changed small details of our timeline on her numerous times, revised final seating assignments, had rentals contracted and coming from various vendors, chose a venue that was a restaurant, not a wedding venue and had never once hosted a wedding before, and the day of the wedding we showed up with 6-7 large bins all filled with decor for Casey to put out exactly where I wanted it. Casey and her team did a fantastic job keeping me (the bride and primary planner) out of logistics the day-of, and kept everyone on track, and on time leading up to and during the event. Pros: She had worked with my vendors in the past and did a great job of coordination on timeline and month-of logistics and minimally needing my involvement (a huge weight off my chest). Kept me on track with decision making and requests to keep everyone updated and the decisions communicated with all necessary parties. Cons: I didn’t want to pay for full planning services from the get-go. If I would have known how well it worked to have Casey and her team do the day-of coordination, I would have booked her to plan my entire wedding. (Okay, so that's not really a con, because I couldn't think of one). We had ~80 guests including a lot of kids and were married at Skyview at Fall River Village in Estes Park, Colorado.

hands down the best decision! My husband said he heard so many horror-story about wedding planning, but our entire planning process and wedding day was such a bliss! My husband and I are not the most organized people, that's why we only thought about picking our wedding date 5 months before it happened. So you can imagine what a time crunch we were under. The way I picked the wedding venue was like dropping a pin on a map, a bit random. I've never been to Colorado, all I know is I love mountains, and all I did was read some wedding venue reviews and picked Winter Park Mountain Lodge. The venue turned out to be beautiful, but it certainly created some challenges because the wedding date was in off season. We decided right away that we need a full service wedding planner because of the chaos in our professional life at the moment. We don't really have a big budget, so I only had $2-4K budget for wedding planner. I read a lot of reviews and contacted 3 companies with price range of $2K-6K to just compare. Pink Diamond Events was really out of our budget range, but after talked to different planners, we decided to stretch our budget to hire Casey for how much she cared about knowing us and her professionalism. I would say that I am impressed most by Casey's ability to read who we are, so her recommendations on the wedding design and vendors are always right on! We would ask her to provide different options, but always ended up with her original choice. It certainly free'd me from even spending time talking to the vendors, because she knew a lot more than I do and I knew she would make all the right choice for me. She is great in communication and very accommodating when it comes to our busy schedule. She is so organized and detail-oriented. She kept us on track of everything, managed all of our vendor contracts and payment schedule, and solved all the off-season challenges; especially she went above and beyond with restaurant options for our guests. She provided our guests everything they need to know (one couple would have missed our ceremony if it were not for the detailed welcome letter). And our wedding was the first wedding that I've been to that everything happened on time! I highly recommend Casey and her team for any of your wedding planning needs! And I am sure they will be your best decision too!

We knew that she was a perfect fit for a Day of Coordinator as soon as we hung up the phone. We started really working with Casey a month prior to our wedding. She was amazing. She coordinated with all the vendors and organized a timeline for everyone. I loved that I did not have to play phone tag with 20 different people while also working full time. The day of our wedding was perfect. I have had a couple people ask me if anything went wrong. I can honestly answer, no. If there were issues, Casey and her team were on top of it. This wedding was in two different venues and we needed help on the wedding day to coordinate the complex logistics. We hired Casey and her team for the wedding day services and pricing was VERY affordable, actually less than we expected. We later added on extra services to take down and pack up all the reception decorations after realizing how affordable that service was. 30 days before the wedding, Casey contacted us for all our vendor contracts and contact information. They coordinated with all the vendors on every detail from supplies and delivery, to the day before and the actual wedding day. They kept us on task for what we needed to have done in those critical last 30 days. They thought of things we never imagined and went above what we expected for wedding day services. A detailed timeline was provided to all the vendors and wedding party. Everything was planned out and everyone knew where to be. The night before the wedding, Casey and her team were there to facilitate the rehearsal. On the wedding day we were all able to relax and ENJOY every moment of the wedding without the stress of making sure everyone was doing what they should be doing. A team member was assigned to each of the major groups in the party making sure the bride and groom did not see each other and assuring everyone was on schedule with the time line. The team was in constant communication with each other to assure the wedding went off as planned. While the wedding was in progress, PDE team members were at the reception venue setting up the tables and decorations. They were given basic instructions on the set up and did an OUTSTANDING above and beyond job creating what we had envisioned. Looking back it was probably the best money spent for the wedding. The day went off seamlessly! The communication between the PDE team and our wedding party was professional and exceptional, keeping everyone calm and informed. Casey and her team were so easy to talk to and kept everyone on task. Every team member knew what the other team members were doing and no one in the wedding party felt confused or unsure of what was happening. There is not one thing that we loved most about their services but what they provided us was piece of mind and memories for a lifetime. We loved it all. Their service is affordable, they are professional, SO friendly and personable, dependable, thorough, detail oriented, experienced, well connected, highly respected and WELL known by vendors, and just so good at what they do. Thanks to Casey, Grace and the whole team who’s names we can not recall. It was a magical day made more special by this team and their experienced planers. We would HIGHLY recommend Pink Diamond Events for any wedding or event where help is needed.

Everything else was up for grabs. Some little girls plan their wedding day from age 5…I personally never thought about it. So, I knew from the start that we needed help with this wedding, and the first struggle was to find the right wedding planner to help us out. We had contacted the top five wedding planners from The Knot in our region, including Casey at Pink Diamond Events. Out of the handful of planning services that we contacted, Casey was the only one to personally reach out straight away. The rest came back with auto-mail responses, inconsistent follow-ups, or no responses at all. Let’s just say, looking back at it, we are so happy that was the case. Casey was just perfect. Initially, we were wondering what was the right amount to spend on a wedding planner. Now, both my husband and I can safely say Casey was worth every last cent. Casey was on top of everything, and she made sure we were informed every step of the way. To start, she had a long chat with us to understand what we both wanted from our big day. It is important for all you future brides to know that Casey and her team have tons of experience and contacts locally, and they know most of the vendors personally from previous jobs and therefore know how to manage expectations and delivery. From a financial perspective, Casey maintained a detailed budget for the event, and uses a great website to properly communicate estimated costs and budgets with her clients. She really listened to us. There was never a point that I felt she was pushing us to include costs we were unsure of, and was able to translate what we wanted into our budget. Last but not least, the wedding day was perfection. Casey and her team had everything planned so perfectly that both my husband and I, and all our family members, did not have to worry about anything on the day. We just had a blast with all our guests and enjoyed every minute of our big day. One of the most frequent comments we received from guests was that our wedding ran so smoothly. I came across the Estes Park Wedding Association website and saw Pink Diamond listed as the only event planner; I knew I had to book them! After talking with Casey on the phone and hearing all that her company offers, I immediately felt at ease. I can be pretty stubborn and it can be hard for me to ask for help, but boy did I need Pink Diamond! She has a wealth of connections to vendors that she works with on a regular basis in the mountain area. We happened to use almost all vendors that Casey has worked with before, but there was no pressure to choose her preferred vendors. She readily and thoroughly researched other options if requested. My husband and I are both very busy residents in Hawaii, often working 80 hours per week. Casey was so patient, even if it took me days at a time to respond to a simple question. She did a great job prioritizing my tasks and was great about nicely letting me know when I needed to respond quickly. Most importantly, she was able to take our very general vision for the day and make executive decisions on small details that we didn't have the time to worry about. My husband's family also employed Pink Diamond to plan our rehearsal dinner for 100+ guests, which was executed equally as flawlessly. She uses a website to create and follow a budget, collect all contracts, create to-do lists, guest lists and a create seating chart, which proved incredibly useful. From one "type A to-do list lover that's just too busy to do it all alone" to another, I would absolutely recommend Pink Diamond for any event planning. Her design sense, business skills and coordination are unbeatable.

We started planning our wedding about a year in advance and man did it fly by! Working with Megan was so easy and we loved receiving emails/calls/ or texts from her because we knew something had been checked off the To Do list or she has some great ideas about our big day! Megan not only got all of our vendors on the same page, they all loved working with each other. We are so blessed to have had the amazing support team around us during the planning process and our big day! To this day, if something went off of schedule...I don't know about it! We trusted Megan fully to make any decisions needed for the big day. She brought another woman, Becky, for the wedding day and she was so great as well! We couldn't wait to introduce our friends and family to her because we truly felt like she had become a great friend in the process! We will forever sing her praises and recommend her for any wedding! Pink Diamond ladies are amazing and we definitely would not have had the beautiful wedding we had without their hard work, organization, creativity, and love for the industry!
