Hiring Pink Peony Events was the best decision my husband and I had made in our wedding planning journey. They helped plan our rehearsal dinner, welcome event, and our wedding ceremony/reception. Both ladies are so personable and are very timely with all communication. As a couple booking a wedding from out-of-state, they were so helpful in familiarizing us with the MPLS area and the best of the best vendors! Lindsay & Kimberly worked tirelessly to make sure that our big day (and weekend) was everything we had envisioned.
For vendor relationships, Lindsay and Kimberly were able to provide us many options and referrals to wonderful vendors. Any questions and inquiries we had they were able to get responses back in a timely manner. You can tell they have great relationships with all vendors based on the interactions during emails, meetings, and day-of at events.
For the design process, Lindsay and Kimberly helped bring my (a very indecisive bride) dreams to life. Between the colors, textures, rentals, florals, music, small details, everything was curated to absolute perfection. When I walked into our ceremony and reception spaces, my jaw absolutely dropped.
For our day before the wedding, Lindsay and Kimberly helped us create events that would help not only welcome but accommodate our guests coming from all over the country. They were able to organize a small, but intimate rehearsal dinner for 30 guests that led into a welcome event for 100+ guests at a separate rooftop event space. They made the evening such a smooth and quick transition, it was the best night to lead into our wedding weekend!
For wedding day, everything went as smooth as any bride could hope for! I’m a very type-A person, and I felt that Lindsay & Kimberly had everything so prepared and organized ahead of time, I truly was not stressed. My family and friends were so impressed how everything was so well thought out and per them, “nothing went wrong.” Just an example of how these ladies go above and beyond: Our wedding was set to have live butterflies. The day of our wedding, some of our butterflies were not ready to hatch (through no fault of Pink Peony). Kimberly went out of her way to drive 45 minutes to an alternative farm to get more butterflies to make our dreams a reality. In no way did my husband or I expect them to do this, but it was very much appreciated and goes to show how much they care about their clients.
To sum it all up, I would 100% recommend booking Pink Peony for your next wedding and/or event! You will not regret it, and they will make your day an absolute fairytale.

My husband Josh and I highly recommend hiring Lindsay and Kimberly for all of your wedding planning needs! They planned our rehearsal dinner and our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made!
Lindsay and Kimberly are perfectly professional while also being extremely personable and wonderful to chat with (We were seriously so sad to say goodbye to them at the end of our wedding) Not only did they have an amazing list of vendors to recommend to us they had so many good ideas that made our day feel so authentic to us. I never felt like any ask was too much, it always felt like they were just as excited about our ideas as we were!! Always quick to respond to emails, and gave all of our questions detailed answers.
Our day was absolutely perfect, and exceeded any expectations we had. It felt so nice just knowing they had everything under control the whole day and we could just enjoy and be in the moment. Having Lindsay and Kimberly plan our rehearsal dinner was so wonderful, they made it absolutely perfect and was a great way to kick off our wedding weekend!!

We came into wedding planning with very few ideas, and they helped us come up with the most beautiful wintery wedding design! It could not have been more perfect! All of the vendors they recommend and help you connect with are the best of the best. Your wedding day will be stress free with these two on your team. I cannot imagine a more perfect day thanks to Pink Peony and cannot thank them enough for all they did to help coordinate and bring the design to life! Where do I even begin - no words could possibly explain how incredibly thankful we are for Lindsay and Kimberly. Hiring them as our wedding planners was the absolute best decision we made, hands down. Hiring Pink Peony as our day-of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made while planning our wedding! Lindsay and Kimberly are the dream team. Their attention to detail, design expertise and collaboration took so much stress off of our shoulders because we knew everything was in good hands and would be done with high quality. And boy, we were so right! They also have so many connections to other vendors that provide amazing work. Lindsay and Kimberly with Pink Peony were so great to work with! I picked them because they offered design services and day of coordination outside of just full planning services. It really met my needs for some guidance on design elements (florals, signage and rentals) so that our day would come together cohesively! I appreciated their expansive knowledge on the best vendors and also their eye for design. It was reassuring to have them to bounce ideas off, ask questions and help bring those elements together. They were also very easy to work with and communicate with via email. Their day of coordination was also 10/10 as well! The day went so smoothly and they took care of so many things to make it a worry free day! I highly recommend!

As an Event Planner myself, my standards were very high for my own wedding. Having worked with Pink Peony many times I have seen first hand how creative, organized and supportive they are. Also, don't sleep on the fact that this is a two-for-one special. Both Lindsay and Kimberly are fully involved in your planning and day-of execution. Depending on the size and scope of your wedding, they may have Assistants, but they both have so much experience and are *literally* able to be in two places at once. If anything did go wrong on my wedding day I didn't know about it, and that is exactly what makes a good wedding planner. Hire a professional. Hire Pink Peony.

Our wedding was absolutely spectacular, and we could not have done it without Lindsay and Kimberly at Pink Peony Weddings & Events! We hired them for design planning and day-of coordination, and I am not exaggerating when I say that my now-husband and I would have been completely clueless without them (and if you were to ask me to plan another wedding, I'd still be nearly as clueless); in terms of beginning stages of design planning, I literally only told them, "I want my bridal party wearing lavender dresses," and they essentially took it from there (of course, with some of our input, although we often deferred to them, because we had no idea what would look good) to create one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever seen (although I admit I'm slightly biased). Lindsay and Kimberly took care of so many details that we had not even thought about leading up to the wedding, and were so incredibly helpful the day of as well; I felt so much less anxious knowing I could go to them if I needed anything or had any questions, and they would keep the "show" moving smoothly. They are worth every single penny (and they were sensitive to my then-fiance's desire to stay within budget) and you will not regret hiring them to help you create the wedding day of your dreams!

I hired Pink Peony to assist with the design and day of planning for my wedding. Lindsay and Kimberly were so lovely to work with during the planning process. They had tons of amazing ideas for the design/aesthetic and gave extremely useful input on what would look best in my venue. My venue hall at a hotel was somewhat challenging to work with as it wasn’t the most beautiful of wedding venues, but it ended up being absolutely STUNNING. It surpassed anything I had ever imagined because of all of Pink Peony’s help with the design!
However, I’m most appreciative of all of the help they were leading up to the wedding and for their day of coordination. I basically didn’t need to do anything the few weeks leading up to my wedding (which I thought would be the most stressful time) because Pink Peony handled all of the final details with my vendors.
I can’t even begin to explain how valuable they were the day of my wedding. I knew that if something were to go wrong (as it inevitably does), that Lindsay and Kimberly had it covered. I had so much confidence and trust in them which allowed me to be completely stress free that day so I could just live in the moment! I’m so appreciative of everything they did and cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

The most important thing you need to know about Pink Peony: they will make your wedding day 100% stress free. As a type-A planner type person myself, I was most worried about feeling frantic on my wedding day, but Pink Peony made sure that every single detail was attended to before I even had time to worry about them. If you need a wedding coordinator, Pink Peony is the one to go with. We met them early on, found them so personable and easy to talk to. We knew they were the ones we wanted to work with. During the year of planning, they were always available and led us to the very best vendors. We couldn't have asked for more during the actual wedding day. We can’t say enough good things about Pink Peony! We had Kimberly and Lindsay as our Day of Coordinators for our wedding (October 2021) and don’t feel that title even begins to capture all that they did. Wedding planning is an enormous task and they put us at ease by recommending reliable vendors and answering the numerous questions throughout the planning process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they communicated with all of our vendors and confirmed timelines. They even attended and oversaw our wedding rehearsal to ensure that everyone knew the schedule for the ceremony and reception the next day. On the wedding day, Kimberly and Lindsay set up all of our wedding decor, including personalized notes at each place setting. They met with us to discuss each detail of decor but we were still overwhelmed with how beautifully they carried out our ideas. We recognize the immense amount of time and energy they put into our wedding and are truly grateful for all they did. Pink Peony truly gave us peace of mind (the greatest wedding gift of all) and we can’t thank them enough for making our day so special!

As a couple planning our wedding from out-of-state, my husband (!!) and I feel so grateful for the work that Lindsay and Kimberly put into our day. Lacking the ability to conceptualize our vision for the wedding, I’d throw an idea at them and they would come up with something far more beautiful that still fell within our taste. They were quick to respond, creative, organized and, perhaps most important, passionate about their work. Truly everything you’d want out of wedding coordinators. When I was concerned about things falling through the cracks with vendors, they had already taken care of it. When we wanted to incorporate blankets to donate after the wedding, they offered to drop them off knowing we were traveling home right away. When my husband and I had conflicting opinions on welcome cocktails for guests, they suggested a compromise that ended up being a beautiful highlight of the wedding. They’re just the best. We cannot recommend them enough!

Everything about Lindsey, Kimberly, and their team is incredible! They provided so many great suggestions during our on-site consultation that really helped shape our wedding day. For our rehearsal and the day of, we were lucky enough to have the support of Luci and Erin at our venue. Our wedding day was CRAZY. We had a tornado warning, which sent everyone (me) into a bit of a panic because everything was setup outside under big tents. Luci and Erin were so calm and collected and immediately shifted into emergency mode. Our wedding very much could have turned into a disaster without them. About an hour before our ceremony the weather turned into a beautiful, sunny day and they accommodated our request to move the seating (yet again) back to our preferred location. Erin was also a pro at wrangling our three dogs once they walked down the aisle. Luci and Erin worked tirelessly for 12 hours and did so much behind the scenes to make our day perfect. I'm so grateful to have had their support and expertise on our wedding day!

Kimberly and Lindsay were so helpful on my wedding day—I literally don’t know how brides do this without assistance from a planner or coordinator! They allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my day without having to worry about the details from start to finish.
In addition, when I had an issue with one vendor, Lindsay and Kimberly advocated for me after the wedding to help make things right and I think this was really helpful to get a solution I was pleased with.

Lindsay & Kimberly of Pink Peony Weddings & Events make wedding dreams come true! From our very first call together, through 13 months of planning, to our wedding day...they brought our vision and ideas for our dream day to life—and made it even more magical than we could have ever imagined!
Our wedding was at a private residence, with a large guest list and seemingly endless logistical complications. They recommended the best vendors for all of our needs, all of which made our day perfect. They expertly managed all of the moving pieces, ensuring everything came together seamlessly, which allowed us to enjoy our day and not worry about a thing—and everything went absolutely flawlessly thanks to all of their hard work (despite countless changes in plans due to weather)!
Aside from the logistics—their vision, design and creativity are second to none! They helped create exactly what I envisioned…except way better thanks to all of their wonderful ideas! I truly cannot recommend Pink Peony Weddings & Events enough for any wedding or event planning needs…they are THE BEST!

We could not be more thrilled with Lindsay and Kimberly! The two of them joined in our planning and coordination a few months before our original date, and carried us through a year long Covid postponement! Leading up to the wedding, they were so responsive and dealt with a type A bride wonderfully! All of the decor and planning help they provided was amazing. We knew our day was going to run so smooth and look fabulous. They went out of their way to make sure the planning process was enjoyable. When the wedding came, they did not disappoint! We did not have to worry about a thing! They ran the show so well and made sure everything was perfect. All the decor looked unreal and everyone was so impressed! I would hire L & K ten times over! So grateful to have had Pink Peony there for us!
My husband and I began planning two years before our wedding. With the onset of Covid-19 and my father's worsening health, we had a lot of changes to make in order to accommodate. Generally speaking, planning during the pandemic was not easy and without the hard work from Pink Peony, I am not sure how we would have made it through. All this being said, our wedding day was hands down, the most beautiful day. Down to the little details, Pink Peony helped us every step of the way. Then, on the wedding day, they were their to help the whole process move smoothly, working behind the scenes, and troubleshooting minor hiccups. The whole day ran smoothly and there is not a doubt in my mind it was all possible because of Pink Peony. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!!

THE BEST! We had Lindsay and Kimberly plan our wedding (and multiple additional events) in downtown Minneapolis. We had dozens of out-of state guests, multiple events, a handful of different vendors, and a pandemic during the planning... and it felt easy, fun, and stress-free for us. They really are incredible. I was so glad we hired Pink Peony to manage both our destination wedding in Cabo and our Minneapolis reception. For both, I was able to share my high level designs, wants and wishes and I completely trusted them to execute my perfect day. And they did just that. That meant no stress and all fun for me while planning my wedding!
Our Cabo wedding for 100 was a dream and they coordinated all of our destination vendors fantastically. When it came time to have our Minneapolis reception, unfortunately we were impacted by Covid. Pink Peony managed rescheduling everyone once and then when it became clear we would not have our reception in 2020, they managed all of the cancelations. It was heartbreaking to have to walk away from a dream reception with friends but having them manage the tough conversations made it much better. They also helped get back more money and credits than I expected. I am so grateful for them and all they did for our two events!

Lindsay and Kimberly were so helpful in pulling off our perfect day without a hitch! They helped us turn our little ideas into a full vision and answered all of our questions quickly during the planning phase. During the week and day of, they handled all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They suggested perfect decor to round out the venue and make everything so cozy and intimate. When my feet were aching from my heels, they had already ran upstairs to get my sneakers to change into for dancing! They also fully supported us having our dogs be a big part of our day. Lindsay and Kimberly came organized to my reception walk-through, worked closely with my reception vendor to coordinate any final logistics, and made my wedding day feel like a dream. We met with both women as the wedding came closer-- they were detail-oriented, thorough, timely, trustworthy and conscientious. On our actual wedding day, Kimberly and Lucy worked our event. The two of them had everything to do with our Wedding Day being as smooth as it was. No hiccups, no fuss-- just a well-oiled machine, well-suited for problem-solving with tact, professionalism and poise.

From our first meeting with Pink Peony, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with them. Both Lindsay and Kimberly shared experiences and ideas that were in line with our vision for a perfect wedding so it was an easy decision for us. On the wedding day, we relied heavily on their expertise and calming personalities to make the day stress free. Lindsay and Sarah were there all day handling issues, setting up the room, making suggestions, keeping everyone on time and adjusting decorations. The day was everything we could have hoped for. I used Pink Peony's day of coordinator service for my wedding. I can honestly say that without the Pink Peony girls, I would have been lost. Lindsay and Kimberly are amazing at what they do. My wedding turned out beautiful and everything I imagined - in a large part to these girls! Had I not attended a friend's wedding where a lot of our time was devoted to setting up a ton of decor prior to the ceremony and tearing things down after, I probably would have balked at the idea (and the expense) of hiring day-of-coordinators. But I'm so grateful I witnessed the stress my friend experienced, as I absolutely knew I didn't want to deal with anything like that on my own big day. So, I started looking for day-of-coordinators to handle the details. One meeting with Kimberly and Lindsay and I knew they would be a wonderful fit for us. They are detail-oriented, absolutely amazing down-to-earth people, and a complete joy to work with. And while previously I would have laughed at the extra cost associated with coordinators, the services they provide are reasonably priced and I can't even imagine going through that day again without them. The money was SO well spent--their services are literally worth every penny! They set up everything necessary for our day to be a success even better than I imagined, immediately and seamlessly took care of any hiccups along the way, and allowed me to be truly present in the moment. My wife Lena and I were so thankful and fortunate to have the guidance of Lindsay and Kimberly throughout our wedding process. The two manage to maintain excitement for our vision, empathy for the challenges of planning a wedding, and exemplary professionalism in all aspects of their work. Throughout the planning process, they took on tasks that they knew could be delegated away from me and Lena, freeing us to focus on our vision. During this time, Lindsay and Kimberly helped to guide us in the feasibility of our largely do-it-yourself wedding while offering helpful suggestions based on their ample experience for ways to achieve our goals. The two met with us as needed throughout the process and were reachable through phone and email on a whim to answer questions and provide guidance. As our date neared, they reviewed the plans with us in a comfortable way that was helpful but not overbearing. During these meetings we discovered items that we had overlooked in our planning and with care not to incite distress, Lindsay and Kimberly offered support in how to execute our plan. On the date of our event, there was no catering company or venue staff setting the reception area. Lindsay and Kimberly, through their work of understanding our vision, took on these roles and gave me and Lena confidence that all was taken care of. Our confidence was well founded, as Lindsay, Kimberly, and others with Pink Peony created our dreamy, north-woods setting and what in essence turned out to be an eight-foot charcuterie board that was so beautiful it felt criminal to disturb the scene. As our event carried on, Pink Peony managed to strike that perfect balance of maintaining order without being conspicuous. As plates needed clearing, the food table refreshing, or tables re-arranging, the Pink Peony team were there without request nor distraction to make sure Lena, myself, and our guests could enjoy the space and moment. Overall, Lindsay, Kimberly, and the Pink Peony team were the perfect complement us in achieving a spectacular wedding. They adapted to fit our needs, and were professional, supportive, energized, and patient with us from beginning to end. We are so grateful to have found the help of Pink Peony Weddings and Events, and are certain that without them, we could not have achieved the wedding we had been desiring from the onset of our engagement.

Our friends at Pink Peony did a fantastic job with our wedding. Lindsay and Kimberly are seasoned pro’s who love their jobs. They made our wedding day seamless and allowed us to enjoy the day without having to put stress on us or our parents. Looking back, having their council, direction & expertise by our side had an intrinsic value you cannot put a dollar amount on. Coordinating with all the vendors (photographers, catering, DJ, equipment rental, venue, florists) took so much weight off our shoulders. As a financial advisor, I kept a close eye on all the costs and this was one I wouldn’t hesitate saying is imperative. Wedding big or small Lindsay & Kimberly will make your day a dream come true. You won’t go wrong and will thank yourself for using their services. A+, 10/10, home run. These gals know what they’re doin ;).

Shortly after getting engaged my daughter and her fiancé found a venue that fit them perfectly. A few weeks after that they confirmed a photographer and florist for their date, Next on the list was finding a day of wedding coordinator. Initially, I didn’t realize the importance of having a day of wedding coordinator but my daughter quickly educated me. Now I couldn’t imagine a wedding without one. Hiring Pink Peony was one of more important decisions my daughter made especially with the venue she choose. I think it was essential to having a wedding go smoothly from beginning to end. From the very first meeting with Pink Peony I went away with a great feeling and there was no doubt in my mind that they would be the day of wedding coordinators my daughter would choose.
When it got close to the wedding day Pink Peony was always there. My daughter would have questions on certain details and they always seemed to know what to say and have the right answer or solution. It was helpful having them out for an on site visit and of course they were at rehearsal too.
The wedding day came and it was perfect in every way! Pink Peony arrived about 5 hours before the start of the ceremony. It allowed for plenty of time for them to pick up lunch for the bridal party and attend to EVERY detail at the venue. They were there till the very end and helped load and pack all of our belongings. They also coordinated with all the vendors. Pink Peony is simply the best! Kimberly and Lindsay are so hardworking, helpful and supportive. I couldn’t have imagined this wedding without them! Hiring Pink Peony as day of coordinators was truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding day! Kimberly and Lindsay were AMAZING to work with. We could not have imagined our wedding day without all their help, from the set-up of multiple areas, their incredible attention to detail, the transition between spaces, managing timing day of, and making the end of night packing seamless.
They went above and beyond leading up to our big day and were incredibly prompt when answering questions via email. They gave suggestions regarding vendors to work with, shared a ceremony outline, gave ideas on how and when to handle giving gifts to guests, and helped scope out a plan B in case of rain. Pink Peony did an amazing job helping to plan my wedding. They took all of my ideas of how I wanted my day to look, and helped me to make the vision come to life all while keeping within my budget. The biggest help was in executing the day of details. The timeline with all the vendors and for us was so well laid out, I didn't have to think about anything! Everyone knew where to be and Pink Peony handled any issues that may have come up. I was able to just enjoy my day and not worry about anything. They even stayed to help with the breakdown of our event and made sure all of our personal items that I made for the wedding made it back to us. Overall, these ladies are the best in the business and can make your event so special, your guests will talk about it for years to come!

My husband and I live in California and we were not sure what we wanted to do for our wedding. After much back and forth we ended up deciding on a backyard Lake Minnetonka ceremony/party at a rental home I found on VRBO. We hired Pink Peony to help us since we lived thousands of miles away and could use as much help as we could find.
From sorting out last minute details and convincing their husbands to help with set up and driving guests to and from in a 4-wheeler all evening (thank you!), Lindsay and Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure everything was as flawless as possible for our big day. Hands down, our wedding would not have been a success had those two not been a part of it.
If you're on the fence about hiring a planner/coordinator, just do it, it is 100% worth it especially if it's the Pink Peony ladies!!

Where do I even begin!? Planning a wedding from across the country was stressful enough, not to mention worrying about the day of the wedding! ... Not to fear, Lindsay and Kimberly with Pink Peony were honestly our fairy Godmothers. I admit, I was a little obsessive on how I wanted things to look and how I envisioned our magical day. Lindsay and Kimberly were SO patient with me and truly made our dreams come true. They remembered every detail and ensured that we didn't worry about ANYTHING on the day of our wedding. Honestly, looking back, we are SO thankful for all of their help, support, and hard work they put into our day. They are both amazing women and a joy to work with! Pink Peony did such an amazing job coordinating our wedding day. I did not have to stress even an ounce about all of the little details. They took care of everything so that we could enjoy every minute of our day. All of my friends and family kept coming up to me to let me know how fantastic, fun, and professional they were. Everyone was impressed. Because of them my wedding and reception exceeded my expectations. My husband was initially hesitant about hiring day-of coordinators and didn't think it was necessary. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without these two. There was a problem with my flowers before the wedding and the day of my wedding I had people trying to make centerpieces but time ran out and they had to go get ready. With me being busy with the photographer and everyone else getting ready, the ladies with Pink Peony finished my centerpieces and had them all set out just in time for my wedding. Guests would have never known there was an issue at all if I didn’t mention it. Seriously helpful on our big day. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about Kimberly and Lindsay! We had all sorts of last minute changes to our spring wedding in Minneapolis and not only did they roll with the punches, but they made the wedding even better by bringing the outside in through creating a magical forest of hanging garlands and flowers in the Day Block Center. They were so on top of things on the wedding day that I didn't need to think about a thing; all I did was show up - get married - and dance the night away! Towards the end of wedding planning I was starting to get anxious about how everything was going to get pulled off on the big day and I knew I didn't want to worry about the little details day-of. I started researching day-of-coordinators and met with Kimberly and Lindsay. They started asking me questions that I had never even thought about and I realized that I needed them in order to make sure that the day went off without a hitch! They were there for ideas, offered advice, but most importantly said "don't worry, we've got this" like 10,000 times which made me feel like I could finally relax and let go a little bit! I never realized how stressful wedding could be, especially towards the end. Hiring the ladies from Pink Peony was one of the best decisions I made during the whole wedding process.
