We used Brianna as our wedding coordinator & definitely recommend her! She is organized and helped keep everything on track. Our day wouldn’t have run as smoothly without Brianna.
Brianna was the absolute best! I was never someone who dreamed about my wedding and really lacked vision for what I wanted. Thank goodness I found Brianna to help create the vision and stay on track with the tasks I needed to complete. The day of the wedding was so seamless and beautiful which I credit to her above everyone.
Brianna and her assistant did such a great job fully executing everything we had planned for our wedding day. We hired her for day of coordinating and I almost wish I would've just spent the money on hiring her for the full planning services. I'm pretty type A, so I think I did a good job of laying everything out, but she never faltered in getting what my vision was. The most unexpected pleasantry was at the end of the night, all of our belongings (decor, photos, etc) were packed back up EXACTLY how I had them packaged when they arrived at the venue. This saved so much time with organizing and unpacking the next day! We couldn't be more grateful for our experience with her!
Brianna (and Jessica) did such an amazing job with everything the month of our wedding. We owe her so much - she literally saved our butts when we forgot to bring our marriage license as she sent her assistant out. Whenever we had a question, she had the answer and made us not feel stupid for asking. Very professional, kept it simple, and made us feel so much more comfortable dealing with everything than if we had to go it alone. Definitely recommend her to anyone needing seamless planning for their wedding! A+

Brianna was such a pleasure to work with. I hired her for her day-of coordination as I planned my wedding myself. It was a small, pretty minimalist wedding with 40 guests, but having Brianna coordinate with the vendors, and lead the rehearsal and wedding day was a huge relief during a stressful planning process. She was flexible with helping us plan our timeline earlier than usual and asked us all of the questions that wouldn’t have ever occurred to me. She was super supportive and communicative and helped find me vendors and just so patient with us. Scheduling meetings through her website was a breeze! Being able to see her availability without going back and forth or waiting for confirmations was super helpful.
Brianna was a huge help when we learned we couldn’t store our decor at the venue the day before, so after the rehearsal at the venue, she stashed all the decor in her car. The day of our wedding, Brianna and her assistant put the dinner tables exactly as I had shown her, but I was really impressed with how she used our leftover decor for our guestbook table, gift table, and even the bar! Even after the ceremony during cocktail hour, she asked for my bouquet to decorate our sweetheart table and it was just such a beautiful touch (and meant that I didn't have to hold my bouquet all night.) It all felt really cohesive and I was impressed by her creativity and her ability to improvise. Brianna was so reassuring and on top of everything and she really made our day run as smoothly as possible!
Brianna with Pink Planner Events is just great! It was a pleasure working with her throughout the past year of planning our wedding. In the end, she brought everything together and made sure that our day flowed seamlessly. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and expertise. Our day wouldn't have been the same without it!
Brianna and her assistant were amazing! We had some hiccups with caterer and Pink Planner Events helped maneuver around them, They set up decorations so beautifully and got us out of venue on time. Through all of the chaos they stayed on task and were amazing.
I do not have the words to describe how above and beyond Brianna and her team went for my wedding. we gave them little to work with for centerpieces and they did such an exceptional job; it was beautiful. They also stepped up when there were some unexpected challenges with a few individuals. I cannot thank them enough.

The catchphrase of our wedding has been "we would not have had a wedding were it not for our incredible planner Brianna" and we truly mean that. She made every step of the planning process easy, fun, and convenient for us, even though we live in D.C. and were planning a Raleigh wedding. Brianna went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams while staying in our budget and honoring the things that were most important to us. Behind her sweet and bubbly personality is a professional that will go to bat for you and get things done, and that's the perfect combination for a wedding planner. Brianna went above and beyond to help my husband and I make our day exactly what we wanted. We hired her as a day of coordinator an I would recommend her to anyone. She took boxes of stuff and pieced it together . The day of our wedding she was great communicating to make sure every detail and vision we had come true and went smoothly.
My husband and I are glad we hired Brianna and Pink Planner Events for our wedding coordination needs. Our venue required a coordinator and thank goodness they did because we are so grateful we had her. From the start, Brianna was friendly and professional. We booked her over a year out from our wedding. Exactly one month before on the dot, she started checking in with us and sent us a questionnaire to help iron out some details. Let me tell you, that questionnaire had things in it that I hadn't even thought of, and I'm so happy she thinks to ask such important but easily forgotten questions. She was always responsive, on time, and organized. Brianna made our wedding rehearsal and our wedding run seamlessly. She set up everything at our wedding beautifully and kept everything moving on time. She even grabbed left over items from the venue after the night and met up with us days later to pick them up. She was fantastic and I couldn't recommend her more.

Given that Brianna was a NC State cheerleader, she is a natural at organizing a crowd, rallying troops and keeping the energy going throughout the wedding coordinating process. She is calm and collected when she needs to be and a bundle of energy when needed. I couldn't have survived my wedding without her. Brianna was so on top of things and was the best day of coordinator that I could have had. My whole family and my husband's family all said that she organized everything so well. She was quick to respond to my messages and was very easy going when I changed the plans multiple times. Lastly, she helped me prepare for things that I had not even thought about. She was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend her!
Our wedding was May 2022 at NC State’s Park Alumni Center and Brianna was amazing. She is a sweet, fun, & smart entrepreneur who found her niche in wedding planning/coordinating! I used her day-of coordinating service, and she made all of my “must-haves” happen, even at a venue she hadn’t worked with before. She is very timely with communication and always thinking ahead! Her expertise with many types of weddings is evident and she took a huge burden off my shoulders for coordinating timelines, decorations, catering, toasts/speeches, special mascot appearances, music, and our photo opps/exits. She & her assistant saved the day when my hair curls fell out and they ran to fetch my curling iron from my hotel room before our introductions at dinner. She also delivered my (now) husband’s groom gift to him on the morning of to align with my photographer timeline! Those memories are priceless- I Highly recommend her!!! I truly believe I found a gem in the wedding planning world.
Brianna did a fantastic job as our day-of coordinator. Leading up to our wedding, she provided excellent recommendations on local vendors as well as guidance on all our questions. The month before our wedding, we had planning calls with Brianna to walk through our timeline, vendors, and important details and Brianna's feedback and suggestions made our day run much more smoothly. She joined us for our final walkthrough at our venue as well as our rehearsal the day before. Brianna is highly organized and competent and we felt at peace on our wedding day, knowing Brianna was leading set up and coordinating vendor arrival at our venue. When we arrived at the venue for photos before the ceremony, we were not surprised to see everything was set up perfectly!
We had a last minute vendor issue the day before our wedding, and Brianna handled everything so we could enjoy our day with our family in from out of town. She is the epitome of grace under pressure. We are so grateful to Brianna for helping us manage our big day which could not have gone more smoothly. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!

My fiancée and I chose Brianna's partial planning package for her guidance for our wedding day. Our New Years Eve day wedding was absolutely perfect. She was always a phone call or text away if I had questions, and she was always quick to respond. She helped plan the parts of the wedding I couldn't make decisions on -- which left me less stressed! Brianna was a wonderful Day of Coordinator!! She was professional, organized, prepared, and truly made our day relaxing! She was great at handling all vendor/ people questions. She was also so AMAZING that the venue was cleaned up in well under 1 hour and didn't require help from my family and friends (other than loading cars). She was an exceptional choice and I can't imagine our day without her!

Brianna was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have managed without her. She was our “Day of” coordinator which was really the month of. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Completely on top of everything! My bartender and makeup artist cancelled on me last minute and Brianna was so quick to help me find replacements! My entire family commented on how wonderful she was. My husband and I as well as our family didn’t have to worry about anything on the wedding day, Brianna was on top of it all. I highly recommend Brianna to anyone needing a wedding coordinator!
Brianna is AMAZING! I couldn't have had the wedding of my dreams without her there. We started working with Brianna during a time where there were many uncertainties with our wedding due to COVID. She not only helped ease some of our concerns, but she really helped us regroup when we had to downsize and reschedule our special day. From day one, I was impressed by how organized and detail oriented she was.
Not only is Brianna a handworker, she is kind and worked closely with all of our vendors and our venue to make sure WE were taken care of.

Some other vendors I worked with lacked I that area so she was a breath of fresh air! I told her what I had in mind for decor and her and her assistant made it happen. Flawlessly!
