We cannot recommend Brooke and her team enough as a day-of wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely spectacular. From the very beginning, she embraced our vision and worked seamlessly with us, offering thoughtful suggestions on how to handle family dynamics and other potential challenges.

Every vendor we worked with knew of Brooke and had worked with her in some capacity previously, which offered great synergy with all of our vendors. We used Pink with Envy Events for a large corporate event to recognize more than 1,500 employees for their years of service. Brooke was amazing! Coming from a bride who planned her Dayton, OH wedding from NYC, Brooke and her team at PWE were absolutely invaluable! They were professional and communicative from the very first consult up until the days/weeks following the wedding. I worked night shift at the time, and Brooke was always willing to meet or chat at obscure times that fit my schedule. She coordinated vendor meetings that lined up with my travel schedule, and was always willing to reach out on my behalf to vendors since I wasn't local. As far as the actual wedding weekend, everything went off without a hitch! And if it didn't, Brooke never let on haha. I was initially on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, but I couldn't be happier that we teamed up with Brooke and PWE. Truly one of the best decisions in the entire planning process!
A wedding in Dayton, Ohio-a bride and groom in Brooklyn, New York and I am in Cincinnati, Ohio. When my daughter said she had chosen Brooke Johnson and her company Pink With Envy Events, I had absolutely no idea what a wonderful decision this would prove to be!
During our first in person meeting with Brooke, she immediately embraced the colorful vision my daughter and her fiancé had for their wedding. Brooke and her team worked tirelessly throughout the planning process and during the wedding weekend until the reception ended to make the vision a reality! I was planning my wedding remotely from NYC and was so nervous about getting to the day of and not knowing anything that was happening or feeling stressed throughout it all. I hired Brooke very early on in the process and throughout our time together, she truly learned who I was as a person and became the best teammate I could have in the process. She heard me when I needed certain things, she matched my communication style and made sure I felt taken care of, she calmed me down when I felt stressed, and she made sure that my vision came to life while guiding me through the details, timelines, and logistics to make it possible.
Her recommendations are spot on, she knows how to put on the best event, and as I would consider myself someone that didn’t want the “traditional” wedding day experience/colors/really anything, she was so supportive throughout it all. She knows her stuff and I don’t think my day would have gone as well as it did without her. I had zero stress on my wedding day. ZERO.

Planning an out of town wedding is not for the faint of heart and we quickly realized that we were going to need help. After our consultation with Brooke and Pink with Envy, it was clear we had found our perfect match. Hiring Brooke was the single best decision we made during the entire planning process. Everything was simply perfect and wonderful. My one directive to Brooke was that I wanted everyone to leave feeling like they had had a great time and were well taken care of. We wanted to throw a great party! That was more than achieved. Everyone had such a good time! We've gotten so many nice notes and texts from people telling us what a great party it was and how beautiful everything was. And, as the mother-of-the-bride, to have both my daughter and my new son-in-law tell me that they wouldn't have changed a single thing...ahhh, music to this mom's ears. So I'd say we couldn't ask for more than that.
Brooke's team was amazing, wonderful, beyond words. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how much I appreciate them. The level of professionalism and organization was amazing. There isn't anything Brooke didn't think of first. And, most importantly, we did not have to lift a finger on the day of the wedding. We simply enjoyed ourselves and lived in the moment. Pink with Envy took care of EVERYTHING. How amazing is that??!! This mama will never be able to thank Brooke and Pink with Envy enough!
Even though I had two years to plan my wedding between grad school, an internship, and working part time I needed all the help I could get and Brooke did just that! Brooke is very hands on and we really liked that we were able to meet with her before hiring her unlike some of the other companies that I only had phone calls with. As soon as we hired Brooke she got started right away. My husband and I didn't know the first thing about planning a wedding but Brooke was there to accompany our vendor meetings. She asked questions we would never think to ask and kept in contact with our vendors up until our wedding. She worked with them to create a timeline that helped our wedding day run smoothly. Having Brooke and her team with me on my wedding day allowed me to actually enjoy this wonderful day we put so much time into instead of being stressed out.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic was NOT easy. Who would have ever thought! Our original date was 5/2/2020, then we penciled in 7/10/20 but knew that would probably be too soon, and finally landed on 12/5/20. Brooke handled all the reschedules and making sure all our current vendors were still available on 12/5/20. When it was all said and done, we didn’t have the big wedding we originally thought we would have back in May, but we had the most beautiful and intimate wedding day we could have ever asked for. When I arrived at my venue I was SO impressed with how it all came together, and how absolutely beautiful it was. Brooke made that happen. After all the stress and tears, everything all came together and Brooke worked hard to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy. She also took beautiful photos throughout the day of our venue, flowers, tables, and during our whole event. She sent these to me the next morning and I absolutely loved them. It was something unexpected, but SO appreciated! Thank you Brooke!
Having a wedding date that got washed away to keep the community safe is no easy feat! Brooke and her team went above and beyond to handle all the reschedules, vendors and keep me at ease! At the end of the day we didn’t have the big wedding we wanted but we got the intimate and beautiful wedding we needed!

When I first started to plan my wedding I didn't think I wanted a wedding coordinator. But once I was faced with trying to juggle all of the questions and decisions from so many different vendors I am SO glad I changed my mind. When I first met with Brooke I knew we would work well together. She let me make all of the decisions while also adding her input and expertise as needed. There is a LOT that goes into the timeline of a wedding and I couldn't have survived without her knowledge! During the whole wedding day Brooke and Jenny were there to ensure everything ran smoothly (which it did!) and just let me enjoy the day! Our wedding at Rosewood Manor went off without a hitch thanks to Brooke and the team at Pink with Envy Events! Brooke was very personable and clearly knowledgeable about everything wedding related, often asking us questions about things we would never have considered. From vendor recommendations, to advice on all the little things, they were there every step of the way. And when it came time for the big day, everything was perfect and we didn't have to do a thing! We were provided a full timeline that was worked across all of our vendors for the day, and when we arrived at the reception venue we couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful! My husband and I got married this past October. We both live in New York, but were planning a wedding in my hometown. Originally we did not budget for a wedding planner of any kind, but as the day grew closer I began to worry with the large wedding we and our parents and bridal party would be needing to do so much coordinating the day of we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the day or what the celebration was really about. Enter Brooke and her team. WOW.
Looking back I would say hiring Brooke and her team for the weekend of the wedding coordinating was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Brooke and company jumped right in and met us where we were in the process. Super organized, professional, and focused she reviewed and made last minute suggestions to vendor contracts. She is fun, friendly, easy-going, and super organized. She brings a wealth of experience and incredible suggestions, but allows you to plan the day you desire and isn’t afraid to go against some traditional choices. Most importantly, the entire weekend couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I didn’t worry about a thing once Brooke and her team were onboard. Everything that needed to be done...they were once step ahead from final organization to day-of timeline, set up, and vendor communication to the reception clean up. My parents and my grooms parents were able to feel like guests instead of feeling like they needed to work. We loved spending time with Brooke throughout the weekend.
Like I said...truly a blessing to have found this team and I could not be more thankful.
We were thrilled with our decision to hire Brooke and her Pink with Envy team. My daughters’ wedding was only a couple of months away. We did not hire a planner and had not considered a “Wedding day manager” either. But as the day approached my daughter was concerned that I (or we) would be overly busy with details on the wedding weekend and it would take away from our enjoyment.
A dear friend of mine (and also one of our vendors) highly recommended Brooke. She had experience with Brooke and her team at the venue. This was a big decision for us as we had not budgeted for this. Hiring Pink with Envy was one of our best decisions and worth every bit of the investment!!
Brooke already had a rapport with our vendors and she jumped right in to review our contracts and made some great suggestions too. She was especially good at bringing a focus to decisions in a very personable, professional way. My daughter was very organized and so she sent Brooke all of her details about the timeline. Brooke was great at compiling and streamlining the days events. She brought Jenny on board for the day as well. She was just as helpful and great to be around.
The wedding day was amazing! We never worried about a thing and all the details were taken care of. We literally could feel like guests at our own daughters wedding. It was so important for us to welcome and visit with all of our guests, and not spend our time working or worrying. Pink With Envy gave us that!! We received many compliments on how wonderful it was in every way.

My husband and I were planning our 25th wedding anniversary vowel renewal when three months before the event date our original event planner had to bow out for personal reasons. The only decision/booking we had was the venue. There was so much left to decision and book in just three months. I was concerned that any event planner would want to take on that compressed timeline and I knew I was not up for the challenge because of my full schedule not to mention I hate party arranging.
I reached out to Pink With Envy and explained our situation and Brooke said she would be happy to be our planner and thought there was plenty of time to make the final arrangements. With Brooke at the helm, we indeed were able to finalize the dinner menu; book photographer, music and other entertainment; and finalize the flower arrangements. Without Brooke’s guidance I’m positive our event would not have been possible.
Our vowel renewal was a beautiful, relaxed and intimate family gathering; just what I envisioned. It was an exceedingly memorable evening for my husband/I because we had eloped and promised family/ourselves for years to commemorate our marriage. Brooke’s recommendations of vendors were spot on. The flowers were stunning and looked perfect in the venue. She had the tables arrange to make it easy for my father to walk me down the aisle. The family, adults and children, had a ball using the photo booth. Our photographer was amazing. She totally got that I wanted candid family moments and even the groups photos should be about capturing personalities not perfection. Brooke had to leave before the event started but did not until she was sure I was happy with how everything looked. In addition, she left me in the hands of two other Pink With Envy staff members. The ladies were very attentive and the same time seeming invisible. I remember a couple times they came behind me to inconspicuously and gently tuck a bobby pin/curl back into place and then drift to the background. I was very touched by their professionalism, attentiveness and sweet kindness. It felt like they were just as invested in the success of the vowel renewal and my husband/I were.

Highly recommend Pink With Envy for your wedding. There were so many things that I didn’t even think of that Brooke pointed out helped me plan for in advance. She recommended vendors, and helped create my timeline for my big day. The day of our wedding, Brooke helped make sure everything ran smoothly so that I (and my mom!) could relax and be in the present in the moment rather than worrying about if the cake was delivered or if the flowers had arrived on time or if the reception was set up correctly. I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave us as well as helping turn our vision for our wedding into a reality.
Wow, I don't even know where to begin to explain how amazing Pink with Envy were from the first moment we met to the very last seconds of my wedding! 10 months out from my wedding I met with several wedding planners in the Dayton area, and after my meeting with Pink with Envy I knew immediately I had to hire them! From the first moment we sat down together they were organized, friendly, enthusiastic, and full of wonderful ideas about how to bring my vision to life! Jenny was with me every step of the way, from picking out venues and vendors, to setting up every single detail for the big day. Throughout the wedding process she was very open to my ideas, and made sure to be unbiased when suggesting vendors. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart!! I basically told her what I wanted for every aspect of my wedding and she figured out a way to make it happen. Jenny handled all the big details of the wedding, which left me free to spend more time with my friends and family leading up to and during the wedding. I HONESTLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT HER AND HER TEAM!!! The day of the wedding I literally did NOTHING other than get ready with my bridesmaids and show up. She handled all the vendors coming and going, all the set up, and all the tear down. Let me tell you that it was some of the best money I spent on my wedding, and worth every single penny. I don't know how brides get through their weddings without a planner, or at least a day-of-coordinator. I remember at one point my DJ asked me when we were doing our cake cutting, and I shrugged my shoulders and said I have no clue (because I hadn't looked at the very detailed and organized timeline Jenny made for me in a while), and to go ask Jenny. How's that for relaxation on the wedding day? For any brides out there reading this review: HIRE PINK WITH ENVY!! YOU WILL BE OVERJOYED THAT YOU DID!
These ladies did a phenomenal job and really allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding day! We wanted to do the planning ourselves (with some vendor recommendations) but have a day of coordinator. Our reception was a little complicated, as we had separate locations in downtown Dayton for our cocktail hour and then the dinner and dancing. Plus, we had a surprise bagpiper thrown into the mix. We worked mostly with Jennifer, who was a joy, but we also got Jenny and Brooke's assistance as well. They met us for a walk through the week of the wedding, which gave me great peace of mind. The wedding day was absolutely perfect, and they made sure everything went to plan without my parents or me having to worry about anything. They were extremely professional throughout the process, calm and always very sweet and kind. They offered great suggestions- often about things I'd never have thought of - but were never pushy, and They really inspired confidence. I am grateful to them for all their support during the planning process and for making sure the big day was perfect.
Words cannot express how perfect our big day was; because of Pink with Envy Events. Our Wedding went flawlessly and we owe it all to these amazing women. I have struggled with writing the perfect review for such amazing, passionate and professional women it’s hard to convey how much these ladies worked making my dream wedding a reality as if it were their own, I truly am forever grateful. Brooke was my go to planner from day one and honestly I can't even fathom our wedding without her! She went above and beyond in every way physically possible; I'm talking countless emails, texts and meetings! She reached out and organized nearly everything, all I had to do was pick my vendors. She truly captured the vision of my day perfectly! The big day goes by so fast and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything, we truly were in the best of hands! I had a lot of important details and specifics; I was so nervous at first to hand over the reins but I am 100% confident I wouldn't have trusted anyone else! It was so nice to relax and enjoy time with my girls and mom/mother-in law the morning of our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about our family working like mad men getting everything ready, set out and organized. It was such a blessing, plus Brooke kept me in the loop the entire time by sending me pictures and status updates throughout the day! Not only did she coordinate the whole day but she also ran us through one of the smoothest rehearsal dinners ever! Everyone knew what was going on and where to be and when to be there! Brooke even made a timeline for all of our vendors and VIP guests/bridal party. It was so nice not having to worry about any of that! In fact the weekend before our wedding I was off spending the weekend away with my groom enjoying time together leading up to our big day! How many brides can say that? That they were so confident in all their planners and vendors they went on a mini vacation the weekend before their wedding? Not many I'm sure! I promise you won't be disappointed and your expectations won't only be met but exceeded when choosing Pink with Envy! We got so lucky booking these ladies, I know we will refer and use for many, many events in the future. Thank you so much for everything! Jennifer, Jenny & Brooke were wonderful to work with. They gave us great suggestions for wedding vendors and did a wonderful job of coordinating all of these vendors for us. It was so comforting to know that on the wedding day we did not have to worry about all the coordination and set up at the reception hall. They took care of everything and it all looked beautiful. Jennifer was always very responsive as well to any questions/concerns that we had prior to wedding. They provided us a lot of peace of mind and we would highly recommend them.

I was very back and forth on hiring these wonderful girls because of budget and because of everyone telling me what to do when planning my wedding (Surprise?). I should've hired them from the beginning of my planning but I tried to please people. I finally hired them with less than a month left to my wedding. Talk about being in the midst of a storm. I was a nervous wreak and exhausted from all the planning. These amazing girls (Jennifer, Jenny and Brooke) swooped in and immediately went to work! They are superheroes! They eased my mind and did such an amazing and fantastic job! My wedding was saved by these girls! They are the sweetest and thought of the tiniest details that I hadn't even given a second thought to because I was so preoccupied with everything else. They worked with me and reminded me of everything I needed to get done and were always available! I cant tell you how many panic attacks I had (over seating charts and etc.) Jenny, (One of the three musketeers) took the time to calm me down and tirelessly helped me figure out how to fix whatever problem that came my way. The rehearsal and the day of the wedding were perfect because of professional and caring attitude of these girls. Everyone in my family loved them! I HIGHLY recommend hiring them to help you guys on your big day! They are truly life savors and I may or may not have told them I love them to pieces atleast 10,001 times :)
I utilized Pink with Envy for day-of setup and coordination and they were amazing! I met with Brooke and Jen 2 times prior to the event to initially give them my vision and then closer to the day, go through vendors, setup, etc and each time they really listened to me and gave great feedback
The day of could not have gone more smoothly (and if it didn't, I didn't know about it which means they REALLY did their jobs!). What better way to enjoy your wedding day with no worries, no hassles, and no drama!?! That is exactly how my wedding was with the help from Brooke from Pink with Envy! She was at my venue right when I arrived at 8:30 in the morning. I gave her an idea of what I wanted my tables to look like during one of our earlier meetings so when I showed her where the decorations were she was setting everything up! My tables look a thousand times better than what I envisioned. She had my schedule planned out to the minute which made getting set up, dressed, hair/makeup etc. all done for pictures and ready before guest arrived. She worked extremely well with my other vendors. With my Photographer she had a list of what photos I wanted and kept a check list to make sure every single one was taken. With my DJ she coordinated the perfect times to do all the "fun" wedding traditions (ex. cake cutting, first dance, bouquet toss etc). Since she took charge of times I never once had to worry about when/where I had to be that night because she would give me those few minute warnings. -- That was amazing so I didn't have to cut off any conversations I was having with my guests. Making sure everything went smoothly was her goal that day and she exceed that goal by a million. Clean up went even smoother! After getting ready and looking at our mess we made in the bridal suite- I figured clean up was going to take forever or be very disorganized. Not with Brooke there!!! Nothing was forgotten and everything was put back in the exact place we left it with no head ache. The most important and most impressive part is that she was able to deal with my disorganized, crazy family! She had them inline the entire night to make sure that they were where they were suppose to be during the evening! I swear there was more than one of here during my wedding because not one person could do that alone -- but some how she did! I will be using Pink with Envy many more times and will refer everyone to them for any event that could bring stress because they will take that stress away!!

Working with Pink with Envy events was such a blessing. Not only were they there to answer any question I had, but they also helped me in knowing what to ask my vendors and what to look for in a venue. The day of the my wedding Pink with Envy was so helpful in pulling off the last minute touches at our venue while I was getting my hair down and just relaxing and enjoying the day. They helped guide everyone through the ceremony and reception, answering questions, directing people, and making sure all of the venders were on time and set up. It took all the stress away from me for the day and also off my family so that we all could just enjoy ourselves. I could not have pulled off my day without their help. Not only would I recommend going to them for your event planning services, but they will also be the first people I call when I have to throw another party. Wonderful folks to work with, very knowledgeable, and always two steps ahead of everyone and the event which helped prevent issues and resolve others without me even knowing.
They were amazing...so easy to work with and able to come up with creative ideas for any budget. Our wedding was fantastic! Really helped having someone in charge of "day of" stuff so that we didn't have to worry.
I don’t know what I would have done without the ladies of Pink with Envy. Jennifer, Jenny and Brook are patient, knowledgeable, professional, energetic, fun to be around, and passionate about what they do. Even though it rained on the day of our wedding, the day was smooth and very low stress. They took care of everything for the day including: the timeline, the “first look” arrangements, keeping us on track with time, talking with my parents/in laws (they arranged for them to meet at our last picture site so we could have some outdoor photos), and they even went on a last minute champagne run for the party bus! :) The girls also turned our reception hall into our exact vision. They assembled our centerpieces, tied 225 chair sashes, spoke with vendors, set up our gift table, guest book, etc. This saved me so much time and stress, and I received so many compliments on how amazing the reception hall looked, all thanks to Pink with Envy. I would highly recommend these ladies to any bride to be.

I cannot even begin to thank Brooke and Jenny enough for all they did on our wedding day and the days leading up to it! I still can't get over how worriless and stress-free I was on our wedding day – and I am 100% confident in saying I would not have been this way if it wasn’t for these girls. I didn’t think twice about whether things were being done the way I wanted them or if it would meet our expectations. In fact, it without a doubt, exceeded expectations thanks to them. They both went far above and beyond and made our wedding beautiful, carefree, and perfectly enjoyable, not only for us, but our family too.
These ladies did it all, from beginning to end, they made my wedding the perfect event. We're an older couple, business professionals, with little extra time for event planning. The Pink With Envy Event planners handled it all and did so perfectly. They thought of everything including last minute fans for an outdoor wedding on a very hot day. Pink with Envy was a dream come true with my wedding! The girls thought of absolutely everything, so I didn't have to. My wedding was at a venue where I had to put together all the details myself & decorate, without help from Pink with Envy it would have been a mess. Instead I spent the morning of my wedding feeling like a princess, without a single worry whether everything was being taken care of!
