There truly aren’t enough stars to indicate what an exceptional job Lindsi and Pinnacle Events did to create the most perfect destination wedding for my son and his bride. From a mom’s perspective, I appreciated how Lindsi thoughtfully tended to every detail, guiding them through the planning process in perfectly orchestrated timing (so as not to overwhelm them). I’m amazed at how she juggled so many vendors, plus the parents, plus the bride & groom without missing a beat. In planning the Welcome Party she was so patient with me and always a great communicator (even though technology is not my friend). I would advise any couple who wants to be able to actually relax and enjoy their dream wedding weekend to contact Lindsi at Pinnacle Events right away.
I cannot thank Pinnacle Events enough for truly creating my dream wedding. From finding vendors, to impeccable organization, and to stellar on-the-day planning, they were everything you could dream of in a planning team. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding, and when sudden cancelations happened with transportation the month of the event they had a new plan in place and a new vendor within a week. They are responsive, supportive, and overall just a company of fantastic people. They were great with food allergies and sensitivities for me and my wedding guests as well which was huge for our family and friends!
We couldn't be more grateful to have had the help of the Pinnacle Events team on our wedding day. Lindsi was detail oriented, organized and a voice of experience through the planning process. She gave knowledgeable guidance and recommendations and clearly understood our vision and made it a reality. The Planning Pod and Timeline Genius were my north star and kept me on top of things as well! Multiple times in the days after our day my husband and I marveled at just how smoothly everything went with Lindsi and her team working hand in hand with the team at The Farm at Old Edwards so seamlessly - we couldn't stop saying "we wouldn't change a THING" and that includes working with Pinnacle Planning!
From the moment we signed on with Pinnacle Events, I knew they would make the wedding planning process as seamless as possible. Right from the start, the team took the time to listen closely to our vision, understanding exactly what we wanted to be involved in and what we preferred for them to handle. Their thoughtful approach gave us so much confidence in every decision made along the way.
What truly sets Pinnacle apart, though, was how they handled the unforeseen natural disaster of Hurricane Helene. Our wedding was scheduled for the weekend after the hurricane hit, and we were unsure if it could even go ahead. Western North Carolina was heavily impacted, with some areas losing cell service and internet.
Throughout all the uncertainty, the Pinnacle team remained calm, confident, and empathetic. They worked tirelessly to communicate with us, even traveling to areas with cell service to ensure we were always in the loop. They reached out to our vendors with such compassion and care, helping us and them navigate incredibly difficult decisions.
And now, for the absolute best part: our lead planner, Morgan. She was everything we could have hoped for and more. Not only did she flawlessly execute our wedding vision, but her calm and steady presence in the days leading up to the event was truly invaluable. She took such a great care of us during the wedding day and ensured things move smoothly while fitting in so perfectly with our vendors and crowd. Saying we couldn't have done it without her is an understatement.
I cannot recommend Pinnacle Events enough. A huge thank you to Morgan, Julie, and Lindsi for being such incredible planners and even more wonderful human beings. You made our wedding unforgettable.
The ladies at Pinnacle Events truly made the impossible happen. They were able to plan our dream wedding in 3 short months. Lindsey was so very patient, kind, sweet, and understanding to our vision. I can’t say enough amazing things about Lindsi and the Pinnacle Events Team. It’s amazing the number of things you don’t think of as a bride - even one who prides themself on being a planner - and Lindsi was there to ensure we didn’t miss a beat on anything.
We had a small wedding, so decided to use the Wedding Day Management package, but Lindsi and the team’s support was felt well before the 90 days when they came into full effect, being easily available via email for questions that came up.
As the event drew closer, I cannot underscore the how crucial Lindsi’s support was - helping us create a minute by minute timeline, circumventing some vendor hiccups and helping to fill in gaps I may have overlooked in the planning process. Not to mention the day of where she saved the day an innumerable number of times - including helping me avoid a wardrobe malfunction with my dress.
TLDR: If you want to actually enjoy your wedding and the planning process that goes along with it - hire this crew - you will be so glad you did.
Lindsi and the Pinnacle Team are the most extraordinary wedding planners and people. Lindsi is the most personable person who absolutely loves what she does and that is evident from the first time you meet her and through the entire wedding process. She made my wedding planning process stress free and enjoyable! She is such a joy and a light which made my wedding planning experience, rehearsal dinner and wedding day so relaxed and enjoyable. Lindsi and the Pinnacle team are one of a kind. I could go on and on about their attention to detail, knowledge of vendors and the amount of time spent to take things off of my plate. Hiring Pinnacle Events to help with wedding planning was hands down the best decision we ever made! Lindsi was so incredibly helpful leading up the wedding and had great suggestions for vendors in the area and ideas for the day of to help my day go smoothly. On the day of the wedding I was completely stress free because they had everything handled and coordinated everything for me. Highly recommend!

Julie was beyond phenomenal during our entire wedding planning process and during the day of our wedding. Julie Sylvester was a life-saver. The thought of planning the FABULOUS event we had without her expert knowledge of the area is unthinkable. My husband and I both highly recommend Julie and her team at Pinnacle Events. We got married in Highlands, NC but we live about 5 hours from there, so we were planning from afar. Julie provided wonderful vendor recommendations, insight of the area, handled communications between vendors, and made the planning process very seamless and efficient for us. Julie was always available for questions and advice (outside of when she was planning other events). And she also kept us on task, which proved to be very important for me! It's very easy to get caught up and become overwhelmed with all of the details and decision making involved so I found it vital to have someone making sure that we were staying on task and that things were being done in a timely manner. There was so much more to wedding planning than I initially anticipated, but Julie had things covered between her own lists/notes, wedding software and other resources available that helped us to simplify the process as much as possible. Julie is extremely organized and detail oriented and really thought of every small detail to ensure that we were getting everything that we wanted out of our day and that any and all of our concerns were addressed from beginning of the planning process and all the way through to the day of our wedding. Julie really got to know us both and was able to make recommendations or help us make final decisions based off what she thought we would like. She was also proactive in handling any issues that arose. For example, we had one vendor that had a family emergency and was not able to work our wedding anymore and before even notifying us, she had already found a great replacement for us to consider who was available on our date and that we were more than happy with ...so that was a large crisis avoided before I even had time to stress over it. I think the peace of mind you receive from having someone like Julie and her team help you along the with process is essential in planning any wedding big or small. Lastly, Julie and her team are delightful people and were all so accommodating and easy to get along with. We worked with Pinnacle for our June 2022 wedding, which was beautiful in every detail. We were grateful for Lindsi’s collaboration throughout the process — she was willing to answer our questions for months beforehand, and gave us helpful guidance about vendors in the area. She also helped us think through details we never would have thought of, which made the day of move much more smoothly than it would have otherwise. She and her team were endlessly patient with many different personalities during the rehearsal and the long day of the wedding, and we know how much thought and hard work they were putting in in the background to ensure that everything went according to plan. We’re still on a high from how beautiful the day turned out to be — and of course are grateful to those whose long hours of hard work made it happen!
You won't regret hiring Pinnacle events for your wedding! I hired Julie with the month of planning package, and she was extremely helpful even outside of that month. My fiance is in the armed services and we were worried we would have to postpone (well before the 1 month package kicked in) and Julie was my rock through that stress - even though thank god we didn't have to change the date. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch, all of my guests kept complimenting the amazing job Julie and her team did to pull off our event!
Pinnacle Events was so great to work with! We came from out of town and having their expertise in the area and many connections with vendors was so helpful. Julie made our wedding weekend everything we wanted.
Lindsi was the best wedding planner we could ask for! We hired Pinnacle Events to come in and help us in the 3 months leading up to the wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Lindsi jumped right in and connected with all of our vendors to get them what they needed, built a timeline for the entire wedding weekend so everything would run smoothly, and also talked through those minor details and situations to prepare for, most of which I honestly had not even considered. In the final weeks, I had "decision fatigue" and was struggling to make even basic decisions around the wedding. Thankfully, Lindsi understood and was there to help me with those last-minute choices - she understood our wedding vibe and vision, and helped get us across the finish line and up to the altar.
Thanks to Lindsi's professionalism, efficiency, skills and expertise, the weeks, days and even hours leading up to our wedding were so much less stressful and way more fun. We could relax knowing that if anything was going wrong, Lindsi would handle it. She is also just a super fun, kind person who was great to have around all weekend. Pinnacle Events completely blew me away. Their planning software, professionalism, kindness, and knowledge are second to none! I'm so glad that we chose to work with them on the best day of our lives. Lindsi was our month-of coordinator and made our lives SO much easier! First of all, Lindsi is SO full of ideas. The first time we met her, she walked us through everything and talked to us about everything we'd planned so far. We were so impressed with her professionalism and how much she knew about our venue and weddings themselves. She had so many wonderful ideas for the big day and helped us contact vendors for various things. She took so much pressure off of us -- all we had to worry about was getting married!
Our wedding day didn't have the weather we thought, so we had to choose a backup plan. Lindsi was phenomenal in accommodating this plan and helped us brainstorm our Plan B months in advance. She was so prepared and always kept us in the loop about any changes from any of the vendors. She took countless burdens off of our shoulders.
Also, Lindsi is one of the kindest people we had ever met. After our first meeting, I was in tears -- I was just so impressed with Lindsi and how welcoming and comforting she was! She's so empathetic toward every little thing on the wedding day. She helped us set up, and she came to the rescue to help me bustle my dress further when I needed assistance. She cares so much about each of her clients, and we were so delighted to work with her.
I don't know how else to tell you that Lindsi is a miracle worker. Pinnacle Events is worth SO much more than diamonds. I don't know what we would have done without Lindsi -- and we're so glad that we were able to work with her. Please consider choosing Pinnacle Events for your wedding planner. There are no words to express how grateful we are to you except to say that our experience with you was over the top! Having two weddings under my belt and having never worked with a wedding planner before I couldn't have predicted what the experience would be like. Your genuine care and attention to every detail of our daughter's wedding was extraordinary and I truly do not know how we would have pulled off their magical day without you. I appreciate how effortlessly you blended your professional expertise and experience with our personal vision for our daughter's wedding. Not once did we feel that you were imposing your ideas above our own. Instead, you respected what we wanted and did whatever it took to make it happen while at times gently steering us in another direction when you thought it was necessary. Honestly, I couldn't imagine a better experience and outcome and will recommend you with enthusiasm to anyone who is looking to have a spectacular event!
Lindsi and Julie are a dream team! They helped support my husband and I through scheduling, and then COVID re-scheduling, our wedding. We had a lot of out of the box ideas and they were there as a sounding board all of the way through. They supported us in our creative thinking and were also able to tether us to realistic deadlines, complications, etc. to make sure that our day ran smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are more than planners - they are trusted confidants and friends. Having you there day-of to talk through and coordinate all of the millions of details we had no idea would come up (but you saw coming!) was key to being able to be emotionally present on our day. Our wedding was beyond anything we could have dreamed of - thank you both from the bottom of our hearts!
Julie, Peyton, and Lindsi at Pinnacle Events are the absolute best! We just had more than our dream wedding thanks in HUGE part to their tireless work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the perfect wedding planners and embody every characteristic you would want - they are incredibly organized, prepared, friendly, kind, experienced, creative, and more. And they are just the right amount of bossy to make sure everything is running smoothly. The entire wedding party was so impressed and loved working with them. They are by far the BEST decision we ever made, right after deciding to get married! They met with us multiple times before the big day, had several phone calls/Zoom meetings, and innumerable emails. All while planning 3 weddings the same week as us! And more! But you would never know because they are 100% present with you at every step of the way. I have already recommended them to several people getting married in the area. Please, save yourself the stress of planning a huge event on your own. Wow! What a wild ride we had trying to plan our wedding. Our original date was May 2020...so we can all guess how that turned out. Julie and Lindsi were absolute professionals in helping us put everything on hold with minimal stress. We rescheduled our wedding twice in the uncertainty, and Pinnacle pivoted with us with unparalleled grace and understanding.
Finally, 2021 comes around and we picked up right where we left off to plan a safe and memorable experience for all our guests. Julie & Lindsi knew every single detail to cover, every question to address, and every gap in our planning solved. There were so many questions that we didn’t even think about, but Pinnacle came through and put together the wedding of our dreams.
On the big day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing except to celebrate and have a good time. Julie & Lindsi surpassed our expectations 10-fold, and we could not imagine putting together our wedding without their help. Do yourself the absolute best favor and hire Pinnacle Events!! By far the best investment for our wedding. Julie and Lindsi are truly incredible people. They continually mentioned how easy we were to work with, but in reality, they made it that way for us!! Any questions, any favors, any appointments, any recommendations... they are there for you. At the meeting with our venue, Julie and Lindsi kept the staff on task and even made sure to ask very specific questions to them that we would have never even thought of!! They are professional and definitely have the experience to know what to ask and what to expect. Do you know exactly what you want, but don't know how to make it happen? Ask Pinnacle Events. You don't know what you want at all or what would work best? Ask Pinnacle Events. They are so personable and give you individualized attention. The day of your wedding, don't worry about a thing! They will give you updates and constantly check to make sure everyone is on time, on task, and even make sure there's no extra errands she/they can do for the bride and groom to make the morning even more special. If you're wondering who to hire to help plan your big day, look no further!! Julie and Lindsi are truly the best in the business. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran flawlessly. It not only rained, it POURED on our outside ceremony/reception. They quickly adjusted our timeline to ensure we got great photographs and even rearranged the reception venue last minute to avoid the puddles. When everything should have gone wrong, they somehow made it right. My wedding day was stress free and I was able to sit back and relax and ENJOY my wedding day. They both had the best attitude and stayed positive throughout the whole evening, even though they were both soaking wet by the end of the night. Every single detail was thought of and covered. Working with Lindsi from Pinnacle Events was amazing! She was a huge help in the planning process. She helped me create to-do lists, schedules, coordinate with other vendors, and keep everything organized for the big day. On the day of the wedding, I barely had to do any work. Lindsi helped make sure that everything ran smoothly, last minute decorations were setup just how I wanted, and that we stayed on schedule. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my special day. She even checked in on me while I was getting ready to make sure I had eaten something before the ceremony. Lindsi was my "day of the wedding planner" and she went above and beyond. She was so organized and helped me feel less stressed about both the big and small details. On the day of my wedding, I was able to relax because I knew and trusted that Lindsi would get everything done. She was everything I needed and more for that day, and I am so thankful for her hard work. She is kind, encouraging, and truly loves helping others out. She is very relational and cares about the people she encounters. This is what makes her so great-- I felt cared for. I would 100% recommend her as a wedding planner!
I can't begin to tell you how amazing Julie and her team at Pinnacle Events are, nor recommend them more highly for your wedding! She took us to an amazing local florist where we got great flowers at half what you get charged at most places. She found us a beautiful venue that was exactly what we were looking for. She took care of the lighting, the place settings, the tables - literally everything but the guest list and the band! I cannot begin to explain how easy Julie and her team are to work with. They are nice and easy going, always with a smile. They were able to find talented local people to use for every aspect of our wedding. Highly recommend!

Sometimes there are not adequate words to describe just how wonderful an experience was. This was the case with our wedding that was completely planned, organized, and managed by Julie Sylvester at Pinnacle Events. Julie was given a very short time frame, limited budget, and very little direction from the bride and the results were perfection. In our situation, we asked Julie to handle all details and planning of our wedding (i.e. invitations, decorations, music, flowers, location, vendors, etc.) We fully entrusted that she would be able to execute the event to the highest of standards and style. We were not disappointed. We knew given her extensive experience from our discussions we could entrust her to put together a fantastic event that was right for us. The end product turned out to be a truly special experience. From start to finish, we were able to leave the planning and execution to her as we were able to focus on our friends, family and loved ones. We highly recommend Julie and Pinnacle Events.
Our wedding day could have never been as perfect as it was without Julie at Pinnacle Events! I cannot say enough good things about Julie at Pinnacle Events! Julie was technically my day of wedding day coordinator but she did so much more then this! Anytime I had questions about how the ceremony schedule should flow or who a good photographer was, Julie had answers. She shared many great vendors with me and offered advice anytime I asked. At the last minute, my florist said they were unable to get the flowers I wanted. Julie immediately offered to put together my bouquets, even though she was busy coordinating my rehearsal and wedding!
In addition to coordinating my wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, Julie planned and hosted a bridal luncheon for myself, the ladies in my wedding party, a few close girlfriends, my mom, and my aunts. The party was divine! Every little detail was given attention, including small party favors for guests, a photo booth, beautiful decorations, and even a menu describing the food for the party. It was so elegant and beautiful, my guests raved about the lunch! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed, (which I needed to feel the day before my wedding)! Even though Julie was busy cooking and hosting the event, she took the time to talk to all of the guests. I felt incredibly special because of this fabulous luncheon with my family and friends! I am so thankful that Julie was a part of my wedding.
There is no way I could compose a proper review for Pinnacle Events. My wedding was my dream come true because of Julie and Emily at Pinnacle Events.
Not only did they find my vendors, schedule the appointments, attend the appointments, and negotiate contracts for me, but they were also there for all the little things that come up during the wedding planning process that we don't think about. Julie let me vent to her on more than one occasion and even offered to ride 2 1/2 hours with me to go pick up my wedding gown! And she bought flowers that I wanted, cut the flowers and let me use them for free, and them planted them in her garden! Talk about above and beyond!
The wedding was completely stress free! I did not have to worry about a single thing. Julie and Emily took care of every single detail, even down to checking in on a few family members with health issues to make sure they were doing okay. I knew on my wedding day that I could enjoy the day without hesitation simply because Julie and Emily were there!
Not only were they my wedding planners, but we also became friends in the process and I cannot imagine my wedding without them!
