Becky for rehearsal and day-of coordination. Both were absolutely phenomenal and knew exactly what they were doing. You can tell they truly care about you and your family and friends. The food is amazing, the venue is gorgeous and it is such a smooth process. They helped our vision come to life from afar (planning an Ohio wedding from South Carolina) and were responsive through FaceTimes, emails, phone calls and texts. There truly was not a single detail out of place for our wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful to their team from the planners to coordinators to catering and wait staff. Thank you, Pinnacle!!

Day of, Becky was so easily available and ensured our day was smooth sailing. We would highly recommend working with her again! Plus, this venue's prices are reasonable and absolutely a gorgeous place!

venues, she had a few places in mind to go to visit. Pinnacle was not one of the first venues that she chose to visit which we now regret. We decided to call, and schedule a visit. From the first call with Lisa (who answered on her day off while traveling) to the moment we met with both Lisa and Jayme (who was very quick to respond), I knew she had found her location. To begin with, Lisa is a kind, lovely lady, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. She was not pushy and let my daughter express all her wants and needs and offered her many options to consider. Lisa was very tactful and kind when explaining all the options. Lisa and Jayme helped us find the perfect options for us. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy – made seamless by Jayme, our event planner who was incredibly hard-working and very sweet. Never once did Jayme make us feel like we were bothering her with our questions. In addition, she ALWAYS had an answer or a solution to what we may have thought was a problem. Jayme made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day. She was always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We had over 300 people in the beautiful ballroom at Pinnacle on New Year's Eve. We went with cocktail hour with passed appetizers as well as a plated meal. The wait staff was able to serve over 300 people within 25 minutes. That, in itself, was very impressive. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. The wait staff literally felt like family from the moment we met them. I love that Pinnacle's packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees – we didn’t have to stress about a thing! They also offer many table decorations that you are able to use without any additional cost .Speaking of the packages offered, Pinnacle has amazing options for any budget! From plated meals to appetizers to a buffet the choices are unlimited and can work for the smallest reception to the largest. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. I cannot recommend this venue, and all of it’s staff, enough. I feel so strongly about how well it went that I should put it on a billboard!! I wish we could do it again! A million thanks to Jayme Edwards and all of her staff for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime. -Wendy Poston

the day of she kept everyone on track & made the day run so smooth. The venue truly speaks for itself with the beautiful outside ceremony space/cocktail & ballroom. We received so many compliments on how nice the venue was and how good the food was! Could not recommend this venue enough.
