Can’t say enough positive things about our wedding experience at Pinnacle on June 8, 2024. From the planning/meetings, food tasting event, and the seamless operation the day of, everything was great. We had so many guests compliment the staff/service as well!

Becky did an amazing job helping us through the entire process and was very responsive and kind! She was also always so patient with us. The wedding day was perfect! Everything went smoothly and it all turned out so beautiful! We also got a ton of compliments from our guests about this venue. I will definitely be recommending Pinnacle to other brides in the future!

We worked with Becky and she was absolutely AMAZING! Always responsive to any messages and emails and answered all my questions. She worked so hard to ensure our special day was a true dream come. Becky was willing to set up meetings whenever we were in town, and ensured everything was set in place before our big day. Day of, Becky was so easily available and ensured our day was smooth sailing. We would highly recommend working with her again! Plus, this venue's prices are reasonable and absolutely a gorgeous place!

I’m not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. My daughter had the wedding reception of her dreams at Pinnacle Golf Club. When beginning to look around for venues, she had a few places in mind to go to visit. Pinnacle was not one of the first venues that she chose to visit which we now regret. We decided to call, and schedule a visit. From the first call with Lisa (who answered on her day off while traveling) to the moment we met with both Lisa and Jayme (who was very quick to respond), I knew she had found her location. To begin with, Lisa is a kind, lovely lady, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. She was not pushy and let my daughter express all her wants and needs and offered her many options to consider. Lisa was very tactful and kind when explaining all the options. Lisa and Jayme helped us find the perfect options for us. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy – made seamless by Jayme, our event planner who was incredibly hard-working and very sweet. Never once did Jayme make us feel like we were bothering her with our questions. In addition, she ALWAYS had an answer or a solution to what we may have thought was a problem. Jayme made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day. She was always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We had over 300 people in the beautiful ballroom at Pinnacle on New Year's Eve. We went with cocktail hour with passed appetizers as well as a plated meal. The wait staff was able to serve over 300 people within 25 minutes. That, in itself, was very impressive. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. The wait staff literally felt like family from the moment we met them. I love that Pinnacle's packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees – we didn’t have to stress about a thing! They also offer many table decorations that you are able to use without any additional cost .Speaking of the packages offered, Pinnacle has amazing options for any budget! From plated meals to appetizers to a buffet the choices are unlimited and can work for the smallest reception to the largest. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. I cannot recommend this venue, and all of it’s staff, enough. I feel so strongly about how well it went that I should put it on a billboard!! I wish we could do it again! Pinnacle was the most amazing venue to work with! My family and I were just so appreciative of all the work they did for us. Not having to set up made the day so special and Becky specifically was absolutely phenomenal. She was so quick with responding and so easy going, but also so organized and made us feel special and taken care of. I can’t say enough about how special our day was!

We worked with Lisa for our wedding and she was amazing !! The venue is beautiful and staff were so friendly. It rained/hailed as our guest arrived and staff already had a back up indoor ceremony ready to go. We didn’t have to lift a finger the day of and that’s what we were looking for !!

We are so thankful for the team at pinnacle golf club for all they did to make our wedding day so special! We got to work with Rebecca and she was amazing every step of the way! On the day of she kept everyone on track & made the day run so smooth. The venue truly speaks for itself with the beautiful outside ceremony space/cocktail & ballroom. We received so many compliments on how nice the venue was and how good the food was! Could not recommend this venue enough.

LISA!!!! She is the best. Cannot even begin to say she is the star of pinnacle! She is so responsive, kind, encouraging and truly made my wedding dreams into reality! Pinnacle is so lucky to have her! Overall we were very happy with pinnacle! The servers, venue, drinks and location were perfect. We served filet, chicken and pasta. The filets were pretty good (some a little too well done, but what can you expect when you are cooking for 150 + people) but everyone overall loved their food and were very impressed with the venue. Butler served apps were great! The flexibility of the venue was awesome. It is so beautiful and convenient. Their staff were so easy to work with and were so professional, they really gave us the classy wedding we always hoped to have!

We worked with Jayme for our wedding day and she was wonderful. She made us feel at ease with all the logistics that come with the wedding reception and made us feel sane with even our most ridiculous requests. Pinnacle's ballroom and terrace itself were stunning. Staff was super attentive, food was delicious, and the drinks were great!

My daughter’s wedding was here last weekend and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was extraordinary and Becky took care of everything without getting in the way of anyone. She was instrumental in how it all flowed and was there to answer any questions that came up. I would highly recommend this venue. It was beautiful with no glitches at all.

Pinnacle was absolutely amazing. The venue itself was not only beautiful, but the people made the entire venue worth it. I worked with Jayme throughout the process and Becky day-of, and they were both so helpful with the planning. They communicated well and made my wedding day seamless. Further, the food was amazing, the drinks were great, and everything was just perfect. I can't say enough good things about Pinnacle, and I recommend that anyone book their wedding here if you want an all-in-one experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Jayme was our coordinator and was absolutely OUTSTANDING through the entire process! This venue is so stunning and classy and we have received so many compliments from all of our guests that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and we owe it to the entire Pinnacle staff. The Pinnacle Golf Club helped make our day perfect. We initially looked at the venue because of the large ballroom, outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour space. Our wedding turned out to be better than we could have imagined. The outdoor ceremony space was magical, and we had several guests comment on the outdoor spaces being one of the best, out of all the weddings they have been to. What we really appreciated was the flexibility of the Pinnacle to allow us to bring some catered items for our guests who had special dietary restrictions. THe coordination of our events on the day of the reception was flawless and our guests really enjoyed the food. There are several new and nice hotels near by for guests to stay at. We cannot imaging having our wedding at any other venue, and full heartedly recommmend the Pinnacle Golf Club.

Our guests could not stop complimenting Pinnacle Golf Club after our wedding — whether it was the venue space, the food, and drinks or the service of the staff. Lisa was our coordinate and point of contact and she was AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable of the industry and knows how to help create a memorable and magical wedding day. Our guests also shared stories of the bartenders that went above and beyond to make them a special drink or go find a specific beer so our guests were happy which is a reflection of the service and attention to detail of the Pinnacle staff. We initially booked Pinnacle because of the outdoor ceremony space, patio and the beautiful marble dance floor, but we have fallen in love with everything else it had to offer. As a bride, it was a huge help to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception all in one place as well as alcohol and catering included. My husband and I encourage you to have your wedding at Pinnacle Golf Club!

I couldn't have imagined a better wedding. Lisa (the coordinator) did a fantastic job to make sure everything went smoothly. Her team was on top of everything. The food is a 10/10, especially the chicken marsala. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. Pinnacle is a 10/10 venue and the staff makes sure you have the best experience.

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? The Pinnacle Golf Club is absolutely incredible!!! The best decision we made for our wedding! We fell in love with the Pinnacle when we first toured back in the winter. It was an incredible establishment. The ballroom is absolutely breathtaking and the service was impeccable. The staff was kind and accommodating to our guests. The space was perfect for our wedding size and the food was delicious. Our wedding day was so organized and ran perfectly! It brings me to tears how incredible the staff was throughout our wedding day. SO many guests commented on how impressive the Pinnacle was during our reception. They loved the cocktail hour on the terrace and the set up inside. We will cherish this venue forever. I also can't begin to convey how much I truly enjoyed having sweet Jayme as our wedding coordinator. Jayme is such a kind and pure person, she is calm and dependable. She is someone you want by your side on your big day! When I first met Jayme, I was impressed by her personable, organized and humbling personality. Jayme is more than our wedding coordinator, she is our friend. We are forever grateful to have her in our lives. Thank you Pinnacle for the best day!!!

The team at Pinnacle was so wonderful for a wedding that I recently planned there. My clients, Christen and Jeremy had the most beautiful day. Jayme and Lisa were a huge help throughout the planning process and were informative, understanding, and willing to help with anything we needed. They were a joy to work with throughout the planning process. On the day of, all the staff was professional, went above and beyond to help and were gracious to assist with anything I asked. The food was also amazing, and I know the couple was very happy with their food choices as well! Thank you again to everyone at Pinnacle for making this event a success. We had the best experience having our wedding at Pinnacle. Lisa was absolutely AMAZING to work with and made planning a wedding easy and stress-free. She has a true talent for working with people and getting sh*t done. Pinnacle was so accommodating to my family and I the day of my wedding and the days leading up to it. We were anticipating having the ceremony and cocktail hour outside for our May 29th wedding and were faced with a big cold-front making the temps in the low 50s. Lisa, being the rockstar she is, worked with me to make the call of moving cocktail hour inside a few hours prior to the ceremony. Most venues make you decide days before, but they were able to move quick and deliver on a fantastic evening. I highly recommend having your wedding ceremony and/or reception at Pinnacle!

Traci was absolutely amazing at Pinnacle and helped our wedding go off without a hitch, which is saying a lot with COVID! They handled COVID flawlessly and compromised with us as this was new territory for both parties. I couldn’t recommend this venue more. It was absolutely gorgeous and set up perfectly for our big day. The staff there is amazing and very professional, plus the drinks and food were delicious. Couldn’t be happier with our wedding experience and couldn’t recommend this venue more!!

Traci was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. Even during COVID times, she kept me up to date on any venue changes, and made sure everything went smoothly day of. The Pinnacle itself is a BEAUTIFUL venue. My husband and I still get compliments on how beautiful our whole wedding was. And food was great too!! You couldn’t ask for more!

I got married at The Pinnacle in November. It was absolute perfection. The venue is stunning. The staff was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Traci was our coordinator and I cannot say enough how great she is. She is truly an expert at her job. Her experience and knowledge shone through. She returned my emails all same day and stayed in contact with me the whole way. She made my wedding day perfect and exactly how I imagined. Again if you’re getting married do it at the pinnacle. You wont regret it!!!!

What really makes Pinnacle stand out above the rest is the people who work there. The venue is gorgeous, no doubt. From the outdoor archway ceremony area - to the pergola cocktail hour area - to the massive grand ballroom - just amazing. Anyone can see that quickly. However, what I was most impressed with when I saw it was how well put together the staff is. You cannot underestimate this element when planning a wedding. Lisa at Pinnacle was such a huge help throughout the process - all the way through the day of our wedding. Everything (except the rain) about our day was perfect. It poured rain the entire day and they managed to turn the room from ceremony to reception in a matter of minutes. Lisa & the staff ensured we had food throughout the day to nibble on and that everything went smoothly. They were so accommodating with our requests - such as a massive cookie table. We never had to worry about a single detail going wrong. Bottom line - at Pinnacle, what you get for the money is truly the best in the area. The food is great, the venue is great, staff is great and they really have weddings down to a science. Our guests really noticed this and the compliments were endless!

Once I saw Pinnacle Golf Club (even before meeting my husband), I knew I would get married there one day. The venue as a whole is absolutely gorgeous. From the beautiful outdoor brick ceremony space to chandelier ballroom, and all the stone archways.. our pictures turned out wonderful. The serving staff was so welcoming and accommodation to all the modifications we wanted with the menu and bar. I can’t say enough good things about our wedding coordinator through Pinnacle, Traci Artist. She made the whole wedding process so easy and enjoyable! Not only did she handle just about everything at Pinnacle, she had great recommendations for other vendors and was able to answer just about any questions in regards to wedding planning. She helped use develop a schedule for the big day, and was present to make sure we got to enjoy every second without any problems. She’s absolutely the best, along with the other staff that helped make our big day amazing.

I CAN. NOT. say enough amazing things about Pinnacle! From day one, Lisa was kind, friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. She throughly explained everything, answered our many questions, and gave recommendations and suggestions to help make our big day the best it could be. The venue is absolutely stunning and the packages include just about everything you could ask for! Our wedding was almost a month ago and we are still getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. The food was great, there were tons of drink options, and it was the most perfect setting for our celebration. The outside terrace was perfectly simple and beautiful for our ceremony. We loved that we could have everything in the same location. I would recommend Pinnacle a hundred times over!

Our wedding reception was held at the pinnacle golf club and it was a dream. They went above and beyond to make our day spectacular, down to adding last minute details just before cocktail hour. My husband and I got married at Pinnacle on Friday, June 21st and we truly had the BEST DAY EVER. If you are looking for a wedding venue you will not be disappointed if you go with Pinnacle! We worked with Lisa Bapst and could not be happier with how well she took care of every little detail from the moment we toured the venue to the entire wedding day. The food and bar package at Pinnacle can not be matched--they truly take care of every little detail so my husband and I could enjoy our day. The pinnacle did an amazing job, I highly recommend this venue. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the venue and the space was perfect! We worked with Lisa and she was wonderful. I wish I could give Pinnacle 10 stars! They were absolutely AMAZING and made our wedding more than we ever could have imagined. We worked with Lisa at Pinnacle who was the absolute BEST. She was extremely accommodating, flexible with last minute changes, & kept the night running perfectly. She made planning a wedding completely stress free and can handle anything you throw at her. The food was delicious and the service was fast! I can't even put into words how amazing pinnacle was to us, and they even sent us home at the end of the night with a goody bag with snacks and drinks. I got married a Pinnacle at the end of August and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was the most picture perfect day and I couldn't have imagine the day going any better! The staff and bartenders we had for the night were amazing and super nice! It was perfect in every way! I worked closely with Traci for over a year to plan and make sure the day went smoothly and everything turned out perfect! I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of which was so nice! The venue is perfect for a very princess like wedding which is exactly what I wanted! I looked at a TON of venues throughout Columbus but nothing compared to Pinnacle! It was the best day ever and if I could relive it again I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you to everyone at Pinnacle who made our day the best day ever!

I got married at Pinnacle on October 12, 2018 and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with - Traci was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The food was the best I’ve ever had at any wedding and I’ve had many people who attended our wedding mention that to me as well. And of course the venue itself is just beautiful! I would recommend Pinnacle 10/10 times to anyone looking for a venue!

The absolute perfect place to have a wedding! Lisa was amazing!!! Extremely helpful, and available to answer any questions. Even came early in the morning to open the venue so me and my bridesmaids could get ready in the bridal room. If you want an all-inclusive venue, you HAVE to check out the Pinnacle. So picturesesq, and perfect for an intimate ceremony and it still will fit all of your guests. The food is amazing. And they will set everything up the day of so you don't have to worry about clean up after. HIGHLY recommend!!

I wish I could rate The Pinnacle even higher! Of all the venus we toured, this was not only gorgeous but the staff was by far the best. I can not say enough about our coordinator! One awesome thing is, she is with you from the time you book, right up until the big day. She was there the entire reception and acted as our coordinator; we didn't even need a wedding planner. She made the entire day go absolutely perfect. Every time we communicated via email, she got back to me immediately. She helped me think of things that never crossed my mind! I told her after our reception it was bittersweet because I wouldn't be working with her anymore. The entire staff was so personable and professional. All of our guests had a great time, and several commented on the staff in particular. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Little decoration is needed, as it speaks for itself. Between the large chandeliers above the dance floor and the brand new patio that overlooks the golf course, it provides for a real life fairytale come true. I would highly recommend The Pinnacle to any bride!

I got married in July 2018 at the Pinnacle and it was the perfect venue. Everyone raved about how gorgeous it was and how good the food and drinks were (we had the taco bar). Traci and her team were flawless and made the entire day run hassle free, seeing to every detail. It was scheduled to rain up until the very last minute, and they set up inside and outside just in case we were able to have an outside ceremony (which we were!). Knowing the inside was just as beautiful as the outside was such a weight off my mind since you never can predict Ohio weather. Traci and her team especially made the day run so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even packed up extra dessert at the end of the day for my husband and I to take with us! And even provided lighters for our sparkler exit, which I didn't even know they were going to do. I seriously looked at what seems like hundreds of venues and I don't think a better one in central Ohio exists. 10/10 would recommend.

This was the second of 3 weddings for me, as I'm the Mom of 3 engaged daughters. The first wedding we had was beautiful, but it was stressful planning it and even more stressful making our daughter's dream come true. Our 2nd experience was with the Pinnacle golf club. We were introduced to our coordinator, Traci Artist, and I cannot express how easy, seamless, comforting, and informative she was for my daughter and I to work with. Down to every detail, every change we made she was right with us. "No problem" she'd say. The day of the wedding was flawless and she even set the bride and groom up with their own private "cocktail hour" before their big introduction to the ceremony. She and The Pinnacle are top notch. This wedding will be hard to beat!

I got married in July of 2018 and Pinnacle Golf Club was the perfect venue! We booked our wedding a year and a half before the wedding and I would highly recommend this venue! We worked with Traci Artist and she was a pleasure to work with. She ensured that every detail of our wedding was absolutely perfect. She coordinated with our wedding planner Michele Ciminello. We had multiple meetings to go over every detail of the day and everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a wedding!

I would like to start off by thanking Tina and the Pinnacle Staff for making our daughter's November wedding day perfect. Tina was great to work with and she went out of her way to assist us in coordinating every detail. We used the outside space for the cocktail hour and it was beautiful. It has been 8 months and we are still receiving compliments on how wonderful everything was. Our guests enjoyed the food, the service, and the awesome indoor and outdoor spaces. I would highly recommend the Pinnacle.

We got married at pinnacle June 22, 2018 and it was an amazing night. They were amazing to work with from the planning to the day of the wedding. We got so many compliments on the venue and how great the entire staff was! The food was amazing and the drinks were perfect! I can’t say enough positive things about pinnacle!

Our wedding here was absolutely beautiful! It rained and they got everything moved inside and still made it look beautiful. The chandeliers are still my favorite part of the whole place.

My husband and I got married at the Pinnacle Golf Club on Friday December 15, 2017. We worked with Traci and she was absolutely wonderful and she always responded to my emails quickly! Traci made planning every little detail of the wedding very easy and very enjoyable all at the same time! The Pinnacle staff were wonderful, professional and made me feel like the most important person on my wedding day! Traci and her staff took my envisions for my wedding day décor (from the ceremony to the reception) and made the ballroom look more perfect than I had originally envisioned! Everything was absolutely perfect, including our delicious dinner at the reception (which all of our wedding guests raved about)! Traci and her staff also made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed before, during and after the wedding, as well as making sure we had plenty of food on our plates, cake to eat, and beverages on our table during the reception! I highly recommend working with Traci and the Pinnacle staff to help you make your wedding day perfect!

I was married at the Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City in August, 2017. Overall, the experience at Pinnacle was amazing. Traci A. Was our wedding coordinator up until the day I was wed and then I had Kylie, who actually lived in the same town as I. We originally wanted to get married in the ballroom but it was way over budget. Pinnacle helped us find something that was within our budget. We ended up getting married on the outdoor terrace and had our reception in Cimi's loft. All the vendors I chose were local and set up before I even arrived which was a plus. It was so convientant having a bar and a bartender. My friends and family really enjoyed it. And the food, don't even get me started.... Was AMAZING! We had the buttermilk fried chicken, beef brisket. The appetizers were also great! Loaded potato bites and candied bacon bites! YUM. The only negative part is that below the outdoor terrace is the outdoor area of Cimi's bistro and the guests in the area were very loud during our vowels. Also, the clean up for dinner kind of took a while, there were glasses everywhere that we didn't even end up using. But that's it for negatives. The venue was handicapped accessible which was great for one of my guests. We had a bathroom up in the venue which came in handy because I ended up enjoying too much Pinot Grigio. Hehe ;) We did a sparkler send off, a photo booth and we actually ended up leaving some of our stuff (by accident) at the venue. They kept it! Thank god. And we went and picked it up the next day. My day was perfect. Couldn't ask for better venue and a better staff. Definitely worth every penny.

I got married in May at Pinnacle Golf Club and absolutely loved everything about it. With more than 300 guests it was difficult to find a space that would comfortably fit our guests and fit the vision I had for our wedding, Pinnacle did both of these. I started out with Lisa Bapst as my wedding coordinator, she was wonderful with both my parents and my husbands parents in the beginning stages. She made everyone feel at ease and in the end was a large part of why my parents were excited about booking Pinnacle. Lisa ended up having a conflict on our wedding day so she transferred us over to Traci Artist who was also so wonderful with all of our details for our wedding day. She and Lisa worked together to make the transfer smooth and professional. My wedding day was supposed to be cold and it was raining on and off, the staff at Pinnacle did everything in their power to hold off setting up the ceremony and reception space so I could make the decision as close to the wedding as possible. Traci noticed that our napkin color was not what we had decided on and worked a miracle to have another company bring the right color napkin. Throughout the wedding all of the staff did everything in their power to accommodate our guests and it was noticed by many of our friends and family. There were many, many more instances where the staff took matters into their own hands to ensure that everything went smoothly. Having our wedding at Pinnacle was perfect from beginning to end. Traci was beyond helpful in making our day stress-free and beautiful. The staff, the service, the venue and the food were all amazing. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Pinnacle! I would highly recommend Pinnacle for your wedding and reception!

We looked around at many different places and kept coming back to the idea of Pinnacle. They exceeded our expectations and make it more unique than I ever could have imagined. From the smallest details to the biggest they were there to answer any and all questions. They never pushed ideas on to us or made us feel stressed by having to meet deadlines for details. We got the comfort of meeting with them and planning our dream wedding with them there just to guide us. All of the planners are amazing and will work around any schedule. The food has to be one of the best things still about our wedding day. What an amazing staff they have there, and we couldn't imagine if we had gone somewhere else.

The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything was nothing less than perfect! Far exceeded our expectorations! Traci, one of the amazing coordinators there, was wonderful! She welcomed us to go into the the venue to look many times before our wedding day. Our guests are still raving about the delicious food too! I would recommend Pinnacle over and over again. We had the most perfect wedding day and we wouldn’t change a thing!
