g close to 10 months before my daughter’s wedding date.I started with The Knot, as thats where my google search sent me and I was suddenly faced with lots of choices and so it began ! Pinnacle came highly rated with choices for music, decor, lighting and THE PLANNER !!!! I read reviews and over and over bride’s and MOB’s ( you’ll get the lingo 😉) raved about Linda and her fabulous organization and support -just what I was searching for ! I emailed the owner of Pinnacle ( Stuart ) and he emailed me back immediately and he was eager to help me get the proverbial wedding planning ball rolling .He welcomed me to Pinnacle and assured me that I had come to the right place to ease my wedding planning fears.I explained how his Planner Linda Warner had been so highly touted on his site and on The Knot.He explained the packages I could get with her and how happy he knew I would be with her by my side.I was planning my daughter’s wedding from almost 500 miles away.He She was available for Day Of wedding or Enhanced Day Of .I was a little confused about what I would need but I knew I needed help ! I ended up purchasing the Enhanced package as the scope of the wedding details certainly called for that.That also buys me an asst for Linda which was a MUST in the preparation of the wedding day. Linda called me and introduced herself and comforted me by saying we have plenty of time for prep and discussions and that she’d be with me every step of the way -and if this is your first wedding -these words soothed my jitters.Linda stayed in touch and talked with me about the Planning website which helps her to keep up to date on decisions that we made concerning wedding bookings ,etc and financials ! We finally met Linda face to face at our venue and she was as charming in person as she seemed on our numerous telephone conversations.She was quick to advise us of things to remember to do but BEST of all she LISTENS !!!! She encouraged us to tell her OUR vision and how she would be there to see it through.She carefully organized our wedding weekend timeline and coordinated all the vendors we hired.The photographer,the videographer,florist,the DJ , the Trolley drivers,the lighting specialists,the Club and catering and on and on ! And by the way ,her reputation preceded her because most of them have worked with her before and they all LOVE HER ! She’s professional,kind,knowledgeable and fun.The wedding weekend has come and gone and it was beyond what we ever imagined.The evening was beautiful and I could enjoy my bride,her groom and my guests because Linda was behind the scene making it all flow like clockwork.Im thankful for Pinnacle and mostly for Linda Warner who is now someone whom I consider a good friend ❤️

howed up on time and had a great quality wireless mic for speeches and had an audio output for recording as well (this is very important if you have a videographer). One of the issues we had was when it came to transitions - it is always the DJ's job to fill in the transitions between entrances to the reception, first dances, dinner, speeches and dancing and never allow for there to be awkward silence between the moments. There were a lot of moments of awkward silence. He was provided a very detailed timeline from our wedding planner and knew when every moment was to happen. Aside from the awkward silence a DJ is not a DJ unless he can mix music. Mixing music is a way to go from one song to the next without an abrupt ending or hard transition from one song to the next. We might as well have had a friend on the AUX because there were nothing but hard transitions between every song. NO MIXING WHATSOEVER HAPPENED THAT NIGHT. Mixing of music is one of the only things that separate a DJ from an average Spotify user these days and having someone who could mix was the entire reason we hired a DJ in the first place. There were several times throughout the night when the older ladies would all be on the dance floor dancing to an older song and immediately it would switch to a modern day pop song. Tending to the crowd on the dance floor for song choice was something that did not happen. And lastly, there were several break up songs played throughout the night. (ex.) bruno mars - When I Was Your Man was playing during dinner and a groomsmen had to go tell the DJ to change the song. All in all, Pinnacle did NOT ruin our wedding day. Our wedding was still perfect and we appreciated each and every moment that happened throughout the entire night. I understand that this company uses several different DJ's who are all individually talented, however, we would never recommend Pinnacle DJ services because of the "DJ" we received. Positives: Good Attitude On time Clear audio Audio Out for Videography Negatives: No music was mixed Break up songs Lots of awkward silence

and photos of the reception which turned out amazing! We had Nicki as our planner and i literally could not have done it without her! From the very beginning of the planning process she answered my countless emails and kept me on schedule every step of the way booking vendors and finalizing details. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING the day of the wedding except having a good time getting ready with my bridesmaids. She had everything on the day of handled and set up perfectly even down to the very minor details i asked for. If you are going back and forth about getting a planner I promise it is worth it to have someone like Nicki!!

nda handled all the changes like a champ! She has tons of energy, and a great sense of humor. She was able to be bluntly honest with us when needed, and also sensitive when we were down due to the changes. I knew I could go to her with any question and I would get a truthful answer, which was especially helpful when searching for vendors and understanding what could legitimately be expected from them with the hurricane changes. She was also the perfect amount of fun and directive during the rehearsal, so that I didn't have to have conversations that would have been difficult with family members/wedding party. We feel like we made a great friend in her and were so glad she was with us on our day!

or Peter’s contact information because we wanted to schedule a meeting with him. I received an email back with the name of a different photographer/contact info telling me he was my lead photographer. My contract stated Peter Miller was to be my lead photographer, website stated they had only one lead photographer, and I had conversations with Stuart on The Knot confirming Peter would be my lead. I got on the phone with this newly assigned photographer and Peter letting them know I was upset and none of this was personal as I didn’t know this other photographer at all. I requested examples of his work if I was going to move forward and feel comfortable. They sent 10 photos. In the second email with example photos they accidentally forwarded me an email thread where they were discussing me. In the thread they stated “So this is between us and can no way be shared with the couple. I am shooting another wedding that day. Stuart booked another one on that date hoping you would be able to handle it.” I immediately requested a phone call with Stuart. I asked Stuart whose contract came first, mine or the wedding Peter is actually shooting. Stuart completely denied this and stated Peter had something else going on that day that could not be shared with me. I told Stuart someone was obviously lying to me and I wanted the truth. Stuart then got angry on the phone raising his voice stating “are you calling me a liar?” and went on to tell me his religion/about his family. I made him aware I had written proof and sent it over to him while we were on the phone he asked me what I wanted and how we can resolve this. I asked Stuart how many weddings this other photographer has done as a lead and was told that was confidential HR information that could not be shared with me. I asked for a portfolio, there was none available. After 20 plus minutes of going back and forth and Stuart actually suggesting he cancels my entire contract (3 months before my wedding) because “clearly we can’t work together” he ultimately gave me 3 options: cancel photography, use the new photographer, and my suggestion that they find a sub of equal or greater talent than Peter. He sent 1 alternate photographer the following week which was not up to par to my expectations. I ended up getting a refund and found an AMAZING photographer. Immediately after this all came to light in June Stuart changed the wording on his website regarding photography. While this second shooter might have done a good job, I wasn’t willing to risk it on the most important day of my life. I knew signing up with a company that I couldn’t hand select my DJ and wedding planner and I was ok with that, but photography is a completely different story and it was extremely disappointing to be treated the way I was and to be left scrambling 3 months before my wedding looking for a photographer. Stuart will respond to this and say he didn’t lie which means his employees did?? (Which i doubt) and he doesn’t agree with my memory of events...which aren’t memories they are direct quotes of our conversation and him yelling at me that I still have saved. Either way, I hope he learned from this situation and never treats another bride like he treated me.

We are so happy we decided to use pinnacle and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

Immediately, from the first facetime meeting we had, the stress rolled away because I felt so comfortable putting everything in Linda's hands. I communicated our vision for our wedding day and she effortlessly assembled the perfect team to execute a flawless ceremony and reception. She was truly a God send and worth every penny. From the DJ to the cake vendor and photographers she recommended...everything was perfect. Our day turned out better than we had ever imagined. It was such a stress free day that I was truly able to enjoy thanks to the professionalism of Linda. I have found a friend for life, she is the best!!!

Nicki set my whole wedding day schedule and handled all the vendors the week of the wedding. I was so calm and relaxed my wedding week because I knew Nicki had it taken care of. I researched about twenty planning companies and Pinnacle was the cheapest I found. My bridesmaids and I have been in multiple weddings and were amazed by how much better they are than any other company we have seen. They are efficient and do way more for their clients than any other company you'll find. I am so grateful to them, and I suggest them to all my friends!

what I wanted/needed from my planner and he customized an "Enhanced Day of Direction" plan. That's how we were connected with Nicki Shriver who from the beginning I knew we were going to be a great pair! Nicki was so organized, helpful, and friendly from the very beginning! She helped give me some ideas/suggestions and professional opinions while still letting me plan my wedding the way I wanted. She even helped save us money on our rentals! Our wedding was at Magnolia Plantation (Veranda) and we were planning this wedding from Massachusetts and Nicki helped make things so much easier for us! In the days leading up to the wedding, the weather reports weren't looking great (rain/thunderstorms/winds). Before I had the chance Nicki reached out to me to see if I was still happy with my rain plan, when I told her I was thinking about getting a tent for our ceremony but knew it might be too late (it was only 4 days until the wedding), Nicki was right on it! The day of the wedding Nicki made sure all our vendors were on the ball and willing to push things up a few minutes to beat the rain. Thankfully we made it through our first look, pictures, and ceremony before the storm hit during cocktail hour! The weather during cocktail hour was crazy, yet I was completely unphased and content! Nicki and her two assistants helped make sure I was completely at ease and handled EVERYTHING! I reached out to Nicki the next day because it was then that I realized with all the chaos, she was the reason I was so calm! She handled everything behind the scenes and never let me see her sweat! I told her I'm sure it was one of the more stressful weddings she may have had, but thanks to her I was not stressed at all and had the most perfect day! Jen was our DJ and did a great job with the modern instrumental ceremony music and keeping the party going all night! We couldn't have been happier with both our DJ and Planning Services!

You can also use the website to select your songs to be played. Jim was our DJ. Jim is a really nice guy. I am very detailed oriented and I planned everything out and Jim followed right along and did as I requested. Jim was great in helping out with our introduction song. He edited that. He played our first dance song and edited that perfectly. He then created and edited a medley of 4 songs for us to dance too. Everything went great. The wedding was a success. We had a small wedding group but everyone had a great time. Jim had everything going according to plan and the time line was followed perfectly. It was a great night. Like I said, Jim is a nice guy. I also worked with Stuart in the initial stages of the planning process. I would recommend them for future weddings and events.

The staff was great with communications and anticipating our needs. The online website was so easy to navigate and very informative. Couples are able to select all their own music with help of professional DJs which is so nice and takes a lot of pressure off. Their equipment was also very fancy and clean which is right up my alley. I would highly recommend them for any party or wedding needs!!

e rescue! We STILL have friends and family (from both walks of life) reaching out to us on a daily basis exclaiming that our Wedding Reception was the "funnest" they've ever been to! Pinnacle made our Big Night absolutely perfect! One of the more calming levels of service Pinnacle provides is giving the Bride and Groom 100% control of the evening. It's true! You can select every single song down to the very last minute, just a few so they can use their expertise to fill the gaps, or somewhere in the middle (this is what we elected to do, and we were so pleased with the result!) This really gave our DJ/MC the freedom to read the crowd's energy and follow up with song after song that kept the crowd roaring and dancing. Pinnacle really made what seemed like the impossible, possible. Lastly, one of our favorite moments from the evening was their explosive introduction of our Bridal Party and our 1st introduction as Man and Wife: WOW! This completely set the pace for the evening, and had everyone on the edges of their seats!

My DJ jenn hunter was also phenomenal, my dancefloor was packed for the entire night. the music flowed from tina turner to country to bel biv devoe seamlessly. she accommodated any traditional irish songs that needed to be downloaded. Last but not least, peter was my incredible photographer. he was so easygoing and able to deal with the craziness of a big irish family. he made sure all of the shots I asked for were completed. he made the bride/groom photos fun being that we are a shy couple. overall I would highly recommend signing onboard with pinnacle. it makes your life so much easier!!! they send you reminder emails for things you should be thinking about such as timelines, deposits, and ideas for other general wedding stuff. To pick your music set list was so simple, they have the top favorites with quick audio clips, so makes it fun to listen and choose not overwhelming in the slightest~

fter talking to Stuart I knew they were the one. There was a mishap with my original planner that set me back a bit but when Nicki took over it was smooth sailing. Nicki was very friendly and informative and responded quickly during the planning. When the day of came she was on point and the entire day ran completely smooth. We also hired Peter, as our photographer, and our DJ through Pinnacle. The quality of the pictures along with the variety were great and the music kept us on the dance floor the whole time. It's crazy how it took a year to plan and then just flew by in a few hours. I wish we coukd rewind and do it all again! Thank you Pinnacle!

I had an in person meeting with Nicki where we figured out most the details and she was always quick to respond via email and phone. She was very organized and as I forgot things all the time but she was quick to stay on stop of it which was exactly what I needed. Week before the wedding we got on the phone with Austin who was our Dj who also had the same awesome attitude, he was hugely helpful and so easy to work with. He made sure to know exactly how to pronounce all the wedding party names and how we wanted the music to go. In our busy schedule we ended up not having time to get in engagement photos (which were included) but Peter was awesome about letting us now how we can still take advantage of a photo session after wedding. Leading up to the wedding Nikki had everything covered and all of them were on the same page.... benefits of using a company that works together 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Day before wedding I had a massive melt down due to it raining and Nikki honestly made me feel so much better about everything. I had full trust in her and she did such an amazing job. Day of was PERFECT. Absoutly beautiful set up, pictures were beautiful... Peter and Solo captured us perfectly, and Austin was the best Dj, he knew when to switch a song if people weren't dancing and everything ran smoothly. At most weddings I always hear people don't get a chance to eat but thanks to Nicki she had saved us appetizers and made our dinner plates and had our drinks waiting too 🙌🏽 Our guests raved about the dj, photographer and event planner which goes to show it didn't go unnoticed. ordinator and DJ be from the same company, since they both are going to be the main people keeping the event moving along, through planning, setup and coordinating AND through music and announcements. Austin was really great to work with, we were able to make music requests through Pinnacle's online system, and then he threw in some other songs based on the mood of the room. People were on the dance floor basically the entire night (which was my ultimate wish!). I also recommend adding ceremony music on if you don't have a live performer for your ceremony. Music and mics for the officiant are super important for the ceremony! Kayla was amazing - although she was my "day-of" coordinator, she worked with me for months ahead of time to make sure every detail was ready to go. I gave her my "vision" for the decor set up and she made it look even more perfect than I imagined. She also had a great planning outline that made me think of details that hadn't even crossed my mind. It really helped guide my planning when I wasn't sure what I should be working on. Also have to give a shoutout to Stuart (owner/founder of Pinnacle) - he was my first point of contact and was so nice, helpful, and responsive that I knew I had found the right vendor.

A special thank you to Austin, our DJ, who did an amazing job in crafting an amazing playlist given a taste of the type of music we like using Pinnacle's online planning portal in which you can plan as much or as little as you like - we opted for the latter, these guys are pros people! Long story short. Easy to deal with, easy going, great level of service and great music (the dance floor was never empty!). I would highly recommend anyone looking for DJ service for their special day, or any event, to contact Pinnacle!

Pinnacle for our DJ and uplighting at our venue. He and our coordinator worked really well together. The communication and planning was very easy with the on-line tools. The week before we had a great conversation with Austin, our actual DJ for the wedding (who did our music for the ceremony, cocktail party, dinner and reception.) He coordinated everything including the timing and fading in and out of all the songs necessary for all parts. He kept the dance floor full all night! The best comment I can share came from my daughter-in-law (who married my son 11 months earlier and has been in 11 weddings in the past 2 years), she said "the DJ was great, there was not a single song that I did not want to dance to all night! Best DJ ever!"

We ended up only requesting a few songs on the playlist (I forgot about it until that day it needed to be turned in ha) but he was able to pick other songs based on the selection we gave him and everyone raved about the music selection. It was difficult to find a wedding planner that was responsive when I was looking for information, which led me to believe that they wouldn't be responsive throughout the planning process either, enter Stuart. From the moment I spoke to him I felt at ease. He took his time and answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction in the planning process... before I even hired him. The original planner that we were assigned was struggling through some issues with her family, but Stuart made sure that we were always taken care of including meeting with us to do venue visits twice. He even made a difficult decision to assign a new planner closer to our date. Enter Nicki. From our first contact I knew we were on the same wavelength. I'm a little OCD and she appreciated my itemized spreadsheets and diagrams. She was responsive and took the reigns with our other vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. The day of went off with barely a hitch, and certainly none that anyone noticed except me. She took an excel file full of numbered decor items and turned it into exactly what I had envisioned and then some! Their online tools also made it incredibly easy to stay organized. The Pinnacle team is worth every penny and I would recommend them to any bride.... especially a northerner that appreciates southern hospitality but moves at a much faster pace! expectations. He listened to every word we wanted in terms of pictures and keeping them quick so that we could go on to enjoy the wedding we had been planning for over a year! My husband is not the kind of guy who is patient with taking pictures and standing still for too long and Peter was nothing short of amazing when it came to getting the picture done and moving on. I had 4 children ages 4 and under in our wedding party and that isn't always the easiest task getting all 4 kids to smile for the picture but yet again he did not disappoint. I have so many beautiful pictures to look back on to remember the most special and wonderful day of our lives and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being such a big part of our day Peter!!!
