Stephanie was incredibly helpful in bringing our vision to life. She offered insightful suggestions, asked thoughtful questions, and ensured every detail was considered. The flexibility to have both indoor and outdoor spaces was a dream come true, and the team's experience guided us through the decision-making process with ease. The food was absolutely delicious, earning high praise from our family and friends. The team's attention to detail extended to the finishing touches, including the elegant hanging of our name sign. The bowling and bocce ball activities were a huge hit, providing a fun and interactive way for guests to mingle. The bar staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's needs were met. love! We couldn't have picked a better place to have our ceremony and reception!! Maddie, our event coordinator, did an absolutely amazing job. Every step of the planning process was perfect and it seriously was a dream come true. Maddie and the rest of the staff made sure that all my questions were answered and the night went PERFECT!! I would recommend Pinstripe again and again. The food was delish, the staff made it so fun, and the venue fit us so well. Thank you Maddie and all of Pinstripes, Overland Park KS!!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Pinstripes and it was great! The food, staff, and set up were wonderful! There were sooo many food options and the family style was unique and I think I prefer it to a buffet now. The room was already set when we came to drop off some decor/gifts the morning of our dinner. The bowling was a fun addition for people who weren’t ready to head home yet. We have no complaints at all!

We made the right choice to have our wedding at Pinstripes! We had such an amazing time! Ashley, the event coordinator, was so on top of everything and answered all my questions quickly. Having the food, alcohol and cake all coordinated in house was a huge plus for us because it meant less coordination for us. The staff at our wedding was so courteous and went above and beyond to make all of our guests feel welcome and make sure they had a great time. Our server even packed us up some food to eat after the reception! I would highly recommend Pinstripes for your reception!

I loved our wedding at Pinstripes! They did such a good job. It was pretty inclusive (food, alcohol, cake, etc) which made it so easy to plan. The event coordinator that we worked with was amazing (Ashley). The service was awesome. Food was delicious. I've gotten so many compliments on how fun and nice our wedding was. I'm so glad I decided to have it here. I definitely recommend.

My husband and I were so happy with our choice for Pinstripes. The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing and it is a fun, unique choice. Our coordinator, Maddie L, was amazing. She was incredibly receptive to all our feedback and the day-of looked perfect. Maddie genuinely cared about our wedding and made us feel special. My only complaint would be that we had several coordinators before we ended up with Maddie. We did have the space booked for a little over one year, but having 4 different coordinators was a little much. However, everything turned out beautiful in the end and we were blown away by our wedding.

My husband and I loved getting married at Pinstripes!!!! Our guests had a blast and I have only heard great things about how fun our wedding was. That is what we were going for. We live in Northern Virginia but wanted to get married in KC, where I'm from. Sarah at Pinstripes was AMAZING to work with. We worked long distance via email and she was so sweet and helpful through the whole process. We visited for our initial tour and we knew we wanted to get married at Pinstripes. A month before the wedding we visited for a tasting and our final walk through and it was amazing. We didn't want to dance but we wanted to bowl instead. Pinstripes was the perfect place for that. We had the ceremony in part of the ballroom. Then we had cocktail hour on the patio, where guests were able to relax and play bocce. Then we had dinner in the other half of the ballroom and then we bowled in the upstairs bowling alley! The staff was super friendly and amazing, they were on point! They were always there checking on us and the guest to make sure everyone had what they needed. They were WONDERFUL!!! I really can't describe how thankful I am to them in just a few words. The food was fantastic and everyone has said how great it was and how full they were! We loved Pinstripes and we loved how they hosted our day! We recommend them to everyone that wants to have a fun wedding and a great venue!

I can't begin to explain how wonderful my wedding was. My husband and I got married at Pinstripes on Friday and I wouldn't change a thing. We began this process with them before it was even built and went through all the hardhat tours and everything. The staff at Pinstripes is amazing and always made sure everyone had what they needed and if they weren't at the table they would find them to make sure. It was everything I had imagined and more. They outdid themselves. We also had our cocktail hour on the balcony and reception in the ballroom as well. I can't believe how many guest have continued to talk about the food and atmosphere! We can't thank them enough for helping in every little single way they could and completing every single detail to pull off this amazing day! I wouldn't change a thing! If you are looking for somewhere different and unique, this is the place to go! Our guest LOVED it!

We were looking for something 'different' for our son's wedding reception and decided to be brave and book Pinstripes (before the venue was built!) We were their first private party and they did an outstanding job. The facility was beautiful and the food outstanding. Our guests enjoyed bocce ball, bowling, dancing and lots of eating. Several guests said that this was the most fun reception they'd ever been to! Bibs and the Pinstripes staff were patient, professional and helpful. We loved it!
