Piper and Muse fulfilled most of their contractual obligations leading up to the wedding. However, several key aspects of the planning process fell short, including budget management and invitations—both of which are critical. The invitations were sent out with incorrect information, which was deeply disappointing, and the budget was not addressed until months into planning. Despite having a budget tool (an Excel sheet), it was never fully updated, leading to the wedding going significantly over budget.
The most challenging and stressful issues arose during the wedding weekend. Unfortunately, our wedding planner became ill and was unable to attend. Per the contract, Piper selected an alternative planner with equal qualifications. However, this individual was unfamiliar with the wedding details, had not established rapport with the bride and groom, and lacked a warm or supportive demeanor. Their overall attitude conveyed a sense of overwhelm and reluctance, which added stress to an already difficult situation.
My daughter, the bride, had to relay all the wedding details to the new planner while driving to the wedding destination on Thursday. Given the last-minute nature of this arrangement, important tasks were left incomplete, and the timing of events was significantly impacted. When timing issues arise at a wedding, it can lead to wasted resources, including food, alcohol, transportation, and vendors, ultimately resulting in financial losses.
On the day of the wedding, Piper was present at the venue. However, she neither introduced herself nor acknowledged the difficulties caused by the absence of the original planner. I wouldn’t even recognize her now, as she never engaged with me or my husband. Instead, we found ourselves negotiating details with the hotel owner mere minutes before we had to prepare for the wedding, without assistance from Piper or her team.
After the wedding, we sent a letter to Piper expressing our disappointment with the “Day Of Wedding” services. To date, we have received no response or acknowledgment of our concerns. A simple expression of empathy, encouragement, or recognition of the stress caused would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, no one from Piper and Muse offered such support during the wedding or in response to our follow-up.
Writing this review is not something I wanted to do. Like any parent, I had hoped to praise and rave about the team that made my daughter’s wedding unforgettable. While Piper and Muse were adequate in some areas, they fell far short of the level of service we expected given their fees.

I was a bride who had a destination wedding planned by Piper & Muse, who was so good, I have actually procrastinated on writing this review as I did not know how I could possibly do Piper and her team justice.
If you are looking for someone who can make your dream a reality, look no further. I am *certifiably* the pickiest person when it comes to design & floral Piper fielded all of my feedback, never making me feel bad, as I sorted through flowers until I found *the* perfect shade of pink. She didn't just meet me where I was -- in the end she upleveled my vision to the max.
Piper is so patient. I am a perfectionist, and finding your way to what you really want can be an iterative process. Piper never ever made me feel bad for that. She supported me every time. At one point at my tasting, I wasn't thrilled with one of the entrees. She worked with the venue, giving them the feedback, and the remade it for us before the wedding -- it was outstanding. This is one of many examples.
If you are looking for someone who will make you feel cared for throughout the journey, look no further. I was floored by the kindness and care demonstrated by Piper throughout my journey. She reassured me when I struggled to find the right dress or makeup trial. She always ensured I did not settle for anything. Piper brought along Caren to my wedding weekend, and though I had not even met her before, I felt such warmth from her the moment I met her. The two of them made me feel truly so supported, like I could be myself and be vulnerable and have all of those big feelings you have surrounding your special day. It was so above and beyond anything I expected.
If you are looking for someone who will work hard for your wedding, again, hire Piper & Muse. She will ensure your event is amazing. From planning, to how her and Caren worked morning and night at the venue for days on end, you won't find anyone more dedicated to the success of your event. I could sit back and enjoy the wedding without a care.
Piper took my scattered pieces of a dream and made a reality more beautiful than I ever could imagine. Honestly, I will never be the same for the wedding weekend I had.

Working with Caren as my wedding planner was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, she understood exactly what I envisioned—my Barbie pink dream wedding—and turned it into a reality beyond anything I could have imagined. Every detail was meticulously planned, and the result was absolutely stunning!
One of the things that stood out the most was how Caren worked seamlessly with every vendor. Multiple vendors actually told me that she was the most organized planner they'd ever worked with. It's so reassuring to know that someone so detail-oriented was overseeing everything.
As someone who can get easily overwhelmed, especially with the pressures of planning a wedding, Caren was a calming presence. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, she always knew how to put my mind at ease and help me stay focused. She truly has a way of making you feel like everything is under control.
When I was feeling overwhelmed, my family could be a bit difficult, but Caren knew exactly how to handle them with grace. She stepped in when necessary and made sure everything ran smoothly, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
On the big day, I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew Caren had everything handled. It was honestly the best day of my life, and I owe so much of that happiness to her. If you want your wedding day to be flawless, stress-free, and truly magical, Caren is the one you need. I will forever be grateful to her for making all of my wedding dreams come true!
Do NOT recommend. Wedding planner Madeline (doesn’t seem like she works here anymore - started her own business kinda seemed like drama.. but I digress) did not show up to the wedding (isn’t that your literal one job?) and gave less than a 24 hrs notice. Her “replacement” Caren was incompetent, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful - which led to so much stress on the part of the mother of the bride and the maid of honor. Stephanie showed up at the beginning to help put welcome bags in the rooms, but past that didn’t do anything. Piper met with the parents of the bride and the hotel owner HOURS before bride walked down the aisle and Piper didn’t say a word (didn’t introduce herself or even say hello). Horrible representation as a business owner. For these prices - like are you insane... Wedding planner went over budget and messed up names on invitations and gave NO remedy for this. Further, we asked for a refund / some sort of compensation for the chaos that was Madeline bailing on the wedding and sending someone whose job could have been better done by a 4 year old — NO response, we sent several emails and nothing - EXTREMELY unprofessional and we are super upset. Yall should be ashamed. Email or message me if you’re thinking about using them and I can give more details. Don’t waste your money.
Stephanie Hubbell of Piper and Muse and the rest of her team were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Stephanie is an incredible human-being and is an angel from above. We joke that we would want to get married again just so that we could work with her again. Anybody would be lucky to have her as their wedding planner as she is so sweet, down to earth, and personable! We love her to the moon and back and give our unconditional recommendation of her.
Two words ... unprofessional and rude. My sister-in-law coordinated a makeup artist for the day of the wedding for my sisters & I. The makeup artist reached out to Piper for assistance with a suitable room and an extension cord for use. Piper told the makeup artist to "figure it out herself." When the makeup artist inquired about payment, I sent a text to Piper who replied "we texted about it." The makeup artist said she never received any information from Piper about payment, hence why she asked me. I sent several other text messages to get clarification on family photos, etc because my sisters and I had questions and she was non-responsive. Her assistant (never knew her name as she never bothered to introduce herself) was equally as rude and unprofessional. From dress to attitude there was nothing about them that indicated they were the wedding planners for my brothers wedding. If I didn't know any better I would think that they had an issue with Black people (the grooms family is Black). I would not recommend them to anyone.
We couldn't have been happier with Piper and Muse and in particular Stephanie Hubbell who helped us plan the perfect wedding for my daughter. Stephanie was engaged in every step keeping us on our timeline and recommending vendors and great ideas that we loved. I highly recommend their services.
Although we hired Piper & Muse to assist with a fundraiser gala and not a wedding, Stephanie Hubbell did an amazing job! We were so pleased that our event raised record money and the program for the evening went so smoothly that everyone was giving our volunteer committee high fives. Little did they know what Stephanie and her team at Piper & Muse were working their magic behind the scenes, coordinating with the hotel and vendors (band, 2 decor companies, prop and furniture rental company, A/V and music companies). Stephanie anticipated all our needs and was pro-active in heading off any potential issues....her experience in pulling off flawless events shows. We would use her and Piper & Muse again!
Caren Casas was our wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding, and we were so glad to have had her expertise. She is knowledgable, efficient, organized, and very professional. She's also very calm, friendly and easy to work with. Caren officially took over planning for us about 4-6 weeks prior, but she had no problem making herself available to us earlier when needed. She was always available to answer questions and prompt when returning messages. Her experience working with many venues and vendors in the area definitely shows. She made great suggestions on vendors when requested, and coordinated all the timelines perfectly. She went above and beyond from start to finish, from serving elderly guests to cleaning up afterwards. She took the time to review contracts resulting in saving us some money, which was very welcome. I would highly recommend Caren to anyone planning a wedding. Having her was a blessing and allowed us all to enjoy the day. For the amount of time she spent working on my daughter's wedding, I believe the price was very reasonable. She was fabulous and worth every penny.
Let me start out by saying, I am a control freak who believes I can do it all. When my daughter's wedding came along, I railed against the idea of a "hiring a wedding planner for a family event". Of all the days to bother her, I texted Piper AT the summer bridal show and, lo and behold, she immediately texted me back! She assigned Stephanie to our November wedding and we had nothing but compliments and positive remarks about the flawlessness of the occasion from start to finish. Stephanie did not overlook a single detail; she anticipated our needs and was able to make adjustments as the need arose. Broken necklace: fixed. Need a hair pin: here you go. She brings an entire case of pins, glue, tape, needles and thread, tools for repairs. I swear she even has a magic wand!
She did not take over - as I feared - but was more like a friend and family member orchestrating a symphony from behind the curtain. I cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to her for all she did to make my only daughter's wedding a work of art and as we heard that night, "the best wedding we have ever been to"!
When my wedding day coordinator suddenly cancelled on me three weeks before my wedding, I did a google search and frantically started making phone calls. Luckily, Piper and Muse had availability on my date and they contacted me within the same day to get details. I worked with Stephanie and her intern Caroline. They saved my wedding! There is no way we would have been able to do this without their help. She immediately helped me with my vendor contracts, floor plans, timeline, and organizing decorations. She met up with me several times at both venues to go over details in order to get things perfect. There were also two other ladies on the wedding day helping set up earlier at the restaurant during our ceremony. Stephanie had experience working with large Asian weddings and kept us following our timeline all night. She was very knowledgeable in helping me with every little detail. Very easy to talk to and understanding. She even followed up with me for days after the wedding searching for missing items! Hiring her and her team from Piper and Muse was the best decision we made. I am glad my other coordinator cancelled, so that we could work with Stephanie! Highly recommended!
As any bride knows, wedding planning is extremely stressful and busy, especially the closer you get to the wedding date. I had Caren as my day of coordinator and she was incredibly helpful from the start of the process. She even recommended some of our vendors who we are so glad we went with! She was easily accessible to answer any questions we had and had suggestions ready when needed. Because of Caren, our day went seamlessly and it was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to if I can say so myself!

Piper Hatfield is the best wedding coordinator a girl (and her mom) could ask for! When our initial coordinator fell through, it was probably for the best as Piper took up the reigns and did a beyond phenomenal job. From our first meeting to the day after the wedding, Piper was on point and so personable that I felt we had known each other forever. It was also so helpful that Piper knew so much about the vendors and already had working relationships with most (if not all) of them...it didn't hurt either that all the vendors love/loved working with her! Piper has created such a great thing with Piper & Muse that I can't say thank you enough for all she (and they) did to make the wedding planning and wedding day so amazing...thank you thank you THANK YOU!
I can't say enough about how amazing Piper and Muse and specifically our planner Stephanie Hubbell was for our wedding! I met Stephanie in a very interesting way-- I was in a panic as my previous planner left me high and dry (due to reasons that were not all completely her fault) -- I had all my main vendors, but did not have a final design or general plan for the day. After interviewing Stephanie on the phone, she reassured me that she would be able help me get on track, even giving me a few pointers before I even decided to book with her! They worked with me on price (since I already lost quite a bit of money with the last planner) and was worth every penny and more!
Once we got started, Stephanie was always on point. She was available when I needed her, help me find an excellent design/decor coordinator, and held my hand through the whole planning process and right through the wedding day. One thing I really appreciated with Stephanie was her honesty and her willing to let me know if something did not make sense or if I was going overboard on an idea-- but she always heard me out first. We had a great plan for execution of the wedding-- unfortunately it started very late due to vendors showing up late and not being prepared (whole different story/review). Stephanie saved the day though by making some last minute decisions getting most things back on track! The day was very successful and everything we planned-- came together and was very beautiful :) We even made it on Style me pretty which was just a glimpse into how beautiful the day was :) Thank you so much Stephanie for all your help!! Planning a wedding is extremely stressful- hiring Piper as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we ever made! Piper is an incredibly hard worker and goes way above and beyond her contract obligations for her clients and it shows in every wedding or event she plans! She is well connected and uses her knowledge and resources to help out her clients. Not only does she have reasonable pricing, but she saved us so much money along the way and made the planning process stress free, fun and easy!
The best thing about Piper is her thoughtfulness and intuition- once I told her our vision for our big day she immediately understood what we wanted and delivered!

Wow! Piper did such an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. We chose her because she had extensive experience with our wedding venue, the Astorian. For us, Piper's strongest quality was her ability to negotiate with our vendors. She did a superb job going back repeatedly to vendors and figuring out a way to achieve our vision and staying close to our budget. Piper also worked well with the numerous personalities in our wedding party. Lastly, she went above and beyond with our numerous calls, meetings, and all-day vendor consults, as we were planning our Houston wedding from NYC. We highly recommend her!
I hired Stephanie as my wedding coordinator and she did such a fantastic job! We hired her after we selected our date and venue and she was heavily involved after that. I felt nervous about executing on the decor of the wedding and she helped me get through it all, while listening to what I liked and disliked and offering helpful suggestions from there. She has a great list of vendors she likes to work with and that saved us a ton of time and research. Her recommended vendors also executed well and made our wedding a day we will never forgot! I was an incredibly organized type A bride and I was so pleased at how easy and comfortable working with Stephanie was. I would text her and email her random thoughts, suggestions, and questions that came to mind, even if during the wee hours of the night and she would respond promptly and keep it all organized. Stephanie is not just an event coordinator but she becomes your best friend throughout wedding planning! Thank you Stephanie for being the caring and talented person that you are!!!
Stephanie is an amazing wedding planner! She helped us throughout the entire process. Being that we were planning a wedding in Houston from out of town, we needed someone reliable and Stephanie went over and beyond for us. From the moment we met all the way through the wedding day, she gave us so many helpful suggestions. She even helped plan a surprise flash mob dance at my maid of honor’s request (it was epic!). On the day of the wedding Stephanie held all of our vendors accountable and made sure we got what we paid for. Her assistant Karen took really great care of us the entire night. Overall, if you’re looking for an excellent experience, go with Stephanie at Piper & Muse!
We worked with Caren for our day-of planning needs. She was wonderful and was helpful in ways I couldn't imagine. Her attention to detail and ability to operate behind the scenes totally took the burden off me (the bride) and my mother. She gave great recommendations leading up to the BIG DAY and I would definitely plan my next event her again!

We hired Piper and Muse for Day Of (the last 6 weeks) planning. LAURA was a dream come true. She was so organized and on top of everything, it allowed me to focus on working full time and my two rodeo committees with an end of March wedding date.
She kept in full communication with a all of the vendors, prepared a seamless schedule, and knew what questions to ask me. If I didn't have her, we wouldn't have had a send off or "programs" since I completely forgot about these items. During the wedding rehearsal she even was able to keep my mom calm. On the wedding day she made sure everything ran smoothly and on track.
Marissa from Piper and Muse was incredible! She was so helpful before the wedding, the day of, and with tying up loose ends afterwards. I completely fell in love with her when two days before the wedding we were at a family dinner, I got a lengthy email from the venue, and she completely handled all of it and answered all questions so I didn't have to. The wedding day was so perfect, and went off without a hitch! She was so easy to work with, very responsive to all emails and calls, and managed the timeline so I didn't have to once think about what to do when. I am so happy she was our coordinator!!
My husband and I got married in October 2017, and the one item I had wanted to splurge on was getting a coordinator on our wedding day so I could just enjoy getting the actual experience of getting married. We used Piper & Muse (P&M) for their day-of-wedding coordination services, which actually starts about 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. Marissa Moody was our coordinator, and she was FANTASTIC even though we were the first wedding she was fully in charge of. On the day of our wedding, we had assistance from another P&M wedding coordinator and an intern (both great!), which allowed Marissa to remain with us at the ceremony while they went to prep the reception.
Even though we chose the day-of-wedding coordination package, Marissa was also available with vendor suggestions and advice any time we needed it. We used her (and Piper’s) suggestions for our wedding photographer (shout out to Kim Schaffer, who did a fabulous job with our engagement and wedding photos!), reception entertainment, and cake stands, but we picked our own florist, baker, and other vendors. At no time did we feel pressured to use a P&M recommended vendor, and Marissa was wonderful in working with all our vendors during the last few weeks leading up to the wedding.
We had already decided to have our wedding reception at Brennan’s of Houston, and Marissa had previous experience working with them on other weddings. The fact that she had developed good relationships with the folks at Brennan’s really helped ease our nerves during all the craziness of wedding planning.
She also did a walkthrough of both the church and Brennan’s with us, and she was great in pointing out important details that we hadn’t fully worked out (e.g. setup and ambiance for cocktail hour, details about each part of the day’s timeline, arranging to get all our stuff to the reception and back home again).
Marissa was always professional, organized, and attentive to details, and she was a calm, steadying presence when I started to get overwhelmed with all of the details that invariably come with planning a wedding. Even during the rush of activity in the last few weeks, she was always prompt and timely in her responses, super helpful, and gracious. Having her at the helm on our wedding day really let us enjoy getting married, and we would highly recommend her to other couples who are starting their wedding planning process!

In my first meeting with Piper and Stephanie I knew I wanted their help. Piper was confident and knowledgeable. Stephanie was assigned to my wedding and was the best thing to happen to us. Our wedding wasn't an easy one to plan as it had a vintage circus theme with 1920's elements to it. Stephanie did an amazing job coordinating everything from start to finish. She was very accessible, organized and patient with me. The wedding was an absolute hit. Men that didn't even want to attend the wedding with their wives said it was the best wedding they had ever been too. More than 5 people told us that it was the best wedding ever. Thank you, Stephanie for all your hard work, patience and the friendship we developed over the year planning this wedding.
Planning a wedding is hard. At first I was against the idea of having a wedding planner and thought that I could do it all myself. I quickly discovered there was no way I would be able to and after some research I found Stephanie Hubbell with Piper & Muse. For a very reasonable rate (and believe me... worth every penny) Stephanie was there every step of the way while I planned our wedding. She was constantly checking in on me, provided invaluable insight, and kept everything organized. I think it is safe to say that I feel as if our wedding was perfect and the majority of that was due to Stephanie. If I could give one piece of advice to anyone that is getting married it would be to get at least a day of wedding planner and to be sure that it is Stephanie from Piper & Muse!
Our coordinator, Jamie, was a LIFESAVER. No exaggeration. There's no way my fiancé and I could have had the wedding of our dreams without her help, coordination, and management.
Even though we paid for just the last month and day-of coordination, Jamie was available anytime with vendor suggestions and advice. I used her suggestions for florists and linens, and both vendors were favorites at my wedding! Whenever I was stressed about something, I knew she was just a call, text, or email away. She was always prompt and super helpful.
On the days leading up to the wedding and the actual day, Jamie showed us just how necessary it is to have a coordinator. She stayed on top of vendors, created a master timeline for all of the wedding party and our parents, stayed at the church/reception hall while vendors set up, organized all deliveries, cut the cake, cleaned up post-party, and solved many a would-be crisis on the actual wedding day with poise. I got sick for an hour after overheating in my dress, which was totally embarrassing, and Jamie made me feel calm and kept my groom informed without drawing attention to our guests that I was missing. I knew that our party was in safe hands with Jamie at the helm.
After the wedding, she has still kept everything under control! Our priest didn't sign our marriage license because he had to leave unexpectedly, and she coordinated with him, the church, and my mother-in-law to get everything signed Sunday and ready to go while we're on our honeymoon. We didn't even have to ask!
Brides, take it from me and hire a wedding coordinator for your big day. Enjoy the last moments with your family and don't stress about vendor drop-off, set-up, and any mishaps that may happen the day-of. Jamie was worth every penny and more for her services! We truly can't thank her enough!
What would I have done without Piper?! Hiring her was the easiest decision I made during the wedding planning process. She was communicative, organized, and supportive. Piper gently pushed me to consider things she knew I would appreciate (hello, upgraded linens) while also discouraging non-essential details to help me keep my vision without going crazy. On wedding day, she handled so many difficult situations I didn't even know were happening! She was nothing but gracious, kind, and sweet. Piper & Muse was extremely helpful during the last month of our wedding planning. As stressful as the days leading up to the wedding were, Laura responded back to each email in a timely manner and gave suggestions when needed. Our wedding was quite hectic, especially due to the rain and Laura truly kept me calm throughout the entire process. Piper also returned some wedding props the day after for me, which helped a ton! Not to mention they are two of the sweetest individuals-Thanks for everything! Definite recommendation!
After scoping out several different wedding planners, I became convinced there was no one we could afford that would or could help us coordinate our dream wedding on my family's farm (or willing to work within our budget to do it). Enter Piper & Muse. Stephanie was our coordinator and we simply could not have done it without her! She helped us from the very start, going out of her way to visit the farm and walk through our vision with us. She dealt with all the day of snafus like a champ, and took us through the whole process with a down-to-earth yet enthusiastic personality that was so refreshing and is hard to find. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her, and I can't thank her enough or possibly list all the details of how she helped us along the way. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking for a rad wedding planner!
We hired Stephanie Hubbell from Piper & Muse. Seriously, look no further. Hiring Stephanie was a great decision. She made the planning process so easy. She is incredibly professional and organized and came to every vendor meeting well-prepared. All of our family members were so impressed with the way she kept the rehearsal and wedding running so smoothly. You know that awesome feeling when someone (who you know is incredibly capable) takes a HUGE project off of your plate? That was Stephanie x200. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted as soon as we hired her and then she delivered and was the MVP of our wedding day (which turned out to be the BEST DAY EVER). Thank you so much, Stephanie. I was the first person in my immediate family and only the second person out of my group of close-knit friends to have recently gone through the wedding planning process, so I didn't have much knowledge or many references for vendors, etc. Stephanie knows the ins and outs of the wedding industry in Houston and has a vast knowledge base of vendors. In the end, we were very pleased with all of her recommendations!
As for the weekend of the wedding, Stephanie was a rock star! From being present for the church rehearsal the night before to being on-site 4-5 hours before anything even began on the day-of, Stephanie was on top of everything and kept everyone on schedule. We really could not have done it without her!

We are so happy that we had Stephanie helping us plan my daughter's wedding and coordinating all of the vendors before and during the event. She went the extra mile the day before and day of the wedding, when we learned that rain was forecast on the wedding day. The wedding was intended to be outdoors. She helped develop a "rain plan" and was at the facility for about 10 hours on the wedding day making sure that everything went smoothly. Thank you, Stephanie, for making the wedding a great success.
Hiring Stephanie was seriously the best idea ever. We went through my sister's wedding without hiring a day of coordinator and our family members were busy organizing people/events when they should have just been enjoying themselves, so we learned from this and hired Piper & Muse when my turn came around! Stephanie was great. She started about 6 weeks before our wedding and we had a conference call (we live in Chicago, wedding in Houston) and then met in person. She set up a timeline and contacted all of our vendors to make sure everything was just right. On the day of our wedding she was on top of everything. Gave us a 5 minute warning for cake cutting, let us know when it was time for garter/bouquet toss, got everyone out of the room for our last private dance-- literally did everything. If you are thinking about hiring them for day of or more-- just do it. If you have to give up one thing due to budget, don't give up this!
If you are on the fence about getting a Day of Coordinator look no further!! Stephanie completely made planning the wedding a positive experience for me and I would recommend a day of coordinator to anyone who thinks (like I did) that they can plan the wedding alone. I was convinced that being a type A, organized person that planning a wedding wasn't as stressful as everyone would always make it out to be. My fiance really encouraged me to find a coordinator knowing that even if I thought I could manage the planning, I really would need someone to advocate for me and keep the show going on the day of the wedding. I came to realize that shows and movies documenting the trials and tribulations of planning a wedding were comically accurate and was SO RELIEVED that I had Stephanie. Stephanie kept me on track and was a true LIFESAVER on the day of the wedding. My fiance was transferred for his job soon after getting engaged which left me to fend for myself during most meetings and final walk throughs. Stephanie came with me and helped me with questions to ask and to make sure that everyone was on the same page the day of the wedding. Stephanie was VERY warm, kind, punctual and organized throughout the whole process and the day of the wedding. She even showed up with the most impressively organized emergency kit on the day of. My veteran bridesmaid of 13 weddings was even impressed. All in all, if you are on the fence or are looking for someone who truly cares, Stephanie is that person for you!
Piper & Muse is wonderful and I wish I could select more stars than 5! I had Stephanie as my days-of coordinator for my back-to- back Indian and American weddings and she was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she exceptionally organized and proactive about finalizing and confirming all the details with vendors, she was an absolute pleasure to spend time with and was such a source of comfort and reassurance for our families. She was so culturally sensitive and a great sport about everything! She truly loves what she does and her passion for creating a perfect wedding experience was noticed by everyone. My bridesmaids absolutely loved her and our families said "Thank goodness for Stephanie!" more times than I can count. She also routinely went above and beyond and would check in with me regularly to offer emotional support when I needed it, in addition to coming with me to all the vendor meetings. Working with her was one of the very best decisions we made throughout the wedding process and it truly would not have been possible without her! She is such a lovely person and an absolute gem of a planner!
We used Piper and Muse for Day Of (the last 6 weeks) planning and it was the best decision we made!! Stephanie is SO easy to work with and just a genuinely good person. She was on top of every last detail, helped us make important decisions, and recommended last minute changes to make the day perfect!! On the day of, she was organized and calm, even when makeup took longer than expected. I forgot to wear my garter and she ran up to our hotel room and grabbed the garter in time for us to do the garter toss at the reception!! She even helped get rid of some wedding crashers at our reception!! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day incredible, and she allowed my mom and I to enjoy the day rather than stress about small things! Stephanie and Piper and Muse are wonderful!!!
Stephanie was my day of coordinator. She was absolutely perfect. Her bubbly personality always got me thru a tough vendor or difficult decision. My family loved her and she made my special day very special for me and my groom. Thanks for going above and beyond.
After getting engaged and setting the date for only 4 months away, I knew I needed help. Piper was quite literally a life saver in those 4 months and more than anything, on the day of. She had the best suggestions for vendors, they were all fantastic! She will do everything she possibly can to keep you (the bride) calm and stress-free. I highly suggest going with the full wedding planning package. I would've paid double for her and her services! My husband and I kind of miss her now... such a wonderful person!

I would never want to get married without Piper by my side. I interviewed many wedding planners as I had heard this was the most important and very first thing you should do. I loved Piper from our very first meeting and she brought a calm to the entire process. She steered me towards vendors that turned out to be awesome.
She has impeccable taste, is very organized and knowledgeable on the entire process, and therefore our planning meetings were of great value. She took charge the weekend of the wedding and my mom and I were able to enjoy the entire day. Her timeline of the day was perfect and she kept everyone on schedule. She moved the entire wedding party of 35 from point a to point b, and on and on. That was no small feat. She made sure the reception was set up as planned and she was there at our side the entire night keeping everything on schedule. Thanks to Piper everything ran like clockwork. Anything that I needed that day or night…she was at my side. She handled all the vendors for me and I didn’t have to worry about any details. She went to retrieve an extra set of heels out of my mom’s room for her aching feet during the middle of the reception. She was amazing throughout the entire process. I’m pretty organized…but looking back I would have hired Piper for even for more hours than I did. I know Piper handled many things behind the scenes that I have no idea about…which made my day even more perfect. I just wanted to have the best wedding ever and enjoy every minute of it…and thanks to Piper…I did!
Piper was wonderful to work with. She offers a variety of different levels and service, and tailors her approach to your specific needs and level of interest in the whole planning process. I chose to select month-of wedding coordination services, and Piper was great to work with. She was tenacious in following up with vendors and ensuring arrivals/logistics were organized. She helped me do a better job of being prepared for everything that would occur the day of the wedding and how fast time would fly! Piper did day of coordination of my daughters wedding. She did an outstanding job throughout. She helped us when we had problems leading up to the wedding. Hiring Piper for partial wedding planning was the best decision I made related to our wedding, besides marrying my husband. I was on the fence first about using any sort of wedding planner, but Piper made every penny worth it. I was actually able to enjoy the wedding planning process and the actual wedding day because I knew Piper and her team were there to help me through the whole process. From helping negotiate vendor contracts, giving vendor recommendations (who all ended up having the same high level of quality and service), creating the day of timeline and executing it to perfection, to everything in between, Piper exceeded expectations. She was professional and friendly in all of our interactions, and typically responded within minutes of emailing her. I ended up using a lot of her vendor recommendations (i.e. caterer, florist, linens) and when they all found out I was working with Piper they seemed to relax instantly and know that everything was going to be handled professionally from there on out. Piper and her team really made it so that all I had to worry about on the day of the wedding was getting beautified and not tripping down the aisle. All in all a wonderful experience working with her, and would recommend Piper & Muse to any Houston area bride (or any bride for that matter). Thanks Piper!
Piper was great from beginning to end. She came to all of our vendor meetings and had so many suggestions from cakes, flowers, photographer and photo booths. She even called everybody to make sure that everyone was accounted for before our wedding. She also worked great with all our vendors. No complaints at all.
She was always available when we needed her and she went out of her way on our wedding day to make sure that everything went well.
She even helped me pick up tuxes (they were way too big) for our two ring bearers when we were short on time. She went all the way to the distribution center to make sure they looked great!
The evening flowed great and she was always keeping us on schedule!
I was one of those brides who didn't think I needed a wedding coordinator. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, had helped both of my sisters execute their weddings and had plenty of time to plan my own. I'm so glad I came to my senses and hired Piper. Even though I only hired her to help me the month of the wedding- Piper was helping me months in advance. She helped me keep track of all of my contracts, served as a liaison between me and my vendors and reminded me of small details that I hadn't thought of.
My wedding day was a beautiful, seamless experience. I enjoyed every second of the day because I had Piper there handling all of the details and all of the set-up. Her personality is perfect for this business because she is full of energy and yet she is able to make you feel calm and relaxed. From our very first meeting I felt like Piper understood my vision and the aura I was trying to create. I still can't believe that everything went so perfectly. Thank you Piper & Muse Events!!
