The Grand Lobby exemplifies this, replete with crystal accents and marble flooring. You can host your ceremony in The Atrium, a covered courtyard setting that features a glass ceiling and pond. The catering through Pipers was also fantastic. Chef Jeffrey does such a good job and all of the guests food was hot and perfect. They are so accommodating to our needs with special food restrictions, etc. Ashley, their coordinator, helped the day go smoothly and helped make sure everything was perfect for my husband and I time and time again. The staff and manager Tommy did a wonderful job easing my stress as the night winded down, as well. They helped move our decorations off tables for us while my mom packed it away. Overall, Pipers was the best venue I could imagine for my wedding. They were kind, caring, and felt like friends by the end of the process.

We had the most basic package, and people raved about the food - so I can only image how delightful some of the upgraded meal options would be. Pipers was very accommodating of our lengthy list of dietary restrictions. We appreciated that we could pick up our items the next day (there was not an event the following day). There are two things that are causing me to leave 4 stars instead of 5. First, there was a bit of a snafu with seating at one of our tables. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but one of my bridal party members didn't have a seat at her assigned table. At first, the staff said they would not be able to seat her there and she would have to sit elsewhere. Fortunately, one of the servers stepped in and quickly set a place for her and made sure she got her meal. The other issue was that when guest started arriving, the gate to the parking lot was locked so the guests weren't able to get in through the front door and had to enter through the service door. Pipers did get it fixed, but apparently it was a bit of hassle for the guests. Even though there were these small issues, I am pleased to say that I didn't learn about any of them until after the event, so for my husband and I, the reception went very smoothly!

We cannot believe how reasonably priced everything was - especially considering that you get either Debra or Ashley as a day-of coordinator in the package. They also include linens, easels, and mirrors and votives for centerpieces if desired. I left the day we signed feeling as if I could walk in off the street and get married there - it's that beautiful. Any decorations we added were above and beyond. The food was incredible - Chef Jeff was amazing and truly made sure we had exactly what we wanted. At the end of the event, staff neatly boxed everything that had been on our dining tables including the cake table. It was incredible. Ashley was definitely on top of things as the day approached, making sure that all of the details lined up with our expectations. On the actual wedding day, she was a calming influence and an excellent leader - exactly what you want in someone who's helping to run the show. lus, the cheesecake will change your mind on if you really need a traditional wedding cake (you don't!). The venue itself was gorgeous and every table and chair was set up the way we had discussed. No stone was left unturned in the planning process and they were very upfront about changes that occurred since a change of management when we first signed the contract. Speaking of change of management, the only reason I would not rate this experience 5 stars would be the new manager. I did not have a pleasant experience working with her and didn't quite feel like she cared too much. I mostly worked with Ashley, who was great at her job and was so attentive. I had nothing to worry about the day of knowing that Ashley and her team had everything set up perfectly! Since it was an all inclusive venue/caterer, that made wedding planning so much easier with everything under one roof. I did not have any problems with food and thought everything was delicious! The tasting session allowed my groom and I to make sure we had the perfect menu choice! The room spaces were also set up just how I requested and I thought everything was beautiful.
I unfortunately have to rate Pipers with four stars instead of five because of my poor experience with the company's current Director of Sales. She was unpleasant to work with from the moment she took over the position (she was not who I signed the contract with). For being a professional in the hospitality industry, her people skills lack warmth and patience. It is too bad she is currently the front-facing team member of the company. Her colleague, Ashely, who is currently the Service Manager, helped ensure my special day was full of everything I needed and more! She was a blessing.
If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. Overall, I had a good experience and am happy I picked Pipers at the Marott for my wedding!

All we did was drop off our stuff and the event staff had it all set up and ready to go for us. The place is so beautiful and the food is delicious - really, a lot of my guests told me how great the food was. The event staff, management, and chefs are simply amazing and I would 100% recommend this place for your wedding venue. It is also affordable. This is one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding and you will not regret having your reception here! I will definitely be using Pipers for future events!

o arrange was our cake, DJ and photographer...Pipers took care of everything else from the set-up, clean-up, tables/chairs, linens, all services, staff, and food/alcohol. They even had some decor items we borrowed instead of buying them ourselves. The staff was hands down amazing!!! The coordinators responded to my emails within minutes every single time! The wait staff were always circulating with appetizers, the bartender remembered what everyone was drinking all night, and the venue/catering coordinators worked flawlessly with my DJ and photographer. The food was amazing!!! Every plate looked beautiful and we received lots of compliments from our guests. Our favorite was definitely the duck spring roll appetizers!! I could have made a meal out of just those! Even some of the younger kids loved them! I can't begin to say how grateful we are for all the staff at Pipers for making our wedding so beautiful and so easy to plan! The venue is simply gorgeous!!!
