Piper's is CLOSING. They cancelled my wedding. They didn't bother to even call to share this information - rather leaving me panicked over email. From that moment on they have refu...
sed to answer my phone calls, blocked me on social media, and left me stranded and desperately looking for another venue from halfway across the country. Furthermore, their director told me a month ago this wouldn't happen. I have never felt as lied to or taken advantage of.
Pipers is the most beautiful venue in Indianapolis! So many of my guests were raving about how great everything looked. You barely have to decorate due to its already unique look. ...
The catering through Pipers was also fantastic. Chef Jeffrey does such a good job and all of the guests food was hot and perfect. They are so accommodating to our needs with special food restrictions, etc. Ashley, their coordinator, helped the day go smoothly and helped make sure everything was perfect for my husband and I time and time again. The staff and manager Tommy did a wonderful job easing my stress as the night winded down, as well. They helped move our decorations off tables for us while my mom packed it away. Overall, Pipers was the best venue I could imagine for my wedding. They were kind, caring, and felt like friends by the end of the process.
I cannot say enough good things about Ashley! She’s literally the best she made our day amazing! Every time I had a question or concern she got back to me quickly even on the days ...
she was not working. The venue is gorgeous we fell in love with it right away. We got the basic package when it came to the food and everyone loved the food. I’m so happy that we went with Pipers it was a great experience and Ashley made it even better!
Thank you very much for such a wonderful Survivor Luncheon on Sunday!

icult. Everyone communicated in a timely manner. And THE FOOD IS 5 STAR RESTAURANT QUALITY!! Overall the place is absolutely beautiful! Our family and friends are still raving about “the wedding of year”!!! Thank you to Ashley & the whole Pipers team for making my wedding beautiful!

wanted and was within our budget, and was very easy and communicative to work with.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous and can be transformed into a perfect wedding space, or honestly is quite beautiful even without decor.
Our event planner, Ashley, was absolutely perfect. She was extremely responsive, extremely helpful, and had everything absolutely perfect on our wedding day.
The food was by far and away the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding, with extremely reasonable portion sizes.
Every single piece of our wedding at Pipers was absolutely perfect, and at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone without the slightest reservation.
Overall we were quite pleased with our experience at Pipers. We only used them for our reception. We worked mostly with Ashley. She was great. She answers emails quickly and helped...
us work through the details of the evening. The food was excellent. We had the most basic package, and people raved about the food - so I can only image how delightful some of the upgraded meal options would be. Pipers was very accommodating of our lengthy list of dietary restrictions. We appreciated that we could pick up our items the next day (there was not an event the following day). There are two things that are causing me to leave 4 stars instead of 5. First, there was a bit of a snafu with seating at one of our tables. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but one of my bridal party members didn't have a seat at her assigned table. At first, the staff said they would not be able to seat her there and she would have to sit elsewhere. Fortunately, one of the servers stepped in and quickly set a place for her and made sure she got her meal. The other issue was that when guest started arriving, the gate to the parking lot was locked so the guests weren't able to get in through the front door and had to enter through the service door. Pipers did get it fixed, but apparently it was a bit of hassle for the guests. Even though there were these small issues, I am pleased to say that I didn't learn about any of them until after the event, so for my husband and I, the reception went very smoothly!

de to sign on the dotted line. The venue itself is gorgeous - beautiful chandeliers, several rooms available for the event, and FREE PARKING. We cannot believe how reasonably priced everything was - especially considering that you get either Debra or Ashley as a day-of coordinator in the package. They also include linens, easels, and mirrors and votives for centerpieces if desired. I left the day we signed feeling as if I could walk in off the street and get married there - it's that beautiful. Any decorations we added were above and beyond. The food was incredible - Chef Jeff was amazing and truly made sure we had exactly what we wanted. At the end of the event, staff neatly boxed everything that had been on our dining tables including the cake table. It was incredible. Ashley was truly a pleasure to have as a part of our event...all of our family and guests commented how kind and professional she was from start to finish. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pipers. Our guests said how elegant and classy the evening was and I couldn't agree more. It was the day of our dreams thanks to Ashley and Pipers!

actly what I wanted my wedding to look like. We had our cocktail hour/dancing in the Atrium and the reception in the Crystal room. They were absolutely gorgeous, and we received so many compliments on it! Everything ran smoothly, and we ended up being ahead of schedule which led for extra time for dancing :) I would recommend this venue to any bride! Thank you Debra and Ashley for such a amazing experience!

ing in the atrium and cocktail hour and reception in the Crystal Room. The day-of coordinator, Ashley was so helpful, and the entire team at Pipers functions so smoothly! They provide tables, easels, and all china, flatware, and linens needed for your day of. They also have an incredible menu—all my guests raved about the food! We opted for their cheese and fruit appetizer and ice cream bar, which were both huge hits. There are plenty of hotels in the area, plenty of available parking. It has so many photo opportunities. It’s such an easy venue—it has everything you could need for a very reasonable price!

ths. My husband found Pipers and couldn't have been more overjoyed. First and foremost Debra and Ashley are just great! They are very nice, patient and welcoming. They treated my husband and I like VIPs even tho we are a long distance couple. Second the place is beautiful. We were married at the State House and the Crystal Room just flowed perfectly within each other. Ashley was so helpful as our coordinator even tho things were so hectic. It helped to come down my nerves cause people were trying them that day. To be perfectly honest I couldn't have ask for a more perfect place for our reception.

ed with us on price. Which no one else seemed to care to do. Also they don’t nickel and dime you! Basically everything is included! Including tables, chairs, and linens. They even provide the easels and the price they give you at the beginning is the most you are going to pay! Unless you add people or something after the fact. Debra and Ashley were both very sweet and made me a top priority every time I called. Our wedding was honestly BETTER than I was expecting it to be. Everyone complimented on how beautiful the venue was and how absolutely amazing the food was. They made accommodation after accommodation for us and I could not be happier. I would highly highly recommend Pipers to any Bride! They really do care!

eryone involved did an excellent job of making sure that our big day went smoothly. Ashley was definitely on top of things as the day approached, making sure that all of the details lined up with our expectations. On the actual wedding day, she was a calming influence and an excellent leader - exactly what you want in someone who's helping to run the show. The venue looked beautiful (we used both the Crystal Room and the Atrium) and all of the other staff did an excellent job as well. Overall, it was an awesome day - thank you Pipers!

Due to their expertise, they not only had great recommendations for the things we were unfamiliar with, but they also knew how to calm every bide worry I had throughout the process.
I cannot say enough nice things about this venue and staff. Not to mention, the setting is absolutely phenomenal. From formal ball room to elegant atrium and crystal room to sleek grooms room to functional Meridian room, they have something for EVERYONE's taste and budget.
If you're looking to get married in Indy, I strongly suggest you stop in and see Debra and Ashley!

rked with Ashley and she really made the whole experience. The food was great and everything was in place so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We didn't even have to go through the line to fix our plate of food, they took care of that for us! The only thing that happened was the air conditioner stopped working so it began to get really warm during the ceremony, but they called someone and got it fixed immediately! Thank you piper's for helping to make the wedding day perfect and for making it so easy on us!

exible with changes along the way. The venue itself was beautiful. It was very convenient to have the ceremony in the atrium followed by reception in the crystal room and they helped make the day go so smoothly. Food was delicious--we opted for some of their desserts instead of cake for our guests and were impressed!

lus, the cheesecake will change your mind on if you really need a traditional wedding cake (you don't!). The venue itself was gorgeous and every table and chair was set up the way we had discussed. No stone was left unturned in the planning process and they were very upfront about changes that occurred since a change of management when we first signed the contract. Speaking of change of management, the only reason I would not rate this experience 5 stars would be the new manager. I did not have a pleasant experience working with her and didn't quite feel like she cared too much. I mostly worked with Ashley, who was great at her job and was so attentive. I had nothing to worry about the day of knowing that Ashley and her team had everything set up perfectly! Since it was an all inclusive venue/caterer, that made wedding planning so much easier with everything under one roof. It was truly a wonderful day and we were so happy it was at a gorgeous place like The Marott!

ra went above and beyond to make all my dreams come true! They were extremely accommodating, patient, and overall seemed like they really cared. The food was AMAZING and Pipers' attention to detail made everything seamless for me. If I could do it all over again, I'd choose Pipers in a heartbeat.
Pipers had everything I needed for my big day - affordable and gorgeous spaces for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to hold my large guest count. I could not have picked a ...
better venue! My guests loved the convenience, elegance and location!
I did not have any problems with food and thought everything was delicious! The tasting session allowed my groom and I to make sure we had the perfect menu choice! The room spaces were also set up just how I requested and I thought everything was beautiful.
I unfortunately have to rate Pipers with four stars instead of five because of my poor experience with the company's current Director of Sales. She was unpleasant to work with from the moment she took over the position (she was not who I signed the contract with). For being a professional in the hospitality industry, her people skills lack warmth and patience. It is too bad she is currently the front-facing team member of the company. Her colleague, Ashely, who is currently the Service Manager, helped ensure my special day was full of everything I needed and more! She was a blessing.
If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. Overall, I had a good experience and am happy I picked Pipers at the Marott for my wedding!
I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Pipers. We had our wedding reception at the Marott a week ago and it was just so PERFECT. They took care of literally everything....
All we did was drop off our stuff and the event staff had it all set up and ready to go for us. The place is so beautiful and the food is delicious - really, a lot of my guests told me how great the food was. The event staff, management, and chefs are simply amazing and I would 100% recommend this place for your wedding venue. It is also affordable. This is one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding and you will not regret having your reception here! I will definitely be using Pipers for future events!
Pipers did such an amazing job with our wedding!!! I love that the ceremony and reception was all in one place! It's like having an "all-inclusive" wedding. The only thing we had t...
o arrange was our cake, DJ and photographer...Pipers took care of everything else from the set-up, clean-up, tables/chairs, linens, all services, staff, and food/alcohol. They even had some decor items we borrowed instead of buying them ourselves. The staff was hands down amazing!!! The coordinators responded to my emails within minutes every single time! The wait staff were always circulating with appetizers, the bartender remembered what everyone was drinking all night, and the venue/catering coordinators worked flawlessly with my DJ and photographer. The food was amazing!!! Every plate looked beautiful and we received lots of compliments from our guests. Our favorite was definitely the duck spring roll appetizers!! I could have made a meal out of just those! Even some of the younger kids loved them! I can't begin to say how grateful we are for all the staff at Pipers for making our wedding so beautiful and so easy to plan! The venue is simply gorgeous!!!
We absolutely loved working with Chloe and her staff at Pipers at the Marott. We cannot say enough good things about their attentiveness and knowledge in all things wedding related...
! Chloe was extremely helpful throughout our planning process and answered any and all questions we had. She was very professional, friendly, and open minded about everything. Our reception went so incredibly well. All the staff was amazing at whatever job they had and all our guests were so impressed. It was one of the most beautiful places we saw and is very affordable! The catering was delicious and flexible for what we were looking for. We would pick this place for our wedding again and again if we had to do it all over! I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking in the Indianapolis area!
