Rebecca Rasmussen
Wedding Sales Manager
Rebecca grew up and attended school in Georgia, where she met her husband, Brian. They married in 2017 and soon after relocated to Charlottesville, where Brian accepted a position as a tennis coach for UVA. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Madison, and a son, Emmet. She started working in the wedding industry in 2018 and immediately fell in love with every aspect of helping create the most special day for her clients. Seeing her clients' dreams come to life is one of her favorite parts of the job. The big day is so carefully planned and eagerly anticipated that watching everything come together is an incredibly rewarding experience.
Natalie Oschrin
Wedding Sales Manager
Natalie grew up in Charlottesville and went to UVA before moving to Charleston after graduation. While down south, she worked for wedding planners on the side and fell in love with the industry. Natalie earned her Master's in International Hospitality and Tourism from the University of South Carolina before returning to central Virginia in 2016."It's hard to stay away from our rolling hills and tasty wine. I've been a planner & sales manager for a few companies around town since coming back, and I'm thrilled to join the Pippin Hill team! All the work that goes into selling and coordinating a wedding leads to my favorite part of the event: when one person is walking down the aisle, and the other starts to cry! It's always so sweet and feels like a burst of love, relief, and joy that is hard to beat."
Lindsay Price
Wedding Event Manager
Lindsay grew up in the Charlottesville area before attending Virginia Tech for her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Event Planning. She knew from a young age that she enjoyed all things events, but it wasn’t until college that she discovered her interest in weddings. When deciding to enter the wedding world, Lindsay knew moving back home to Charlottesville was the perfect place to be! She is passionate about client relationships and loves seeing all the details come to life. Her favorite part of a wedding day is watching the couple see each other for the first time, where they can finally take a deep breath, appreciate all the time and hard work that went into the wedding planning process, and just have fun!
Bryce Powell
Event Sales Coordinator
Bryce graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in General Business. She has gained valuable experience by shadowing and interning with wedding planners, as well as working at other venues in the Charlottesville area. In her free time, you can find Bryce spending quality time with her husband and their Goldendoodle named Duke. She loves the opportunity to welcome potential new clients with a warm phone call or email. She is passionate about connecting with other vendors and building strong relationships within the wedding industry.
Emily Husselbee
Private Event Sales Manager
Emily is a Virginia Beach native who studied Hospitality Management at James Madison University. She has been a planner, sales manager, and event manager for venues all over Virginia before settling into the Charlottesville area at Pippin Hill. What she loves the most about the event industry is the personal relationships she has developed with her clients and vendor friends, paired with the uniqueness of every event. When she's not at work, Emily can be found settled on the couch with a good book or checking out the next best restaurant downtown.

Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards will forever have a piece of my heart. Our daughter’s wedding was magical and more than we ever hoped for. Words could never accurately describe the wonderful experience we had by choosing Pippin as our venue. While the scenery speaks for itself, I must mention, Pippin is the most beautiful venue hands down. Lindsay Price and Rebecca Rasmussen were wonderful to work with and they could not have made the process more enjoyable. These ladies aim to please. Wedding planning can be stressful and yet they both made it easy there at Pippin. From our initial tour we were blown away by not only the venue, but the professionalism of both Lindsay and Rebecca as well as each staff member we encountered. The contract process was seamless, and Lindsay was always quick to make changes as we felt needed and always with a smile. She was accommodating, offered suggestions when needed and happy to carry out all we requested. Our wedding guests can’t say enough about the food as it was exceptional. From our chosen, “Signature Drinks” to “Appetizers” to “Raw Bar” to “The Chef’s Composed Duet” we were blown away. I can’t forget the wine as each one we selected from the; Sparkling, White, and Red they were all exceptional. Pippin is a well-oiled machine. The service was outstanding. I can’t say enough about how much I love Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards. I thank you; Lindsay, Rebecca, Ian, Bryce and all the Pippin Hill staff for a fairytale day that the bride and groom, our family and all our guests will never forget.

We cannot say enough great things about Pippin Hill. From the first conversation, to our walk through, our tasting and the day of, absolutely everything was perfect. We worked with Natalie Oschrin and couldn't have been happier with our experience. She made our entire planning process fun and enjoyable, and seamless, with no errors or issues. We were so lucky to have a beautiful day, and our guests are still talking about how breathtaking the views were. Even photos taken on iPhones are absolutely stunning. The space at Pippin Hill is so gorgeous and although we're very thankful for our beautiful wedding day, we would have been equally happy with the indoor backup space if we needed to move inside. The food and wine were delicious and the entire staff was professional, responsive and overall just very nice people. You won't regret booking your wedding at Pippin Hill!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Pippin Hill, and it was amazing! I enjoyed it as much if not more than my actual wedding (which was incredible)! The planning process was easy, and staff was amazing! We have visited Pippin on multiple occasions and were already familiar with all their amazing wines and food options, however we were still blown away at the quality of the food served! The service staff were kind, and attentive and took great care of our party! My sister-in-law said " your entire wedding was magical, but Pippin Hill was the best decision you made"- that quote says it all!

My husband and I got married here this past September and it was absolutely perfect. We first went for a tasting and to visit last winter (before booking it as our wedding venue) and we were blown away by the service, food, wine, views and property. There was no question that we wanted to keep visiting (we live in Arlington, VA) and have our wedding there. We visited about 5 venues before Pippin and nothing even came close. Planning a wedding was so seamless when working with the team at Pippin Hill. They are responsive, caring, knowledgeable and 100% look out for you. I can't thank Davis and her team enough! We continue to receive comments that Pippin Hill was the prettiest wedding venue our guests have been to. I have to say, I 100% agree!

Amazing staff, attention to detail, and the view made our wedding photos unforgettable. The food was amazing too! I was nervous with plated dinners but each and every dish came out hot and fresh. This place made my dream wedding come true.

It is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever been to. We fell in love with it from the moment we first visit. It truly is as beautiful as the pictures. The service is also phenomenal. From email communication to the day of the event, their attention to detail is outstanding. They are a total machine when it comes to weddings. They have everything a bride would ever need and make you feel extremely special. Very few things would really go wrong here. Highly recommend it. Also, our sales/event manager, Meredith McAllister was amazing to work with.

Pippin was amazing!! It was rainy and cloudy on our wedding day, but the beautiful covered veranda made for a perfect setting over looking the misty blue ridge mountains. The staff was fabulous and the food was so wonderful too!! Such a memorable and wonderful day!! 😊

Having our wedding at Pippin Hill was unlike anything we've ever been in part of. It was absolutely more magical than we ever could have imagined and was truly the most breathtaking day. The experience that the entire team at Pippin creates is truly exceptional. Every detail is taken care of, their professionalism is top notch, and most importantly we were welcomed into their world and treated like family from day one. We can not say enough about how absolutely wonderful Pippin Hill and everyone involved there is. We wish every day could be our wedding day at Pippin Hill. They are truly the best there is!

The folks at Pippin HIll took care of everything but the officiant, music, dessert and flowers, making planning significantly smoother and easier than if everything had to be booked separately. The location is stunning, the food was fantastic, our contact Taz was super friendly and responsive, and the staff the day of the event was great.

I had the most amazing wedding at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect vineyard wedding in Virginia! Located right outside the beautiful city of Charlottesville, Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyards boasts the most stunning views and offers a fantastic venue for both ceremony and reception that includes catering (the food was to die for) and rentals (tables, chairs, dinnerware, etc.). They even offer all day use of a stunning bridal loft and access to the entire winery including its gorgeous tasting room (a definite must if you are ever in the area). The views are breathtaking, the rustic granary ballroom absolutely spectacular, the food amazing and the service impeccable! I had guests from across the country including California and was told time and time again that Pippin Hill was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, surpassing even winery weddings in Napa and Sonoma. Picking Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards was the best decision, and I am beyond satisfied with the results! It made the happiest day of my life truly unforgettable- for us and guests alike.

We were one of Pippin Hill Farm's first weddings and so there were still some little details, such as the fountains and landscaping to be completed at the time of our wedding. However, the view simply cannot be beat--it is spectacular. Our wedding went very smoothly thanks to Pippin's professional staff. The food was completely amazing. All in all, we had a great experience.
