I fell in love with Pippin Hill before I ever stepped foot on the property. After our very first preview conversation, I knew it was the one. Once we visited in person, there wasn’t a single doubt—Pippin Hill is truly in a league of its own. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. From the stunning architecture to the panoramic mountain views, every corner is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. It provided the most incredible backdrop for our wedding and truly brought our dream day to life. What impressed us just as much as the scenery was the level of service. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The bridal suite is spacious, beautiful, and so well thought out, making the entire getting-ready experience feel relaxed and special. The food and drinks were phenomenal, and our tasting was an experience we’ll never forget. It wasn’t just a menu tasting—it felt like a celebration of everything to come. Every detail reflected the care and excellence that Pippin Hill is known for. Our wedding day exceeded every expectation, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team at Pippin Hill. Caitlyn Snyder
Senior Sales Manager
Caitlyn is a Pennsylvania native with a background in healthcare who discovered the wedding industry as a creative outlet. Throughout her career, she has worked as a nurse, in management, as a photographer, and as a venue director before finding her home as Senior Sales Manager at Pippin Hill. What she loves most about her role is building relationships with couples throughout the sales process and leading her team. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys reading, running, spending time with her husband and dog, and taking any opportunity to be at the beach.
Lindsay Price
Wedding Sales Manager
Lindsay grew up in the Charlottesville area before attending Virginia Tech for her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Event Planning. She knew from a young age that she enjoyed all things events, but it wasn’t until college that she discovered her interest in weddings. When deciding to enter the wedding world, Lindsay knew moving back home to Charlottesville was the perfect place to be! She is passionate about client relationships and loves seeing all the details come to life. Her favorite part of a wedding day is watching the couple see each other for the first time, where they can finally take a deep breath, appreciate all the time and hard work that went into the wedding planning process, and just have fun!
Alyssa Snearer
Wedding Sales Manager
Alyssa is a Charlottesville native and James Madison University alumna. After spending several years working in the hospitality industry in the Outer Banks, she returned to Charlottesville and continued to grow her experience at another local venue. Alyssa's favorite part of her job is building relationships with local vendors, supporting couples throughout their planning journey, and working alongside such an incredible team. Outside of work, she loves exploring Charlottesville, discovering new restaurants and local businesses, and sharing her favorite finds and personalized recommendations with her couples to help make their experience even more special!
Rebecca Rasmussen
Wedding Sales Manager
Rebecca grew up and attended school in Georgia, where she met her husband, Brian. They married in 2017 and soon after relocated to Charlottesville, where Brian accepted a position as a tennis coach for UVA. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Madison, and a son, Emmet. She started working in the wedding industry in 2018 and immediately fell in love with every aspect of helping create the most special day for her clients. Seeing her clients' dreams come to life is one of her favorite parts of the job. The big day is so carefully planned and eagerly anticipated that watching everything come together is an incredibly rewarding experience.

Private Event Sales Manager
Emily is a Virginia Beach native who studied Hospitality Management at James Madison University. She has been a planner, sales manager, and event manager for venues all over Virginia before settling into the Charlottesville area at Pippin Hill. What she loves the most about the event industry is the personal relationships she has developed with her clients and vendor friends, paired with the uniqueness of every event. When she's not at work, Emily can be found settled on the couch with a good book or checking out the next best restaurant downtown.

Event Sales Coordinator
Bryce graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in General Business. She has gained valuable experience by shadowing and interning with wedding planners, as well as working at other venues in the Charlottesville area. In her free time, you can find Bryce spending quality time with her husband and their Goldendoodle named Duke. She loves the opportunity to welcome potential new clients with a warm phone call or email. She is passionate about connecting with other vendors and building strong relationships within the wedding industry.

ng, as well as the design of the venue space and inclement weather contingency plan all contributed to our confidence that the day would be extra special. As guests turned onto the drive, they gasped (!) to see fields of blooming cosmos as well as the hydrangea path leading to the venue's entrance. The range of offerings - food, wine, snacks, passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktails - was fantastic, and the quality of each was outstanding. We worked very well with Nathalie, Rebecca and especially Lindsay, our catering/event coordinator, who handled all communication promptly and professionally. The portal was easy to work with and pricing, etc. was clearly detailed. Planning was handled in a timely manner and we all felt that we were given great care and consideration. The spaces for the entire bridal party to get ready are comfortable, accommodating and very peaceful - the venue's layout, both inside and out, is very thoughtful with many extra added details not found in a typical reception venue. It rained on the big day, but there was no last-minute stress, as everyone could still see the amazing mountain views from the ceremony held on the covered stone veranda. Stunning! I just can't say enough regarding the seamless execution of my daughter's wedding day - it was the wedding of the bride and groom's dreams and a beautiful, joyous and fun experience for all who attended. On the day of, Lindsay did a phenomenal job of taking care of us and our guests as well as coordinating the entire evening. Victoria and the team in the kitchen, curated a delicious meal, which numerous guests commented on throughout the night. Pippin welcomed us into their breathtaking venue, surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas, stunning views of the mountains, and gorgeous preparation of the Granary for our wedding day. We cannot thank the entire team enough for a perfect evening for me, my husband, and our guests. We will cherish the memories for a lifetime and will be forever grateful to the entire team at Pippin Hill for a dream wedding come true.

Lindsay Price and Rebecca Rasmussen were wonderful to work with and they could not have made the process more enjoyable. These ladies aim to please. Wedding planning can be stressful and yet they both made it easy there at Pippin. From our initial tour we were blown away by not only the venue, but the professionalism of both Lindsay and Rebecca as well as each staff member we encountered. The contract process was seamless, and Lindsay was always quick to make changes as we felt needed and always with a smile. She was accommodating, offered suggestions when needed and happy to carry out all we requested. Our wedding guests can’t say enough about the food as it was exceptional. From our chosen, “Signature Drinks” to “Appetizers” to “Raw Bar” to “The Chef’s Composed Duet” we were blown away. I can’t forget the wine as each one we selected from the; Sparkling, White, and Red they were all exceptional. Pippin is a well-oiled machine. The service was outstanding. I can’t say enough about how much I love Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards. utside the beautiful city of Charlottesville, Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyards boasts the most stunning views and offers a fantastic venue for both ceremony and reception that includes catering (the food was to die for) and rentals (tables, chairs, dinnerware, etc.). They even offer all day use of a stunning bridal loft and access to the entire winery including its gorgeous tasting room (a definite must if you are ever in the area). The views are breathtaking, the rustic granary ballroom absolutely spectacular, the food amazing and the service impeccable! I had guests from across the country including California and was told time and time again that Pippin Hill was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, surpassing even winery weddings in Napa and Sonoma. Picking Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards was the best decision, and I am beyond satisfied with the results! It made the happiest day of my life truly unforgettable- for us and guests alike.
