tely DELICIOUS! They're rather accommodating. When asking us what we do want, they also asked if there is anything we DON'T want. And with my husband being a picky eater, this was MUCH appreciated. We got married and had the reception at my parents' property and they were able to work with the atypical set-up.
We did go over our initial budget with the catering costs, but I think it was worth it. The entire staff was incredibly professional and great with customer service during the wedding. Virtually every guest RAVED about the food (especially the chicken and prime rib). I personally loved the smashed potato bar!!! The only thing I would have changed is having a second serving of those potatoes.

us, we originally were going with another company because of the cheaper price. This caterer's food (standard wedding food) was just not what we wanted though, so we contacted Pistachio's again and worked with us to come up with a different menu that was more reasonably priced and never looked back!
Everyone loved the food, but more importantly my hubby and I loved their food, the layout/display, and working with Shannon and Andrew. Being a DIY bride, Shannon and I went back and forth via email a lot and while there were a couple times she was difficult to get a hold of, she always got back to me within a week. She also took care of all of my rentals and got us an awesome deal.
The day of the wedding, I'm not exactly sure what all they did to set up for our reception, but it was perfect-the food/guest tables, the favors.
Their staff was very attentive to our guests and the wedding party. They took care of everything related to the food, cake, and rentals; I didn't have to think about anything except having fun!
The only sad thing was that we weren't able to take any of the delicious food home afterward, I could eat their zucchini roll-ups everyday!
