We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding! The Pittsburgh Airport Marriot went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. Jeanie was so helpful in the planning process and we valued her expertise and advice. All of our guests raved about how kind and accommodating everyone was and everyone loved the food (especially the tortellini and brisket!). I would definitely recommend this venue to other brides.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott and couldn't recommend them more! From the very beginning, Jeannie was thorough, attentive, and really listened to everything we wanted. She made thoughtful suggestions when she felt they would enhance our vision, and we're so glad we trusted her. I'm very detail-oriented and organized (definitely Type A!), and I had a very specific vision for our wedding. Jeannie was worried at times that I might be disappointed because of how particular I was, but she and the entire PAM team absolutely exceeded every expectation. They brought our wedding together even bigger and better than we ever imagined. Throughout the planning process, everyone made us feel so welcome. We were treated to food and drinks during meetings, always greeted with open arms, and truly felt cared for every step of the way. One of the biggest reasons we chose the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott was how much they took care of for us. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but they handled so many of the details, making the entire process as stress-free as possible. Their pricing was also incredibly reasonable for everything that was included, and the value was unmatched. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was just as amazing on our wedding day as it was at our tasting—which isn't always the case! We received so many compliments from our guests about the meal, the service, and the venue itself. In fact, countless family members and friends commented that it didn't even feel like a hotel ballroom because the space was transformed so beautifully. The day-of experience was flawless. We had a dedicated maître d' who kept us on schedule, checked in on us throughout the evening, and even carried our plates through the buffet so we could actually enjoy our meal together. We also had a private refreshment room where we could sneak away for a few quiet moments, hide the bridal party before our grand entrance, and enjoy cocktail hour food without missing out. To top it all off, we ran late due to completely unforeseen transportation issues. We were panicked, but Jeannie and her team couldn't have been more calm and reassuring. They simply adjusted the timeline, told us not to worry, and made everything work seamlessly. Not once did they make us feel stressed or behind. At the end of the night, they packed up and organized everything we had brought into our tote bins, securely locked away all of our cards to keep them safe, and made cleanup effortless for us and our families. We were happily surprised to find two pieces of our cake, half a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries, a chilled bottle of champagne, and a breakfast voucher in our suite later in the night! The lobby also ended up being the perfect gathering spot for our friends and family the night before and after the wedding, making the entire weekend feel even more special. The entire experience was incredible, and we're honestly sad that it's over. We absolutely love Jeannie and the entire Pittsburgh Airport Marriott team, and we are so grateful they helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. If we could do it all over again, we'd choose them every single time!
