I rented 360 chair covers for my wedding. (Let it be said that this review is inherently biased, because I think chair covers are a total racket in the first place.) Teri was friendly, but not always super prompt in responding. (I had asked about the possibility of renting an altar from them too, but never really heard back about that.) What they ARE prompt about is demanding payment. I paid my deposit, and we had discussed different chair cover styles/prices over the course of a few months. I wanted to make sure I was getting the most affordable option. When it came time to pay the balance, I had a few questions about quantity of covers needed/style for ceremony vs. reception/options available. When I asked these questions, another woman took over (Steff). She accused me of breaking my contract and said she "didn't feel comfortable accepting a credit card from me"! I assured her that I was still moving forward with the contract, and I spent an extra $10 to overnight her a check. (They charge a 7.5% convenience fee for credit card payments (!), 4.5% for PayPal, and $35/day for each day a check is late.) Fortunately they didn't charge me a one-day-late fee on my check in the end, but their tone was pretty harsh.
The day before the wedding, I got several texts from Steff saying that there were more chairs out than covers, and asking me if I wanted to add more to my contract. I hadn't even been to the venue yet, and I assured her that I did not need more. She insisted for a while, but I finally told her to stick to the quantity in the contract.
The chair covers arrived to the venue just fine, though about half a dozen of them had holes in them. They quickly replaced the damaged ones before the ceremony. They installed the ceremony chairs for us, and we did self-install on reception ones. They removed all covers, which was nice. All in all a bit of an annoying experience, but the covers looked nice in photos.

Pittsburgh Wedding Rentals gave my daughter the wedding reception of her dreams. When our guests arrived, they saw an elegant venue from the exquisite table runners and full table coverings to the chair coverings and bands with jeweled rings that were designed to look like the rings were floating in mid air. The bridal party tables with the sweetheart table in the center were gorgeous. A specially designed monogram for the bride and groom reflected off the wall behind the Happy Couple. The cookie table had twinkling lights under the table skirting that made cookie table enchanting. The ambiance of the room was beautiful because of the up lighting. Terri made sure that nothing was overlooked and that my daughter's reception was a fairy tale evening to remember for a lifetime. Thank you, Terri!

I was recommended by my cake baker for a cake stand rental bc they work together often. She was very nice and talkative initially then she did a 360. It took me from 3/21- 4/6 to receive the contract. I also needed a bartender for my home bridal shower (6/24) & she said she would have one at a discounted rate of $95 from 3-10pm bc I rented my cake stand from her (I never asked for a discount). I called her beg. of June to reserve a bartender officially & she asked for $125 & I inquired about the original price she offered & she said she could do it for that price & she would get back to me because it was a Sat. & she was busy which was fine. The week of the shower I followed up through text on 6/20 to finalize bartender details. I called & texted & no response. I finally texted her pleading for a reply. I mainly wanted her to just respond, I knew this fell, just our of principal. She simply said "I cant get one at that rate, try Pgh Bartenders". I tried calling her to ask what rate she can get one then if thats the issue, but I didnt even get a call back or a text. I told my venue coordinator & the baker about this bc I was livid, & my coordinator suggested that I do not interact with her again & to let my baker coordinate everything with her so I did. I was very nervous about her coming through with a cake stand, only diff is I had a contract for the cake stand. 2 days before the wedding I get an email saying nothing is set in stone and the cake stand is not fully rented until I send a $150 security deposit. Married 8/19, on my honeymoon I checked for the security dep refund & it was not there, I emailed her on 9/3 & did not get a reply by 9/7 so I followed up with an email stating I would contact have my credit card co take care of this. She replied they "mailed me my refund the Mon after the wedding". Still being on my honeymoon 9/7, I could not check my mail. Now being home there was not a check mailed to me. 9/7, she refunded only $100 of the $150 security deposit bc she said it was a "pickup /delivery" & referred me to the contract which was not the one I signed. This was tailored in her favor. My cake baker said she would pick the cake stand up bc they were working together & not to worry. When I called Terri the day I was emailed about the security dep bc I was livid, she said there would not be a fee & my $150 would be returned if the cake stand was in the orig condition. Terri told me she delivered the cake stand "at the location" which is another lie. I sent an email telling her how terrible my experience has been with her & I wont pay for the $50 & she replied to the email by referring me back to the generic contract she attached. I then wrote reviews about my experience on wedding websites so other brides do not have to go through this & I was not getting my $50 back. She emailed me multiple times & her very own "Cease & Desist" email threatening action from her attorney and to take her bad review off immediately. 2) She said I violated the "right to manage commentary" part of her "liability section". There is no such thing in her contract 3) She then sent me an email of the recent court case of clients bashing their photographer & had to pay them 1 million dollars. I think that was supposed to scare me 4) She sent me a warning that if I do not remove the reviews she would post my contract on wedding web sites with my personal information, & she did & she replied to it with lies and made up dates,i have text proof.

We were so excited when friends recommended Terri to us. Our initial meeting was great, she had lots of wonderful ideas. Things took a turn closer to the wedding though. First, it was impossible to ever speak to anyone on the phone. I completely understand that all decisions must be in writing, but is it really that hard to return a phone call and answer a few questions? We also engaged her services for our bar (bartenders, glasses, etc.). My father in law was going to be paying that section of the bill. We requested an invoice for weeks but were told that Terri was in jury duty and couldn't get one to us. When she finally did (2 weeks before the wedding) we called and left multiple messages trying to pay by credit card (the contract states that you can pay by card w/ an additional 2% fee) and no one ever called back. We followed up with multiple emails and found out that she had been trying to email my fiancé at the wrong email address. When we finally got a hold of her she told us since she didn't have a contract back they wouldn't be doing the bar services for us and to please stop contacting her. My father in law, fiancé, and mother all left her multiple voicemails and emails trying to get this taken care of for 2 weeks and never had a response. Thankfully we had friends who stepped up and helped us out with the bar as this happened the week of my wedding! She did end up doing the décor which looked beautiful which is why I gave her any stars. I think she could have a great business if she and her staff learned how to return phone calls and communicate with their clients.

Was very excited to work with this company, at first. The linens at the meeting were exactly what I wanted for my wedding.
We decided to get linens (tablecloths and napkins) as well as water goblets from here...
Never again...
The linens were OK. the napkins did not all match and we're not all of the same material... in the end looked nice because no one else would have been able to tell, but I folded all of them...
The real issue was with these water goblets...
They sent HALF water goblets and HALF red wine glasses...
it looked ridiculous... we ordered WATER goblets, not red wine glasses... we were paying for WATER goblets, not red wine glasses. That should have been what we recieved, period.
All of the glasses were dirty and looked like they were unwashed or washed poorly.
When I tried to call multiple times no one answered... my guess is they over booked for the day and didn't realize they didn't have enough...
Anyway, we called the company we ordered silverware from and they *answered their phone* and we ordered ALL new water goblets from them and put the ones we unfortunately had to deal with from Pittsburgh Wedding Rental out of sight.
Really wish I could be writing a better review, but litterally was the ONLY thing that went wrong for my wedding. Actually I'm being generous by giving 2 stars...

I rented chair covers and several specialty linens from Pittsburgh Wedding Rentals in Cranberry Twp. The service was excellent and the chair covers looked awesome! The sequin linens for the bistro tables were stunning! Our colors were blush and silver. They were one of the only vendors that stocked a complete line of blush linen rentals. Thanks Terri and her staff! Abby Brown

My daughter recently got married with a "wintery forest" type of décor/theme. We contacted Terri and she suggested a newer lighting effect: fairy lights that were projected onto the ceiling, giving an effect of twinkling stars and moving clouds at dusk. It really completed the room, and was a fraction of the cost of hiring a company to hang lighting. Terri was super nice to work with, and I definitely would hire her again for our next big event!

I used Terri for linens and centerpieces.
Her products and the quality of them are very nice but I was very disappointed in her services. She was terrible to get a hold of in the beginning. She kept saying she mailed samples to me in the mail but then they never came and when I asked her about them and why I hadn't received them yet she told me to find someone else to decorate for my wedding which was less than 2 months away. She did still end up doing my decorations which did look gorgeous but she forgot to decorate 2 tables and the bar. I Texted her when I noticed this the morning of my wedding and my matron of honor called her as well. She never responded to either one of us so my reception Hall Contact Person called her because I had to get to the church and Terri took awhile to return her call and then told her she wouldn't be coming back to finish the job because she was at another event. I asked her to refund me the money for the things I has paid her to decorate and she refused and now claims she is going to file a law-suit against my Groom and I because she states that my florist did damage to her centerpieces but when my florist offered to come down and reassemble and look at the centerpieces to see what kind of supposed damage was done. Terri rudely yelled at her on the phone and told her to "forget it" then hung up on her. I would not recommend Terri she is rude and not reliable. I'm very saddened that I have to deal with this fall out after celebrating the best day of my life.

We used Terri from Pittsburgh Wedding Rentals in Cranberry Twp. She owns the company and provided us with a package for our January 18, 2014 wedding reception. Our package included our chair covers, table runners, uplighting and a photobooth for $1200!
The customer service was excellent and her rentals exceeded our expectations! Our guests loved the photobooth! I highly recommend Terri and Pittsburgh Wedding Rentals!!
