I don’t even know where to begin. I had initially planned to plan my own wedding, COMPLETELY underestimated how hard it would actually be as the day got closer. So naturally, 3 months before the wedding, I was scrambling to find help (insert “yea right” and laugh here). I was feeling hopeless and then the miracle happened. Angela was the only planner I contacted who actually answered her phone. She was jam packed but I could feel her compassion when she took the time to listen to me & my wedding dream. At the end of the call she told me she was going to make it work and she did!! Angela helped keep me sane during the weeks leading up to the wedding & spent hours on the phone with me reviewing details, timelines, and checking in with me to just make sure I was okay. For my wedding day and rehearsal, two of her associates (Shirley & Rachel) took the lead & helped everything flow smoothly. They were so thoughtful and genuinely happy to be there for the big day that they felt like part of the family. One of the best decisions I made was booking with Plan and Simple Affairs. I only wish I had known about them sooner!! Angela has networked with numerous vendors and is able to help connect the couple with vendors that can meet their needs & help make the big day everything you’ve imagined. What was even more special to me is that Angela remembered a detail from one of our previous conversations leading up to the wedding and her & her team brought the most thoughtful gift for me the morning of the wedding. Angela followed up with me after the wedding, not just to ensure that I was satisfied with the services, but to check in on me, congratulate me, and just talk. I could honestly go on and on, but instead I 10/10 recommend that you book with Plan and Simple Affairs and see for yourself how amazing they are!

We hired a wedding coordinator last minute due to a misunderstanding and it was less than 5 days until the wedding! Angela was so nice and accommodating! They had to talk to all these vendors and made it work with last minute accommodations. The day of coordinator Katie was the most precious thing ever! Whatever happen that day, I couldn’t even tell you! She made sure I wasn’t aware of anything. And there was a lot of things going on but it was a great team and the wedding was amazing! At I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Angela was great. She was everything I needed for wedding day coordination and more. She was willing to help even beyond my expectations. My day went so smoothly because of her.

Angela and her team were fantastic! We chose and paid for a day-of coordination package but I feel like I got a month-of package plus all the help I could ask for before that. As well as taking care of last minute tasks, keeping us on schedule, and ensuring a great guest experience, Angela and team also went above and beyond to make sure we (the B & G) had everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t! Absolutely positively worth every penny!

If you are looking for a day of coordinator- Angela is the best! Monthly check ins were extremely helpful in keeping me calm but also allowed her to know exactly how I envisioned the wedding day. I booked her knowing I wanted help with vendor arrivals but it became so much more than that. She helps navigate all parts on the wedding day- planning, and making sure everything is getting done that needs to get done and making sure it all runs so smoothly! I was so calm on the day of knowing that she had everything handled and it was in good hands. 1000% would recommend her-she is amazing!

Angela was more than just a wedding planner—she felt like a friend from the very beginning. Angela goes above and beyond as a wedding planner. We worked on a wedding together (her doing the planning, and she got me to do the wedding rentals.) I saw how hard she worked for the customer. You can definitely tell how much the customer liked her. She made sure every detail was correct. Also, any question I had, she responded right away and any information I needed she gave to me. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my customers. Contact her for wedding planning! She won’t let you down!

Where to start - I knew I needed someone to run the day of the wedding, with so many moving parts to think about - that's when I found Angela- She is everything you could want and more - from monthly meetings- to helping check of boxes - to helping navigate through emotions that you have during the wedding planning process - she focuses on the important details - and on my wedding day I didn't have to think about the vendors bc Angela was there to run the show - I truly got to enjoy being present- ❤️ she was so caring to bring me water and check in at all times - Angela and her assistant Rachel where on point - highly recommend her service bc she is great to work with and every bride needs a wedding planner named Angela

Angela was absolutely amazing to work with, and immediately became a whole new supportive pillar in my life while my husband and I were trying to figure out all the last minute details of wedding preparations. In the lead up to the wedding, she not only helped organize all our different vendor contracts, print out all the relevant docs for us, explain the typical wedding formula, but also spent many hours on the phone with me as I talked through my stress and fears about each logistical challenge. I had some very unusual aspects I wanted to add— like a pinata cake, a flash mob, bingo, beer olympics etc. She never tried to dissuade me from my nutty ideas and she took all the pieces I imagined and helped make sure they became a reality. She checked in on me with supportive, relaxing texts to make sure I got all the actual important stuff done, and knowing she was always just a text or call away was invaluable. On the day of, she and her awesome assistant Christian made sure that everything happened on time— and even helped solve last minute unexpected crises, found items that were lost, gathered drinks and food for the bridal party, made sure I ate and drank enough, while remaining calm, emotionally supportive, and receptive to my concerns. I truly cant describe what a huge relief it was to have Angela and Christian on our team.

Angela and her son were wonderful! So caring, kind and they thought every detail out. The whole wedding turned out amazing! When a crisis arose they handled it swiftly and solved the problem immediately (we were missing a hand kerchief) an extra table napkin came in handy. Everything went smoothly and with ease so the bride and groom and all the guests could really enjoy the wedding and celebrate.
