booked and recommended an amazing florist. Ang frequently texted me to check in and we had multiple phone calls together, more frequently as the wedding day approached. She called with me over an hour to get our wedding day timeline down and ensured we stick to it and everything went smooth the day of the wedding. She even assisted with ensuring the most minute details were (from cleaning our mirror signs to lighting our battery operated candles to keeping the groom and groomsmen separate from where us ladies were getting ready until the ceremony) executed perfectly. I only wish I had known about them sooner!! Angela has networked with numerous vendors and is able to help connect the couple with vendors that can meet their needs & help make the big day everything you’ve imagined. What was even more special to me is that Angela remembered a detail from one of our previous conversations leading up to the wedding and her & her team brought the most thoughtful gift for me the morning of the wedding. Angela followed up with me after the wedding, not just to ensure that I was satisfied with the services, but to check in on me, congratulate me, and just talk. lan & Simple when we went to our venue in May for our menu tasting. We quickly realized the new venue coordinator was not experienced and the venue itself had a lot of new staff who had never done a wedding there yet. We panicked and essentially hired Angela. She met us at the venue one month out to better understand what we were trying to do day of. We spoke many times and Angela quickly took over vendor management and working with the venue to ensure timelines, layouts, etc. were on point. She even found us a tent vendor for HALF of what we were quoted otherwise. Angela was not just a "Day of Coordinator" -- she SAVED THE DAY. Our wedding was PERFECTION. She shielded us from a lot of chaos that happened with setting up and Kevin and I arrived to our magical, magical day, unbothered and focused on each other. Your day will guaranteed go well bc our day should NOT have gone well with the hand our venue dealt, but bc of Angela & Christian, it was awesome.

In the lead up to the wedding, she not only helped organize all our different vendor contracts, print out all the relevant docs for us, explain the typical wedding formula, but also spent many hours on the phone with me as I talked through my stress and fears about each logistical challenge. I had some very unusual aspects I wanted to add— like a pinata cake, a flash mob, bingo, beer olympics etc. She never tried to dissuade me from my nutty ideas and she took all the pieces I imagined and helped make sure they became a reality. She checked in on me with supportive, relaxing texts to make sure I got all the actual important stuff done, and knowing she was always just a text or call away was invaluable. On the day of, she and her awesome assistant Christian made sure that everything happened on time— and even helped solve last minute unexpected crises, found items that were lost, gathered drinks and food for the bridal party, made sure I ate and drank enough, while remaining calm, emotionally supportive, and receptive to my concerns. I truly cant describe what a huge relief it was to have Angela and Christian on our team.
