Jennifer was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process and she truly is what every bride needs! She’s like a fairy godmother! She was super easy to work with, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Jennifer was our wedding planner for our wedding on my family farm in South Dakota. My fiance and I lived out of state during the whole planning process and she was absolutely amazing at coordinating everything for us. My mom and I especially loved her and are so grateful she was available for our wedding day. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough!

Jennifer and her staff were beyond amazing on our wedding day. She helped us maintain focus on the portions of the day most important to us . She took away all the stress from the couple and our families so we could all be present on this important day. She became part of our family! Jennifer made our day so easy and so special! Jennifer helped my husband and I with our micro wedding due to COVID and our larger wedding celebration/reception on our one year anniversary! She was so supportive and helpful when we were dealing with switching our large wedding to a small ceremony at different locations. We felt like Jennifer got to know us throughout the process and focused on what mattered to us. I also appreciated Jennifer as she provided creative ideas but was also realistic for our budget. Jennifer was resourceful throughout the process. For example, she reused floral arrangements throughout the ceremony and reception. Throughout the process, Jennifer was always responsive and was always available to talk through things! The biggest advantage of having Jennifer as part of your big day is her day of services. She took control of all our vendors and the timeline for the day. Our venue had to be flipped from Ceremony to Reception and it included multiple vendors. She executed it perfectly in less than an hour and it was absolutely beautiful. She also helped tear down everything after the wedding which was so helpful so our family did not have to worry about it. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer to be a part of your wedding team.

Short Version: Seriously just hire Jennifer. She is amazing and will let you focus on what really matters during your wedding day (aka your partner and loved ones) instead of trying to host a huge party. Long Version: My dad basically forced us to hire her after hearing my mom and I stress about wedding planning over dinner for too many nights, and I wish we had talked with her sooner! Jennifer is the best decision you will make for your wedding besides getting married to your person. She is not joking about the whole fairy godmother bit - she saved us so much time, money, and stress the last year between rescheduling our Plan A to a amazing reception in 2021, and then downsizing our wedding to a COVID friendly Plan B backyard wedding in 2020. Her day-of services were seamless and made it so my husband and I (along with our parents) could just focus on the day instead of hosting a party and coordinated a zillion vendors. She kept our reception on track without anything feeling forced or hurried, and even rushed to the rescue when I spilled strawberry-rhubarb pie on my dress. Her knowledge, advice, and just plain heart will make your day the best it can be. So if you're considering a wedding planner...do your future self a favor and just hire Jennifer. :)

Jennifer was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. I am pretty organized person that initially thought I wouldn't need assistance from a coordinator, but I was totally proven wrong. Jennifer was there to help guide me through timelines, layouts, ancillary questions, and the small details to ensure we had as enjoyable of a wedding planning experience as possible. Jennifer is an amazing human! I loved having her be apart of our wedding day! My first conversation with Jennifer occurred very early in our wedding planning process. She asked me a lot of questions about what I had already accomplished, what I needed to do, what things were really stressing me out, and what my big priorities were! After talking more with Jennifer about her services I knew she would be exactly what we needed. Jennifer was always professional, EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, kind, supportive and willing to answer the endless questions I had for her! She was always prepared for any little thing. A few things that Jennifer was able to offer that really drew me in were reception venue decorating and tear down, access to her selection of wedding decorations, moving important decor from the church to reception space, and making a wedding day timeline. Having Jennifer there made our wedding day run so smoothly and allowed for our family and friends to really enjoy the day and not be bogged down with too many extra "to-do's". Our family's were extremely impressed with Jennifer from the rehearsal where she was introduced to the end of the wedding reception where she had everything of hers and ours packed up and ready to be hauled away! I worked with Jennifer on a pandemic wedding where she was my coordinator and a post-pandemic wedding as a full planner. She always kept me in the loop on things. I never felt like I was being pestered by her or receiving too many communications, but I never worried that things weren't being taken care of with my vendors. As a local photographer I love when I get to work with her, because I know my couples will be taken care of so well. Every detail is covered and she's there with every couple through each step. Through a trusted referral, we engaged Jennifer Savage of Plan 2 Party and asked her to plan a Wedding in Boston for a family from Las Vegas. Although we were spread across the Country, we loved that Jenny brought "South Dakota Optimism, Positivity and Patience" in spades... and in the end, it was those skills that pulled us through the challenging moments of pulling off a Wedding during a global pandemic. The initial plan was a large weekend extravaganza for several hundred people with multiple venues and parties. Jenny started by prioritizing the best venues for us to choose from, taking us from likely hundreds of possibilities to the best five. This was one of the many ways Jenny provided value. Because she took the time to get to know all of us, she was able to research and triage options, saving us hundreds of hours of fruitless searching. Jenny then filled in the details of the weekend, ceremony and reception, checking references, validating local ordinances, and negotiating pricing and contracts. She carefully tracked budgets and expenses and gently guided all of us through more than one "mother-daughter compromise". A few days after the Save-the Date cards went out, the pandemic hit. In parallel to the nation-wide shut down, a series of family events dictated that we needed to pivot to a small "family" wedding. We called Jenny and in true testament to her South Dakota positivity, she said "No problem, we'll just cancel the big wedding and plan the perfect small family wedding". Within a few days, Jenny had most of the deposits refunded (which we all think is due to how everyone loves her and can't help saying yes) and dove into the planning for "Wedding 2.0". We had a gorgeous beach house in Cape Cod, a fabulous caterer, and even a special "Live-Stream" team set up to stream to all the wedding guests that wouldn't be able to attend in person. Four days before the wedding, Jenny walked us through a detailed timeline so that we knew exactly what to expect. Two days before the wedding, nearly all the groom's family had either tested positive or were quarantined. We called Jenny in a panic, who agreed with us that the only thing to do at that point was to cancel. Within a few hours Jenny had cancelled everything that she could, getting full refunds or arranging for donations. Then, the day before the planned wedding date, the Groom's Mother, Father and one Sister were all cleared by their Doctor. Using Jenny's detailed timelines and plans as a template, we were able to pull in the elements we needed for what ended up being a truly lovely Wedding overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We never would have been able to get through the past months without Jenny's support and guidance. Moreover, we believe we are uniquely positioned to recommend Jenny for Large or Small events anywhere your dream takes you.

Jennifer was recommended to me by a friend. I would consider myself budget conscious and wanted to try to do things on the less spendy side of things as weddings these days can get to be quite a lot. Jennifer was worth her weight in gold. I would HIGHLY recommend having Jennifer as a day of coordinator. I am so impressed with the professionalism of Jennifer. She is punctual, a fantastic communicator, and fun to work with. She knows weddings. She listens to what you need and helps make your dream wedding a reality. Jennifer is a true fairy god mother! My now husband and I originally had only planned on having a day of coordinator and set up, but when we had our first initial meeting with Jennifer, we realized how much we didn't know about weddings and how much help we needed! She was easy to work with and gave us tasks to do each month to keep wedding planning easy. She always responded to e-mails (even if there were multiple chains of e-mails going!) and would contact vendors as well so we wouldn't have to. Jennifer was absolutely the most instrumental person in our wedding planning! Even before Covid19 we knew that we appreciated Jennifer, but with the added stress of Covid19 her services were priceless. She listened to all of our ideas and concerns and on the day made the final vision happen. If we needed anything she was right there to ensure it was done. There are not enough words to say how grateful we are that she was there for us. She far exceeded our expectations. She had many items for use that we didn’t have to rent. She made sure the vendors all completed their expected tasks timely. She has relationships established with the vendors so she was able to answer many questions without having to call each vendor to ask about details. She was always professional and understanding. She was everywhere! The memories we have are because she made the day her priority as if she was family. Jenny was really great at coaching us through the wedding process. We hired her shortly after we got engaged and she held our hands through a year's worth of planning. There is no way we could have anticipated it, but we were so thankful we already had her on-board when COVID hit. She contacted all of our vendors for us and did all of the heavy lifting, basically leaving us to only have to worry about ourselves! She was great about being flexible with us as our plans changed and helped make our revised wedding day just as great as the original one would have been. Now we can't wait to see what she will do for our anniversary party next year! :)

She has so much insight into what works and what doesn't, and she has great relationships with vendors throughout the Sioux Falls area. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. She was a life saver the weeks leading up to our wedding. We hired her with only 2-3 weeks to go, and she made those last stressful weeks a million times less stressful! On the day of the wedding not only did she make sure everything looked perfect, but she also made sure none of my bridal party or our parents had to do any work! We all just got to relax and take the day in. She made sure everything happened without any issues arising. I cannot recommend her enough. Get a wedding planner/day of coordinator! You will not regret it!!!

All aspects of your service was helpful, as someone who is accustomed to doing everything herself- I have to admit it was weird and slightly difficult to “let go” right off the bat. But the more feedback I received from my vendors, and family the more I grew comfortable. I can truly say that regardless of the family hiccups, Jennifer was the smartest decision I made. I was really and truly stress free, “yea right, no bride is stress free on their wedding day” to you I say this BULL because I was! Everything…and I mean everything went so smoothly. No one bothered me with anything wedding, it was crazy and amazing. If you hire Jenni my advice to you is, LET GO AND TRUST HER. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING- LET HER DO HER JOB!!! We planned our wedding in just 90 days. Towards the end my wife and I started to feel pressed for details and problems that we couldn't answer or have time to solve. Jennifer to the rescue! We hired her as our wedding day coordinator (ended up helping a lot more than that). Our wedding was at Blue Haven and her knowledge of not only our venue but of all the Sioux falls wedding business was priceless! I'd hire her over and over again, but I'm only getting married once! I don’t even know where to begin. Jennifer just executed the most perfect wedding I have ever seen at Blue Haven Barn. I always love having planners as they help weddings keep organized and reduced stress for not only the couple but the families and vendors. Jennifer went a thousand times above and beyond any wedding planner I have seen so far! She was non-stop busy all day taking care of decorating, keeping time, running to church, cutting cake, tearing down and so much more! The bride was so lucky to have her! She is my planner as we speak. The big day is Oct 6th and she has been here for me every second of the day. She responds back to very quickly (sorry for the midnight texts) Jennifer is right there with us to pick up and talk to everyone. Sets up all of our appointments in the same day since we both have crazy busy schedules and are out of town for long periods of time.

I hired Jennifer as my wedding day coordinator for my December 2017 wedding. I was a very particular bride with a very clear vision of what I wanted our wedding day to look like.
