Plan-It Hannah

Hannah and her team were beyond amazing. My wedding was set in an empty warehouse with no kitchen or bar, was 100% DIY, and heavily curated and controlled by me personally. I hired Hannah as a day-of Coordinator but got so much more. She listened to me externalize all thoughts and ideas and provided expertise, suggestions, and advice over the 6-8 months leading up to the wedding. Down to the last few weeks to day of, she was clutch. I threw anything and everything at her – she even went to my house to pick up left items! She provided set up over the entire weekend, night of breakdown, day after breakdown and cleanup, bartenders, ice, rinsing stations for the kitchen, coordination with vendors, coordination for the ceremony, etc. etc. etc. She is professional, kind, assertive, helpful, all of the qualities you’d want in a coordinator plus some. I live in the Atlanta area and there are tons of people all over that do this for a living, but I’m so lucky and thankful I stumbled upon Hannah. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Hannah was great! She offered to help me a month before the wedding to finalize all of the little things that i had left to do. We met the night of the rehearsal where she walked us through how the wedding was going to take place. The day of she took care of everything we needed her to take care of. She helped us the entire night and directed us for what was to come next. She was kind and professional and I would 100% work with her again! Thank you Hannah

Originally booked Hannah for my September 15th wedding as Day Of Coordinator and was going to add planning services on. Ended up terminating the contract. Took 4 months to get a copy of my contract, which was sent through Facebook Messenger. Asked if she knew of bartenders that I could book and she stated that she would handle it for me. She never gave me a price for what she had booked after I continually asked.. Also was told a balance that I owed that was incorrect. It's just hard to trust someone with the entire day of your wedding that doesn't respond to multiple emails or Facebook messages.

Hannah Porter is an incredible asset to anyone planning a wedding or any party for that manner. Not only does she handle all the details on the day of the event, my daughter's wedding at FoxHall Resort this past weekend, but she helps with details such as renting table linens and decorations etc. She knows what she is doing and expertly and respectfully handled the DJ, Caterers and every detail the day of the wedding. I cannot thank her enough!

I still thank my lucky stars for Hannah! Our wedding would not have been the same without her!! Hannah is so wonderful to work with, answering all my frantic emails and concerns about details with a smile. As one of Hannah's brides, I can assure you you are in the best hands possible, making your job easy! She takes care of everything, works with you to ensure everything is beautiful and wonderful, and was truly the BEST person to coordinate our wedding day I could have asked for. She was not afraid to make sure everyone knew where to go, when to be there, and what to do, while still being friendly accommodating, and purely wonderful. Hannah was superb!!!! I would recommend her for any event. She made my event amazing and handled every detail. As the bride she made my job easy; at the end of the day I truly had to only worry about myself on my big day and not the small details. Hannah handled EVERYTHING!!!!
