Peter was amazing to hire as a day of coordinator! Our venue was absolutely beautiful & he took SO much stress off of our shoulders! Don't think, just hire Peter! Peter was a godsend during our wedding planning and worth every penny. We hired Peter for our day of coordinator September 7th and our wedding ran flawlessly and without issues. I spoke with a dozen day of coordinators before booking Peter. None of the other coordinators felt quite right. During our initial phone call Peter was the first coordinator to ask my fiance's name and ask how we met. It might sound simple and basic, but it showed that he was genuinely interested in our wedding. Leading up to the wedding Peter checked in frequently with us to discuss our vision and plans. He alway seemed eager to help and answer questions. He spent 4 hours helping us set up the venue before our rehearsal dinner. He helped move tables and chairs, offered valuable input on location of ceremony/welcome table/dance floor/etc, and coordinated our rehearsal. He arrived early on the day of the wedding to set up decorations, chairs, and assisted other vendors. He arranged our decorations in a way that exceeded my expectations--I cried when I saw our sweetheart table and dinner tables. He was cool, calm, and collected the entire time, even when other vendors showed up late. He helped me truly relax on my wedding day. I trusted Peter completely to create my vision. Another thing to note, is Peter is great at directing people. He has a voice that gets people's attention while clearly describing instructions. I would trust Peter with my life and you should consider hiring him as your wedding planner or day of coordinator.

We hired Peter and his team as a day of coordinator for our wedding and were thrilled with his services. We are from out-of-state, so having him as a local expert was great. Peter is extremely thorough and communicative. We almost had a venue change the day of our wedding (due to uncontrollable circumstances) and he was ready to roll with it. We it utilized his inventory for some decor etc. which was a great bonus. They were very professional and easy to work with.

Peter was very attentive and professional he took all the stress off of me and my wife. He decorated perfectly and matched our wanted style. He was very cost efficient and wonderful to work with. We are very grateful for him!

I contacted Peter to assist with my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding as a day of coordinator. I honestly wish we had engaged his services as a wedding planner for the whole event. Peter spoke to the bride and groom several times before the big day, and he met with them at the venue to do the final walk through. He was very responsive to any questions we had, offered recommendations / suggestions when needed, and was extremely detail oriented. Peter was absolutely fabulous as a day of wedding coordinator! I was having a hard time finding someone in my price range who could conceptualize my ski wedding ceremony dream, but Peter came through for me! Our ceremony went off without a hitch because he helped manage people on the mountain for us. For the reception I asked Peter to be 100% in charge of decor design and setup, and he exceeded my expectations. He has a plethora of classy reception decor that you get to use as part of his package, saving you money, time, and reducing waste. He coordinated a late night pizza delivery for us, and even helped take home items we didn’t want to deal with that night, so we could leave without asking family to help. Peter was irreplaceable from design through execution, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our evening. I would 100% hire Peter again!

I recently had my wedding, and I am so grateful that we found Peter. We currently live in Texas and wanted to have a destination wedding in Park City Utah. My wife and I tried to start planning our wedding from afar, but that was just not possible without having someone there in Utah to help us. We started looking for wedding planners, but were spectacle with some of the horror stories we heard from other weddings. From the first day we spoke with Peter, he was very detailed and made us feel comfortable once he explained everything of what he offered. Throughout the whole planning process, Peter was always on top of everything, and would communicate with us regularly to make sure everything was in order. He gave suggestions, and made the whole planning experience stress free. On the wedding day, Peter was there for my wife and I when we needed something and made our wedding day so amazing. Peter was the best day of coordinator. He checked on us frequently throughout the wedding and did a great job at setting up our reception. There were a lot of things that went wrong at our wedding, but Peter was on top of it and handled the situation as best as he could. Peter is far and beyond the greatest planner that you could hope for. Peter took us on as a client when our original planner had an emergency just a few weeks before our wedding. He took the reins with the utmost confidence and leaned into the process. The morning of the wedding, he arrived on site with extra hands and immediately set my mind at ease that he had it under control. After unloading all of the decorations, and other materials, we did a walkthrough of site and discussed details and vision. Then he sent me on my way to relax and get ready for the wedding. When we arrived back at the venue, for first look and photos before the ceremony, he had everything ready and set up exactly how we discussed, and exactly how we envisioned it. Throughout the event, he swiftly accounted for all of the logistics necessary for a smooth flow of planned actions. He remained in constant contact with the rest of the vendors to ensure they were all keeping up with the various elements of the evening. Even amidst the constant management of the timing, vendors, and transition to each part of the reception, he still made time to check on us as the couple to see if we needed anything. He made us plates during the dinner service to make sure we ate, and made sure we had no issues to address. Peter's professionalism and expertise was immensely impressive to us as the couple, but also our guests. We got many mentions of how great of a job he did, and how kind he was to all of our friends and family. We truly cannot say enough good things about Peter. We highly recommend him for any event!

Peter was imperative to the success of our wedding, and it wouldn’t have been nearly as amazing without the support and assistance that he provided to my wife and I. When my wife and I originally sat down to begin planning our wedding, we learned very quickly that it would be incredibly stressful for us to plan alone, especially with us both working full time jobs. Peter filled that gap immediately, and after our first introductory conversation both of our stresses and concerns almost instantly started to fade away. Peter was incredible from start to finish with our wedding! He covered everything we wanted and even things we didn’t think about. He always kept the budget in mind and had thoughtful suggestions to save on money at times without compromising on how things would look/feel. My wife and I never could have pulled this off and that’s just the planning. The day of Peter handled everything, we just had to enjoy ourselves! Peter was great to work with while planning my wedding! He gave me awesome suggestions for vendors and videographers that were well within my budget, which helped a ton! He helped plan the ceremony and reception down to the minute so everyone always knew where and what they were supposed to be doing at all times. My wedding was the best party of my life and I really contribute a lot of that to Peter’s work.
