e get-go. They put thought into every single detail from tricky logistics to design ideas. They were both extremely communicative during the whole process and I was never once stressed out on the day of our wedding or even the months leading up to it. We were also dealing with thunderstorms and rainfall in the hours leading up to the ceremony and Peter gracefully dealt with the challenges and even ended up executing our dream ceremony outdoors. Emily was also extremely organized and carried out our vision perfectly. The day truly felt representative of us as a couple with personal, meaningful touches. I also had multiple guests compliment the reception space, stating it was the most breathtaking setup they've ever seen, and I would agree!!! Our wedding would not have been possible without Planned by Peter so make the best decision of your life and say I DO to this team!! They deserve all the kudos in the world.

verwhelming, but he consistently made us feel supported, informed, and completely taken care of. No question was too small, no concern went unanswered, and he always made himself available whenever we needed guidance.
What truly set him apart was everything he did leading up to and during our wedding weekend. The day before and the day of our wedding, he went far above and beyond what we ever expected from a wedding planner. He coordinated our vendors seamlessly, handled countless details behind the scenes, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and kept everything running smoothly. Most importantly, he brought our vision to life better than we could have imagined. Because of him, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day without worrying about logistics or timelines. His professionalism, organization, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. The biggest testament to how incredible he was? My wedding party talked about him for three days after the wedding. Every conversation included compliments about how attentive, organized, professional, and genuinely caring he was. He made everyone feel comfortable, kept things on track, and somehow managed to make the entire day feel effortless. A great wedding planner helps execute a wedding. An exceptional wedding planner creates an experience and gives you the gift of being able to truly enjoy it. That’s exactly what he did for us. TERRIBLE. Calls himself a professional, but is clearly NOT! Absolutely ZERO accountability. It's either the venue's fault, the caterer's fault, his assistant's fault. but NEVER ...
his. The seating arrangements were wrong, the seating layout was wrong, the groom didn't even know there was a separate space for himself and the groomsmen. The caterer forgot the chicken in the chicken dinner!! I'm not even joking! Peter was to oversee all of this and he failed miserably. My wife and I spent the whole wedding addressing the fire drills so my daughter would have a wonderful day, not Peter. The sign of a professional is in the details and Peter missed the mark over and over. Then he constantly deflected the blame for HIS team to them and other vendors. Just like a CEO is responsible for their employees, Peter is responsible for his team and overseeing the other vendors. For what we were charged, this is criminal. Don't waste your time or money on Peter. There are far better planners to go with. I would NEVER recommend.

ld not have been able to pull off our vision without him. He takes care of all of the things that stress you out, removing them from your full plate and handling them independently. But more than that, his expertise and professionalism mean that he also takes care of things you never even think of. I remember one moment this became really clear to me was when we were standing at the top of the aisle, ready for our walk, and he was coordinating with the DJ to make sure music was looped to allow it to sync with the walk, but also that the music got switched at the right time for the groom to start my walk. I never would have had the forethought to run through those contingencies. He was in close contact with all of our other vendors, helping everything run smoothly. After the wedding, I realized there were a few things that he discretely took care of (like when some of our decorations broke in transport, he went out and bought new ones without bothering us with questions or asking permission), so I'm sure there's dozens of other things I didn't even notice. He's a no-fuss guy who gets the job done, has a calming presence (in planning zoom meetings, over text, and in person), is attentive without being demanding (he was always at hand when we needed him, but was never hovering or in our intimate space), and is very warm and kind. He also had lots of excellent advice and ideas (ask him about the "post-ceremony, Bride and Groom moment to themselves"), but is also flexible and always reiterates that they're suggestions only, and he is there to make our vision real. I'm so, so glad we hired him, it was one of the best decisions we made while planning the wedding. I highly recommend him, I can't say enough good things about how he helped us in so many ways. What truly set Peter apart was the level of care and effort he put into our wedding. He literally rented a U-Haul himself, drove all of our decor to Moab, handled pickup and delivery, and drove it all back afterward. That alone speaks volumes about his dedication.
On wedding day, I never had to worry about a single thing because Peter handled everything so seamlessly behind the scenes. He made the entire planning process feel easy, enjoyable, and manageable. We experienced some pretty intense weather conditions—rain on day one and 30+ MPH winds on day two—and somehow, they handled it all with professionalism and calm confidence. Not only did they keep everything on track, but they went above and beyond to ensure every single vendor was taken care of and supported throughout the event.
Their knowledge and connections in the industry are unmatched. They anticipated needs before we even realized them ourselves and handled countless behind-the-scenes details that we didn’t have to stress about at all. I spoke with a dozen day of coordinators before booking Peter. None of the other coordinators felt quite right. During our initial phone call Peter was the first coordinator to ask my fiance's name and ask how we met. It might sound simple and basic, but it showed that he was genuinely interested in our wedding.
Leading up to the wedding Peter checked in frequently with us to discuss our vision and plans. He alway seemed eager to help and answer questions.
He spent 4 hours helping us set up the venue before our rehearsal dinner. He helped move tables and chairs, offered valuable input on location of ceremony/welcome table/dance floor/etc, and coordinated our rehearsal.
He arrived early on the day of the wedding to set up decorations, chairs, and assisted other vendors. He arranged our decorations in a way that exceeded my expectations--I cried when I saw our sweetheart table and dinner tables. He was cool, calm, and collected the entire time, even when other vendors showed up late. He helped me truly relax on my wedding day. I trusted Peter completely to create my vision. Another thing to note, is Peter is great at directing people. He has a voice that gets people's attention while clearly describing instructions.

For the reception I asked Peter to be 100% in charge of decor design and setup, and he exceeded my expectations. He has a plethora of classy reception decor that you get to use as part of his package, saving you money, time, and reducing waste. He coordinated a late night pizza delivery for us, and even helped take home items we didn’t want to deal with that night, so we could leave without asking family to help.

After unloading all of the decorations, and other materials, we did a walkthrough of site and discussed details and vision. Then he sent me on my way to relax and get ready for the wedding. When we arrived back at the venue, for first look and photos before the ceremony, he had everything ready and set up exactly how we discussed, and exactly how we envisioned it.
Throughout the event, he swiftly accounted for all of the logistics necessary for a smooth flow of planned actions. He remained in constant contact with the rest of the vendors to ensure they were all keeping up with the various elements of the evening. Even amidst the constant management of the timing, vendors, and transition to each part of the reception, he still made time to check on us as the couple to see if we needed anything. He made us plates during the dinner service to make sure we ate, and made sure we had no issues to address.
Peter's professionalism and expertise was immensely impressive to us as the couple, but also our guests. We got many mentions of how great of a job he did, and how kind he was to all of our friends and family.
