y husband and I have fairly high expectations and knew the biggest challenge of our wedding would be making sure I was able to “let go” and trust whomever was running the day. I will never be able to thank Diana enough for taking care of everything! I expected a Day-Of Coordinator package to be someone who is not involved until the week of, but Diana was so helpful and supportive during the entire process. Any time I had a question about anything wedding related or an update, she was there to answer an email or talk on the phone. Her relationships with vendors cannot be beat and she reacts impeccably to any situation thrown at her. We are a very silly bunch of people and she handled each surprise with grace and laughed along with us - including when we changed the officiant’s entrance music to the “Imperial Death March” the day before the wedding, or when the groomsmen showed up to the wedding day with a 6’ tall rainbow metal rooster that ended up at the top of the aisle entrance. It was an honor to get to work with Diana and her team, and we certainly will be recommending them to everyone we meet!!

igated the finally staged of my wedding planning. The day of our wedding, she handled everything with grace and set our wedding up beautifully. Not long before our outdoor ceremony was set to start, it was about to start raining. Diana jumped into action to help us make a decision to move our ceremony indoors and took care of coordinating moving everything. Diana and her assistant handled everything from keeping our timeline moving and on schedule, helping guests when needed, and ensuring myself and my new husband were well taking care of. She was even there just for me when I needed a moment alone to take a breath from the hectic and overwhelming day. I do not believe I could have done our day without Diana and Planned Perfection and I am SO thankful to have had her with us on our big day. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism from the day before at rehearsal through clean up after our reception. Her consistant communication throughout the process was wonderful and welcomed. And the personal care I felt from Diana I will be ever grateful for.

Since we live in Philadelphia, we quickly decided to hire a full-time planner since we're unfamiliar with the wedding scene in Lancaster. We spoke with Danielle over the phone, and immediately felt comfortable with her, and decided to go with Planned Perfection. It was one of our best decisions throughout the wedding planning process. Danielle was a dream to work with. She's responsive, personable, unflappable, and immediately understood what we wanted our wedding day to look and feel like. The vendors she recommended and that we ultimately hired were all equally wonderful, and we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. During the wedding weekend, she and Steph ensured everything went smoothly — the venue was decorated, everyone stayed on schedule, and they even helped put out a few fires I didn't know about until after the wedding. My husband and I could, essentially, just show up and enjoy the wedding, and not have to worry about the small things. I have said to my friends that Danielle is worth her weight in gold, and that, if I woke up tomorrow and had to plan my wedding all over again, I'd choose to work with her again in a heartbeat. We are both so thankful for her hard work bringing our day to life.

She became our saving grace when our DJ cancelled three months before our wedding. Diana had 3 more DJs with availability on our date to chat with within 24 hours. Her professionalism, knowledge, and flexibility are unmatched! We did not have to do a thing on our wedding day except maybe a "yes" or "no" and only to simple questions. Planned perfection is knowledgeable due to their many years in the wedding industry and helped guide us to find vendors that matched our needs and wants. The hiring and payment process is easy and gives you more than enough time to make payments if needed. The check ins from Planned Perfection helped us stay on track of planning and brought things we had not thought about to our attention. We are so grateful for everything Diana and her team did for us to make our day the most magical! Hire them! You WILL NOT regret it!

efore. During the final planning process, she was great with helping us finalize the final small details. She had a few different decorations of her own she was able to lend us for the day. Her and her team showed up early the day of the wedding, and we didn't have to worry about anything regarding setting up the decorations. She was always super friendly with everyone. She kept a spare key so that she could put all of the decorations away after the event. I didn't even see them clean up, but all the decorations were all put away by the time we left for the night. We would 100% book them again.

being so happy to be wrong in my assumption, and to be graciously led through every step of the process of planning and having a wedding by Planned Perfection and specifically Kellie Kemper. She was recommended by our venue, Rosewood Farms, and from the first time we met with her, we knew it was the perfect match. Contrary to popular belief and common assumptions, I was not the groom to be who would sit back and let everything be taken care of, just show up and smile the day of. Even with my neuroticism and perfectionism, Kellie was so kind, patient, and informative from start to finish. There were so many things in the wedding planning process I was both unaware of and unprepared for. Kellie was so amazing in listening to my ideas and providing a safe space to express any thoughts or concerns. She was truly dedicated to helping the vision I had planned for the wedding come true. Whether it was communicating via email, text, or check-in via video chat, she always had a wealth of knowledge and information to provide us through any current stage of planning and any upcoming steps we should prepare for and be aware of. The months both seemed to drag by and to go by in an instant. Kellie and her team were always present and making sure that we felt comfortable, supported, well taken care of, and prepared for the biggest day of our lives. The final walk-through served as the last big mountain to climb before the big day. Kellie was present and attentive, helping us work through any hiccups we would deal with from time to time with any particular vendor. The ability to navigate so many different relationships and working styles and find a way to have them all culminate into a seamless effort always continued to amaze us. Our wedding provided a particularly unique aspect of blending both Christian and Jewish traditions. Planned Perfection was proactive in learning about all the particular rules of kosher food and ensured that we had proper place settings, cutlery, and every other minutia that comes with the experience. When I say it would have been perfectly understandable for Kellie and her team to unplug given the amount of worry my fiancé and I had at various intervals, would be an understatement. Somehow, they were able to deal with all of our anxieties and provide a positive spin and outlook to help us feel right at home. Even as early as 7 AM in the morning of the wedding, Kellie and her team somehow managed to field any last-minute questions, changing to seating arrangements or cancellations. On a day with so much potential for chaos, even with little hiccups, Kellie was there to smooth them all out. Every other vendor moving in lockstep to craft this vision, the perfect day. On top of everything else at the end of the night, in what felt like a blink of an eye, all of our leftover supplies were organized and nearly packed up in our vehicle for easy departure. Kellie had even helped with the post-wedding adjustments and emotions. Getting married has been the best decision and journey of my life. Choosing Planned Perfection and Kellie is a decision I’ll always be proud of and a relationship I will always be grateful for.

She coordinated with the other vendors and took care of a lot on the back end that I did not have to worry about anything. I appreciated the unlimited emails prior to the event as well as the seamless transitions throughout the day of the wedding. She was very confident and calming! I am sure there were things they had to deal with that I may never know about. They were there for anything I needed. They did the thankless jobs. They kept it running smoothly for everyone. & most importantly, they respected our wishes and executed them for us. Cindy went above and beyond, attending all of our meetings with the venue and making sure every detail was thought of and taken care of. From the start, Cindy was there to offer vendor recommendations and answer any questions we had. She also created a wedding day timeline that we were able to share with our bridal party and parents so everyone was on the same page for the day. Cindy confirmed details with all of our vendors so we didn't have to worry about coordinating arrival times, set-ups, etc. and made sure all of our flowers, cards etc. were packed up and loaded into my parents' car at the end of the night. Speaking of that, my parents mistakenly received a parking ticket during the wedding in a space we had reserved. Without anyone knowing, Cindy called the city and had the parking ticket removed. This is just one example of how invaluable Cindy and her team were that day! Both our bridal party and guests have complimented us on how smoothly the day went and I credit Cindy and her team! They allowed us to be present with our family and friends and fully enjoy our day.

Danielle made that a complete non-issue. She guided us EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY.
