Planned Perfection

it through the planning process — let alone the wedding day — without her. She is unbelievably organized, thoughtful, and truly amazing at what she does. From the beginning, Danielle brought a calm confidence that instantly made us feel supported. She took care of every detail, big and small, so that we could actually enjoy the experience rather than stress over logistics. On wedding day, she made everything feel effortless. She kept the timeline perfectly on track, handled every vendor with ease, and made sure we never had to think about what came next. All we had to do was soak in the moment. Her presence took away every ounce of stress and anxiety. Beyond her talent and professionalism, Danielle is warm, kind, and a joy to be around. We cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. She is the reason our day ran seamlessly and felt so magical. She is truly one of a kind!

Google Drive. She was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions. The actual day itself went flawlessly and we didn't have to lift a finger during set up or clean up. She was worth every single penny and I would recommend her to everyone!

y husband and I have fairly high expectations and knew the biggest challenge of our wedding would be making sure I was able to “let go” and trust whomever was running the day. I will never be able to thank Diana enough for taking care of everything! I expected a Day-Of Coordinator package to be someone who is not involved until the week of, but Diana was so helpful and supportive during the entire process. Any time I had a question about anything wedding related or an update, she was there to answer an email or talk on the phone. Her relationships with vendors cannot be beat and she reacts impeccably to any situation thrown at her. We are a very silly bunch of people and she handled each surprise with grace and laughed along with us - including when we changed the officiant’s entrance music to the “Imperial Death March” the day before the wedding, or when the groomsmen showed up to the wedding day with a 6’ tall rainbow metal rooster that ended up at the top of the aisle entrance. It was an honor to get to work with Diana and her team, and we certainly will be recommending them to everyone we meet!!

igated the finally staged of my wedding planning. The day of our wedding, she handled everything with grace and set our wedding up beautifully. Not long before our outdoor ceremony was set to start, it was about to start raining. Diana jumped into action to help us make a decision to move our ceremony indoors and took care of coordinating moving everything. Diana and her assistant handled everything from keeping our timeline moving and on schedule, helping guests when needed, and ensuring myself and my new husband were well taking care of. She was even there just for me when I needed a moment alone to take a breath from the hectic and overwhelming day. I do not believe I could have done our day without Diana and Planned Perfection and I am SO thankful to have had her with us on our big day. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism from the day before at rehearsal through clean up after our reception. Her consistant communication throughout the process was wonderful and welcomed. And the personal care I felt from Diana I will be ever grateful for.

dvice and expertise. She is super organized, helped us keep track of important timelines, and recommended amazing vendors. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Danielle and her team! All of her preparation, in addition to her calm, steady demeanor, allowed us to relax and enjoy our day, and we are so grateful!

details. She ensured that every aspect the day of and leading up to the wedding was organized and went smoothly. I could not recommend the Planned Perfection team enough! They are amazing!!!

process, helping with recommendations, organizing all timelines for the day of, and being SO incredibly responsive and organized. When the day of the wedding came, Danielle and the Planned Perfection team made everything seamless, helping everyone flow from one room to the next so easily, making sure we had everything we needed at all times, and helped pack up everything at the end of the night so there was nothing outstanding. I could not recommend Danielle, and Planned Perfection in general, enough!!

ed make everything run so smoothly I could not have done it without them! Thank you so much!

munication, organization, and flawless execution on the wedding day. Leading up to the event, for more than a year, she had stellar response times, kept me organized, moving forward, and present in the moment since I knew my wedding day was in capable hands alongside her and her team. She also just had a great energy ya know? I truly trusted her, valued her opinion, and her vision. Cindy!!! You were a dream! I hope your coffee is always hot, your champagne is always cold, and you sleep well knowing you make couples' dream days come true.

idering we were coming from out of town. She listened to our ideas and delivered! The vendors she recommended were amazing. My husband and I had the best day at our 11.30.24 wedding!

I was properly prepared for the day, Diana and her team were always on top of it! Our wedding day couldn't have gone any better and I honestly attribute that to the planned perfection team.

and guest was top tier! My husband and I are extremely grateful!

joyable. Cindy was incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and made me feel at ease in every way. On the weekend of the wedding, she and her team was a dream to work with—they kept everything running seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without a worry. I especially appreciated how helpful she was with loading in/out of our venue. I can’t recommend Cindy and her team enough!

coordinator and provided a list of companies we could choose from. Since we live in Philadelphia, we quickly decided to hire a full-time planner since we're unfamiliar with the wedding scene in Lancaster. We spoke with Danielle over the phone, and immediately felt comfortable with her, and decided to go with Planned Perfection. It was one of our best decisions throughout the wedding planning process. Danielle was a dream to work with. She's responsive, personable, unflappable, and immediately understood what we wanted our wedding day to look and feel like. The vendors she recommended and that we ultimately hired were all equally wonderful, and we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. During the wedding weekend, she and Steph ensured everything went smoothly — the venue was decorated, everyone stayed on schedule, and they even helped put out a few fires I didn't know about until after the wedding. My husband and I could, essentially, just show up and enjoy the wedding, and not have to worry about the small things. I have said to my friends that Danielle is worth her weight in gold, and that, if I woke up tomorrow and had to plan my wedding all over again, I'd choose to work with her again in a heartbeat. We are both so thankful for her hard work bringing our day to life.

y and she made sure we had the best time!!!! 10/10 she made our lives so easy.

during all the running around. She also kept an itemized list of what was placed into what car and emailed it to us the day after which gave us such peace of mind knowing where all the important things were. She also ran down the busses to stop them from leaving without us. We also had personal gifts for each guest that she handed out to each person individually to make sure the gifts were received and put in a secure location (purses, wallets, etc) which was awesome. All day of events went smoothly all thanks to her, and we can’t thank her enough for that.

, or ideas about the day, Cindy was able to help me figure out a seamless game plan that lessened any worry of mine. During wedding planning, she provided suggestions for vendors that ended up being absolutely amazing to work with. The day of the wedding, Cindy came with two people from PP to help. They knew all the ins and outs of the venue and had a great timeline planned for the entire day. Cindy is extremely kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Cindy and Planned Perfection to anyone planning a wedding. They are professionals and know how to handle anything and everything wedding related.

nator and are so happy we decided to work with Danielle. Throughout the wedding planning process, she was so responsive and helped put my mind at ease. While both my husband and I are very organized people, Danielle helped us create the timeline and put our minds at ease and was even able to suggest vendors for us like our shuttle service that did a great job. It was also great that she knew the venue so well - her mom was the florist and it was great that everyone knew each other. Even when she was going through maternity leave, she helped answer some of our questions right before and even answered some during her leave when our wedding was starting to creep up :). I would highly recommend Danielle/Planned Perfection for any future couples.

ad an incident during the wedding where an elderly woman fainted. I grateful for how well the team separated the crowd and assisted her to get medical help. To be honest, I didn't even notice that the event happened until after the wedding.

ossible! Diana has so much knowledge in this industry and even though she was only hired as day of, she was there to give suggestions and advice along the way. She became our saving grace when our DJ cancelled three months before our wedding. Diana had 3 more DJs with availability on our date to chat with within 24 hours. Her professionalism, knowledge, and flexibility are unmatched! We did not have to do a thing on our wedding day except maybe a "yes" or "no" and only to simple questions. Planned perfection is knowledgeable due to their many years in the wedding industry and helped guide us to find vendors that matched our needs and wants. The hiring and payment process is easy and gives you more than enough time to make payments if needed. The check ins from Planned Perfection helped us stay on track of planning and brought things we had not thought about to our attention. We are so grateful for everything Diana and her team did for us to make our day the most magical! Hire them! You WILL NOT regret it!

efore. During the final planning process, she was great with helping us finalize the final small details. She had a few different decorations of her own she was able to lend us for the day. Her and her team showed up early the day of the wedding, and we didn't have to worry about anything regarding setting up the decorations. She was always super friendly with everyone. She kept a spare key so that she could put all of the decorations away after the event. I didn't even see them clean up, but all the decorations were all put away by the time we left for the night. We would 100% book them again.

being so happy to be wrong in my assumption, and to be graciously led through every step of the process of planning and having a wedding by Planned Perfection and specifically Kellie Kemper. She was recommended by our venue, Rosewood Farms, and from the first time we met with her, we knew it was the perfect match. Contrary to popular belief and common assumptions, I was not the groom to be who would sit back and let everything be taken care of, just show up and smile the day of. Even with my neuroticism and perfectionism, Kellie was so kind, patient, and informative from start to finish. There were so many things in the wedding planning process I was both unaware of and unprepared for. Kellie was so amazing in listening to my ideas and providing a safe space to express any thoughts or concerns. She was truly dedicated to helping the vision I had planned for the wedding come true. Whether it was communicating via email, text, or check-in via video chat, she always had a wealth of knowledge and information to provide us through any current stage of planning and any upcoming steps we should prepare for and be aware of. The months both seemed to drag by and to go by in an instant. Kellie and her team were always present and making sure that we felt comfortable, supported, well taken care of, and prepared for the biggest day of our lives. The final walk-through served as the last big mountain to climb before the big day. Kellie was present and attentive, helping us work through any hiccups we would deal with from time to time with any particular vendor. The ability to navigate so many different relationships and working styles and find a way to have them all culminate into a seamless effort always continued to amaze us. Our wedding provided a particularly unique aspect of blending both Christian and Jewish traditions. Planned Perfection was proactive in learning about all the particular rules of kosher food and ensured that we had proper place settings, cutlery, and every other minutia that comes with the experience. When I say it would have been perfectly understandable for Kellie and her team to unplug given the amount of worry my fiancé and I had at various intervals, would be an understatement. Somehow, they were able to deal with all of our anxieties and provide a positive spin and outlook to help us feel right at home. Even as early as 7 AM in the morning of the wedding, Kellie and her team somehow managed to field any last-minute questions, changing to seating arrangements or cancellations. On a day with so much potential for chaos, even with little hiccups, Kellie was there to smooth them all out. Every other vendor moving in lockstep to craft this vision, the perfect day. On top of everything else at the end of the night, in what felt like a blink of an eye, all of our leftover supplies were organized and nearly packed up in our vehicle for easy departure. Kellie had even helped with the post-wedding adjustments and emotions. Getting married has been the best decision and journey of my life. Choosing Planned Perfection and Kellie is a decision I’ll always be proud of and a relationship I will always be grateful for.

re times where I felt like I should have been doing more, but she had it all handled! She coordinated with the other vendors and took care of a lot on the back end that I did not have to worry about anything. I appreciated the unlimited emails prior to the event as well as the seamless transitions throughout the day of the wedding. She was very confident and calming! Also the wedding started exactly on time which was amazing!

nned Perfection was our favorite. I cannot imagine a wedding without Planned Perfection. Our wedding was perfect – I would not change ONE thing – and this is due entirely to the skills of Planned Perfection.

with empathy (and lots of patience!) but also provided helpful advice, planning expertise, and coordination. I am positive I didn't see even a 10% of what she did behind the scenes to make the day seamless. The day of, everything went more perfectly than I can describe--it was smooth, easy, and intuitive. If I could change anything about my wedding, it most certainly wouldn't be Planned Perfection; I would have hired them at any venue, at any time, in any context. Thank you so much!!

to the wedding. Kellie is extremely hard-working, organized, personable, communicative, passionate, and invested in the couples she works with. She was so helpful in the planning process and did so much behind the scenes work to make our day run perfectly, even getting soaked in the pouring rain to pack up our car at the end of the day so that we did not have to stress. We owe our perfect day to Kellie and her team and could not be more grateful! Highly recommend.

s only make decisions based on the best thing for the Venue. It was important to us to have someone that vouched for US. Diana was there from almost day one all the way through until our Wedding Day. She listened, she helped me whenever I needed it, she gave guidance along the way and she reassured me it would all come together. Her and her Assistant were a blessing on my Wedding Day. I am sure there were things they had to deal with that I may never know about. They were there for anything I needed. They did the thankless jobs. They kept it running smoothly for everyone. & most importantly, they respected our wishes and executed them for us. If you’re in need of a planner, specifically for Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA, this is a great company to consider!

r stop thinking about it and hire Danielle! I was waiting for the stress of wedding planning to hit, but it never did, even the day of the wedding. Danielle was with me every step of the way, always checking in, coordinating timelines and answering endless questions. The day of my wedding Danielle and her team made my vision come to life and helped to create the most perfect day of mine and my new husbands life. She’s amazing. Her team is amazing. I would 100% recommend Danielle and her team from planned perfection!

edding day. She was so easy to contact and was always willing to help or offer advice throughout the planning process. We weren't sure if we needed a day of coordinator when we began our wedding planning journey but now we can absolutely say that they are 100% needed and we don't regret anything about working with Cindy and planned perfection!! They are the best!!

s think you can save money doing things yourself - but trust me, book Cindy. She is worth every penny! Cindy went above and beyond, attending all of our meetings with the venue and making sure every detail was thought of and taken care of. From the start, Cindy was there to offer vendor recommendations and answer any questions we had. She also created a wedding day timeline that we were able to share with our bridal party and parents so everyone was on the same page for the day. Cindy confirmed details with all of our vendors so we didn't have to worry about coordinating arrival times, set-ups, etc. and made sure all of our flowers, cards etc. were packed up and loaded into my parents' car at the end of the night. Speaking of that, my parents mistakenly received a parking ticket during the wedding in a space we had reserved. Without anyone knowing, Cindy called the city and had the parking ticket removed. This is just one example of how invaluable Cindy and her team were that day! Both our bridal party and guests have complimented us on how smoothly the day went and I credit Cindy and her team! They allowed us to be present with our family and friends and fully enjoy our day.

above and beyond throughout our entire planning process, and we wouldn’t have had the most amazing day without her! We changed our wedding date when we were already a few months into the planning process and Danielle coordinated everything to make sure we could still use the vendors we had already booked for our date change. She also accommodated all the little additions we made as we got closer to the day, there is nothing Danielle can’t handle! Her and her team truly brought our vision alive and highlighted every detail so perfectly! We’ve received such high praise from our friends and family for how incredible the day was, and it was thanks to all the hard work her and her team put in. We are beyond thankful for her services, and we can not recommend her enough to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner! Danielle is THE BEST!!

ament. From helping us find vendors and defining a vision for the day to keeping track of the tiny details and executing with precision, we had everything we could have asked for from Planned Perfection. I would work with Diana again in a heartbeat. The best decision we made was to hire her and the Planned Perfection team to help us plan our day.

nielle on the wedding day. From our very first phone call, I knew Danielle was who I needed to make sure our wedding day went perfectly. She knew Excelsior like the back of her hand, so that helped tremendously in our planning. During planning, Danielle was quickly responsive, detailed, and extremely organized. On the day of, I wouldn't have even known if something went wrong because her and her team were on it. We've had multiple guests tell us they have never seen a wedding day go as smooth as ours did. We cannot thank Danielle and Planned Perfection enough!!

day. Cindy Ray went above and beyond her role as our 'day of coordinator' - she was incredibly helpful in answering questions and assisting throughout all phases of the planning process during our two year (!) engagement. She knew all of the in's and out's of our venue, gave excellent resources and guidance when choosing vendors, and is incredibly prompt in her responsiveness. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, kindness, and dedication throughout the process. Absolutely amazing from the initial call through the end of our wedding night. Planned perfection is the ultimate leader to have on your team of vendors. Forever grateful!

. When we first started down this wedding journey, my husband and I decided we wanted to take on a three-day wedding celebration; unfortunately, we also found out that we weren't actually good at planning everything needed to make that happen. Danielle made that a complete non-issue. She guided us EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY. She had the perfect blend of thoughtful guidance, check-ins, and brainstorming sessions mixed with a calming confidence that NEVER made us feel overwhelmed or guilty for missing any of our deadlines (Danielle, if you're reading this, we still can't figure out whether or not it ever bothered you that we would take 2 weeks to respond to emails haha). If we wanted to, we could write for days about every single nuance she handled, about how on our wedding day we didn't ever worry about a single thing, about how there were a million things happening in the background but we just got to enjoy every single second of our day... but for anyone reading this review, just know that you could not make a better choice and we mean that from the heart. Thank you Danielle -- without an ounce of exaggeration, that was the best weekend of our lives <3

ry organized and patient in the weeks leading up to wedding day and I felt very prepared. Her personality was a great fit for us- reassuring and calming while still being very on top of things. And she’s inclusive of all couples which was important to me! Thanks Diana!

ndations were all spot on, and her organizational skills and follow-through provided comfort throughout the process. The events were seamless. Also, during the three days of activities, there was nothing that the team could not handle. The list of last-minute items they address is endless, but a few stand out because no one should expect the wedding planner to have an immediate fix or pay attention to every little detail. Removing oil from a bridesmaid's gown, hemming my dress so I could safely perform the mother-groom dance, and making sure the tables at the brunch were constantly replenished, to name a few. We simply could not have pulled this off without them and I feel blessed that we were lucky enough to find them.

vigate any family dynamic challenges with ease and professionalism along the way. When one of our vendors cancelled last minute, she reached out to us immediately with a potential solution. She was communicative, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! Thank you, Danielle! :) Mia & Lance

nything. It felt like we paid for the full thing! Danielle helped with truly every aspect and answered every single text, email and call. As someone who has never even been in a wedding myself, it was invaluable to have someone who knew the ins and outs of planning that I could ask any question to throughout the process. We planned our wedding "long distance" as we live in NYC and got married in Harrisburg, and Danielle saved me an insane amount of time finding reputable vendors that were in the budget and vibe I wanted. Not only that, but each and every vendor she recommended were incredible on their own. I'm the first to get married of all my friends and I'm telling every single person they need to hire a planner like Danielle. On the day of I felt incredibly calm knowing that she and her team were in charge and could answer any question. Even my family noticed how organized the whole night was and multiple guests commented on it, too. I was able to truly enjoy each moment that night because Danielle was in charge. Worth EVERY penny!!

y one guiding us and answering questions. We had absolutely ZERO stress the day of because Kellie handled EVERYTHING. We are so grateful to her and the rest of the Planned Perfection team.

k to Diana about this” and her responses were always quick and thoughtful. She took time to really understand what mattered to us. When it came to the week of the wedding, the weather forecast included heavy rain and wind. She led us through many decisions and ensured back up plans were in place. The day of went VERY smoothly, despite a couple necessary last minute changes due to the weather. So grateful to Diana and her team! Would partner with them all over again in a heartbeat.

h ease. In addition, she was critical in putting together an absolute dream team of vendors. Thank you to Danielle & the Planned Perfection team! We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Exceeded all expectations!

and recommendations for vendors. During the wedding day, the team took care of everything seamlessly so we could enjoy our day with family and friends. Honestly, one of the best decisions we made was hiring this team!

ndors that were available, kept us on track, and coordinated the day-of with her assistant to keep everything flowing. She made sure I got to enjoy my wedding, and I was fully confident putting everything in her hands after I put on the dress. Also, bless them for keeping track of things - like the marriage license - and handing them off again at the end of the night. Thank you so much - truly, you helped to make our day possible.

eam wedding come true! Knowing that she was handling every detail of the wedding so that my now husband and I could enjoy every second made working with planned perfection so, so worth it. I would highly recommend Kellie to any bride and groom and will miss not talking and texting with her every day anymore <3 <3
