Betsy and the team were amazing from the start of planning process to packing up at the end of the wedding night! They helped to fine tune the ideas we had for our wedding day, while offering thoughtful suggestions to make the day even more special. They recommended amazing vendors who helped to create the wedding we dreamed of and made for a low stress wedding day. Throughout the planning process Betsy would respond promptly to any questions asked even when I was emailing or texting late into the evenings. Betsy was organized offering a multitude of resources she managed to help track details, to do list, and the budget from start to finish. Any concern I had she reassured me that the team would have it handled the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding they went above and beyond delivering flowers for detail shots at an offsite Airbnb. All the vendors knew what our vision was and how the could contribute thanks to the PtoP team. My family and myself did not have to worry about any of the details the day of the wedding. Everything ran so smooth, and at the end of the night they packed everything into my in laws car. Day of services were invaluable! All other services were frustrating and not worth the price paid. If you are planning a small wedding this may not be the planner services you want to work with since there is one fee attached to services regardless of event size. Also, if you want to be heard and your vision valued, pass. Often through the planning process I voiced desired details that were ignored. I was hoping for someone that would listen and value my opinions without interjecting their opinions, and was let down. Being a gradate student, this service was supposed to be a valuable asset in our planning process, especially since neither of us are originally from Kentucky. I also asked for all big details to be taken care of before my last year of school began. I was told that would be no problem, but ended up taking care of things well into the fall after the semester started. This was after months of neglect in the spring and early summer. I was ready to terminate the contract mid-summer, but was given promise that things would begin to come together quickly and offered weekly update calls. The calls typically could have been emails and took up valuable time (probably for both of us) that wasn't necessary. Details expressed more than once, like placement of chairs for ceremony, were missed until the walk through. Even with provided picture examples. Heaven forbid the bride has a tough relationship with her mother. I attempted to make this clear several times, and had to reiterate this during the walk through that I did not want entrances highlighted before the ceremony. I wanted certain things to be kept a secret to my now husband that were loudly gone through during the walk through. Thankfully, he either didn't catch on or played my ruined surprise off well. After the rocky planning process this was the last thing I was expecting and was furious since I stated these details were to be a surprised. I usually prefer not to write negative reviews, but was urged by multiple people as a warning to other couples about what they could potentially be getting into. I am happy there are other couples that have had excellent support and wish I could have had the same experience.

We really enjoyed working with Betsy! She knew the best vendors in town and was very prompt in answering any questions! On the day of the wedding, her and her staff took care of everything!! Everything went smoothly! I highly recommend her and her staff for your wedding venue! ❤️🌹

I wanted to be able to focus solely on my daughter on her big day and because of Betsy and Julia that’s exactly what I was able to do. They created the perfect timeline and executed it beautifully. Julia was there from start to finish and her efficiency allowed me to be able to spend my time on the wedding day with my daughter. I couldn’t have done it without them!

This is a team of top-notch professionals whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with at a large wedding with lots of moving parts. Lyndsey handled everything at the rehearsal and at the event with confidence, leadership, and the utmost of competence. You can’t go wrong with them and I highly recommend this vendor.

I had Betsy for my wedding and she was incredible. I know this is so rare to say, but NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day. Everyone raved about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Betsy had so much expertise and advice that was invaluable. I would have made so many mistakes without her. Plus, with the money she saved us, she paid for herself! 100% recommend!

Lyndsey was extremely helpful leading up to our wedding and then putting everything together on wedding day. She helped keep everything organized as we were in the planning stages and made everything happen on wedding day. Her recommendations for vendors to use around Lexington were extremely helpful. We had a couple of issues with access to electrical outlets on the day of our wedding and Lyndsey was able to get generators and keep things moving right along. Lyndsey was great to work with and we can’t recommend her enough!

Betsy and Lori were amazing. Betsy was there every step of the way through our 9 months of planning for our October wedding. Lori was there the day of and myself (bride) and my mother had NO stress at all the day of. We were running ahead of schedule the whole day! Betsy was exceptional in helping to plan and organize our wedding down to every detail. She was able to ease the stress of having to plan a wedding from over 12 hours away from KY! From helping find the perfect vendors, to communicating with our venue, to picking up decoration for the day of and even printing personalized table numbers when we forgot ours in another state days before the wedding, Betsy went above and beyond our expectations! She took the time to email and schedule calls with our vendors and with us personally to make sure that our planning was staying on track so that the day of was perfect. Any last minute changes were handled so professionally and expedited seamlessly. I honestly do not know what we would have done with out Betsy's help, support, and organization skills. We worked with Julia Ritchie from Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass and it was a delight from start to finish. Betsy Lowe was our first point of contact and provided some great context and feedback for our ideas and rough plans, even well before we’d formally engaged PtoP. Once we did, we were introduced to Julia who provided outstanding day-of planning and coordination. She made it clear she was always available and went out of her way to visit vendors with us, provide feedback, and generally help us keep our heads on straight as we planned a day-long affair with multiple venues. (All during Thunder Over Louisville, no less!) Her assistant Lily was also invaluable in realizing our vision for a very meaningful set of personalized table centerpieces for our reception, and went out of her way to support us during our first visits with vendors. We’d jump at the opportunity to work with PtoP again—though we likely won’t need to anytime soon after a virtually perfect wedding day.

Betsy Lowe is excellent! When we hired her, we told that we didn’t want to “work” the wedding, that we want to “enjoy” every minute of the wedding. She made that happen. She managed every detail and gave our daughter and new son-on-law a 5-star wedding! I highly recommend Betsy and her team!

I couldn't have been happier than with the great service provided by Betsy Lowe while planning my wedding. We gave Betsy about a 4-month timeline to get everything planned and she was on the ball immediately. She is very responsive and is an excellent problem solver. Essentially any request I had, Betsy could make it happen. It is obvious the amount of knowledge and experience she has in the industry. She has contacts with just about everyone, and even when we threw a novel request at her (a cigar roller!) she found a vendor that we were very happy with. She did a great job working with both me and my mom (and even my dad when he had questions). Most importantly, Betsy made the planning experience easy for me. I have a demanding job and sometimes I had very little energy to give to wedding planning. When I hit my limit, Betsy took the reins and everything turned out wonderful. We were very pleased with the cost of her services and thought it was reasonable and well worth the amount and quality of service we received. Couldn't recommend Betsy and Planned to Perfection more.

Betsy was awesome in helping make my vision for the day come to life! I sincerely could have not pulled it off without her! There were things I would call about and get to a dead end, and she would just wave her wand and make them happen! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had the honor of working with Lyndsey for around a year planning our wedding. She was absolutely amazing to us. She was happy to answer all of our questions, guide us in the right direction with planning, recommending vendors, and relieved so much of our stress. She made the day of worry free for us. That's all you could ask for. She had everything set up and really made our vision come to life. She solved issues without even making us aware. She was truly a life saver. We could not have done it without her! We woke up the next day with huge smiles on our face and had to immediately thank Lyndsey for everything. I would recommend Lyndsey over and over again!

I cannot sing the praises of Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass enough. If I could give them more stars, I would. We worked with Betsy for about a year and a half during our wedding planning process. We live in Virginia and were planning a wedding in Louisville, KY, and she was super accommodating and responsive. I can't imagine getting through the rehearsal or wedding day without her. She directed the rehearsal, which made it super easy. She provided a day-of timeline and communicated the timeframe with all of the vendors. She truly made our wedding day perfect and stress-free, which is what we wanted from having a wedding planner. We were able to enjoy every aspect of the day, as she even made up a plate of food for us to make sure we ate! If you want to enjoy your wedding day and all the food, drinks, music, etc. you paid a lot of money for, try to fit PtP's services into your budget. It will be so worth it! I can't recommend Betsy and her team enough!

I found her to be professional, organized, and accommodating as we reviewed details for the rehearsal and wedding. During the weekend, she was accommodating, flexible, and hands-on; always a step ahead, to ensure that we could relax and enjoy this special occasion with ease. When my now-husband and I had been engaged for almost 3 years, and had been dreading wedding planning for so long that we hadn't even set a date yet, we knew it was time to hire a professional... And an absolute professional we got!! Betsy was AMAZING! I honestly can't recommend her enough. We live out of state and we were planning a wedding in Lexington, KY. Within weeks, Betsy had shown me multiple venues and we had a date and place set. Not only that, but we had a complicated wedding weekend with not one but two receptions, each with completely different cultures/styles/people. Betsy navigated it all beautifully!! My parents, wedding party, and everyone absolutely loved her, as did we. Betsy was amazingly responsive and available through the whole process. She kept track of every detail so we didn't have to, from coordinating stage rental to catering set up and more. When we needed last minute makeup and henna artists, no problem. My wedding weekend was not without its own little glitches, but honestly I didn't even hear about them because I got to relax and get ready with my girlfriends instead, and Betsy had already taken care of everything. Honestly I don't think we would even be married yet if not for Betsy and PtoP's services! Thank you for everything-- best weekend of my life :)

Hiring Betsy as our DOC was one of the best decisions ever. After one extremely productive conversation (which was just our intro call), I knew that this would be the best gift we could give ourselves and our families--- rather than have everyone set up, troubleshoot, contact vendors, and oh- figure out the whole timeline, we had an expert do it! It gave me a huge sigh of relief and I only wished I got her first thing. Betsy is so well connected in the industry and gave so many tips and recommendations to keep us on track, and calmed me down many times. We planned the wedding long-distance, but knew that at the end of the day it would come together thanks to the help we received. She set up the wedding exactly as we wanted (and even let us borrow a few things), made us a plate of food to made sure we ate (THANK YOU!), and stayed until the end to pack up. The whole day was smooth and on track and it allowed us to just really enjoy ourselves. About a week ahead of the wedding, she contacted all the vendors and ensured they know where to go and when to arrive. Betsy also coordinated the rehearsal which made a big difference-- I appreciated that she checked in often and honored our preferences. I can't recommend her enough- HIRE Betsy!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lyndsey. From the beginning, she was so helpful at keeping me on track and helping out where she could. On the actual day, I had nothing to worry about because she flawlessly coordinated everything and also managed to be around to check on us and bring us water and drinks. She really went above and beyond!

My husband and I were determined to plan our wedding by ourselves. However, a few months out, we realized how hard that was for two unorganized, full-time working individuals. We initially asked another local wedding planner for assistance. She ended up being unapproachable, unfriendly, unavailable, etc. So, only one month out, we realized we needed someone who truly cared about us and our happiness/sanity. That is when we came across Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass. We got to work with Betsy..and she was a true miracle. I have no doubt that our wedding would not have come together without her. She jumped in, with such little notice, and got things done ! She left no stone unturned. She was extremely efficient, approachable, responsive, proactive, friendly, hands-on, thorough, and welcoming. I felt so relaxed and at ease with our wedding in her hands. She made sure every detail was taken care of and brought up ideas I had not even thought about. When it came to the day of the wedding, she made it so that I did not have to worry about one, single detail. She knew who to contact when issues arose, which they inevitably always do at weddings, and I never had to stress. After speaking to other married friends, they could not say the same about their weddings, unfortunately. Betsy was the reason we were able to relax and have fun on our wedding day (we had a large wedding with lots of detail)! I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and dedication of any other business, in general, compared to Planned to Perfection. Their prices are also very reasonable and their service is well worth the money for your wedding sanity !!!! I swear by them !

We were admittedly hesitant to get a wedding planner of any kind when we began, but Lyndsey with PtP proved to be well beyond her worth! My now-husband is budget conscious, so we hired her for "day of coordination" only. We also wanted the freedom to plan most things on our own with slight guidance on some specific wedding items we weren't as well-versed in. LYNDSEY WAS PHENOMENAL!! She was there for us EVERY step of the way with immediate responses and helpful answers. She solved multiple problems throughout my extensive 2.5 year engagement and obsessive emails - including countless communications with vendors and a near mishap with our hotel! And most importantly, she helped bring my dream wedding to life, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say that I was 100% stress-free on my wedding day and I could not have asked for a single thing to have gone any better! I seriously cannot recommend Lyndsey and the PtP team enough. She was the absolute best bang for our buck from all of our wedding expenses and a joy to work with!

I went in to wedding planning without having a wedding planner, feeling like those services were something I could take care of and also save money. I soon realized that having someone to accommodate your needs and make such important arrangements would be priceless, and it was. It eased so much stress for us. Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass was just that....perfection! We stumbled across them while I was looking at wedding venues with my daughter. As soon as I met Betsy, I was hooked and very relieved that someone so organized and thorough would be taking care of my daughter's special day. From start to finish the communication was amazing and Betsy made sure to consult me about every detail before anything was decided or signed. She set up all of the meetings with the vendors and went with us to make sure that we were well informed and happy with our choices. She handled all of the communication with the contracts and helped me make special requests to the vendors. The venue, DJ, caterer, flowers, and decorations all flowed together so well and made my daughter's day everything she could have dreamed of and more. Betsy and her team planned and managed everything to perfection and I couldn't imagine having to do all of that without them. She and her team are absolutely going to plan my oldest daughter's wedding when her time comes. It would be a mistake not to use them to plan your big day. Absolutely no regrets, and I feel like I have a new friend. Love you and thank you for such beautiful and perfect memories.

I am going to start by saying Betsy was brilliant from the day i first spoke to her. I had just called to get some information and spoke to her for over an hour. I didnt at any point felt rushed or business like. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing because i had absolutely no clue where to even start. I felt like i was in great hands and hired her right away. Although i only hired her for “Day of”coordination, Betsy was quick to take my call or answer any questions I sent to her over text regardless of what was stated on the contract. She came to my appointments with different vendors that I requested her to join me and gave excellent advise on many things. I bought most of my Decor and she was going to set it up at my venue. During the months leading upto my wedding she kept in continuous touch and formed a timeline which brought everything together. My husband absolutely loved working with her and she got along with every single person in my family. We met a few weeks before the wedding at my venue and went over all the details with the Venue’s event coordinator. Week leading upto the wedding, we kept in constant touch and had back up plans in case of inclement weather. I got very lucky and had great weather. My ceremony was inside the venue but i had a rooftop reception. On the day of Betsy helped with unloading the cars and taking everything on the roof. She carefully unpacked everything and we went over our the design. It just so happens i forgot to bring candles for some of the decorations but Betsy was on top of it. I did hire her assistant to help for the day who actually brought my bridal bouquets from Lexington to the Venue in Versailles. I had a small dress emergency and she came through like a charm. I needed fashion tape and lo and behold, Betsy had it in her car. I also forgot my tablecloth and didnt have them till 12 ish wish was 2 hours later than when we needed them. I don’t even know how she handled it but my jaw dropped when i entered my reception area. It was like a dream. Everything came together perfectly. She read my mind and went way beyond. Everything was setup beautifully and I received soo many compliments on everything. Betsy was very attentive to the needs of my in-laws and made sure they were well taken care of. We were served as a couple first and she went upto each table and invited them to the buffet. At the end of the night she made sure all my decor was packed carefully and put away safely. I can’t thank her enough for being so wonderful throughout the wedding. I did not stress out even the slightest. She worked very hard and made sure everything was planned to perfection 😊

I highly recommend Planned to Perfect of the Bluegrass. I used them as a wedding coordinator for the weekend of the wedding. The services were perfect for what I needed, they were easy to work with and reasonably priced. My coordinator was incredibly responsive and our personalities aligned well!

Betsy was just our best friend through the whole process, super patient and accommodating of our every request. "Let's meet weekly, let's meet here, let's do skype, let's use this file, let's try this or that, you got it! It was just great peace of mind knowing Betsy was so committed to help us since we were out of the country for 99% of the time. The day of, she was on top of everything and she is really super prepared, I mean it, we really could just let go and enjoy our day. We are truly thankful for Betsy, her knowledge, experience, readiness and guidance.

Hiring Betsy from Planned to Perfection as our Day of Coordinator was the best decision we made when planning our wedding! We were on a budget, so her knowledge and relationships with other vendors in our area helped us save money without risky quality. She recommended so many great people for us to work with that helped make our day perfect from the DJ to the catering company! Betsy answered my questions via email, call, and text at the drop of a dime. She was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The day of our wedding was as stress free and perfect as it could get! It was so nice having her there to make sure people were in the right places at the right time - it took a lot of work off our family and friends so they were able to enjoy the day / evening as well. Betsy truly cares about every detail and has a true passion and talent for this industry. She even drove us around our wedding site in the pouring rain to help us get some really awesome pictures at different locations! I would recommend Betsy and her company to every bride I know. Even though my groom may have been a little skeptical about spending the money to hire a DOC, at the end of our wedding night, he expressed that she really was worth every penny! If you are looking for a DOC, this is your gal!

Betsy, from PtP, was a God sent! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner and someone to help us make our big day come to life. Coming in late in the game after another wedding planner back out on us for business reasons, she came in and picked up the pieces and ran with it. From our first meeting all we got was the utmost professionalism. I could tell she really wanted to know exactly what my vision was and was totally willing to look through photo after photo of what I wanted. She understood I was a visual learner and worked to help my vision become a reality. She was great at telling me what was realistic, what was achievable and what was beyond our budget (something we asked her to do, we needed someone to keep up in the black). She connected us to great vendors, worked around our schedule, came to every meeting I asked her to, would jump in if I wasn't communicating what we were looking for clearly and thought of everything we needed and all the things we didn't think of as well. She would keep us on track and make sure things got done! Her endless emails were awesome! She was the glue that held us together at some points! She was great at working with my mother, my husband, my mother in law and everyone in between. We all loved her! In the week leading up to our big day she was fabulous. Constantly checking in and giving me updates. She checked the weather, had back up plans and made sure that every vendor knew what was going on. She made sure everything went smoothly and even was out at our venue the day before setting up with her colleagues. The day of our wedding she was wonderful! She and her assistant helped us get every photo we wanted, made sure we ate at the reception, calmed my nerves when cameras broke, had back up plan after back up plan and even at one point discussed sewing me into my dress when my hook and eye broke. Betsy was in the trenches and was fabulous every second of the day. Not to mention professional and wonderful to all our guests. At the end of it all looking back, both my husband, my mother and I would say that if you don't get anything else, get yourself a wedding planner. Find it somewhere in your budget! Don't get the second beer choice or forget the flowers in the church windows. Forgo somethings to find the money for a wedding planner, because at the end of the day she is what made our day magical. I have no doubt that without her it would never have come together as perfectly as it did. And when you find the money for a wedding planner, don't hire anyone else but these women! I have met all of them and they are wonderful. You couldn't go wrong with any of them. You won't only hire a wedding planner, you'll hire the person who helps you keep your sanity and be in your corner. Betsy was absolutely incredible. Our wedding went off without a hitch and Betsy was there at every step of the way. We are both working professionals that travel frequently and were planning our KY wedding from DC. Betsy was flexible in every way, working with us via telephone, email, and text. Everything went smoothly the day of and our guests have raved about the wedding ever since. She has great relationships with several vendors which we thought really helped keep everything low stress and running smoothly. I could not recommend Betsy and her team enough.

couldn't imagine planning my wedding and reception without Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass!! After I was engaged I moved to Nashville, TN. We decided we would get married at Buffalo Trace Distillery since Kentucky was where we met:)! I cant imagine planning something for 230 people being away ! Betsy was amazing and thought of things I never would have thought of needing in a million years ! Also, all the vendors she suggested were amazing!

When we first started planning our wedding, we did so without supplemental help. After doing this for several weeks, we quickly learned that this could be an arduous task. Luckily, we were able to find Betsy and Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass. After first talking to her, we knew that she was the right person to help us. She made planning a breeze. We had very busy schedules, and she was helpful in setting up meetings with vendors, despite us living further away from where our ceremony was held. She was always available to discuss and plan things no matter what and always was able to keep us on track throughout the planning process. During our big day, she coordinated all vendors and schedule for the day, and we did not worry about anything and were able to enjoy the day to the fullest without having to worry about the details, which were already handled. We can honestly say that without Besty and Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass, that our day would not have been able to go as well as it did. She really made the process fun and was always available for a pep talk when we were overwhelmed. If you are contemplating whether or not you need a planner like I was, just do it! You cannot go wrong with Betsy it will make your day so much more enjoyable, we did not worry about anything and were able to be with our friends and family all day. Five stars aren't enough and we would recommend her and Planned to perfection of the bluegrass for both planning and day of services without reservation.

If you are a control freak like me you might think you can do all of the wedding planning and coordinating on your own. I was so against the idea of having a wedding coordinator because I wanted to be in complete control and it was my mom's idea so I instantly rejected the idea. THANK GOODNESS I reconsidered. After meeting with Lyndsey from Planned Perfecrion of the Bluegrass it was clear that I needed her. She mentioned several things that I had not even thought of yet for the wedding day. It was also very clear that the wedding image I had in mind would still be carried through. She wasn't going to talk me into anything I didn't want but was going to help bring my dream wedding to life! She knows the wedding business inside and out. She will think of things that you wouldn't have thought of until the day of the wedding if you didn't have her. Her eye for detail is amazing. She always has helpful suggestions if you're stuck. She also has tons of suggestions on how to save money. She knows sooooo many wedding vendors around the area and as soon as those vendors know you're working with her they go above and beyond because the reputation Lyndsey has among the wedding community. On the day of the wedding she was amazing. I did not have to worry about one thing. Everything went so smoothly and I was able to soak up the day and truely enjoy myself and my husband. I cannot imagine not having her through the entire process but especially on the day of the wedding. Can you imagine instead of getting your hair and makeup done and hanging out with your bridesmaids having to wait for the vendors to arrive and tell every one of them where stuff needs to go and decorate all morning and having to line the wedding party up and keep track of when the cake needs to be cut instead of enjoying the day you've dreamt about your entire life? I did not have to worry about any details on the day of the wedding and did not even feel like I needed to check how the venue looked before the reception started because I knew Lyndsey had everything under control and knew how I wanted everything to look. I thought I could do it all on my own. Thank goodness I listedned to my mom for once lol. Even my dad said Lyndsey was the best money we spent throughout the entire wedding process. She seriously is a MUST HAVE for your wedding day. I could go on and on. Not only is she an amazing wedding planner, she is also an amazing person.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lyndsey! The moment we sat down to meet with her, we were blown away. She helped us find a beautiful church for our ceremony, found tons of great local vendors for us, and kept us organized and calm every step of the way. Planning a wedding from out of town was difficult, but Lyndsey made it a breeze. And on my wedding day, I truly don't know what I would have done without her. Every time I had a question or problem, she was right there with a solution and a calming smile. My wedding was so perfect and went more smoothly than I ever imagined, and it wouldn't have been possible without her. I would 1000% recommend Lyndsey to every bride out there. Even if you don't think you need her—trust me, you do!

We could not be more thankful for Lyndsey and Planned to Perfection. We were an out of state couple planning a wedding at Buffalo Trace and Lyndsey helped make our wedding day perfect! We originally were going with a different day of coordinator who I had second thoughts about. To my luck the first coordinator had to back out because she was having a baby. My next call was to Lyndsey and she helped me more in that one call than the first person did in two months. I was kicking myself that I didn't call Planned to Perfection first. Lyndsey recommended many local vendors who all were great. She was always quick to respond, organized and helped keep me calm every step of the way. She also took time to meet up with us twice before the wedding when we were in town. She did more than just coordinate the day of activities, she helped throughout the entire process. I worked with Lyndsey and Lori for my wedding day and they were absolutely amazing! Lori was there the full day and they both just made everything so easy with absolutely no stress at all. Betsy was my planner, and she handled everything. From a stain in my mom's dress to lost car keys, she smoothed out all the minor issues. She also beautifully decorated the church for the ceremony and coordinated the reception with vendors.

Since many aspects of my wedding were "DIY" and the reception was being catered by my mother, I decided to help relieve some burden by hiring a day of coordinator. I could not be any happier with this decision! I met with Betsy and Lyndsey about six months for my wedding to go over the initial plans and to discuss details and expectations. They stayed in touch through the entire planning process and were always very accessible for any questions I had for them. As the wedding date got closer, my mother and I again met with Betsy and she patiently and meticulously went through each and every detail of the day with me, concisely and courtesy answered my every question, and provided us with "best practices" ideas and suggestions from her experience over the years. At our wedding rehearsal, Betsy was courteous and direct with attendants, making sure each understood their role for the following day. She also respectfully worked closely with our priest to make sure he was set and comfortable, as he was a visiting priest to that parish. In addition to the bridal party, Betsy was attentive to the needs of our older guests, ensuring they were seated in a pew up front where there were no kneelers they could potentially trip over and fall. As a highly detailed bride, I had prepared myself to take the advice of countless other brides before me to not "freak out" when something didn't go as planned on my big day. However, my preparation was not needed, as my wedding day was beyond flawless thanks to all the hard work of Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass. Betsy arrived in the morning and immediately attended to a list of requests from my mother, accompanied me to the church to fluff my veil and make sure the ceremony went smoothly, then orchestrated cocktail hour and the reception, making sure every detail was perfect (including making sure the bride and groom actually got a chance to eat!). Overall, while Betsy was incredibly busy helping everyone all day long, she always seemed to magically be right by my side when I needed her. As silly as it sounds, I truly believe Betsy and Lyndsey are the Mary Poppins of weddings; they are there when you need them then gone once they know their work is done. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride wanting to ensure their day goes better than planned!

Lyndsey and Betsy of Planned to Perfection saved my life (metaphorically ^_^). I hired them as day of coordinators, but they helped with so much more. They helped arrange and pick up flowers, they called all of my vendors, and they were there for me through months of planning. Also, their rates are so great, and so reasonable. They take their jobs seriously, and they do them well.
