The platinum bridal team is phenomenal! I had been to 5 shops before visiting them and quickly found/fell in love with my dream wedding dress. They are very kind and thoughtful in listening to your needs and budget. I highly recommend shopping with them, I felt like a queen on my wedding day!

I had the best experience working with Monica at Platinum Bridal. The first appointment I felt absolutely no pressure to choose a dress. Monica simply helped me choose a silhouette as I had been so undecided at other bridal shop appointments. After she helped me choose a dress style, I really felt like she listened to my comments and feedback on dresses she had my try on, down to small details of lace/train/neckline/etc. Finally she brought out a dress that was perfect and I said yes to the dress! From then on Monica and Platinum Bridal continued to be incredibly helpful. They held my dress for me until I was ready to bring it back home where I was getting married and answered questions I had about the alterations process. I did not end up getting my dress altered with them but they still were open and helpful with general alterations questions I had. Their shop is also absolutely beautiful! Very clean, big private dressing rooms for the bride and whoever she may bring with her, great big room with natural light to see your dress in different lighting styles as well. I would 100% highly recommend Platinum Bridal to all future brides!

I am so happy I went to Platinum Bridal to find my wedding dress! Every single person there made me feel so comfortable and beautiful throughout the entire process! This was my second shop to look at dresses, and I already had one from the first shop in the back of my mind that I would have bought if I didn't find anything here. I showed my consultant that first dress and she pulled some similar dresses and some that were similar in vibe but much different than the first. One of the different ones she pulled was nothing I would have ever picked out for myself but was PERFECT! I said yes! :) The shop itself is stunning, and the private areas for you and your group make the experience feel intimate. My favorite part though was the large room with lots of windows and beautiful natural light. Having an all outdoor wedding, this really helped me envision myself on the day and absolutely sold the dress for me. I highly recommend Platinum Bridal to anyone!

I had the best experience at Platinum! The store is gorgeous and elegant, and it smells so good! I felt so fancy being in there. Everyone there was so kind! I loved Tori, she had the best energy and was so fun to work with. She really listened to what I was wanting and helped me find THE dress. There was no pressure to buy same day, they were not pushy at all (unlike another store I went to) and it really made me feel comfortable. It was an absolutely magical experience, I can't wait to get married in my dress.

Platinum Bridal was such a great experience! I booked my appointment within 30mins of arriving and they accommodated me. Loved how it felt like a family atmosphere and my stylist went out of her way to help me imagine my dress (since they didn't have the color I wanted). Also, very reasonably priced.

I can't recommend Platinum Bridal enough! It has easy access off I-25, and was around the side of the building. We saw the beautiful natural light studio upstairs from the parking lot. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was a hidden Gem. The space was bright and relaxed but classic. Tori greeted us warmly and showed us to a really comfortable, beautiful showroom for us to use for the appointment. There was a gorgeous mirror, nice couches, and a cushiony brand new carpet to walk on. The dressing room was spacious and Tori was very respectful of my privacy, only coming in to help finish buttoning up the dress after checking each time. We had been to a very pushy place just an hour before this. They seemed to be following a pretty corny script, and were very insistent on me trying on gowns way out of my price range. Meeting Tori right afterwards was a night and day experience! I told her what I liked in a dress (turns out I'm kind of picky!), I showed her things I liked about other dresses I had tried on, and things I didn't. She didn't mind looking at photos from other bridal salons either. She asked great questions and I feel like she really got a feel for what I wanted to try on! Their collection is beautifully displayed in a glass walled show room. Tori knows it inside and out. Because she listened to me, I always felt like the dresses she was picking were right on target! I never felt the urge to go look through the collection myself (as I had at other stores when the consultant was missing the mark with my style). Dress one was a gorgeous sleeveless mermaid fit to see if I really like that shape- I did! Dress two was an elegant gown with illusion back, pure white skirt, but appliqué lace on the trim of the incredible train. Getting warmer!! Dress THREE.... was the first dress I've LOVED in this entire wedding dress shopping experience. Tori couldn't even help but to smile and nod when I walked out of the dressing room. My family and best friends immediately knew something was different, and I was so happy! It checked all of my boxes (remember I'm picky?!) and it was IN MY PRICE RANGE! Dress four would've been my favorite of all the dresses up to this point, but I had already fallen in love with dress 3. I put dress 3 back on, this time with my heels. Tori told me to follow her to the insanely beautiful natural light studio on the other side of the show room. The way the dress sparkled subtly in the light, the way it moved when I walked, the way it made me feel... such a relief after 3 days of dress shopping to have an experience like this!! I couldn't believe how well Tori had me figured out by the third dress. To conclude: Tori and Platinum bridal is 5 stars all the way!! She was so fun, kept the mood light, discussed each dress with me and I felt heard. She helped me fall in love with a dress (for my first time) and I'm so, so happy I went to see her! She was so impressive with her bridal knowledge, and the vocabulary for all the components of a dress that I love. Thank you so much Tori for helping me find that feeling!!

If I could give Platinum 6 stars, I would. Monica was fantastic! I did two appointments at Platinum. The first was my very first dress appointment, and Monica was SUCH a god-send when it came to helping me find my bridal style. We started with finding the right silhouette, then went from there. She knows what she’s talking about, what she’s doing, and how to navigate the group dynamics of a wedding dress appointment while still putting the bride’s wishes first. She made us feel comfortable and excited to be there. Best of all, she made me feel BEAUTIFUL. I’m not very secure in my body, and being the center of attention makes me nervous, but Monica helped me find a dress I want to be seen and celebrated in. Last but not least, I want to shout out the incredibly low-pressure environment at Platinum. Never once did I feel like I *had* to buy with them. Monica made it clear her real goal was to make sure I found the dress I wanted— whether at Platinum or somewhere else— and that she gave me the tools I needed to understand the shopping process. 11/10, 6 stars. Hopefully I won’t be getting married more than once but if I did, I’d go to Platinum for my dress all over again. I’ll certainly be sending my friends there as they get engaged.

Absolutely hands down the best experience. The business itself is gorgeous...automatically taking you to a fairytale when you walk in the door. Tori spent time just talking to me about everything and getting a sense from me about what kind of dress would be best for me. She selected dresses and then helped me in and out of each one. Discussing everything I loved and disliked about the dress and then adjusting to have new dresses that would fit better to what we were seeing. She brought a dress that I would have never chosen myself...but I put it on and immediately burst into tears...along with everyone in my party. The dress was meant for me...it transformed me into a beautiful powerful debutante. Absolutely stunning... She then added accessories that took it over the top. Needless to say that I found "The Dress". I went to a couple of other places and found some really nice dresses...but the level of service and professionalism that I received at Platinum was beyond compare. Tori's level of knowledge and passion for her business can't even be compared to the other places. I honestly felt like she cared about me as a person...not as a sale. I would highly recommend going here and just forgetting the other places....but if you do decided to go scope out the other places just know that every place after here will be highly disappointing.

Platinum bridal is a truly wonderful place to look for and hopefully buy your wedding dress! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and considerate. When I arrived I was the staff was very warm. Tori, my consultant, started my appointment by gathering all my information and discussing what dress I see myself in. Then she had me try on one of each type/style of dress to be sure I was certain in my dress style. This process just confirmed my desires. I love how helpful this shop was! Please make an appointment at this shop, I am sure you will not be disappointed... i was not!

If you want to dress shop at a clean, friendly boutique with an awesome selection of dresses in a wide selection of sizes, do yourself a favor and let Tori and Monica help you out! Tori helped me find my perfect dress--she also made sure that my #1 concern, comfort, was a top priority while still making me look glam. My dress arrived on time and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.

You will not regret shopping for your wedding dress at Platinum Bridal. From the moment I walked in Tori got to work, talking to me about my venue, my vision, what I thought I wanted. She pulled dresses and methodically went through the process with me, explaining silhouettes to me, walking me through each dress - what I liked, what I didn't like. It was such a magical amazing process. There's not enough space here to explain the entire story. But to circumstances out of their control, I ended up leaving without a dress. I said yes to the dress at a different shop. Fast forward, my new dress comes in, and I hate it. I am having MAJOR dress regret!! With 6 months left to the wedding I immediately knew I needed to call Tori. Tori told me to come in, bring my dress, and we would figure it out. I got there and it was like I had just walked into my best friends house in a meltdown. We dissected what I didn't like about my dress. Tori listened, pulled 3 new dresses. We get to dress number 2- and I am in TEARS. THIS IS MY DRESS!!!! Everything I thought I wanted the first time WAS NOT THIS DRESS. But this dress, WAS MY DRESS!!! Tori and Monica got to work ordering my new dress and making sure that it would arrive in time for my New Years wedding. Now that my wedding has come and gone and all I have left are the photos - I cannot even imagine being in my original dress. I owe Tori and Monica a million thanks because they are so amazing at their job. Not to mention they will just make you feel like family by the time you walk out. Thank you ladies. I will never stop talking about my amazing experience at your salon, as long as anyone will listen!!! You guys wrong! I will always be cheering you on and screaming your name from the rooftops!

From start to finish, my experience was amazing! After a rough start to dress shopping, Tori helped to completely turn it all around. She was so attentive to what I wanted and zeroed in on my style - picking out dresses with the type of lace, details and shapes that were perfect for me. She selected the dresses to try on rather than me walking around the store, which I loved. I found picking out dresses at other stores overwhelming and it helped break me out of shell on dress styles. I liked every dress Tori selected and of course, she helped me pick the ONE! I should also mention all of the dresses are very affordable, the salon is clean, the lighting is great (which makes a huge difference when trying on a dress), and all of the staff was so kind. I highly recommend Platinum Bridal and Tori to help with your big day! You will not regret it. ❤️

I only found Platinum Bridal because I'm the silly girl that wants to get a different dress 2 months before her wedding. It was only with Tori's help that I was able to find something that worked for what I wanted - and I haven't even seen the dress in person. The ladies have ordered my dress and are shipping it directly to me in Las Vegas - going above and beyond what you would expect from a bridal store. She and her sister helped me to see that the dress I've ordered is going to be exactly what I want. They helped me every step of the way (what patience!) and were incredible at guiding me to the right answer. You CANNOT go wrong by choosing Platinum Bridal for a consultation. I only wish I had started there months ago when first looking for my dress!

I had an appointment with Monica. This was my 4th appointment to try on dresses but my 1st appointment at this location. When I walked in everything was beautiful, clean, and organized. I was greeted right away and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I sat down with Monica who asked a few questions about my wedding, what I was looking for, and everything else important. It felt like she really wanted to know me and understand my style. She chose about 7 dressed that were all perfect. The 2nd dress i tried on was the one! Of course she didn't rush me and encouraged me to try on more just to make sure. Monica was so accommodating, sweet, and a joy to be around! I had so much fun and absolutely love my dress. If I were you I would try them out! U will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Monica and everyone else at this location! You made it easy and fun to find my dream dress!!

Monica was absolutely incredible in helping me find my dream dress. I selected the store as they are the only ones in Colorado who carry dresses from Eddy K. Monica listened to everything and pulled some absolutely incredible dresses. We finally landed on a trunk show dress from Eddy K and it was a match made in heaven. I can't believe she found my dream dress so quickly but I am so happy with it and so happy I chose to go to Platinum Bridal. They made me and my group feel so welcomed and we had so much fun during the appointment. Overall I highly recommend going to Platium Bridal for your wedding dress shopping. I wish I could give 10 stars! My trip here was #6, 9ver two states. I was beginning to feel very discouraged that I'd find and have that moment when I knew it was my dress. From the very moment I walked in the salon I was treated like royalty. Monica's AMAZING and so fun; wish I could invite her to the wedding ! I honestly cannot say enough about how outstanding my experience at Platinum Bridal was! The experience and dress choices far exceeded anything I have seen at other bridal shops. Tori was my stylist and she made me feel like I could trust her completely. MY original appointment never went through but I messaged them the night before I was planning on going and they had an opening and worked with me. This place is amazing with some very stunning dresses! I came here not expecting much other than trying on a few dresses and kind of liking one. First off, the interior is very elegant and what I imagined a high end shop should be. Then, we met Tori and she had to finish sanitizing - which means they care about the safety of their clients in these trying times. Once she was done, she got to know me and what I wanted from this experience. Even though I had tried on dresses before, she had me try on some basics so she could get an idea of what I liked and did not like. She had me try on so many gorgeous dresses that fit me so well that it was very hard to choose! Finally, I needed to make a decision and I was stuck between two dresses. The advice Tori gave me completely summed up how I felt and I finally made my decision. I am so happy with this dress and it is gorgeous!! Truly a unique and one of a kind shop with wonderful people.

This shop is amazing! I was feeling nervous and a bit overwhelmed with the prospect of finding a dress, but these women made it so easy for me to find my perfect fit in my price range. They took the extra time and attention to figure out what I liked or didn't like about each dress, which made it so much easier to narrow down the styles and details that I didn't even know existed. Plus, when I finally found a dress online that I loved, they contacted the designer directly to ship it to their store so I could try it on. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to not stress about their wedding dress!

I had a wonderful wedding dress experience here! The shop is beautiful and Tori and Monica are so friendly and attentive. I felt like they let me try on every dress in the store until I found my dream gown and never made me feel rushed. After my first alterations appointment I was a little nervous about how the dress would turn out (we had to order up a few sizes from the sample I originally tried on if I wanted to be able to walk or sit down) and Monica talked me off the ledge and helped communicate my vision to the seamstress. It turned out perfectly and I felt gorgeous on my wedding day!

1) What a warm and professional environment. Me and my wedding clan felt like we were getting special treatment the moment we walked through the door. 2) The ladies are experts in dresses. They don’t by them from pictures, they travel to fashion show after fashion show to see and then pick out the dresses they want for their salon 3) They have tried on every dress so when you are trying on the dress, they can tell you, not only how it’s supposed to look, but how it’s supposed to feel! 4) Me and my wedding clan received so much education about the different types, styles and colors of dresses! It was fun! 5) This was the most impressive boutique I’ve been to and I highly recommend it to any bride. You will have a great experience!

Platinum Bridal was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Monica took care of me, and I felt SO incredibly supported in my search for a wedding dress. They are friendly, their space is comfortable and beautiful, and they have a fabulous collection of dresses for any price point. I had two other bridal appointments scheduled at other boutiques, but I ended up not needing to look any further than Platinum for my dress. The first time I went to Platinum Bridal I was a walk-in. It was my first time trying on dresses so I truly had no knowledge of wedding dresses. Luckily, Monica was there to educate me the entire way. Each dress she pulled she pointed out special parts and explained why it made it unique. They offered a variety of styles and designers and presented them in their beautiful store in a way that was not overwhelming. I was so happy with my experience that I went back for a second appointment, but this time more seriously. Monica spent her time with us and even though our appointment lasted almost four hours she stayed committed and energized the entire time. I went to other bridal boutiques and they did not compare to the service at Platinum Bridal. As a result, I went back for a third appointment and found THE dress! I recommend Platinum Bridal and the wonderful ladies there to anyone who is searching for their special dress. Thank you guys again for the once-in-a-lifetime experience!

This boutique is just amazing! The service is unlike any other place I have been to. The range of dresses are great, and I personally connected with both Tori and Monica so it was very customized to me.

Tori was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and accommodating, it put me at ease right away. The boutique itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Tori explained that they stock dresses of varying sizes and I can't even explain how awesome that is - to actually have a dress fit rather than squeezing into something 8 sizes too small was refreshing. Tori was authentic and honest and made great recommendations for what would like great on my figure. I highly recommend Platinum Bridal!

This was the first place I tried dresses on so I didn’t know what to expect. I loved how sweet and professional them women in the shop were. The dresses are beautiful! They showed me tons of dresses and helped adjust them so I could see the back how it would look when it was fitted. I was very impressed with how professional the women who ran the shop were. I highly recommend them!!

Monica is the best! I didn’t buy my dress from her (I got it in Alabama) but I did buy my veil from her that was made by the same company as my dress. Once I received my dress I used the alterations business beside her business; which has been wonderful so far. I did have issues with my dress and even though I didn’t get it from her she went above and beyond to help me out. She worked together with Lyne in alterations to get my issue fixed. Truly a wonderful lady. Their store is beautiful; white, sparkly, and modern!

I found my dress here! This sister duo provided me with an excellent wedding dress shopping experience, which was a step above the other shops I visited in Denver. They have an eye for style and a great selection of dresses. Shopping here was like trying on dresses in a cozy living room fit for a bride to be. They are knowledgeable and provided good information on my purchase. They are very personable and easy to work with. They ordered me a color swatch and made sure I was getting what I wanted.
