What didn't Brenda and her team do for me?? I don't even know. We literally did not have to worry about anything - from the beginning and the months leading up to the wedding day and especially day of the wedding. We had some ideas/visions for how we wanted things to look and the theme and style but that was all we shared and then we entrusted Brenda and her team to execute. Even from the vendors, Brenda provided options and we just had to review and pick them. She facilitated a lot of the meetings and ironing out the timeline with the vendors. On the day of the wedding from the moment I woke up, I never once looked at the time or worry about when what was happening. To be honest I barely even knew the full time-line. Brenda made sure we had everything I needed, I got to enjoy every second of the best day of our lives. Not only was Brenda detailed oriented, she was also so fun to work with! I can't thank Brenda and Platinum Key Weddings enough for making our dream wedding literally come true.

Brenda is the absolute best in the business! We felt so at ease leaving the day of coordinating to Brenda and her incredible team. All of the stress and worries just evaporated because we knew that we were in the most capable of hands. I cannot recommend this team enough! The only down side is that we fell so in love with working with Brenda, that we miss her now that the wedding is over!

Working with Brenda Nazaire-Coulanges and Platinum Key Weddings made our lives infinitely easier. My wife and I were planning to do all of the wedding planning on our own, but we didn't even know all the things that we didn't know before Brenda stepped in. She set up vendor meetings with all excellent candidates, she coordinated between them all flawlessly, and she worked super hard to make sure that on the day of we weren't stressed or worried about anything. Most can only imagine the anxiety that comes with having a wedding during a pandemic. Thankfully, Brenda was there to ease our mind. She was beyond knowledgeable, supportive and enthusiastic. My bride and I initially planned a destination wedding in the Charleston area. During the early planning stages, Brenda went above and beyond traveling from Charlotte to Charleston to provide us with a video review of the venue. When the pandemic hit and it was clear that our plans were going to be changing, Brenda listened to our ideas, helped us brain storm and eventually come up with a plan of action. The results turned out better than we ever could have hoped. What could have been a total nightmare, turned out to be a dream wedding. My wife and I are truly grateful for all of Brenda's efforts and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to plan their special day.

We hired Brenda to coordinate our destination wedding in Charleston, SC for 150 guests. From the beginning, Brenda went the extra mile. For example, she went to Charleston to personally scout out vendors and to do a site visit of our wedding venue, which we had only seen in pictures. She sent us a detailed video tour of the venue which was great because we weren’t able to be there. Everything was coming together seamlessly and Brenda was bringing our wedding vision to life. Then the pandemic happened and everything was put on hold. We had one month to put together a simple yet elegant wedding after COVID-19 canceled our destination wedding plans. It would not have happened without Brenda’s expertise. We shared our new vision and budget with Brenda and WOW did she deliver! She went above and beyond to make our plan b wedding a success. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Brenda treated us like family not just her clients. We’re very pleased with our decision to use Platinum Key. Brenda was excellent to work with in planning our honeymoon!! We had to change our destination about halfway through the planning process, and she could not have been more friendly and flexible with us! We had the time of our LIVES in Hawaii and did not have to stress about a thing because Brenda took care of us and then some! We were so glad to have their help with our wedding! Months before the wedding they worked with my wife, from the small details that made it come to life, to the key items like the centerpieces, the final product came out better than imagined when translated from ideas to execution. They were a huge help in finding and acquiring what we needed to not have to settle for "close enough". Once it was time for the wedding, their help with the final details, walk through, and arrangements made life so much easier and even brought up helpful things we hadn't thought of. They really listened to my ideas and made my vision come to life. It was even better than imagined. She also work as a go between with the other family members and friends that contributed to the wedding. The gentle guidance was so helpful especially the days before when is was coming together when the stress got high, and the knowledge of the little things also was a huge help.

Father & Sons Trip WOW WOW!!! This trip with my 2 sons who graduated college and HS was awesome!!! We had been planning this for sooo long (seems like years) Ms Brenda, thank you and your team for your patience. But I can't thank you and your team for making this experience for us PERFECT!! Your attention to detail, from the planning of this trip to our departure, arrival to the resort. It was like we were guided through each moment. The Club MoBay experience was also EXCEPTIONAL. My sons felt like celebrities with the VIP treatment we experienced. The resort we chose, Luxury Grand Bahia Principe was also a great choice. So much so that we may consider returning again. We've been to JA 5x prior and this is by far the 1st time we've felt this way. More importantly, I believe it's your attention to ensure that all was well, even upon our arrival during the trip. Thank you for booking our 5th year anniversary getaway. We had a blast. The Dunn River Falls was more than I expected, very refreshing. The Party Boat was awesome, we could not have done it ourselves. The room was the most. Loved our tub out on the balcony!

Those people are excellent, they really have good service, they're very punctual. They don't let you suffer or wait for nothing, anyway, they are great. I can recommend anyone to them

I was a guess for a wedding that unfortunately was canceled. My family and I deiced we would still go since none of us have ever been to Mexico. Brenda work her butt off for us to get us anther hotel. The hotel (hyatt ziva los cabos) was absolutely wonderful from the staff to the food. Our transportation was also great services. Brenda took care of us like we were VIP's. 12 adults and 4 kids, 1 baby . We had such a great time, we have deiced to have a family trip once a year. Brenda took really good care of us from the beginning to the end. Her family also was very helpful. Thank you all!

If I could give a rating of -1 I would! Please stay clear of this company. Most of their reviews aren't even real! Brenda who is the sister in law to one of our groomsmen has taken our money and the money of our guests and has not returned it. Communication with Brenda and Frantz is subpar, they wait days to not only respond to the bride and groom but the guests as well. They took what should have been a joyous moment and created the worst experience ever. Stay clear, I swear on my kids this has been the worst with this company!

Platinum Key is awesome Brenda and Michelle are overall wonderful beings. Brenda keeps me on my toes making sure everything is in on time. Making sure, whatever is possible, I get exactly what I want. For my vision to come to life. All the time, she reminds me that she is here for me. Not only does she tell me, but she shows me. All the stresses of planning a wedding has decreased tremendously. And I am ever so greatful! Im still in the early but crucial part of the wedding planning and I am satisfied so far with the hard work being put in and even if there are other couples, I feel like my fiance and I are the only ones. So I will start off with how greatful I am for Brenda! She was extremely professional and apropoatly personal with me and my wife to the point where when we talk she ask about how our daughter is doing. She really took all the work out of a vacation honeymoon. She walked us through every step of our trip out of the country. And even hooked us up with a express lane so to speak. Which was a excecutive club in the air port that escorted us through customs and to our driver/transportation all while serving us a adult beverage.
