ely excited for this exact feature to our wedding. I on the other hand could have went with our hotel shuttle. They called me on my wedding day when they had my planners number. Least to say they showed up 45 minutes later after the requested time. We had to go back inside and wait for them to show up. DO NOT HIRE this company they are completely unreliable. It was a complete bummer to a wonderful night.

ne. The bus showed up and the AC was completely broken. In fact, the bus was blowing hot air…IN JUNE. The bus driver didn’t seem to have an answer and because we had already paid and had no other form of transportation, we got on the bus. It was unbearable. Again, our party was in June. Many people ended up ubering back home to avoid having to take the bus back.
When approaching the company about a refund, I only asked for a partial refund because I felt that was fair. They got us I texted and called the person I spoke to originally when booking, as well as e-mailed and chatted with the online live chat. I did not get an answer for weeks. When I finally did, I was told I would be receiving a full refund in two separate payments. It was odd to me that they couldn’t afford to pay back the $600 in one lump sum, but I was happy they were on top of their customer service. They also said they would e-mail me vouchers to use as a gift card towards future ride, which I have not received to this day.
They told me the days that they would issue the 2 separate payments. It has been several weeks, and I have not received a single payment back to my account. When I went to check-on these payments, the person I originally texted with went silent, the live chat quit answering and several e-mails have gone unanswered. They completely ghosted and thus, screwing me out of the money I was promised.
This is an absolute joke of a company. I cannot stress enough to not use their services!

d so long, driver threatened my husband and then we cancelled the party bus bc no one was available on the 24 hour service line. Driver said his manager told him it didn’t matter we would be in 100 degree heat and that he would get paid anyway. After 2 days of no response, the supposed owner contacted me threatening lawsuit for warning people of the disaster and horrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this immoral company. I also forgot to mention, the bus that was confirmed is not the bus that showed up. The old bait and switch trick happened. Stay away from them!

everything set up and ready within 30 minutes. The driver quinn was awesome he showed up on time and was friendly. We started at a hotel and needed to make a couple stops and it wasn't a problem. He dropped us off and picked us up on time from multiple locations.
I need a limo for another event coming up and I already booked with platinum. They know how to treat their customers. They gave me a discount for booking with them again. I'd recommend them to anyone else.

their start point and the company was unwilling/unable to provide backup transportation. So... everyone had to make other plans after being stranded on the highway for over an hour. Needless to say what should have been a memorable night turned into a disaster. The Monday after we called to request a refund. Promises were made to call back, but nothing happened. After 3 weeks of repeated attempts to get this resolved in some sort of professional way, we are still waiting. Totally not recommended due to their lack of professionalism.
