I was worried about using this company after looking at the review. They reassure me and I made a deal to use their service! Everything was great from a driver that was on time, very polite, and drove well. Vehicle was very clean too! Will definitely use again. The price was more than fair, definitely a good value.

This company has maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT – I REPEAT – DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I booked their services for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday in June. The bus showed up and the AC was completely broken. In fact, the bus was blowing hot air…IN JUNE. The bus driver didn’t seem to have an answer and because we had already paid and had no other form of transportation, we got on the bus. It was unbearable. Again, our party was in June. Many people ended up ubering back home to avoid having to take the bus back. When approaching the company about a refund, I only asked for a partial refund because I felt that was fair. They got us I texted and called the person I spoke to originally when booking, as well as e-mailed and chatted with the online live chat. I did not get an answer for weeks. When I finally did, I was told I would be receiving a full refund in two separate payments. It was odd to me that they couldn’t afford to pay back the $600 in one lump sum, but I was happy they were on top of their customer service. They also said they would e-mail me vouchers to use as a gift card towards future ride, which I have not received to this day. They told me the days that they would issue the 2 separate payments. It has been several weeks, and I have not received a single payment back to my account. When I went to check-on these payments, the person I originally texted with went silent, the live chat quit answering and several e-mails have gone unanswered. They completely ghosted and thus, screwing me out of the money I was promised. This is an absolute joke of a company. I cannot stress enough to not use their services!

Party bus showed up 4 hours early workout working AC then when we finished our party to come out, he said he was just waiting to tell us without r resolution. We got upset he waited so long, driver threatened my husband and then we cancelled the party bus bc no one was available on the 24 hour service line. Driver said his manager told him it didn’t matter we would be in 100 degree heat and that he would get paid anyway. After 2 days of no response, the supposed owner contacted me threatening lawsuit for warning people of the disaster and horrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this immoral company. I also forgot to mention, the bus that was confirmed is not the bus that showed up. The old bait and switch trick happened. Stay away from them!
