Platinum Party Bus

Platinum Party Bus was amazing! Our driver Jim was so kind, on time at every point with some impressive maneuverability skills. The bus was stocked with ice and the Bluetooth worked perfectly for the sound system. The bus was clean, it fit our entire bridal party and stuff, trash was easily accessible and the lights were so fun. Also the price was reasonable for what we were looking for.

Our bus driver, Steve, was absolutely wonderful to work with. His communication the week of our wedding put my mind at ease. He followed through with everything we asked of him, and even arrived early. AND he loaded our beverages onto the bus for us girls - a true gentleman! I used platinum party bus for my Bach party and it was an awesome experience! Ken was our bus driver and was very accommodating with our party! He was very nice, gave recommendations, and was very patient when we weren't sure where our next stop was. My friends and I got to all our destinations safely, and had a great time thanks to Ken. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Clean bus, on time, and affordable. The driver Steve, made our experience even better. Took on additional tasks outside of driving and accommodated us any way he could. The hospitality he provided was incredible.

This is was the best choice of our daughter's wedding! From our first phone to the meeting the driver, our experience was excellent! They are professional and kind. The bud was beautiful! We played our own music which added to the ride. Our chauffeur, Ray, was fantastic and a gentleman but also ON TIME! Staying on schedule is key and Ray was early!! He made contact with us prior to the wedding. We loved that! He was always there to assist us on and off the bus with a hand and a smile! I would absolutely recommend Platinum Party Bus!

John, from Platinum Party Bus, is hands down one of the best and most professional drivers I've ever had the pleasure of using! We used him for a family party prior to our wedding and knew we had to request him again because he was that accommodating! He was so genuine and personable and truly wanted to make all of our wishes come true on this day. Amazing party bus experience for our wedding. Would 10000% recommend. Had a full size tv for boys to watch college football, let us listen to whatever music, a lot of room, got us to where we needed to be on time, pulled the bus around wherever we needed to make for ease of getting on and off. Very great experience. Everything that you would want in a party bus experience!

Jerry was a punctual, courteous, professional, and friendly driver. His punctuality was especially appreciated, given the tight wedding day schedule. We never had to worry about waiting for the bus. The bus itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable. And the Bluetooth sound system was so easy to connect to that even the best man could figure it out easily. Platinum Party Bus was an integral part of making our special day as perfect as could be, and we would highly recommend their services.

Platinum party bus was incredibly quick on response time, direct and fair with their pricing, and phenomenal with communication leading up to the wedding day. We got clear communication of who our driver would be and Allen reached out before the event, letting us know if we needed anything. This company is amazing and professional. They reached out with details and were very kind and responsive. Our driver, Ken, was awesome. He was nice and thoughtful. He filled our coolers with ice, added an extra stop to get more beverages, came ready with an umbrella for when it was drizzling, and knew exactly where to go/ what he was doing. He is awesome! This company has huge party buses and they were so nice- clean and beautiful. They looked so cool. Ours held over 24 of us for a wedding party and half of the guys are body builders- without feeling crammed. Definitely the best party bus and company to go with, especially for an important event like your wedding day! We were in great hands!

The whole experience with them was great. From the booking to the day of the event. The staff there was awesome. The initial driver contacted us prior to the event but we came to find out the day before the event they had a family emergency. A secondary driver was assigned to us and took care of us immediately. No hiccups whatsoever. Wayne who was the new driver was prompt took us to all locations with a smile and was very personable. I cant express how happy we were with the whole experience. Highly recommended. I received so many complements from all the wedding party on Wayne.

Platinum was the first and easiest vendor we booked in our wedding process. First, the booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward and their quote was the lowest we received. Two weeks before, the Platinum team called us to explain the entire process and confirm our pickup and arrival time, and process our payment. Rob, the driver, then called us and introduced himself and the vehicle. Speaking of the vehicle - just incredible. It was a 2023 purchase (we felt the first ones in it), and it had built-in speakers, coolers, and phone charger ports. Rob was incredibly kind and professional, and navigated our small residential streets with ease. I couldn't recommended Platinum enough. Just a great, respectful small business. It was our honor to use them for our big day.

Book them!!!! We used them as our transportation to and from the hotel and venue and they were beyond professional and the communication was excellent. Very friendly staff and our driver was a gem. We booked the large shuttle bus and it was absolutely spotless and beautiful. I would absolutely book them again if and when I need transportation in the future.

We used Platinum Party Bus for return trips for our guests from the venue. Max was the one I worked with to book the bus. He was quick to respond and actually encouraged a smaller bus once he learned more about our event (which turned out to be the right call). Matt was our driver and he was friendly, showed up right on time, and made sure that all our guests had a fun experience. We returned on the bus and it was a highlight of the evening to leave via party bus and sing with our friends.

I cannot say enough good things about platinum party bus. The entire experience was fantastic! They helped me decide on a party bus size, explained all the packages, and were very good at communicating with us! They made our entire wedding day seamless and stress free. Their bus was so clean and filled with ice for all of our drinks. The sound system was awesome and linked up to our phones via blue tooth. Jerry our driver was so kind and his driving skills were on point. 480 west was really backed up and he figured out a better way so that we could avoid the traffic and get to our wedding reception on time. The whole experience was fantastic from booking the party bus and talking to the team when we were finalizing our itinerary a few days before our wedding! They were extremely helpful in choosing the right bus for our bridal party size, walking us through all of the amenities of the bus and setting up a payment schedule. As we got closer to our wedding they reached out via phone to confirm our timeline and we’re willing to make adjustments at any time. About one week from our wedding, Jospeh, our driver reached out and introduced himself. On wedding day, Joseph was extremely punctual and helped our wedding day run according to our timeline. He helped load and unload decor from the bus and also greeted us with umbrellas as it rained on our wedding day. We could not recommend Platinum Party Bus enough!
