I attempted to get an estimate from platinum for over a month for our wedding, every time I reached out about receiving a written estimate, I was met with excuses. Although she tried to assure me that everything would work out. Not once was I ever called back, nor was an email ever received. I was always cordial and tried to be understanding of what they said. (Issues with their system not working, they are short staffed, the industry is getting super busy again) Since they said they were having issues sending to my email, I provided them with 2 alternate email via text as she request, no reply on the text, and no email again. Maybe others have better experiences then me. But I am just dumbfounded on why it ended this way. Especially after how patient I have been, The last straw was finding out that they got a notification that a previous client that canceled due to covid is now taking that date. I am now in the process of booking with another company. I would not recommend working with them, zero communication.

We hired Platinum Tents for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch. This set up was beautiful. They were extremely easy to work with and very flexible. We made so many changes due to COVID-19 restrictions and they were very accommodating throughout the entire time. Thank you so much!

I found this vendor in 2018 at a wedding expo and have seen them at multiple expos prior to my wedding date. The booth and items presented at the expo were very beautiful and promising - it made me feel that I could expect the same quality inventory for my wedding this year. Fast forward to my wedding day, every item we received I felt was not presentable and was embarrassing for me to present to my guest (my aunty worked major miracles to make it presentable for our guest). Aside from that, we prepared for the tent to arrive on Friday between 10am-12pm - they did not arrive until about 1pm and did not finish setup till about 3pm. Being a DIY bride and our families paying a huge part in our setup we had a lot of items we expected to have completed before leaving the venue the day before that could not be done because our rehearsal was scheduled for 5pm. Aside from receiving stained and broken items we were missing linen for our round tables that weren't delivered until about 6:30pm (by this point I hadn't checked into my hotel until 10pm). The plastic tables provided were stained to the point that the linen provided showed every stain on the plastic table top; my sister had to pickup plastic tablecloths that my aunty used to double cover each plastic table. We were also given a round table that was clearly marked broken but left for us to setup that we could not use due to how broken it was. It was devastating and extremely stressful looking at the items we were left with.
