lean and it was great to have a bathroom on board! We fit 40 people on the bus with 4 coolers. The only thing I will comment on is that it could’ve had a stronger AC system with how many people we had. It was 90 degrees outside and I’m sure the amount of people we had didn’t help. Other than that, it was awesome!

h how great the experience was working with the whole team. I even had people in my wedding party asking who I used because they wanted to use them for other events. We all loved them. Oh, and the bus was perfect!!!

Our driver was awesome! Very knowledgable of downtown and was aware of road closures due to events happening downtown. He was prompt, understood how much time driving from place to place would take to help communicate with other vendors. I highly recommend them!

The bathroom was very big, enough room for a bride plus 3 bridesmaids to help hold her dress! The sound was perfect, the seating was comfortable, and the lights was cool. I highly recommend Platinum transportation for your wedding!

She explained every part of the contract and helped make suggestions for the time block to help your day run even smoother. Our driver was Sam and he was the BEST! I would recommend Platinum Transportation to any engaged couple for their wedding day, bachelor/bachelorette parties or for anything transportation needs!

in October 2019 and have working with us for events rescheduling for our daughter's 2020 wedding. Just held her party bus Bachelorette this past weekend. Sam, our driver was professional and made our party amazing. Greta and Lisa in the office have worked magic with scheduling. Always so sweet and determined to find a way to help. Bus was in great condition and very clean!

was awesome he was there 10 minutes early for our pick up time at the hotel were the girls were getting ready and dropped us off at the church. He then went and picked up the groomsmen from our reception venue (so the guys had their cars there) and took them to the church. After that we all piled on to the bus to go to a park across the street. The company allowed us to bring our own cooler and had coozes in the cup holders for us to use! We had so much fun that our bridal party has been asking us to do it all again! Kenny you did and amazing job thank you so much! I will recommend this company to anyone and will probably be booking again in the near future :)

one else wanted the smaller bus that we had booked. I also last minute decided to add time to what we had originally planned. They gave us a great deal, even last minute! Don was our bus driver for our wedding on 11/16/19. He was so incredibly nice and handled our big/rowdy wedding party with ease. I sent him a timeline and list of pick up and drop off locations. There was A LOT because we did girl group photos and guy group photos before the ceremony but separately so my husband wouldn’t see me before that. He was on time and in the right spot for every location I sent him. He also had to maneuver a 38 person bus around the old small brick roads of Main Street St. Charles. I’ve been on other buses in the past where the drivers throw you around but Don made it up and down those roads on a busy Saturday afternoon without doing that to us! Don was the man! My only recommendation is get a bigger bus than the number of people you have, especially if it’s for a wedding. We had 30 on a 38 person bus, which worked perfectly but with bags and big dresses I definitely recommend sizing up!

. We had some difficulty with out time line so we called them probably 5x the last 2 weeks before the wedding and they were great. So helpful, so kind. And... the bus was bada$$!!

ee the bus prior to booking, which was great. The day of our wedding, our driver, Harlan, was prompt, professional and easy to work with. We did end up changing our route while taking photos before the ceremony and he was flexible and worked with us to make sure we got to every place we wanted to hit! I would definitely recommend Platinum Transportation!
