Hiring Patrice and her team at PLS Coordinate was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. She was our planner for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and her dedication and expertise made all the difference. Patrice and Kristyn were invaluable in keeping us on track with planning activities and coordinating seamlessly with our vendors. Patrice’s deep experience and strong connections in the wedding community were clear—she connected us with incredible vendors and was familiar with many we’d found on our own.
Patrice was also fantastic at anticipating and addressing last-minute issues. On the day of our wedding rehearsal, it unexpectedly rained, and she quickly worked with the venue to arrange tents, ensuring everything went smoothly. We also had a few vendor disputes leading up to the wedding, and Patrice stepped in each time to make sure they were resolved without added stress on our end.
On the wedding day itself, her calm, collected approach kept everything under control. She put my veil in, she decorated, she even got a stain out of my dress after the ceremony. I'm convinced there is nothing Patrice and her team can't do. We were impressed from Day One with Patrice and her ability to keep our type A personalities together as we navigated the joys of wedding planning! The planning process was truly a wonderful experience and we looked forward to every planning call we had with Patrice. She is thorough, detail-oriented and ready to get you to “I Do”. The full service planning option is the way to go if you are like us and have incredibly demanding jobs. The PlsCoordinate team was phenomenal on our wedding day and our guests are still raving about how organized our day was. Patrice and her team also handled our design, which was simply stunning. She brought to life our desire for a classic, yet whimsical aesthetic. I felt completely at ease knowing Patrice and her team were there to execute our big day. We would get married again every year if Patrice and her team were leading the charge.

He told me he felt like a prince that day LOL. The wedding was absolutely flawless. I cannot go on about how thankful we are for choosing Patrice and her team to pull off our wedding. When I got engaged in January 2023, the very first thing I did was search from a wedding planner! I felt so overwhelmed because the wedding market in Nashville is booming right now and there are a so many wedding planners! Our wedding was 3 days ago....All I can say is wow. This whole day was planned and put together by Patrice and her team. We chose full planning and chose to only be contacted about the big things. From the venue, to the food, to the florals, everything was just PERFECT. I'm not sure how she does it but somehow my vision came to life even better than I had envisioned it. Patrice and her team did a fantastic job! From my first call with Patrice, I felt like she understood what I was envisioning and would be able to help me get there. During the planning process, Patrice kept me on task and each week she had a focused discussion/task that she led me through, which allowed for the big day to be relaxing (for our family). My mom kept saying, “can you imagine what and where we would be if we didn’t have Patrice in all this?” My answer was, “I can’t imagine.” I had so many nerves about all the random things/scenarios and Patrice provided an insight that I could lean into and know that it would all come together, and WOW she coordinated the wedding of our dreams. I don't even know where to begin; however, I'll start with: Patrice and the Pls Coordinate Team are everything you think you need, think you may need, or don't think you need, but you do, in planning and executing your wedding. I embarked on the wedding planning experience by telling myself: I deserve an amazingly, well-planned, well-executed, no-stress experience. I also knew I could not execute that myself, no matter how many successes I’ve had in other areas, with emphasis on the "no-stress".
Upon consultation, Patrice showed me who she was and what the experience would be. She gave me tips and tricks, because I had a series of venue tours set the week of my consultation with her. Without a contract signed, she sent me a wrap-up and pointers/next steps, with no clue as to whether I would sign with Pls Coordinate. That showed me that she believes in quality, paying it forward, and therefore she will always be blessed and in a successful ever-growing business.
I secured the full planning/coordination package approx. 14 months before our planned wedding date. And I must say: Whatever reservations you have on cost, please understand I am the most frugal of frugal and love a good DIY, a coupon, and saving(s); however, every penny was well spent with this service and experience. Why? Patrice put me and my husband first at every single turn. She kept us on-time, organized, on-budget, and well-planned. She adjusted our planning to our lives, given that we had a looming potential threat of military deployment and then later a relocation from our wedding city to another city/state. She therefore guided us on what to do and what implications deployment could have and how to best ensure our deposits were safe via wedding insurance. Thankfully, we didn’t need to cancel! But, once the relocation was confirmed, Patrice thoughtfully planned to ensure we had space to move and settle and not miss a beat.
If you are wondering: Do I need a full planning/coordination service? Take it from me: Yes! It will make your life swell and light. But, at minimum you need Pls Coordinate for the day of. And, if you need to know who, look no further, Pls Coordinate is the only way to go sis! Patrice is professional, direct, caring, and thoughtful in her approach. She is a friend, a mentor, a therapist, and a confidant. She is well-versed, knowledgeable and has the wedding event planning/execution business on-lock. When I say everything was perfect, I truly mean from start-to-finish, it was!
On the rehearsal dinner evening and wedding day, Patrice and Gina handled every question, concern, detail and whipped us into shape! Even the non-listeners in our wedding party were attentive! In every move, she put the bride and groom first, even when it meant giving us time to breathe and just prepare or reflect from our dearly loved friends and family. That protective bubble was priceless. At the end of our wedding, we exited with grace, gifts in-hand and were told to have a beautiful evening. Patrice called us the next day to remind us about wedding certificate filing and just check-in and I appreciated that additional touch.
My husband keeps saying that it was done so well that he wants to do it all again, and that is thanks to Pls Coordinate. Patrice, you’re a real one and you are a God-send!
Patrice is the BEST wedding planner that we could have ever hoped for. Working with her was truly one of the luckiest things to happen to us. My husband and I had the greatest pleasure working with Patrice Armstrong from PLS Coordinate. Our venue, Daisy Hill Venue, required us to pick a wedding coordinator from a pre approved list, and man am I glad that was the case! If it wasn't for that, I'm not sure we would've found Patrice. I don't think I can fully explain how wonderfully she excelled at her job, but I'll try! :) I got married last month, and I'm 21 and my husband is 23. Both of us are young and neither of us had a lot of knowledge about what it actually takes to create a beautiful wedding, and we were very open to opinions and helpful tips throughout the process. We just wanted a classy but simple wedding, and Patrice made that happen effortlessly. She helped guide us through the entire process whether we were booking vendors, picking colors, choosing the meal plan she was helpful and kind. Even if you are a bride who knows exactly what you want and are a bit more closed off to other's opinions, Patrice is still the wedding coordinator you want in your corner. She will bring your dreams to life and respect your wishes and be sure to incorporate any traditions or activities you wish to have included on your big day in a very sweet way. I had a few special, non traditional things I wanted to have on my wedding day and even if it was something Patrice hadn't heard of she helped me incorporate it beautifully!! She is amazing at communication, especially at finding times to talk and check up even if you're someone with a busy schedule. She was skilled with communicating and directing our other vendors before and on the big day. She helped me with my videographer, photographer, DJ, caterer, both sides of the bride/groom's families, the whole bridal party, and more. I simply wouldn't have had the spectacular wedding day I had without her, and if you are in her area and in need of a skilled planner, Patrice is the one for you!!
Hiring PLS Coordinate as our month-of coordinator was the best decision we've ever made (aside from getting married)! Patrice was available to answer any questions I had long before the month of the wedding, and she jumped right in during wedding month to take over with vendors and other details, giving my brain a much-needed break so I could focus on other things before the big day. Patrice and Gina were absolute rockstars on the wedding day. From our perspective, everything went perfectly -- they successfully shielded us from any behind-the-scenes issues that may have occurred. They were so thoughtful and took care of every detail so we could just relax and enjoy. I feel emotional even trying to explain my gratitude. It was a perfect day, and I give so much credit to PLS Coordinate for that. I HIGHLY recommend hiring them. You will be so glad you did!!
Our consultation and planning session with Patrice was great. She covered a lot of questions that we hadn't even thought of and it really helped us stayed organized and on top of things. Gina took care of EVERYTHING on the day of the wedding. I had no worries at all and she kept my mind at ease. She executed all of our planning so well! She also popped into my bridal suite periodically to check in, give updates, and ask if there was anything I needed. I recommend PLSCoordinate 100%! We hired PLS Coordinate as a month-of planner. Patrice was amazing with creating the full timeline and schedule that went flawlessly with the vendors. There was enough time incorporated for everything in the schedule and she helped us have our dream wedding. Her lead Gina and assistance Cheyenne were amazing on the day of. I cannot recommend Patrice, and the team at PLS Coordinate enough! I was planning a wedding from across the country and Patrice made this as seamless a process as possible. I chose the 6 month package (my only regret was not choosing the full planning package!) and at the 6 month mark out from my wedding, Patrice entirely took over. She made sure I was in the know, but she handled all the conversations and contracts with all of my vendors. On the day of my wedding they made sure everyone in my party and family knew where to be and what was going on. She went out of her way several times to make sure that our day was perfect. I would not have been able to pull off the gorgeous wedding I had if not for Patrice and her team. I'm so grateful I hired this team and once again, cannot recommend them enough.

We hired PLS Coordinate as our month-of and day-of planner for our wedding... Patrice and her team were an absolute dream and it was the best decision we could've made to have them as part of our day! We planned our Franklin, TN wedding from Maine and as soon as Patrice took over a month before the wedding.. I felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders. As I was planning my wedding back home from a distance, Patrice was so helpful in helping vet and secure vendors, keeping up on tasks, managing issues, and concerns, and ultimately ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly. We did FaceTime walk thrus, countless Google Docs, countless texts, and calls. I never felt that my planner wasn't right by my side. Not only my husband and I but both sets of our parents we able to enjoy the day and be fully present with us. That peace of mind is priceless. Issues came up the day of ( as they always do!) but Patrice and her team handled them with grace, ease and class. We received so many compliments from our wedding party and guest on the professionalism exhibited by PLS Coordinate. Patrice is not only a great wedding coordinator but an amazing human! She did a two week takeover for our wedding. She thinks every little detail and makes everything smooth for the day. She kept us on time and set up our venue beautifully. Our guests even loved her, because she has such a bright personality. You’re in good hands if you book her!
Patrice was absolutely amazing to work with from our first meeting up until our wedding was over. We were an out of state couple so it was vital I found a planner that I would be able to trust. Patrice’s organization and eye for detail was so appreciated. She made myself and my husband very comfortable and free from any stress during our wedding day. Her team was also amazing as well. From recommending tips to helping me lift my huge dress to use the restroom before the ceremony lol. Patrice and her team are a must have for planning your big day!

I hired PLS Coordinate a little under a year out from our event date. From the very beginning, Patrice was very responsive and able to accommodate what I was looking for which made me decide to go with her over others. I knew I wanted day of coordination and some more help along the way, but didn't need full coordination. It wasn't a standard service offering but she came up with a package that would work for me. We spent the first month having weekly consultations, venue visit, etc and she was available beyond that if needed. There were so many considerations she shared from her experience, it really helped me think through what I wanted the event to be.
Fast forward to the month prior, one of my vendors fell through three weeks out and Patrice found a great replacement that had so many compliments from my guests. She was available as much as I needed in that month leading up to the event.
Finally the day was here and Gina was our day-of coordinator. I cannot sing higher praises of Gina. She was amazing! It is hard for me to give over control and not feel responsible to do things. We were at the venue at 10am and walked through things together and she immediately put me at ease and I knew I could rely on her for the day. We were back ~15 minutes before the event started and everything was ready to go! We had to decide to move the cocktail hour indoors and it added some complications on the bar placement. She had worked with the bartenders on a great solution and all was taken care of. Throughout the evening she was checking in if I needed anything. She made sure certain timeline actions happened on time so I didn't need to be looking at the clock or even thinking about it. When the end of the night came, she started the tear down and clean up and there really wasn't much for us to do until it was time to load everything in our vehicles. She stayed to the end packing stuff up for us and even texted afterwards on one item forgotten that she grabbed and got to us.

Patrice and Cheyenne coordinated my wedding this past Saturday on May 7th, 2022. It is now the Monday morning after the wedding, and writing this review is a top priority for me. Unless you've been a bride, it's difficult to understand the feelings and thoughts running through your head on your wedding day. I booked with Patrice several months ago for the "A Little Help" package for the day itself. Even though it was just a "day of" coordination, Patrice and her team have been helping me this entire time if I needed anything. For me, response time is an important factor. I don't believe I waited more than a day or two for a reply from Patrice which speaks volumes to me of the care and attention they offer. Two weeks before the wedding, she sent me a questionnaire for me to complete with all the vendor contacts and info. Less than a week later, Patrice sends me a fully executed timeline - minute to minute - of the day. I was stunned and so grateful to say the least! From there, we had multiple phone calls leading up to the event to make sure it was ironed out.
On the day of, Cheyenne arrived from Patrice's team to begin the coordination efforts. I'm not one to hand over control easily, especially on my wedding day, but it took me about 30 minutes to see that Cheyenne was more than capable of handling things. I went over the details with her, and she took off with everything. I was quite literally standing in the middle of the venue with a mimosa in my hand, just watching this miracle worker create art and beauty from scratch. While I had my hair and makeup done, everything was flowing effortlessly in the background. My mom had even left the venue to go home and grab her dress because Cheyenne quite literally had everything in order.
One moment I appreciated more than anything was the time with her right before the first look. Everyone had cleared out of the room, and she helped me get my nerves under control. Her calm demeanor can surely comfort any bride. My big takeaway from this experience is that everything seemed perfect. If there was an error or mistake, it was not brought to my attention in any way. That's all I could really ask for as a bride; to me, the day was perfect and everything I could have dreamed.

I can’t recommend PLS Coordinating enough! We did full planning and Patrice was able to take the wedding planning process and make it relatively stress-free and fun. She took all of our ideas and made it into a perfect wedding that reflected my partner and I. Guests have repeatedly commented that it was the most personalized wedding they have been to. We had to move up the date of the wedding due to a deployment and she seamlessly made the necessary adjustments. She essentially helped us plan the wedding in 2 months, including venue and all of our vendors.
During rehearsals and the day of the wedding, Patrice was fantastic at finding that balance of being direct and getting things done while being kind and working with all of the personalities and keeping her sense of humor. We had some family drama that Patrice was able to keep an eye on for us. I completely trusted Patrice to ensure that everything went off without a hitch.

PLS Coordinate did a wonderful job at helping with the coordination of our wedding! Gina and Allison killed it the day of, making sure everything was how we envisioned it to be. If something went wrong, we didn't know about it! When I had my mini meltdown in the middle of the day (my sleeves of my dress were coming apart), Gina cleared everyone out of the room except me, her, and my husband so I could calm down. She talked me through it, crying along with me, and a few minutes later I was headed back out the door like nothing happened! They were absolutely wonderful!

Patrice & Gina were very good at staying in contact to see if I needed anything and quick to suggest a service provider or research referrals in the event I did. She communicated with my vendors to be sure all were on the same page and aware of my wishes and corralled them and the guests to be where they needed to be. We were grateful for her service on the day of the wedding as all the minute details were one less thing I needed to worry about.

Patrice was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help alleviate stress. We had a few hiccups leading up to our big day but she knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen! Day of, Patrice and her assistant, Gina, were absolutely amazing on coordinating and changing timelines due to weather and changes in locations. They were on top of everything all day and night and I would not have been so relaxed day of if they were not there to help.
Patrice was an absolute dream. She handled everything day of and was extremely professional. All I had to do was sit back and relax while she kept things in line, directed vendors, and put together the final touches when it came to setup. Much to our great fortune, Patrice and Gina with PLS Coordinate were fantastic for our wedding and absolutely stole the show compared to every other service and vendor who participated. We all agreed that they were the MVPs of the entire operation and in captaining this event, went above and beyond to make me and my husband happy while keeping the entire day organized, streamlined, and fine-tuned. Patrice was a complete joy to work with. We hired her and her team as a day of coordinator, but as COVID emerged she became so much more than that. Where do I start!?! Patrice was a SAVIOR & AN ANGEL that helped me through every last detail for our wedding. I got married this weekend, and let me tell you that Patrice, Gina, and the team were an absolute godsend. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Patrice was in regular contact with us; always asking if we were needed anything; making sure that our ducks were in a neat row.
My friends jokingly called me The Zen Bride because I was so relaxed before the wedding. Our friends and family kept offering to help with wedding things, and it was so wonderful to be able to say, “Our coordinator has got this. All I need you to do is come eat, drink, and be merry.”
Don’t even get me started on how relaxed my mother was! Before the wedding, when I’ve seen other moms running around lighting candles and steaming tablecloths, my mom was sitting in the getting ready room WITH HER FEET UP, reading a book.
Meanwhile, Gina and her two seriously kind and brilliant assistants were setting the tables, welcoming the vendors, hanging decor, figuring out where our uncles put the wedding cakes (so glad I didn’t have to worry about that!), and lighting three hundred candles.
You guys, the wedding was gorgeous. I told Gina that she could arrange things how it made sense to her, and I had confidence in her good taste because I’ve seen photos and videos of dozens and dozens of weddings this team has done. They truly know what they are doing.

Outside of marrying my husband, hiring PLS Coordinate for my wedding day was absolutely the best decision I have ever made. Patrice is absolutely amazing, and 100% the person you want and need on your wedding day. Patrice and team are absolutely amazing. If you do anything right for your wedding HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I cannot be happier that I had the opportunity to have these ladies coordinate my entire wedding! They were on site before I was and were on site after I left so I didn't have to do ANYTHING (and I mean anything!). We had to, last minute, hold the ceremony inside as opposed to outside due to rain and the team pulled it off like it was always supposed to be that way! Gina coordinated my wedding and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was very friendly and professional the entire day and made sure that every single detail of my dream wedding went perfectly. She dealt with some major issues behind the scenes and took care of everything so flawlessly, that when I arrived at my reception I had no idea anything had gone wrong. In fact, my baker had forgotten to make my cake! She figured it out quickly and got the cake there in time so I never knew. Everything about my day was just perfect and it was because of Gina. I can't imagine having to worry about all the little details myself. She took care of everything so I could truly enjoy the day. I'm so happy I had her there!
Patrice is a godsend. We hired her when we got fed up with our venue, which was being difficult, uncooperative, and penny-pinching. Patrice stepped in less than two months before the wedding and became everything we needed: an advocate in our corner, a resource for advice, and a point person that could absorb most of the logistical details of our wedding.
Besides the venue struggles, our wedding had a strong DIY element, with a lot of tiny, nit-picky details that Patrice managed expertly. She is confident, competent, organized, and communicative – and has a good attitude besides! She solves problems and does it with a smile. On the rare occasion that there was an oversight or mistake – and there were too many tiny details involved in our wedding for anyone to manage it without overlooking something at some point – Patrice would acknowledge it without excuses and correct it before it became an issue.

Patrice and the PLS team were excellent. I had decided to get a month of planner a few months before our big day. I had all of the details and ideas in my head up until then and it was SUCH A RELIEF to be able to have a sounding board and someone else to know exactly what I wanted. On the day of the wedding I had so much going on that I did not know where to begin and stressed is not what you should be on your wedding day. As soon as I arrived to the venue I instantly knew everything was taken care of and any issue or problem that arose would be handled by PLS. Our wedding day was such a blur and went by way to fast but we got to enjoy every minute of it because we just had to focus on ourselves and our guests. I selected "month-before" coordination with Patrice, but let me tell you - she started working with us right away. There is not one tiny detail she forgot or overlooked. She kept all of our files, receipts, timelines, vendor info, etc. and kept me extremely organized. She raised valuable questions to the vendors and helped me save money on some suggestions. She is professional, organized, confident; she gets it done but makes sure the bride and groom are happy the entire time. Halfway through the day, I was starving and this girl had a bag of chips ready to go for me. I texted or called her at odd hours throughout the process and she always answered. She is worth every penny - and honestly, probably more. You will love Patrice and Gina! I will never get married without PLS Coordinate again! :)
