While I fully respect every client’s right to share their personal opinion and experience, reviews should accurately reflect what occurred. Several claims in this review are demonstrably false or omit critical context that significantly changes the narrative. Specifically: 1. Vendor Communication and Ownership 
The review states that I “did not take ownership” of vendor communication. This is inaccurate. Throughout the planning process, the couple intentionally chose to remain heavily involved with their vendors. They personally scheduled vendor meetings, maintained direct communication, and preferred to continue speaking with vendors themselves rather than transitioning communication solely through me. This was their preferred planning style and was respected throughout the process. Also, my contract states we communication with vendors happen the week of 2. Venue Walk-Through Attendance 
The review claims that I “made no effort” to attend venue walk-throughs. This is false. Several walkthroughs were scheduled directly by the couple with vendors without first confirming my availability. I was simply expected to attend meetings that had been arranged without coordinating schedules with me beforehand. My inability to attend meetings that were scheduled without consultation should not be characterized as a lack of effort. 3. Weekend Travel and Availability
 The review criticizes me for taking an international trip and suggests I failed to communicate my availability. This is misleading. My trip occurred over a weekend (Friday through Monday). My business hours, which are clearly outlined in my email signature and client communications, do not include weekends. I was under no contractual obligation to notify clients of personal weekend travel, particularly when it did not interfere with my published business hours. Despite being outside of business hours and in a different time zone, I continued responding to emails, including messages sent during the weekend. The review references emails sent at 2:00 a.m., but those timestamps simply reflect the international time difference—not an absence of communication. 4. Timeline of Illness 
The review references my illness in a manner that implies it resulted in significant failures throughout the planning process. While I did become ill several weeks before the wedding, I continued servicing the event, remained available to the clients, and successfully coordinated their wedding day. Temporary illness does not equate to professional negligence. 5. Rental Equipment 
The review alleges that I failed to order necessary rental tables and that the couple received an unexpected invoice because of my mistake. This characterization omits important facts surrounding the rental order, last-minute adjustments, and communications with the rental company. Emergency accommodations were made to ensure the wedding proceeded successfully, and the review presents a one-sided account that does not accurately represent the circumstances. Overall, the review contains several definitive factual statements—not merely opinions—that are inaccurate or materially misleading. Statements such as “made no effort,” “did not take ownership,” and the implication that I abandoned communication are objectively inconsistent with the documented communication history and the agreed-upon planning process. I have proudly coordinated weddings for many years and have consistently maintained an exceptional reputation for professionalism and client service.
