Pod Shop Flowers

The Pod Shop was our florist for our June wedding in Bucks County and they did a great job! From set up to clean up, they were efficient and were able to capture my "English garden" look for the big day. I loved the flexibility in their pricing (which was beyond reasonable), and they were really helpful to stay in my budget. Would definitely recommend the Pod Shop for any event, big or small!

WOW! We haven't gotten our pics back yet, but a TON of guests took pictures of the flowers. We asked for vibrant colors, and Pod Shop delivered! I worked as a florist for several years, and can be picky, if I'm honest. I can't say one negative thing! They honored my request to use containers that belonged to my late mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and created arrangements that matched each one. The pricing was incredibly fair, and the communication was easy. Genuinely, one of my very favorite components of our wedding!!!

We recently were married at Holly Hedge Estate in New Hope, PA, and we selected Pod Shop to do our flowers. I did not have a clear vision of how I wanted our flowers to look, but Kim put me at ease during our planning meeting. She pulled up other weddings she has done at Holly Hedge and we went through them together. She provided recommendations and honored our budgetary limits. She was super easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful everything turned out, from the lanterns, to the main center piece, etc. I would absolutely work with them as they know the area and what looks best at a venue during any season. They are also not pushy on extending your budget outside of your comfort zone.

The Pod Shop was recommended to us by our venue in New Hope. Kim was wonderful to work with and very responsive to our emails. My daughter-in-law had a particular vision for her wedding reception, and Kim and her staff brought it to fruition. The Pod Shop did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! We wanted vibrant wildflowers but gave Kim and her team full reign to design. They blew us away! The designs that came up with were stunning, and really gave our venue the "wow factor." They were so kind and professional as we planned out what we would need. Highly recommend their work!

Kim was an easy choice for our wedding florist, as she came recommended by so many people in the New Hope, PA area + was close to our venue (HollyHedge Estate). We were able to book over the phone but then we had an in-person meeting a few months prior to the wedding to go over details. She was open to experimenting with new floral trends and styles based on a floral design board that I had created, including an eye-catching hanging tea-light display in the venue's reception room. On the day of the wedding, I had a request for PodShop to make a few adjustments to the main floral centerpieces in the ceremony space to better fit our design goals. I initially felt nervous to ask, but Kim was able to update the design based on a quick phone call discussion with my wedding planner, and having her right around the corner was super helpful. She was willing to make an adjustment for us, and as a bride [hello, day of nerves!!], having a vendor who treats clients so nicely is incredible. Thank you, Kim + team!

Kim and the staff at the Pod Shop put together the most beautiful flowers for my wedding at Barley Sheaf in May. My bouquet was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and the way the venue was decorated was just perfect. Kim was amazing to work with and provided suggestions about my flowers and decor that I would have never thought of. She was even able to send someone day off to relocate two heavy floral arrangements from my ceremony site to our sweetheart table so that we could repurposed the flowers. I cannot get over how perfect our flowers looked at HollyHedge on Friday! I genuinely have not yet come to terms with how beautiful they were. I’m driving everyone nuts with how much I keep talking about them. Everyone agrees they’ve never seen such gorgeous arrangements! Kim was so easy to work with, communicative and knowledgeable. I changed my mind over 100 times and she was on top of every detail. I could not recommend the Pod Shop enough!!

The Pod Shop was so great to work with, I would highly recommend! People were raving about the flowers at our wedding! The flower set up is something that wasn’t at the top of my priority list, but they ended up being one of the biggest hits. I was a little nervous since I am not the flower guru that I would not be able to explain to Kim what I envisioned, but she nailed it! Even adding very special romantic décor such as candles etc was exactly what I envisioned. Everything was flawless and I would recommend Pod Shop in a heartbeat! I can’t wait to get my preserved bouquet and photos back so I can admire their work even more!

I got married in May and hired Pod Shop to do my flowers. Kim was amazing! We didn’t really know what we wanted and she was so helpful with choosing colors and types of flowers. The flowers came out so gorgeous. We loved everything from the centerpieces to the wall scape she did for us. She took direction and ran with it. Thank you Kim!!

Kim was so wonderful and kind and so helpful with creating my daughters vision for the flowers. They looked so beautiful and it was out of a story book. For me flowers were so important and Kim from Pod Shop helped make it just so memorable.

Pod Shop was amazing! Our florals were stunning. Kim was easy to work with- very laid back. We gave her our vision and color scheme and she exceeded our expectations. I wanted an arch but it was outside our budget. She helped design urns which were beautiful. We are very grateful for their help in making our wedding perfect.

The Pod Shop did all the flowers for our daughter's wedding. The bouquets, arrangements, trellis and additional flowers for my daughter's hair and wedding cake were exquisite. Kim was wonderful to work with. As an add on service, The Pod Shop transported all flowers from the venue to our home in the evening, after the wedding, so we could enjoy them for a post-wedding Brunch. The quality and service was excellent. I have used the Pod Shop for 20 years, and they never disappoint. We will continue to be loyal customers!

Kim was wonderful to work with. She was extremely understanding and accomodating when we had to change our date from January to July due to COVID and helped me create a new vision given the new season . She brought all my Pintrest pictures to life and even secured anemones for me in the off season. I'd highly recommend Kim and Pod Shop for your big day!

Kim at the Pod Shop did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! The only reason I gave a 4 is because she sometimes took a little long to respond to emails, but I understand she is extremely busy with weddings and other events. Our centerpieces were beautiful, as was my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquet. She really listened to my vision and represented it beautifully. I requested 'fairy tale' pumpkins and she nailed it! I was stunned by how beautiful everything turned out.

Kim from Podshop flowers was great to work with and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! We had to postpone for a year and they were very accommodating. I wanted a 'wildflower' look with lots of colors and Kim took my idea and made beautiful bouquets. They also decorated our tables and ceremony area beautifully. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Kim on the flowers for my micro-wedding at the Black Bass Hotel. First of all, she was responsive to my initial inquiry (not true of everyone I contacted!) and was open to doing a micro-wedding (also not true of everyone I spoke with!). We had a short Zoom call with her to discuss what we were looking for, and she was prepared for the meeting having already looked at my Pinterest vision board. I don't have a ton of experience with ordering floral arrangements, but Kim was able to articulate my options and guide me towards what would work best for our wedding. She also had done many events at my venue before, so she already knew the venue coordinator, the space, what the venue provides, and had even decorated the specific arch we would be using. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding from May 2021 to September 2021, but Kim was extremely accommodating and allowed us to rebook very easily at no extra cost. She was also able to produce almost the exact same arrangements, with the caveat that one of the seasonal blooms wasn't available in September--so she offered a beautiful replacement. I didn't need to do any following up with her because she was extremely reliable and got everything taken care of without any supervision! So great not to have to worry about it on our big day. The flowers looked absolutely beautiful and we got tons of compliments on them. We ordered 2 boutonnieres, a bridal bouquet, floral decoration for a ceremony arch, and a green garland with some interspersed flowers for our dining table--all provided at a reasonable price. Kim and her team did a wonderful job with my flowers. They came out beautifully and exactly how I wanted them to be. They did a gorgeous floral arch for us, made wonderful table arrangements and decorated the fireplace behind the sweetheart table. Everything came out gorgeous and for a very fair price!

Kim is the best! We booked her to do our flowers for our wedding at HollyHedge Estate this July, and she knocked it out of the park! We had rescheduled our wedding from 2020 to 2021, and in that extra year, I completely changed my mind when it came to my wedding flowers. I initially wanted peach and pink roses, but I decided to go with an array of colorful wildflowers instead. Honestly I didn't know what to expect, but I was beyond happy with the work that Kim did. The flowers were unbelievably beautiful and unique! I couldn't be more satisfied with them. Kim from the Pod Shop is a flower magician. We had a very specific vision and style in mind and she delivered it PERFECTLY. Our wedding was elegant, natural, and romantic all thanks for her artistic eye and skill. She did all of this even after we changed our wedding location and plan three times due to the pandemic! The Pod Shop created the most beautiful flowers for my daughter’s micro wedding all within our budget! It became apparent that plans for a big wedding were changing b/c of the pandemic. The bride and groom decided on a small micro wedding and a larger wedding reception a year later. Kim at The Pod Shop helped us to make a Plan B and still be within our budget. She was patient with our endless emails and offered top-notch customer service. In the end, the flowers created were “spot-on” for the bride’s vision of the day. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Amazing Shop. Great staff! Beautiful wedding arrangements and bouquets. I booked PodShop for my "micro" wedding September 19th and Kim, the owner, was wonderful throughout the whole wedding planning process, including the crazy COVID situation. She was really understanding and flexible with us. The flowers were gorgeous and Kim really listened to my vision and integrated the elements I loved into a really great design. Pics coming soon!

We were not local so relied on vendor recommendations for our florist. What a gift! We had 1 meeting and Kim assured us she 'got it' right away. She made the experience effortless. As the wedding got closer and we had to move to Plan B at the venue for an open air wedding, I rethought all of the flower colors and design to be more vibrant outside. I said Kim, I'm thinking I have to change all the colors...She didn't blink an eye...she simply said great it's going to be beautiful and I can't wait to work on this! I told her after that I remember at my first wedding when my bouquet arrived and I was so disappointed, it wasn't at all what I envisioned. When Kim's arrived, I was speechless. They were all absolutely gorgeous, fresh, flowing, vibrant and full. Everyone, and I mean everyone, complimented the flowers. I had people asking where they were from and taking home anything they could, even the cocktail table mini arrangements! I just looked at the arrangements even the next day wishing they would never die, they brought me so much joy! You will not be disappointment working with the Pod Shop, they have a beautiful taste for flowers and design!

My fiance (now husband) and I used the Pod Shop for our 7/11/2020 ceremony. Our wedding planning was obviously impacted by COVID. Once our state was approved for small gatherings, we adjusted our plans to meet the state's standards (so went from a large ceremony and reception, to a very small outdoor ceremony with immediate family only). We were so fortunate with all the vendors we had selected, they were all amazing, flexible, and understanding. They turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into an absolutely perfect day. The Pod Shop was so accommodating to the last minute changes we needed to make (we put together the small, outdoor ceremony in a few short weeks). They were willing to work with us so I could still have an absolutely beautiful bridal bouquet for the ceremony! The flowers were absolutely stunning (I could not stop staring at them all day! They were perfect!). We are so very excited to use the Pod Shop again next summer for our very delayed reception!!

I am so happy I chose the Pod Shop for my wedding flowers. Kim was absolutely amazing during the whole planning process. The day couldn’t have more beautiful with all the flower arrangements. Pod Shop was great to work with. They had been to my venue many times so I knew I could count on Kim to help make my creative vision a reality. We had a last minute change from outdoor ceremony to indoor ceremony and Kim was amazing and easily changed the flowers to fit in the indoor space. The floral arrangements looked amazing and the bouquets were beautiful. I enjoyed not having to worry about a thing day of and loved how everything looked.

Kim was AMAZING!! Working with her was a breeze- she really knows what she is doing and her work reflects that. I received so many compliments on my bouquet, table center pieces, main centerpieces, and other floral decorations. Kim did a fabulous job with the flowers- the colors were gorgeous and the flowers were so fresh. My MIL went with me to the Pod Shop and we loved that Kim pulled flowers out of refrigerators and stock so we could help visualize. I provided Kim with my wedding colors and a few flower ideas along with a theme before our meeting and she already had some great ideas when we arrived. Kim has a great attention to detail- she noticed what type and colors of flowers I was gravitating towards and built sample boutiques and center pieces around it. The Pod Shop was reasonably priced (Kim came in a little under budget). She was recommended by our vendor and the only florist we met with. Once we met with Kim - we didn't feel the need to meet with another florist. She knew our venue so well and how to decorate it- it took a lot of pressure off me, since she already knew what the space needed. Our flowers held up well after the wedding and I was able to dry them out to save them.

She was quick to respond to my inquiry on The Knot when I was looking for local florists for my wedding, and was incredibly helpful in talking through options, and helping me achieve my vision while keeping costs down! 10 days before the wedding I had to make some changes and order additional flowers and a table runner, and she was able to accomodate with no issue! The flowers and greenery looked amazing at my wedding. She even got creative and put together a 'hanging candle' arrangement - I trusted her judgement and was not disappointed! Thank you Kim!!

I absolutely loved all of my wedding day flowers thanks to the amazing work of the Pod Shop in New Hope, PA! They made my flowers so special, combining heather and thistle meaningful to my family and finding beautiful peonies before they were in season. A+++++++. I can’t even begin to describe how gorgeous our wedding flowers looked! My bouquet was incredible - breathtakingly, mindblowingly, out-of-this-world incredible. I cried when I saw it. Kim helped my vision of unstructured, bohemian, bright floral bouquets, centerpieces and an archway come to life. Every single guest asked me about the flowers and raved about how everything looked! In fact, my mom is still fielding questions about the types of greenery and florals used and my husband is getting an artist to paint my bouquet (it was that gorgeous)! I could say great things about every single aspect of the florals for the day, but beyond my bouquet my other favorite Pod Shop masterpiece was the archway. It was show-stopping and it looks exceptional in all of the photos. We almost didn’t use florals on the archway and I am SO glad we did! I am so so so so SO grateful that we chose the Pod Shop!
