THE BEST! Kristen is so amazing! She is the most creative person and went above and beyond on our invitations, programs, signs, table numbers, save the dates, and brunch invitations! I remember getting text messages after we sent out the invitations saying how beautiful they were! The program Kristen uses to create the invitations let’s you see exactly how they will look which I loved! We looked at quite a few invitation places and none of them were even close to the quality that Poeme provides. I also loved shopping local! We loved everything about our experience with Poeme!

We loved working with Poeme and loved being able to shop local when it came to our wedding invitations as well as signs/decor for the wedding day. Kristen brought our vision to life and designed a beautiful invitation suite with floral elements inspired by my dress! She also designed a vinyl sticker to use on a vintage mirror as our "welcome sign" for the day of the wedding - something we'll have hanging in our house for many years! I can't recommend Poeme enough!

Our invitation suite turned out beautifully thanks to Kristen!! Our guests were super impressed by them and many people wanted to know where we got them from. Kristen worked with us through SO MANY changes and was calm, friendly and professional throughout the entire process! She was an expert in wedding etiquette and put together an invitation suite of our dreams. We will definitely be recommending Poeme to all of our friends and family!

We used Poeme for our daughter's wedding invitations and a variety of other printed items for the wedding: stickers for favor boxes, programs, menus, signs, escort cards and welcome bag signs. Working with Kristen was so much fun as she was able to take what the brides wanted and immediately create something beautiful and better than what they hoped for. The quality of everything was very high and Kristen was so wonderful about getting back to emails very promptly. Take the quality and Kristen's creative input, and you will get an unbelievable product. We highly recommend Poeme for all of your wedding invitations and printing needs!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristen and the team at Poeme! After meeting with several different paper companies in the city, we were instantly drawn to Kristen and her creativity and personal attention to detail. We were able to sit down with Kristen at her computer and customize the perfect invitations. She was so patient with us and we couldn't be happier with how the invitations turned out. We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful and unique our invitations were. A couple weeks before the wedding we started to panic about ceremony programs, menu cards and reception signage but Kristen saved the day. We tried to save some money by ordering some of these things off Etsy, but the quality just didn't compare. Kristen re-designed everything just the way we wanted and, again, we were blown away by the final product. Everything looked amazing. Kristen and Poeme are worth every dollar and I highly recommend them!!

We worked with kristen to create our custom stationary and it turned out fantastic! She gave us lots of ideas and worked with our ideas to give us beautiful stationary that really captured our wedding theme. Very professional would highly recommend Kristen.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with Kristen and the team at Poeme. From start to finish, they provided the most classy, professional, creative experience. Starting out, paper wasn't one of the aspects of wedding planning that I thought I would be as interested in. However, after spending an hour with Kristen, I realized just how much fun it could be! Kristen is amazing in how she turns the vision in your head into a reality. She will sit there in front of you while on a shared computer designing away real-time and making tweaks based on your comments - I have never seen anything like it! Furthermore, she is an expert on invitation and wedding etiquette! I absolutely loved the finished product and plan to work with Kristen again in the future!

Kristen at Poeme was absolutely awesome! She truly brought our vision for what we wanted for our stationery to life. Her suggestions were great, especially around etiquette, wording and design. She was able to tie everything together with a consistent theme, which was great. We couldn't have asked for everything to be better!

I'm a designer so for me the stationary portion of my wedding was extremely important. Kristen totally understood and offered suggestions for any of my questions. I loved being able to incorporate letterpress into our invitations and we were able to keep a theme throughout the entire stationary suite. Huge thanks to Poeme for making the process so easy!

We worked closely with Kristen for our invitations and wedding day paper needs. I knew after first meeting Kristen that I wouldn't be visiting other local stationers. I walked out of that first meeting with a rough mock up of our wedding invitation. As a bride who was planning her wedding from another state and had limited opportunities to sit down with vendors, this sealed the deal! Kristen took time to understand our overall wedding design and make recommendations for how our paper would contribute to the look and feel of our wedding. She is incredibly creative but (remarkably) focused, easy to work with and just an all-around great gal!

Kristen also helped me save money and qualify for a promotion with William Arthur! Poeme was easily one of my favorite wedding vendors. Kristen is super talented, extremely responsive and her store in Hyde Park is oh-so-cute! She created a unique invitation suite that coordinated with our wedding theme perfectly. She was also able to balance my more modern taste with my fiance's classic side. So when my wedding invitations arrived I immediately picked them up and started to address a few. As I started I realized I was short 25 pieces! I immediately called Kristen in a panic! She was so professional and understanding. She called William Arthur the next business day and fixed the issue same week. OUTSTANDING customer service! Thank you for everything Poeme!

I had an appointment at another stationer in town - when we arrived were were placed at a table with a huge stack of books and some post-it flags to mark the pages. We were overwhelmed, lost and frustrated. I have always had a love of stationary and nothing felt right. And then I made one of the best decisions of the entire wedding planning process... I set up an appointment with Poeme! At the first meeting we talked about my vision for my wedding, my inspiration, budget, things I liked and didn't like. After talking for a while, they brought out some samples of work that they had done and we talked about them. After listening to what I liked and didn't like, they said "Okay. We got it. We'll get back to you in a few days." I hadn't even looked at ONE BOOK! A few days later I got an e-mail with some preliminary designs and they were AMAZING. They were able to capture EXACTLY what I wanted in my stationary and I hadn't even really been able to tell them what that was. They knew all of the right questions to ask to get to know ME and designed the PERFECT stationary to set the tone for our amazing day. I made a billion minor changes along the way, asked equally as many questions, was terribly indecisive, and probably couldn't have been much worse to work with and, yet, they couldn't have been more amazing in return! Kristen and her team worked multiple scenarios and ended up saving us a great deal of money by helping us to qualify for a special promotion at the printer. I never imagined I could afford what I really wanted in my budget and with Kristen's help, I was able to do so! Our wedding stationary was truly a work of art. I continue to get compliments on it all and I love to show it off! I absolutely LOVED working with Poeme throughout the entire process and I will recommend them to ANYONE that will listen! There is no better place in this city when it comes to stationary! Top notch customer service, brilliant and beautiful design and all around great people. Poeme has it all!

I walked into Poeme not sure if I wanted to get custom invitations or do something more simple, but as soon as I talked to Kristen about a dream (literally) that I had about our wedding invitations I knew I had to work with Poeme. Kristen was always willing to sit down with me and my fiance to work with us on bringing our vision to life. The result was a cohesive set of stationary that got tons of compliments. Kristen was able to carry through our theme from our save the dates, to invitations, name cards, programs, and thank you notes. Everything was perfect. Although things did add up cost-wise, Kristen was always helpful in recommending things that we could do ourselves to keep costs down (like tying our invitation elements into a bundle ourselves rather than paying the shop to do it) and we ended up taking advantage of those suggestions so that we could carry out other elements the way we wanted to.

Kristen was so helpful - walking us through each step, working to create our vision, and ultimately designing the perfect stationery for our wedding. From Save the Dates to invitations to programs, everything was beautiful and excellent quality. Something you are not guaranteed with online companies.

The invitations that Kristen put together for me were incredible. She nailed my taste from the beginning and made the experience of creating the design a lot of fun during our first meeting. Kristen also pulled through for my fiance and I to make our menus and "guest libs" on rather short notice, which turned out fantastic! She is amazing, and the shop itself is adorable.

i used poeme for everything i needed for my wedding. we did some really fun custom engagement party invites, save the dates, wedding invitations, programs and signs for the day of wedding. kristen and phil are so easy to work with. kristen is so creative, she knew just what i wanted! our guests loved the invitations as they were so original. everything from poeme was so great - i highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for their invitations to stand out of the usual lineup.

Poeme did my Save the Dates, wedding invitations, and day of stationary (including seating chart, menu cards, and wedding programs). Everything was absolutely stunning. I loved working with Kristen. She was always very available and prompt with responses. We gave her our vision and she truly made it come to life. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Allison did such an amazing job on our wedding invitations. The theme for our wedding was designed around a pattern in my dress, and Allison was able to make a 2d design that fit perfectly into our theme. We were then able to use that design elsewhere, such as on our cake and dance floor. Without Allison we would not have been able to complete our vision. My mom and I had an amazing experience planning the invitations for my wedding with Kristen. She had wonderful ideas and gave us helpful advice as we made our custom invitations and save the date cards. She was able to use her computer to show us what it would look like while we came up with ideas. She had a great attention detail and responded to our emails with edits and questions quickly. She was such a joy to work with. I would recommend Kristen and Poeme to anyone looking for invitations or customized stationary. We received numerous compliments on the finished product.

Kristen and Allison helped us find/design our invitations and I loved them. They worked with our budget and messed with the specs until we got exactly what we needed at a price we could afford. The amount of personal attention and follow-up services we received from these two ladies was AMAZING. They took the stress out of the whole thing and the invitations arrived almost immediately. When we ran out of printed envelopes (we learned calligraphy and addressed them ourselves and had quite a few "oops" moments), Allison ordered more and they arrived like two days later. I would recommend them to anyone! They were SO helpful!

Kristen is absolutely the most amazing person to work with... she created an invitation tailored specifically to me and the things she knew I wanted together but hadn't yet seen in a sample. In the blink of an eye, while we sat there and watched, she had created a computer template of what would turn out to be our beautiful wedding invitation. I can't say enough about Poeme. Kristen is awesome to work with. She is down to earth and understood our ideas, but also wasn't afraid to be the professional and take the right level of control. I feel that is lacking in the wedding industry, especially for those of us who haven't been planning our weddings since we could walk. The graphic proofs she sent over looked fantastic, but the final product was breath-taking. I can't tell you how many times people told me that the invitation was the most beautiful wedding invitation they have ever received! My guests were gushing! She carried the same look throughout the place cards, table numbers and programs, but not in an over the top kind of way. It is amazing to see how different all of the samples are in the studio, and yet you can tell they were all done by Poeme. Simple, yet rich, chic and elegant. My husband and I love their stationary shop in general, so we will be visiting often. They even gift wrapped our presents to our parents in the cutest wrapping paper. They have great style and know what they're doing! I highly recommend!

From my save the date to my thank you cards – and literally everything on stationery in between (invitations, programs, placecards, etc.) – Kristen and team were the perfect partner in my wedding planning. We ordered custom-designed pieces that began with me literally going “I’m thinking of something a little like this, maybe a little like that…” – Kristen transformed my random ideas into the most beautiful custom design that captured the essence of our wedding perfectly. Our guests showered us with wonderful compliments on all of our pieces. Outside of the finished products themselves, the process of working with Kristen is simply a pleasure. She is patient and has phenomenal attention to detail – catching things that even I missed upon reading/review. She would always respond on a timely basis and always kept me in the loop on where we were in the process, upcoming deadlines, etc. The entire process was no stress, no hassle. If only every aspect of wedding planning could be the same! Even after our wedding, I have continued working with Kristen and team on holiday cards, thank you notes and the announcements for the birth of our first child. I can’t imagine not involving Kristen in the important events in our life!

We ordered our invitations from Hyde Park and they were beautiful. We ordered the pocket style that you assemble yourself. Kristen was very helpful with wording and designs. I looked for weeks online and ordered several proofs, but was not able to find anything I really liked until I stumbled upon Poeme. When the invitations came in, I was in PR and my husband started putting them together. After he finished about 50 of them, we realized there was a mis-print (no fault of Poeme). Kristen was out of town, but they were still fixed and in less than 24 hours later. I have gone back there a number of times since for gifts, specialty paper, etc and would order invitations from here again in a heartbeat!

The my fiancee and I stopped in this place on a whim and the staff was kind enough to work with us even though we had failed to make an appointment. The staff was able to show us a wide variety of beautiful invitations and were very willing to work with our budget constraints. The service at Poeme was excellent and the invitations arrived in a timely manner and were beautiful. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or to use them for future occassions.

Poeme did an amazing job with the wedding invitations and other items (paper) we needed. We came to Kristen with an idea and a budget and she exceeded our expectations. She helped with the wording and printing and we put together the invites. No one else in Cincinnati even came close to matching her ideas, help and budget. The invites set the tone and feel of the entire wedding. Guests are still complimenting the work. Very easy and flexible to work with. Just because the shop is in Hyde park , believe me it can be in your budget. She makes it work.

Kristen and her staff are consummate professionals and phenomenally talented designers with incredible knowledge about the industry in general and Cincinnati/Kentucky weddings in particular. Kristen understood my design aesthetic and steered me in the perfect direction; in fact, I didn't end up with what I originally wanted... Kristen helped me find something even better! It was the best feeling to know Kristen was as excited about my invitations, programs, etc., as I was, and Poeme totally delivered. Everything was ready on time (if not before), error-free, and more gorgeous than I could have imagined. One aspect of working with Poeme that I was particularly impressed with was the fact that I was never steered toward the most expensive products and was never made to feel bad when my mom and I opted to do certain things (like save-the-dates and placecards) ourselves; that was truly special and much-appreciated.
