Point to Point was wonderful! Mark met with us and was SUPER helpful in estimating how much transportation we would need for our guest counts. He also provided a lot of information on the room blocks and estimating how many people would stay in each hotel (he was spot on). On the day of, all the transportation came exactly as scheduled and was very smooth.

We used Point to Point for our wedding transportation. Their prices were reasonable and the transportation itself was great. Once everything was nailed down, the drivers did a great job at safely transporting friends and family. They were also accommodating in downgrading one of the vehicles when we found out that less people would be using transportation than originally expected. Email correspondence left a lot to be desired so you would be better off calling them directly. That said, because the transportation was great, we would use them again.

We were thoroughly pleased with the transport services provided for our wedding. From the very beginning, they showed an exceptional level of professionalism and commitment to making our special day run smoothly. First and foremost, Mark Diamond took the time to patiently explain why our initial plan wouldn't work and offered valuable insights to ensure everything went as planned. We made changes to our pick-up points two weeks in advance, and they were incredibly flexible in accommodating our requests without any issues. On the wedding day, their service was flawless. They arrived on time, the vehicles were in excellent condition, and their attention to detail ensured that transportation was one less thing we had to worry about. In summary, we were more than satisfied with the transport services we received. Their willingness to go the extra mile and overall pleasant demeanor made a significant difference in our wedding planning experience. My now husband and I decided that we wanted to book a limo for our wedding only a month prior to the date. We were recommended Point to Point Limos by our month of coordinator and we are glad we chose them! The team is very responsive and has all of the information about their fleets and rates clearly listed online. The lady that we made the reservation with gave us helpful tips on which vehicle would work best for us. We went with the 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter Bus. We received multiple confirmations to make sure everything was set up. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly and prompt for each leg of the trip. There is a 4 hour minimum but we only really needed the vehicle for 2 hours. We wish we had a longer distance to travel so we could enjoy the vehicle more!!

Point to Point was reliable and very easy to work with for our wedding day transportation. We booked one smaller shuttle for the wedding party and two large coach buses to get guests to/from our wedding hotel in Dulles and our venue in Leesburg. Point to Point was responsive, friendly, and detail-oriented. They helped us decide on the right mix of vehicles for our large guest list and were very patient and accommodating throughout the process. We had to make a few changes leading up to the big day and they were flexible and put our mind at ease. Most importantly, they were on-time and everything ran smoothly!

They got our guests to our event on time and back to the hotel safely, no issues or concerns from booking through the day of our event, thank you!

We used Point to Point for our wedding transportation. We had a 26 minute commute from the ceremony to the reception location. We had two large busses take our guests from the hotel to the church and from the church to the reception location. It worked out great! We opted for point to point because of their service. We were very easily able to contact them and get a quote for our requested services. Once we decided to book them, reserving was very easy as well. Point to point was very helpful in coordinating with our wedding coordinator to ensure the schedule was accurate on our timeline. We also had a party bus that handled the wedding party. It was so fun and gave us a lot of convenience. The party bus picked up the guys at their getting ready location as well as the ladies and took us to the first look location in separate shifts and then to the church as a group. After the ceremony the wedding party hopped on the bus to continue the party to the reception! We were able to connect a phone to the audio system and my flower girl and her mom kept the party music going the whole way. We had so many great memories on that party bus and I know our guests did as well on the big busses. I would recommend point to point for all your transportation needs! Clean, fun, convenient, and professional!

We used Point to Point limo for our wedding recently and would 100% recommend them to anyone!! Working with Kim was such a pleasure, she answered all of my questions and made recommendations based off her experience. They were super friendly and I would use them again in a heartbeat! We used a Point to Point, 56 passenger bus for our wedding in Leesburg, VA. The bus was REALLY nice and our guest enjoyed the convenience of getting picked up and dropped off safely at their hotels. There were multiple Point to Point buses at the local hotels this day which did cause for a little confusion, but all of my guest arrived on time and I have PTP to thank for that! They reached out a week before the wedding to confirm logistics which helped put our wedding week nerves at ease.

Overall, Point to Point was a wonderful addition to our wedding day-of team. They accommodated a last minute change to a pick-up location. They were knowledgeable of the hotel parking lots and what details to provide to guests. From what I was told, they also managed some 'goofy' guests on they drive back to the hotel. We appreciated your professionalism and support!

Point to Point was super easy to work with, did not break the bank, and RELIABLE! We booked one coach bus as a wedding shuttle with multiple stops. The guests found it extremely comfortable and convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better transportation company to work with. Mark is great and responsive as well!

We originally reserved 3 large shuttle busses for wedding guests, but ended up only needing 1 of the 3. They were very easy to work with for scheduling, and when we emailed them to cancel the 2 we didn't need they even called to confirm before cancelling which we appreciated in case it was accidental. We had many questions and they were quick to respond via email, and their driver was masked (along with all of our guests). They were right on time with everything, and we didn't hear anything negative about the shuttle from any guests that used it. Would absolutely book with them again!

Point to Point was very thorough during the planning process and arrived ahead of schedule for all 4 of the vehicles hired. However, the driver of the vehicle I rode in did not meet my expectations. The contract I signed stated that glasses were included, but they were not, so we had to drink straight out of our bottles and share them during covid. The driver did not share any information about how to connect to the sound system. She also did not communicate with us when we were at a standstill on the highway for over 30 minutes. Although the traffic was completely outside her control, I would’ve appreciated some information about the status of our trip.

They were great! The price felt high ($150 for a getaway car for the two of us ~15 minutes from venue to hotel), but compared to competitors, they were very fair. The car was beautiful and arrived on time. The driver was very nice and professional AND patient as we took forever to gather our overnight bags and get to the car. The drive to our hotel was relaxing and quiet, which we enjoyed after the craziness of a 5-hour reception. We highly recommend them, and hope to have a reason to hire them again in the future for something else.

Point to Point was on point (pun intended)! From our initial interactions with them, they were so honest and transparent with their services and communication to us. They helped to ensure we had the proper timing of shuttle services for our wedding and were very punctual and safe on our wedding day. We had a wonderful experience using the and highly recommend them.

Point to Point was great to work with. We booked a single shuttle for our Friday events to transport wedding party and family from our wedding hotel to the rehearsal, then from rehearsal to the rehearsal dinner. From there, the shuttle made rounds to pick up additional wedding guests from our wedding hotel to the rehearsal dinner location for a welcome party. Our driver showed up on time and was understanding when we ran a bit late. He was also very friendly and was flexible in making additional shuttle trips between the hotel and welcome party location when I requested. We had absolutely no issues with the transportation booked and thanks to Point to Point, our guests had no need to worry about finding Ubers/Lyfts between the different venues.

We used PtP Limo for our recent wedding, and could not have been happier working with them. I knew they would be the right choice early on, as they were the only people I had called that had the thought to have me confirm the venue could handle a certain size bus-- other companies were prepared to rent me 50-seaters without confirming with the venue that they could accommodate. They were reachable by phone AFTER working hours, which made it easy to work with them despite our own working hour commitments. Everything on the day of went off without a hitch, all my guests got to and from the venue without issue. 100% would have booked again!!

Domino effect of delays Point to Point came highly recommended from my venue, but after my experience they’re considering taking P2P off of their vendor list. My bridesmaids and mother in law were to be picked up at the hotel, then to my house to pick me up then onto the venue to get ready. Our wedding day started off with the limobus picking up the WRONG group at the hotel... So a group of strangers were heading to my house. Somehow the driver didn’t verify anything, just let these people get on the bus and left. Luckily my maid of honor called me and asked where the bus was (15 minutes after the pickup time) and I was able to call and intercept the driver and make him turn around. All in all, that set us back an HOUR, and we already had a tight timeline. When it was time to pick up the guys at the hotel, they waited and waited and my husband saw the bus parked across the street and had to knock on the door to get his attention. The driver made no effort to go meet them... As a matter of fact, he was sleeping on the bus. Thankfully, when it came time for the shuttle to pick up our guests from the hotel everything went smoothly. Our entire day was rushed and pushed back... Our photos, ceremony start time, dinner, special dances, everything. I could only get about half the pictures I requested because of this delay, not to mention all the time lost with my guests. All of my vendors had to work twice as hard to keep things moving. I will never use or recommend Point to Point to anyone.

We used Point to Point Limousines for our son's wedding. We booked the 18 passenger Escalade to transport the entire bridal party. It was super fun for the kids! My son videotaped during the ride and the kids had a blast and were transported in such style. We also booked the 44 passenger bus to shuttle guests from the area hotels to the venue. The hotel shuttle bus was nicer than I expected on the inside...and both drivers were so accommodating and friendly! Kim and Mark were amazing to work with and Kim was a great source of recommendations! A lot went awry during our son's wedding experience, but the limo was not one of them! Kudos on a great experience all around!

We chose Point-to-Point Limousines to provide a shuttle service for our guests to and from the wedding, as well as for a getaway car for my new husband and myself. Point-to-Point Limousines was accommodating, professional, and timely. They also have very reasonable rates. Highly recommend using their services for your wedding day transportation!

Point to Point was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and we understand why they were recommended. Having been on my buses for wedding transportation, my son, the groom, said that these buses were the best he had ever been on. We reserved two coach buses to drive wedding guests between Reston and Bluemont Vineyards near Leesburg. Reserving the buses was straightforward and efficient. The buses were deluxe, the drivers respectful and kind, pick-up and drop-off were timely. While a bit pricey, we do live in a pricey area, the distance traveled was far - but most importantly we received the highest quality of service. I highly recommend this vendor.

I cannot express my gratitude more, this company is amazing- they helped my husband and I chose the best options for our wedding day, were there early and new the best route to take to our venue (Riverside on the Potomac).They provided text updates as to when the shuttles were ready and were so patient. We loved the fact that they own their vehicles so they know exactly how many they can issue out a night. Thank you for transporting our guests safely to and from the venue!

We rented two shuttle buses from Point to Point for our wedding guests 8 months before our wedding based on recommendations from the venue and from prior experiences. I have to say I was very disappointed this time around. Point to Point overbooked their shuttle buses and had to contract out a third party to provide our transportation and without our knowledge. One of the buses broke down so they sent two smaller buses and the large bus didn't have the right directions, took an hour to get there and was late for the ceremony, hit stop signs and drove so poorly that guests were sick by the time they arrived. Some guests didn't feel comfortable taking it back after the wedding and paid for their own way home. I'm torn leaving this review because the Point to Point staff was very helpful and responsive and did what they could to correct this situation. I've also used them in the past and had great experiences.

We are so happy that we chose to use a limo bus from Point to Point for our wedding day. We had a large wedding party and it was important to us that we all could fit in the same limo after the ceremony to celebrate. Point to Point had the perfect size limo bus for us. Even though it was a bus, it still felt fancy and luxurious like a limo. Our driver was outstanding. We got married on a rainy day and he made sure to wipe down the floor of the bus before I got on to make sure that my dress would not get wet or muddy. I highly recommend!

They were very responsive and worked with us to create the most realistic and appropriate plan with their vehicles for our wedding. Their prices were also the best we found. Ten stars. I have worked many events where I booked and worked with numerous bus companies, so I was very apprehensive in choosing the right bus company for our wedding. Transportation is so important on your wedding day and we just so happened to book our wedding on a weekend where the entire town leading to our venue was shut down for a fair. We booked a 48 and 44 passenger bus, and upon talking with the owner of Point to Point, we decided to move my reservation up 10 minutes to assure we had at least an hour to get to the venue. The buses arrived to the hotel on time, and left promptly at 3pm as we requested and the guests arrived on time!! I was so thrilled. The buses staged all night and they even offered a free early bus for people who wanted to leave early - we ran a little behind for this and the bus driver was incredibly understanding and left about 20 minutes late on our request, and still made it back in time! A few weeks before the wedding we also decided we needed a limo bus just for a one way transfer for the bridal party. Our wedding was on a very popular weekend, but the owner kindly accommodated us by enlisting a limo bus that was working an earlier wedding that day. We also accidentally left a Nintendo switch on one of the buses and the limo drove back when he found it to drop it off!! All three buses were clean and comfortable. The drivers were kind and on time. We couldn't have been happier with Point to Point, their fleet, and their drivers. Point to Point - thank you for executing one of the most important parts of our wedding day - safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for our guests. Point to Point made our wedding transportation needs a breeze to deal with. They were accommodating for both our Rehearsal Dinner and the actual ceremony/reception the next day, providing multiple types of vehicles that were clean with fantastic drivers. A joy to work with, even considering the bad weather we ran into on the day of our wedding, and the staff is always helpful to interact with. Would recommend for anyone getting married in the Leesburg area.

Point to Point was incredibly professional to work with for our wedding when we looked to set-up shuttle routes for our guests to and from the hotel and our venue. They were very familiar with our wedding venue and were able to help advise us on pick-up times, and number of trips back to the hotel in the evening based on known travel time, past experience on guests preferred departure times, etc. The drivers were always on-time and were very polite and punctual. Great Limo, great driver (Ray). He arrived early was courteous accommodating, and got us to the church and venue on time! Our party bus was clean and stocked with waters which we appreciated. Great company!

The party bus was extremely clean, timely, and the driver had a great demeanor. He was very accommodating and even helped me with the back of my dress when I was exiting the bus. My husband and our entire bridal party were very happy with the service!

Service was fine. The limo was a tad small for 10 passengers. We were a little uncomfortable in a stretched limo dressed to the nines. We thought we booked the SUV but what showed up was the stretched limo. When we checked our reservation, it was the stretched limo, so go figure. Wouldn't recommend that if you had 10 adult passengers going for a 40 minute ride.

Point to Point was a quality transportation company. We hired them for our wedding day and they arrived on-time and the coach buses were clean, comfortable and the limo driver in particular was soooo nice. Will definitely use them again.

Ok - so originally, I had NO idea that shuttles were really expensive.. and when I started to get pricing quotes, Point to Point was really reasonable, 100% reliable, AND!!! Had the best customer service ever. We did 2 rounds of 3 shuttles for our 140 guests, and P2P really worked with us to figure out the best schedule for the day. Mark and Kim were wonderful, and if you are looking for a shuttle company, they are it. Our wedding was in Ijamsville, MD, so they travel!!!

I was excited to book Point to Point Limos for our wedding day. Our wedding was in the middle of prom season, so rates were ridiculously expensive, but we needed transportation. All communication before the wedding was great. We had a contract for a set number of hours with an overage fee for additional hours. We had an itinerary with exact locations for pick up, pictures and drop off. We had also agreed that the limo driver was to go to Chick fil a to pick up an order for us while we were at the ceremony - I wanted him to pick it up so that none of our guests had to miss the ceremony. The day started out great. Our driver, Jimmy, was on time and was professional. However, it was all downhill from there. He didn't know where to drop us off for pictures and several times, the bridal party was waiting for him to pick us up. We were running behind schedule, and we were willing to pay the extra fees, per our contract. However Jimmy threatened to leave us at the church if we didn't hurry up and several times told our bridal party that they need to hurry up. Right before our ceremony was to start, I heard Jimmy tell my officiant to rush the ceremony because we were late. Now, I understand the need to be on time, but in NO circumstance should the limo driver dictate anything about my ceremony. Also, during my ceremony, the driver took one of my ushers with him to pick up our Chick fil a order, meaning that my usher missed my whole ceremony. Jimmy almost ruined my entire day, the most important day of my life. We were extremely disappointed in the service provided by Point to Point - not worth the stress and potential of ruining my day.
