Pointe D'Vine

I recently attended a wedding at Pointe D’Vine. There were problems with the sound system cutting out during the ceremony. The staff were unprofessional especially the woman in charge. She had an unfriendly attitude and was extremely disrespectful to many guests. She was not wearing her mask properly. She only had it covering her mouth and not her nose. When I approached her she became defensive and I was asked to leave the venue. I would not recommend this venue especially for the disrespectfulness received from the staff and the woman in charge.

We are so happy we chose Pointe D’Vine as my daughter’s wedding venue! The view and venue are absolutely breathtaking! The team is very professional and easy to work with. They do everything to make your “dream wedding” possible.

From the time that we toured the venue to the day of our wedding, this was the best experience with Pointe D'Vine. The venue was simply breathtaking and the inside location for our wedding ceremony was exactly what we were looking for. The event organizer kept me calm in planning and was extremely helpful with all the little details that go into planning our wedding. She was there for us to make sure everything ran smoothly from the beginning of the rehearsal day to leaving on the wedding day. Not only is the venue everything we were looking for and more, the service and staff was unforgettable and we are truly grateful that our wedding day was so perfect!

This venue was perfect for the day we imagined. It has incredible views & staff that work very hard to make sure your day is perfect. We had our ceremony on the lawn and our reception in their 1860's (!!!) barn and it was fabulous! The staff sets up everything leaving you and your family to enjoy the day instead of stressing over decorating and details! In many ways, this is ideal! But, part of the reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a few things not totally being set up the way I had requested which lead to several ribbon wands and programs being left over (we're talking between 75-85 of each) and a few other purchased items not being used. As a DIY bride, that meant a decent amount of money, time & effort into the trash...which is a bummer! That being said, the wind was a bit stronger that day so perhaps that's why they sat up differently. It's a minor thing, but worth mentioning. I'm sure with a little extra communication it would totally be avoided. The other reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5, was due to poor communication at times. In the beginning I was told they strive for 24-48 hour response time, but most of the time it was anywhere from 6-10 days, that was including the week before our wedding. I wasn't a crazy hounding bride, so perhaps a bit more persistence ;) would have changed this. Again, this wasn't a deal breaker for us (obviously), but something for future couples to keep in mind. Having said all of this, we would do it all over again at Pointe d'Vine. Our day really was the best day ever & their staff goes above and beyond to ensure that it is.
