Our wedding day was perfect! The staff were professionals and despite my lack of “vision,” the setting, the view and the staff made it an amazing way to celebrate our vows and the ...
unity of our family! Everyone that attended loved the venue and services provided and commented on how helpful staff were during the event. The bridal suite and “man cave” were perfect for our party to prepare for the big day. We had an outdoor wedding on the bluff with cocktail hour and reception in the barn and it was just what we wanted and we would do it all again at Pointe D’Vine. They decorated, did the flower arrangements and kept it all running smooth. As the bride, I didn’t have to be worried with any details on our day!
I recently attended a wedding at Pointe D’Vine. There were problems with the sound system cutting out during the ceremony. The staff were unprofessional especially the woman in cha...
rge. She had an unfriendly attitude and was extremely disrespectful to many guests. She was not wearing her mask properly. She only had it covering her mouth and not her nose. When I approached her she became defensive and I was asked to leave the venue. I would not recommend this venue especially for the disrespectfulness received from the staff and the woman in charge.
We are so happy we chose Pointe D’Vine as my daughter’s wedding venue! The view and venue are absolutely breathtaking! The team is very professional and easy to work with. They do ...
everything to make your “dream wedding” possible.
From the time that we toured the venue to the day of our wedding, this was the best experience with Pointe D'Vine. The venue was simply breathtaking and the inside location for our...
wedding ceremony was exactly what we were looking for. The event organizer kept me calm in planning and was extremely helpful with all the little details that go into planning our wedding. She was there for us to make sure everything ran smoothly from the beginning of the rehearsal day to leaving on the wedding day. Not only is the venue everything we were looking for and more, the service and staff was unforgettable and we are truly grateful that our wedding day was so perfect!
This venue was perfect for the day we imagined. It has incredible views & staff that work very hard to make sure your day is perfect. We had our ceremony on the lawn and our recept...
ion in their 1860's (!!!) barn and it was fabulous! The staff sets up everything leaving you and your family to enjoy the day instead of stressing over decorating and details! In many ways, this is ideal! But, part of the reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a few things not totally being set up the way I had requested which lead to several ribbon wands and programs being left over (we're talking between 75-85 of each) and a few other purchased items not being used. As a DIY bride, that meant a decent amount of money, time & effort into the trash...which is a bummer! That being said, the wind was a bit stronger that day so perhaps that's why they sat up differently. It's a minor thing, but worth mentioning. I'm sure with a little extra communication it would totally be avoided. The other reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5, was due to poor communication at times. In the beginning I was told they strive for 24-48 hour response time, but most of the time it was anywhere from 6-10 days, that was including the week before our wedding. I wasn't a crazy hounding bride, so perhaps a bit more persistence ;) would have changed this. Again, this wasn't a deal breaker for us (obviously), but something for future couples to keep in mind.
Having said all of this, we would do it all over again at Pointe d'Vine. Our day really was the best day ever & their staff goes above and beyond to ensure that it is.
Pointe D’Vine did an incredible job with our wedding. Took my vision and ran with it! On the wedding day, they took care of everything- decorations, set-up, making sure vendors wer...
e on time and in the right location, making sure I had everything I needed! Made the day a fairy-tale.
The location is incredible- beautiful view of the bluffs, and the barn is breathtaking! The staff is proactive, friendly and professional. Received so many compliments on the venue and staff - I am very happy I was able to find them!
I had my wedding reception in the barn and it was amazing! The service was on point and I never had to worry about a thing. They are wonderful at designing the setup of the venue a...
nd taking care of the details. On top of everything else, everything is beautiful, the setting and barn, it's all on point! Highly recommend!!!
The Speckhart family was more than willing to help us, every step of the way. From the time we booked, they communicated & helped us make sure everything was ready to go for our bi...
g day. Always willing to lend a helping hand, they made sure that our rehearsal dinner and wedding day went smoothly. We were not prepared for the amount of guests that showed up on our wedding day (I think curiosity got the best of them), so they saved the day again by providing extra tables & chairs. Putting how fabulous & helpful they are aside, they have the perfect location for your "Dream Come True" wedding day. We chose to do our ceremony on the lawn overlooking the bluff, but they also have a beautiful barn location that can be utilized, making it the perfect location for brides with different tastes. Three months later, we are still getting compliments about how gorgeous our view & location were. I can't say enough about how thankful we are to have had the opportunity to work with them, & you won't be disappointed if you choose Point D'Vine!!
The owner and her family are awesome and are willing to do whatever they have to in order to make you happy. I planned my wedding 12 hours away from the site and the owner and I co...
rresponded through email, phone and Pinterest. If I found an idea I liked or wanted to use she was always willing to do anything to find it or make it happen. Her family members were also a huge help! Despite over 3 inches of rain at an outdoor wedding I was very pleased with the day!
